when purchasing a vehicle one should look for best price, customer service, and vehicle inventory. If you are considering a Nissan, I recommend giving this dealership a valid chance. The dealership was rated number 1 in the nation in 2015. Ask or email Danny Harrington who is in Internet sales management. He is very courteous and is best at customer service. He will tell you pricing without even going to the dealership. The sales staff is pretty good and most are very friendly.The selection of vehicles was better than most and there were no issues finding color and options of vehicle I was looking for.CAUTION !!!!! Julio in finance is a sideways individual and I would not send anyone to him. As a matter of fact if you happen to get assigned to him ask for another finance manager even if you have to wait. He is crooked I promise that. I went to the Finance director and had the documents corrected. Julio will not admit his wrongs and put himself before the customer which is unfortunate. Overall the experience was great during the purchase. They are fair with trade in values and work with you to keep you satisfied.

First I emailed the dealership via cars.com and got things rolling on. The three main people who helped me knew what Income I was working with, what my budget was, and told me I was approved. When my cosigner and I arrived, to my astonishment, everything was as they said it would be! We arrived in our trade in, and left in a beautiful 2013 Chevy! Everyone I have met at this establishment is down to earth and very personable, nothing like the snobs you find at other dealerships. Thanks to this wonderful combination of a well coordinated team of Internet, and Onsite sales staff, and a Finance Specialist who's knowledgeable expertise had us driving home with monthly payments Even Less than we had requested! Who does that!? These guys do that. If you're looking for great cars, from great people, this is the spot. The remodel is coming along nicely, the remodel being the only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars

Please do not buy a car from this dealership, they may offer a great price but they are very shady to get the sale. When comforted about issues related to the car everyone at the dealership becomes nasty and will refuse to fix the issues!!! They hire outside companies to also do work on your vehicles which are not cover my Nissan warranties. When problems arise they become belligerent and have the outside companies to call and threaten you. The price may be great but not worth it, go to another area dealership to purchase your vehicle.

We sat down with the sales person and informed her that we wanted to keep our payment on a car to $100-130 per month with $3,000 down. We test drove a car and we were happy with it. After test driving the car the sales person kept us waiting at her desk for at least 2-2 1/2 hours. During that time she said she was going to send the car back for final cleaning and stated that if we don't buy it at least they would have a clean car on the lot. We stated several times that we didn't want a payment higher than the $133 that she gave us. Then we were sent back to speak to the Finance guy. When we sat down he explained all the extra warranties we could purchase, etc. When he finally got around to telling us that the payment would be $155 (or more, I can't remember exactly). He had done all his paperwork and they had checked our credit and was ready for signatures. When we told him that we didn't want to spend that much monthly for a 2nd car to use to drive back and fourth to a part-time job. He seemed offended that he didn't know that we weren't ready to buy. We now had spent 3-4 hours wasting his time and ours. I think before they check our credit report (which we knew was somewhere at 820) and get into the final paperwork that they should have been able to give us a final price. The only way I would recommend this dealer is to inform friends that they should get a price before they waste everyone's time. Also if you know roughly what your credit score is don't let them check it until you get a price for the car.

Very happy with Rick Sevigny .I wish there where people like him in customer service. The whole dealership was out standing. They list to what u need and want .with out trying to push other things. Like another dealship was.they where so fast.from the time we walk on the lot.we where out the door with are new car in three hours.that rigth three hours.at other dealership it take that long to find out a price for a car.we had suck great service. I recently just purchased a 2016 Altima from Jenkins Nissan. My experience from beginning to end was wonderful. I found the exact model I wanted online and called to see if the car was still available. I spoke with Vince, in charge of internet sales who was very polite and made me an appointment that same day to see the car. When I arrived he greeted me and introduced me to Daniel Malone who accompanied me on the test drive. When it came time to talk numbers I was given a very simple outline of all the costs, everything was explained, and there were no hidden fees. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable throughout the process. Dan also made arrangements so I could turn in my lease there at the dealership. Jayson, who did our financing made sure my payment was where I wanted and even matched the interest rate that my credit union was promoting so I didn't have to worry about refinancing down the road. I left a very happy girl. I highly recommend buying a car here, you can't beat the prices or the customer service.

We bought a new Rogue SL back in 2014 and wanted to give them one more whirl. I wasn't sure at first as the deal didn't start off too hot. However, we kept working the numbers late after closing and settled on "a price". Went back the next day to finalize the paperwork and noticed there was a discrepancy on the trade allowance. After some tense moments, they honored their word and the deal. Couldn't be happier with our new Armada SL. I've got more business coming your way. Thanks again guys. Wasn't really looking to purchase a brand new vehicle at this current time but after talking with Linny, the sales manager, my mind was changed. I drove 2 hours to look at purchasing a 2016 nissan juke. When I arrived at the dealership I was pleasantly greeted by salesman Kip Curry. He was very friendly and geniune. He was open to answering all of my questions honestly. In a timely manner Kip was able negotiate the price I wanted to pay. Whole experience was quick and efficient. I found my Nissan online and I couldn't believe the price. It was insanely low for a brand new Maxima. When I walked in Richard Sevigny greeted me and took my right to the car to check it out. We drove it and I was in love from that second, but I was even more in love when he told me to price I saw online was the actual price, no gimmicks, no run around, the real price. It was an obvious decision so the next day I was back to sign and drive. I drove 30 miles out of my way to get this deal passing 4 closer dealers cause none of them could even get close the price. I've recommend to my family and friends and they're so amazed they're looking into go there for a car or two. I will definitely be back for another Nissan.

One of my Best Car experiences EVER...!!!! I have had a few over the Years. Well here goes I was looking to buy my Son a Vehicle. He is attending Florida Southern and was in need for a New but used Vehicle. I live in NY and didn't really want to travel to Lakeland to search for a car. After looking around got to Jenkins online cars. Well what an Excellent Web Page to really look for all different cars. I finally found 3 different cars for my Son to look at they where all Certified Pre-Owned. Had him look them over picked one and had him set up a test drive with Scott at Jenkins the next day. He loved it. Jenkins put that Car to the side for me as I was coming down to Fl. in two weeks. Did all the necessary paper work over the phone and set the day to come by with my son to drive his New car away. I dealt with a Young man Jason Kimbrough who pretty much handled everything. He is a well mannered young man with a Great sense of Humor and is Very Knowledgeable about his Cars. He is a Key Asset to this Dealership. We bought our 2008 Altima at another dealer and after many headaches found Jenkins Nissan. Thanks to the attention it receives at Jenkins, the Altima now has about 173K miles and we hope to drive it at least that many more. The Service Advisors are friendly and appear to care for the needs of the customer. The mechanics are thorough and work is done completely. The problem causing our latest visit was a leaky sunroof. Susan Willet, the Service Advisor, knew more rain was on the way so she squeezed us into the schedule. The mechanic, Donovan, troubleshot the problem until he was satisfied that he had the root cause. Great job! Thanks.

I drove from Jacksonville to Lakeland to buy a new Maxima. I had noticed consistent lower pricing at Jenkins and a few other Tampa area dealerships online. So I contacted Mario Dorrado at Jenkins who explained their discounts and was very straight to the point and business like with out being pushy. Prior to driving down there I wanted to work out the details of the purchase. He got me the out the door quote I was looking for and it was better than any nearby Jacksonville dealer. Once I got there, Mario turned me over to Richard Sevigny who helped me out through the test drive, decision making and buying process. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with and didn't use high pressure tactics. He did a great job in answering our questions and was respectful of our time. I had expected to be there for 4-5 hours but we were out in just over 2 hours including test drives and a lot of questions and answers along with looking at different trim level options. Had the car a week and so far am very pleased with the car.

Took my car in for service last Saturday. Spent a little longer time at the dealership than I had hoped, but it was a busy day. That being said, Amber Covington took excellent care of my car's service. She kept me informed, she frequently checked to see if I needed anything, explained all that needed doing to the car, and answered all my questions. It was comforting to know that my service advisor was on top of what was going on with my vehicle. It's a bit of a drive for me, and I have 2 Nissan dealers much closer to me, but the excellent customer service keeps me coming back.

I was looking for a Rogue for a couple of weeks, after expanding the distance with my search, I came across with Jenkins and the price, first I could not believe how low. So I called and made it a point that I was not playing games that I was serious to purchase, after my first call with Johnna it was made clear for the price, I had to call again to make sure. My wife and I had to drive from Miami to get the car, YES we did buy it and drive to get it, and it was well worth it, the savings where substantial. The car was washed cleaned and ready for us before we got there....WOW! that was nice, and NO games with the PRICE that we agreed on. Jenkins Nissan and Mike Riley both did an excellent job on my recent visit. Having bought my pathfinder at Jenkins 3 1/2 years ago, I have had almost all of my service completed at the dealership. When not in town, I use a local Nissan dealer. This last time, I was in for an oil change and bought new tires. I checked around before buying the tires and found them to be very competitive. Staff was very friendly, and helpful, my salesman was Daniel Belson, I told him what I wanted and he made it happen, he didn't try to talk me into something else because of my credit or better rebates on a different model, which has happened to me before at another facility. He got me into the exact car that I told him I wanted. Process was pretty painless and we were able to make a deal qiuckly. As a Canadian visitor it was important to have our 2015 Rogue serviced before starting our journey home. Tammy Letchwort, the service advisor, was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable with respect to our needs. The salespeople are fair and true to their word. It definitely was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I have had my car in for service to have the oil changed, tires rotated and 10,000 and 15000 mile service. Each time, the service personnel have been friendly and willing to answer any questions that I have. The facility is clean and functional. There isn't a fancy coffee bar and free donuts...... but I am sure that is how they are able to make the price of their cars more competitive than other dealerships.

I went to see if Jenkins would honor an oil change with a car l just purchased from another dealer. My dealer was very far away and I had purchased another vehicle with a friend at Jenkins. What they offered me was a $6 oil change for the lifetime of the car. It saves me money, tome and gas and l accepted. Jennifer Whedbee, Service Advisor, drove my vehicle in for the oil change, was very personable and pleasant, made the information process easy, advised me on a recommended tire rotation, drove my car out, assisted me with the cashier, and made the overall experience go very well for me. She presented an environment where l feel comfortable and can feel confident in bringing my vehicle to a reliable place. She even ran out to bring me my maintenance book which l forgot, with the service recorded. Overall l was very pleased with the way things went and it helped me avoid an alternative that l was not looking forward to in driving the car further from hom for an oil change.

Michael was great. It was no pressure. He just asked what we wanted to see and he showed us several. I made him run in after several keys but he was a good sport about it. I think we were treated great and the the experience was very easy. I also think the bottom line of price is VERY important. I called a dealership just down the road and they could not match the price that was given to me over the phone so we drove a few extra miles to Lakeland. There were no games and I was pleasantly surprised that the car was the price I was told on the phone. Would buy again in a heartbeat from Michael and Jenkins Nissan.

I live 3 miles from another Nissan Dealer and drove nearly 60 miles to Jenkins this past Friday! If that doesn't tell you all you need to know, then let me just add this. Johanna, in Internet Sales, and salesman, Leo Guzman, pulled me out of a leased vehicle, that i just made the last payment on, and that I was over the mileage limits by 40,000 miles, and moved me into a PURCHASED beautiful Sentra S. Considering my circumstances, they saved me thousands while giving me the car I wanted. Out of respect to them, I won't divulge the details of the deal. I will just say that i financed at zero percent financing and my monthly payment is well under $300. The deal was agreed to within an hour and the car prep an financing concluded in 45 minutes. Leo was superb in going over the details and operation of the car. I have been buying cars since 1986 and this experience was, by far and away, the easiest buying experience I ever had. He answered all of our questions (there were a lot!) and helped us with test driving the vehicle on both occasions. Again, I felt no pressure which was very important to me. Even after obtaining my contact information he was not calling and emailing constantly like many other dealerships. Before our third trip I had requested an online quote for one of their vehicles in the color I wanted. They didn't have it at their regular lot, so before we arrived they had already gone to pick it up for me! I love my new car and would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family! Next time we need a new car I know where we are going!

Then I went to Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland and had a total opposite experience. My sales person Dusti Miller was awesome, the dealership personnel were friendly and working very hard to earn my business. In the end they made the whole Car Buying experience a real pleasure. Dusti ordered Dinner in and my wife and I shared it with her at her desk. She is an awesome, sweet girl. They really made me a deal on the new 2015 Nissan Titan and I couldn't pass this deal up. Took my car in this week to have the oil changed/tires rotated and 10K check. I was dreading the wait as they were very busy when I arrived. One of my least favorite things to do is buy a vehicle. We went to Jenkins Nissan because they were the only dealership around that had what we were looking for. As busy as they were we got nothing but stellar service from the minute we walked through the door until the minute we drove off the lot with our new Titan. Im not one to write reviews, the great experience my wife and I had at Jenkins Nissan was fantastic! First off Michael Wojtiuk is not your typical salesman. He is very much a down to earth kind of guy. He was not pushy and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. My comment to Mike was You do not seem to be that flashy arrogant type of a salesman. And I mean that as a compliment! Thats why my wife and I like dealing with you". We encountered some minor issues with the new car. No fault of Jenkins Nissan or Nissan themselves, a little Mother Nature problem. Mike and sales manager Marcus promised me the small issues would be taken care immediately. Marcus took the car into the shop and had service manager Todd look over the car and had the parts ordered expedited. Even after the sale we had a few concerns about the financing. The finance manager Hymid (hope I spelled correctly) was great to deal with as well. Hymid erased all of our concerns. Another great notability about Jenkin Nissan is that they dont tack on those extras at the end of the sticker price i.e. Paint/fabric protector or pin stripping etc. Jenkin Nissan is a great dealership! I worked with all their departments and found everyone really friendly and helpful.

My wife and I emailed Jenkins as to the car we wanted and we set up an appointment to meet with the Internet Sales Rep(Vincent) at 9:00 am on Saturday morning. We drove down from Wesley Chapel and arrived at 8:45 am and was greeted by Vincent who introduced us to a lot salesman (Kip) and we picked out the Altima (SL) that we was interested in and soon my wife was test driving the car and found it to be just what she wanted. We returned to the dealership and Kip went over all of the information about the car and asked if we would be interested in purchasing the Altima. After my wife and I agreed, Kip took us into the dealership and went through the paperwork and the types of options on the car. There was absolutely no pressure throughout this process to purchase the Altima and we were asked a couple of times is this really the car that we wanted to purchase. This is a much different approach than we had found at other dealerships. We soon found ourselves with the finance manager who found the very best options for us and with high credit scores we were about to obtain a 75,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty for the same money. The finance manager was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. After completing our visit with the finance manage (Brett) Kip took us back into the car and went over all of the options on the Altima that we had. He set up our Bluetooth, our navigation, and our Bose stereo system among other things. We were in and out of the door in 2 1/2 hours. It was a great experience.

We checked the Internet for local dealerships offering the 2015 Murano Platinum model. We visited another dealer who after four tries could not negotiate the right deal for us. I will never buy a nissan from this dealership they are liars and thieves. I bought a brand new car that had a defect in the paint...instead of them painting the whole car it was painted in spots.. after i complaint about the issue a manager told me to shut up and let's have a intelligent conversation. After threating to call channel 12 news they agreed to give me another car. After swapping out cars they told me my first payment that was made on the previous car would be applied to the another...that never happened they took my 346.00 dollars and started me with payments all over again. I have made several attempts to get this matter resolved they are all liars and will give you the run around. I work hard for my money and they just stole it from me. It's not my fault because this dealership sold me a defective car!!!!!! Stay away please!!!!!

First of all and up front, this review will be glowing. Further to three bad experiences with other dealerships which left my husband and I annoyed, we came across Jenkins Nissan on the net. We had a specific car/ interior and a set monthly price in mind for the car we wanted. We liaised with (Johanna) who promised us we would be able to attain said price. Johanna kept us appraised at every stage, as the exact car we wanted was in transit. We were still not hopeful (3 dealerships told us we would not get the deal we wanted). On the day we went to potentially pick up the car we arrived with low expectations. We were met by James Bearden who would broker the deal. From start to finish he was non pushy, understanding and did not on any scale try to bamboozle us with figures (those previous dealerships). It's fair to say this was the best experience we have had to date when purchasing a car. James, as well as the other staff members, steered us through a usually painful process leaving us with our new car less than 2 hours later. We are very happy and extremely pleased with the way James managed the whole process. It's difficult in these situations for people who are technically sales people to manage a consumers expectations of what the experience should be. James did this with ease and we will be back!

I took my car to the Nissan dealership to get an estimate on the cost to repair my current vehicle, while the news was not what we wanted to hear, the experience in the Service department was great. Robinson was very helpful. This factored into my decision to walk into the dealer showroom and see what kind of car we might be able to get with a trade in or if we went the route of leasing. So, once in the showroom, Rahshon Clark approached asking how he might help. He was not the least bit pushy or deterred by the request. Within minutes we were in the parking lot looking at vehicles. In trying to discern what features were important and how that impacted payments, Rahshon did a check of their inventory. We then test drove the selection. During the test drive, Rahshon suggested we go to their overflow lot to look at additional Pathfinders that better fit our wish list. We left the overflow lot in a different car than the one we came in. This helped us realize what were must haves and where we might compromise. Back at the dealership we reviewed different vehicles/options to see what we could get with the stated budget. Rahshon got us the model of car we wanted, features and exterior color we were happy with while staying within our budget. I never expected to purchase a car that day or to have had such a great experience. Was blown away by the process and customer service. Every member of the Nissan team we met were extremely helpful. I went drove all the way to Lakeland, FL from Panama City, FL to Jenkins Nissan to help my daughter, who was looking for a new Nissan Rogue but couldn't find anyone locally who was willing to give her a good deal. I found Jenkins Nissan online, and was contacted by one of their online sales manager, Linny, who could instantly give me an out the door pricing. No gimmicks, no lies, and had amazing rebate deals. When we arrived we were introduced to our sales personnel Daniel Malone. He was very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help my daughter and I. I have not received this kind of real, friendly, personal, and overall best customer experience with buying a car in a very long time. It was definitely worth the drive, when they ended up saving my daughter $2,000-$3,000 compared to local Nissan dealers. Everyone there was so friendly, and not once did we ever feel pressured into an agreement, They really worked with us on everything we asked for. I even ended up driving away with a new Nissan Altima, myself. The price was just too good to pass up and the car was more than I could have ever imagined. I would definitely recommend this dealer to any of my friends or family, and have definitely made my daughter and I loyal customers. I have never experienced a car sales rep who was so willing to take care and go above and beyond for their customer. I recently moved to Central FL and had been looking for a car for at least 5 months--In the process of visiting a few different dealers and car lots, I became a bit discouraged. While traveling through Lakeland, I decided to stop at Jenkins Nissan. I must be honest--when I arrived, I was a bit skeptical, but Carlos Echeverry met us before we walked into the front door and was an amazing help all throughout the entire process. He went beyond the normal, "How can I help you?" attitude, and displayed genuine care and concern that significantly lessened the apprehension I had initially felt going into another car dealership. He took the time to understand what I wanted and got it for me! I also appreciated the finance manager Jose who assisted me. He was gracious enough to meet me where I am, in terms of my budget. My entire experience at Jenkins Nissan was the most positive one I've ever had--I will never forget it and based on the amazing help I got from both Carlos and Jose, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a car!

I traveled from Ft Lauderdale to Jenkins Nissan for my new vehicle. I knew I had made the right decision when they offered to have dinner waiting for me upon my arrival considering a four hour drive. Carlos Echeverry was waiting at the door when I arrived. I work in customer service myself, and Carlos exemplified everything that I was trained to do when it comes to the customer. Purchased a brand new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership on June 27, 2015. Was told that we would be getting a survey. We were also told that if we took care of the salesman on the survey we would get a full tank of gas. We were referred to this dealership through my sister & brother-in-law. My brother-in-law had called the salesman to check on his referral money. The salesman decided that he needed to ask my brother-in-law why we slandered him on the survey. Number one if the salesman had a problem with our survey, he should have contacted us, not talked to my brother-in-law about the situation. It's not about the full tank of gas at all, it's about telling customers what they should put on a survey, & also for talking to other people about your survey. Called a sales manager, named Jeff who told us that we still would get a full tank of gas. Jeff also stated that I would get a phone call back regarding my complaint, & we never received a phone call back. Called on Friday again & spoke with a different sales manager who informed us that they only give a full tank of gas to customers who rate on the survey all VERY OUTSTANDING. Then the lot manager, named Tony, thought it was pretty funny as well that I was even making a complaint. I have spoke with Nissan Consumers Affairs & have a complaint put in with a case#. This was our first experience buying a car by searching on cars.com. My husband and I were looking for a 2011-2012 used Toyota Avalon of a particular color with very low miles and for a decent price. After monitoring cars.com daily for a couple weeks we found just the car we were looking for at Jenkins Nissan. The only issue was distance: we live in Minnesota and Jenkins Nissan is in Lakeland, Florida. The salesman that assisted us was Alan Keith, he is amazing! Honest, professional, responded to our every question and email, guided us through the entire out-of-state process. The price was also exceedingly good for a Limited trim, and everything was laid out clearly in the Buyer's Order. My husband flew down to test drive, everything checked out, & he drove home in blissful comfort (1600 miles, mind you) in our dream car. What we were told was what we got. Take it from two VERY SATISFIED customers: Jenkins Nissan RULES! Ask for Alan, you'll be glad you did.

I worked the initial details of a specific trucks' availability and price with the Jenkins Nissan Internet Sales rep Mike Barnes via their website. Mike answered all of my questions including a very clear explanation of any qualifications for the fantastic discounts from MSRP they were showing on their website. I was expecting the games, but it actually was the price that they were offering right up front on the truck to anyone vs just those meeting certain specific criteria. I made an appointment to see and test drive the vehicles and worked with a member of their sales staff Daniel Harrington. Daniel was extremely polite, knowledgeable and made sure I had every opportunity and plenty of time to look over the colors that they had available on the lot and to make a decision on which one I wanted to look further into. During the test drive Daniel offered to show me to the Interstate so that I could have the opportunity to see how the vehicle drove at hwy speeds as well as the local roads around the dealership which was nice as I was not a local to the area. During the follow up process of evaluating my trade in and getting a final price on the truck, everything was clearly explained and I felt absolutely zero pressure. Mostly because the initial price on the new truck that they offered was so discounted that you really feel that they can't come down any lower and still stay in business. The Finance and trade in transfer processes were completed quickly, clearly and when there were options that would be to your financial benefit regarding terms/rates etc. they were explained as to why one was preferable to the other for your benefit vs. theirs. The truck was fully detailed while I was doing this and then Daniel took all the time I needed to walk me through the major features and options on the truck even pairing my cell phone with the Bluetooth system before I left. At no time was I left sitting around waiting for them to do something or wondering what was taking so long. It all flowed smoothly from one step to the other but you never felt rushed or pressured as mentioned previously. Many people do not look forward to buying a new vehicle due to the stress and pressures involved at some places, which is sad. I can easily say that the entire sales process at Jenkins Nissan was so smooth that I would recommend to anyone either local or within the central Florida area to visit their website and then take the easy drive over there just directly off of I-4 near Lakeland prepared to drive a new vehicle home.

My parents are in their mid 70's and are veterans. During the Memorial Day weekend they wanted to buy a newer used Sm SUV. They were sold a Jeep Compass which left an oil stain on their driveway within hours; so they contacted their sales rep (Scott) immediately. Multiple attempts were made by the service dept to stop the leak within the first 72 hours of purchase (a drive to the dealer every day). On the 3rd day they requested a refund and were told their options were to keep the defective Jeep or "trade" it in. The other SUV cost $3000 more and the Jeep lost $1000 due to "depreciation" (3 days depreciation on a used car = $1000?). As per FL law there is no legal requirement for a refund in this case however, the dealer does have the option to provide this consideration (a full refund) to its' clients. I spoke to Alan (sales mgr) via phone while my parents were at the dealership and he said the dealership "chose" not to provide that allowance to my parents. $1000 is a considerable amount in the finances of my parents living on a fixed income, likely not as critical to the bottom line of a corporate balance sheet. Although there is no legal obligation it should be argued that there is a moral one to seniors, veterans, clients and community. As it is June 8, 2015, I obviously provided ample time for Jenkins Nissan, Alan or Scott to reconsider their conduct in this manner. They have made no effort.

He provided excellent customer service for both my husband and myself on that very busy Saturday, which was Memorial Day Weekend. He explained how to use specific options on the car like cruise control and Bluetooth, also helped set up the radio with me. He went through the owners manual and explained where to find the troubleshooting section in case I had a question or two about the car operation. My husband is on oxygen and cannot walk the lot nor did want to go for the test drive, etc. Dan and I did this and then Dan filled my husband in on all the tech stuff when we got back. My son and I came to Jenkins Nissan on Monday, May 25th. Richard Sivigney is the salesman who approached us and asked what we were interested in. I told him the Rogue SL. He took us to that model and explained every detail of the car before I sat in the car and drove it. He did not pressure me when I said I wanted to drive a couple of other cars at other dealerships. I did drive other makes and found them nowhere near as comfortable as the Rogue SL. Also, the other sales people didn't explain anything as well as Mr. Sivigney did. They were pushy, too. My business partner and I were both looking to buy a new 2015 Nissan Murano . She happens to live and work from Florida and I live in Virginia. While spending a week in Florida on vacation I need some internet research and found that Jenkin's Nissan seemed to have the best prices around by far. We had been to some other dealerships prior and were not impressed. So we paid a visit to Jenkin's Nissan. They had 25 2015 Murano's on the lot where as other dealers had from 1 to maybe 4. With that many cars it made it much easier to compare colors and trim levels. We were greeted by Mike Metcalfe our sales person. He was very professional and helpful. He showed us the new cars and explained the differences in trim levels and accessories. My business partner found the one she liked and bought it that day. They gave us a great deal on the new car and also one on her trade in. The entire process did not take long at all and soon she was driving home in her new 2015 Murano. I did not buy a car that day as I was also looking at another manufacture's vehicle but told them if I decided on a Murano I would buy it from them. About two weeks later I told them I was ready to buy. They did not have the exact one I wanted as I live north and wanted all wheel drive. They had found one and obtained it for me within 24 hrs. We did the transaction over the phone and they sent me the paperwork. I flew down on a Saturday and bought the car that day then drove it home on Monday. I have recommended Jenkin's Nissan to my friends for the best deal and best overall experience. Thanks Mike for making everything go so smoothly.

I got to the dealership around 10:00, parking was very hard to find, almost had to park in the street. Salesman was patient enough to wait for me to get out of my car before jumping in my face. Clean guy, didn't know half the stuff on the vehicle I wanted to test drive, made me believe there's a Nissan assembly plant in Florida while the car is built by Samsung in South Korea. Once I explained that I didn't like it too much, he referred me to the sales closer who kept telling me lies to tell me that I should buy his car even though I didn't like it after a 2 miles test drive. 15 minutes later I finally got out of the snake lock with a feeling that I'll never want to go back there or even buy a Nissan!

After receiving an internet price for our 2015 Altima from Mario Dorado, my wife and I drove from Orlando to Lakeland to visit Jenkins Nissan. Mario introduced us to Angel Diaz, sales and lease specialist. Angel worked with us throughout the process. We began with Angel taking us on a test drive that took us to Jenkins' auxiliary lot about three miles from the main Dealership. There we looked over various stock numbers that met the specifications we had outlined, very efficient process. Angel answered all of our many questions thoroughly and patiently. He helped us narrow our decision alternatives to two vehicles, one an SV, the other an SL. Since we anticipated buying the SV, we drove it back back to the Dealership. Angel immediately produced a printout of the deal that we had previously worked out with Mario via email. There were no surprises; the deal was exactly what we had been told. Still, after additional discussion about the SV versus the SL, my wife and I decided to upgrade to the SL. This sent Angel back to the auxiliary lot to bring back the SL we had selected. He did so after we were given a discount on the SL that was comparable, actually better, than the discount on the SV. All that remained was a meeting with the finance representative and delivery of the car. Angel checked in on us a couple of times as we waited for the finance meeting, after which he delivered our new car to us. In this final step Angel expertly gave us a comprehensive introduction and demonstration of car's features and options. As senior citizens who are not particularly technologically savvy, his thorough and clear explanations were much appreciated. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience at Jenkins. Mario was open, responsive and honest in email and phone exchanges. And Angel's friendly, helpful demeanor put us a ease right away. Angel's knowledge and product expertise were instrumental in our decision making process. My wife and I agree that this was the best car buying experience we have had. We have already recommended Jenkins, Mario Dorado and Angel Diaz to friends. The new SL is my car. My wife will need a need car in a couple of years and we'll be back at Jenkins for another Altima.

I have been using Jenkins Nissan for about 10 years for service on my vehicles as well as purchasing a new Nissan Versa from them. I highly recommend Jenkins for service and buying vehicles. The buying experience was straight forward, and was completed in a timely manner. There was very little to discuss after receiving the first offer. My service experience is very good. I state what I want done, and it is done in a timely manner. The Jenkins advisor checks with the technician doing the work to see if there is anything that needs attention of which I was not aware. The service advisor presents any such detail to me to get my approval for additional work which I had not authorized on my original work request. My last visit is an example. I planned to drive to North Carolina, and wanted the oil change prior to that drive. Tammy Letchworth, the service advisor, came back to me with news that my drive belt was cracked. I authorized the repair to avoid problems on my trip.

Jenkins (Chris Faulkner) really takes care of us.... Amazing Service!!!!! I've referenced this issue previously.... the man's bathroom could use some help. I own a towing service and visit many car dealers... this is one that needs a little help!!! Broken or loose door handle, not alway clean and the soap dispenser is not "Handicap Accesible"

I've always purchased m vehicles in cash. This was my first time purchasing via finance. I saw a deal online so I called Jenkins ask about a 2015 Altima during there "$10,000 off Altima sales event." Linny spoke to me about the sales event and told me the break down that I'd have to "qualify" to get all the discounts. Turns out I lost $2000 so the best they could do was $8000 off which wasn't bad. I took a trip to the dealership with one of two pre-approval drafts with a rate of 1.45%. Czar approached me and I told him I wanted a white Altima. I had plenty of options. He allowed me to test drive the S. I wanted to know what vehicles where available and the pricing but the system wasn't even updated online that care sold were still showing up publicly in their inventory. Czar shows me two options an S and SV, never took me on a test drive for the vehicle that I wanted, SV. He wanted to get to the paperwork and insisted I go through NMAC for financing or I'd lose close to another $3000. I then specified that if I go through NMAC to only pull from ONE bureau, EQUIFAX because I knew that the other two burueas still had 4 fraudulent accounts that were in delinquency. Czar place a note on the documentation to only pull equifax. They pull my report and the score comes back at 645. This is when I was surprised because I pulled my credit reports and scores a few days before and my Equifax was at 803 and the other two in the mid-600s. I ask there financial guy, Chris, if they only pulled Equifax and they said that that's the only one they pulled. At this point, I wanted to speak to my partner about this. I walk back inside and they insisted that we move forward as they were able to approve me. They presented me with a very high rate on 9.9%. I again mention to Chris that this was very high and that I know my score could not have gone from 803 to 645. He insisted that that is what came up and that I go through with it and just refinance after 3 months. So that was what was planned. Today, I get alerts stating that NMAC also pulled my Experian report and score (650 last I check). I speak to Chris about this and he told me that they only pulled Equifax and that NMAC would use whatever score was high. This really upset me as I had proof that they pulled Equifax and Experian and went with the lower score, the one with several fraudulent accounts. This is poor business ethics on the fact that I was told that they would only pull Equifax but they pulled both Equifax and Experian. I'm again on the market to purchase a vehicle cash and won't be returning to Jenkins. Being young and first time financing buyer, I feel as the Jenkins team and NMAC took advantage of me. I do not recommend purchasing from Jenkins or financing with NMAC.

I've always purchased m vehicles in cash. This was my first time purchasing via finance. I saw a deal online so I called Jenkins ask about a 2015 Altima during there "$10,000 off Altima sales event." Linny spoke to me about the sales event and told me the break down that I'd have to "qualify" to get all the discounts. Turns out I lost $2000 so the best they could do was $8000 off which wasn't bad.I took a trip to the dealership with one of two pre-approval drafts with a rate of 1.45%. Czar approached me and I told him I wanted a white Altima. I had plenty of options. He allowed me to test drive the S. I wanted to know what vehicles where available and the pricing but the system wasn't even updated online that care sold were still showing up publicly in their inventory. Czar shows me two options an S and SV, never took me on a test drive for the vehicle that I wanted, SV. He wanted to get to the paperwork and insisted I go through NMAC for financing or I'd lose close to another $3000. I then specified that if I go through NMAC to only pull from ONE bureau, EQUIFAX because I knew that the other two burueas still had 4 fraudulent accounts that were in delinquency. Czar place a note on the documentation to only pull equifax. They pull my report and the score comes back at 645. This is when I was surprised because I pulled my credit reports and scores a few days before and my Equifax was at 803 and the other two in the mid-600s. I ask there financial guy, Chris, if they only pulled Equifax and they said that that's the only one they pulled. At this point, I wanted to speak to my partner about this. I walk back inside and they insisted that we move forward as they were able to approve me. They presented me with a very high rate on 9.9%. I again mention to Chris that this was very high and that I know my score could not have gone from 803 to 645. He insisted that that is what came up and that I go through with it and just refinance after 3 months. So that was what was planned.Today, I get alerts stating that NMAC also pulled my Experian report and score (650 last I check). I speak to Chris about this and he told me that they only pulled Equifax and that NMAC would use whatever score was high. This really upset me as I had proof that they pulled Equifax and Experian and went with the lower score, the one with several fraudulent accounts. This is poor business ethics on the fact that I was told that they would only pull Equifax but they pulled both Equifax and Experian.I'm again on the market to purchase a vehicle cash and won't be returning to Jenkins. Being young and first time financing buyer, I feel as the Jenkins team and NMAC took advantage of me. I do not recommend purchasing from Jenkins or financing with NMAC.

We called Alan before we arrived at the dealership and he greeted us when we arrived. I had spoken with him on the phone and was looking forward to seeing what vehicles he had available. He turned us over to Harry Robb who was wonderful to work with. He was not pushy but very informative answering all our questions. When Lionel and I picked up my vehicle, we both remarked what a wonderful experience we had and how professional and informative everyone we came in contact treated us. We were going to go by the new car dealership and talk to the General Manager to tell him what a good team of people he had working for him. I remember Alan, Harry and Keith. I can't remember the name of the young man who did my final paperwork but everyone was wonderful. We would definitely return to this dealership if we need another vehicle.

My sales associate, James Bearden, was very patient and understanding in showing me different vehicles and answering my questions. The dealership was rather busy and the wait time between finding the vehicle and getting into the office to sign the paperwork was a little long. I drove from Naples and was a little anxious to get back on the road, but James was great. He even offered to go across the street and buy me lunch. He did get me a snack and a drink from the vending machine. The dealership itself was impeccably clean and the co-workers seemed to get along great. The experience of buying a new car from Jenkins Nissan was very good. They sent me the quotes of desired car beforehand, which looked very lucrative to me in comparison to other Nissan dealers. So I was expecting that they will raise the price once I will be there. But to my surprise, the final cost of the car I bought costed me few bugs lesser than the price they sent me in quote. I drive almost an hour each way to Jenkins because they are the best dealer I have ever seen. All of these people around my town are the worst, and I have to drive so many miles to get the service I want. I would buy another Nissan in the future just because I love the great service Jenkins offer. I left my dog car seat for about three months in one of their rentals, and you would not believe they waited until my next visit to give me back my dog's car seat. The service manager and Chris Faulkner are always the best, and they make me feel I am not bothering them one bit. God bless all of you guys, and keep up the excellent work.

My daughter was a first time buyer and wanted to know, what she needed to become a new car owner. Jenkins was recommended to her by a co-worker. She completed the application on line and we drove to the dealer. We talked to Ali and decided to go for a Sentra. While we were talking to Ali, A internet sales gentlemen named Vince called and then came by her cubicle while we were talking and tried to take over the show. Ali handled the situation and continued with the negotiations. We were there for 2 hours.When my daughter could not give anymore and they tried real hard to get more. We kindly asked for our car keys because we needed to leave and told them she would like to build her credit and save more for down payment and we would come back after the Christmas holiday. They then attacked us with Vince again asking where they lost us and what they did wrong? We explained we weren't lost we could not give them the requirements they wanted. Again we repeated ly asked for our car keys. After about asking for our keys 7 times, my daughter said I am going to call the police to get my keys from you. We are done here and we would like to leave. attacker # 3 comes out from the office as the sales manager never introduces himself but angrily says if we will give him 3 minutes of our time he could give us the deal we want. We again asked for our car keys which he threw at us as we were walking to the door. At this point I did swear at this guy and told them they were totally un professional. We felt like we were being held hostage for the deal they wanted us to take and we did not want. I would never recommend this dealer after being treated very unkindly.

Great service. The young man who helped me was Chris Faulkner. He gave me eye to eye contact,he always smiled and communicated with me not around me. When the car was ready, he told me it would be out front on the corner. He went and got my car and brought it to me. They also fixed my keyless entry key,as the battery was dead. I did not have an appointment,and they were so busy,but they still saw me and took care of my car in less than an hour. The service there is always great. But that Chris Faulkner was so professional....... An asset to Jenkins Nissan. They help me keep my car(now 2 yrs old ) in great condition........good for resale as they provided the service.

We live in Orlando, and saw the Pathfinder in the internet. Once we called to confirm its availability, we made an appointment and were there a midafternoon. We were greeted by James Dodds who treated us very professional, courteously, and knew most details about the vehicle history and functioning. After the typical back and forth of the pricing, we came to an agreement, and with the offered financing we could stay within the monthly payment range we were looking for. Once we got home that night, we realize the owner's manual was missing from the glove compartment. I just called James, and a few days later they send me the package with all the manuals. We consider Jenkins Northside Automotive a truthful place to buy, and James Dodds an excellent help in finding the right vehicle.

As my 2006 Hyundai Elantra was reaching its end, I began looking for a new Nissan. I visited a Nissan dealership in Jacksonville where I worked with a really nice salesman and I was so close to signing for my 2014 Nissan Sentra, however due to it being late on a Saturday evening, I had to wait until Monday to get approval from the bank. I did not know at the time that this was my sign from up above. That Sunday I called Jenkins Nissan after seeing the great deals and rebates they had going for the car I wanted and next Saturday I left the lot with my brand new 2014 Nissan Sentra. Rita Garrison and I made a connection that was not a normal customer-associate relationship. She spoke with me like I was a child of her own. I felt as if she genuinely cared about helping me find the best car at the best rate. I called her numerous times throughout the week leading up to Saturday and everyday I called her she was eager and willing to answer all of my questions. Once I got to Jenkins Nissan, Rita introduced me to Vince Maguire who was also awesome! Vince worked with me to get me the best price, payment plan, and interest rate. I could not have been more happy with my purchase and I'm so glad I waited to get my car from Jenkins Nissan. Chris Yates in finance was also very helpful and kept me entertained while signing all of my paperwork. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

I have purchased four Nissan trucks (1985,1990,2000,2006). My last purchase was from Jenkins Nissan, and since that time, I have had all service work perform by this dealership (with the exception of a battery replacement, ably provided by yours truly). Excellent service every time, all questions answered, entire service staff is commendable. I should point out two people that really go above and beyond what you encounter at other dealerships: Michael Camerine and Keith Brantley. Finally, they are always careful to make sure your vehicle is as clean when you are leaving as when you brought it in. I'm not providing this review for a free oil change, etc. These folks are good. Note: if you do not like strong coffee (I don't) you may want to bring your own.

I was planning to buy a used Altima with less than 20,000 miles and a friend at work suggested I contact the salesman, Julio Rivera, at Jenkins Nissan. I called the day before and explained to Julio that my $19,000 budget was tight and no room for negotiation since I had already picked out anoither car on-line in Tampa. Julio told me he could sell me a new 2015 Altima with zero miles at my budget limit. I showed up the next day (Saturday) and we test drove several of the available cars and found one with the coloar and interior we liked. Julio was very professional and did not pressure us at all. Within several hours we were on our way home driving a new 2015 Altima! This was a great car buying experience and I strongly recommend Mr. Rivera and Jenkins Nissan for all your automotive needs.

We came in with the kids to look at the 2012 Nissan Quest LE model that we got discounted $2,000 dollars. We liked the minivan and that same evening drove it home. We got everything done that evening even though we didn't expect to finish all that evening. But we did and with a little waiting, we drove the minivan home. We believe that it was a good buy. We got the financing done too and were satisfied with the outcome. The person that we dealt with at Jenkins Nissan was Mr. Alan Keith who sold us the vehicle, the finance manager (don't recall the name) who did the paperwork and Mr. Fadhilah Zein who took care of the detailing of the vehicle which was set up by appt. for another day. I have to say that my experience with Jenkins Nissan was probably the best I have ever had. I had recently totaled my vehicle, and as I had not been considering buying a new car, I had no idea what I sort of cars were out there that might be suitable for my family. A friend of ours recommended Jenkins Nissan, so we headed over with no real idea of what type of car/SUV, etc. I even wanted. Our salesperson, Jim Denham, was so patient with us, which can't be easy-I wouldn't want to deal with us! He was extremely knowledgeable, and even though he was aware we were just looking that day and weren't going to be buying anything, he spent A LOT of time showing us four different models with multiple trim levels, going through their features, and test driving a number of them. When I left there and realized I had left my wallet in one of the cars we test drove, he even left another customer and went out in the rain to find it for me! Anyway, long story short, we went to several other dealerships (mostly Toyota), and called around to 12+ dealerships to discuss pricing and availability of vehicles. I narrowed it down to the Nissan Pathfinder and the Toyota Highlander. Quite frankly, I was not impressed with any of the other dealerships we visited or spoke with-they all had a hard sell attitude that really turned me off, and two of them gave me conflicting and/or untrue information. I even made an appointment to test drive a certain model of a car and drove over an hour to a dealership, only to find out they didn't have it when I got there...hmmm. After all of my research, I kept coming back to the Pathfinder, and went back to Jenkins to look at all of the trim levels again. They were very straightforward and honest about the price they were able to give me, and as it turned out, no one else could touch it. Jim's patience as we went through the process was greatly appreciated-we tend to have a lot of questions, and were being very indecisive! The finance person was also very friendly and efficient, even though we kept him there quite late on a Friday night. We did have one issue when we took delivery of the vehicle, but the way it was handled made me really respect Jenkins Nissan for their exemplary customer service. We noticed there were a few issues with scuffs, etc. on parts of the interior of the car, but as it was so late by the time we left, the detail people were not there. We ended up coming back the next day and they rewashed the exterior and cleaned the interior. After they brought the care back out, we realized there were some blemishes in the clear coat that wouldn't come out with just a wash or buff. Jim and the General Manager truly bent over backwards to make me happy, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that in today's world where the lack of good customer service is so prevalent. They ended up driving 45 minutes (one way) to my work to provide me with a loaner car, just to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced, and took my new vehicle back to wet sand it and reapply the clear coat. At the time I am writing this, I have not yet gotten my car back, but I can tell you, based on the customer service I've received so far, I am confident everything will be perfect, or they will do whatever they need to in order to make sure it gets that way. Overall, fantastic experience, and that means a lot coming from someone who would rather have a root canal than go car shopping!

Purchased a brand new Nissan Altima June 2013. Had issues starting 1 week later. Passenger Airbag would turn off and radio would go black. Have taken my car back 6 times total- and yet to be corrected. Krista from inside sales called and represented herself as "Upper Management" at the facility. Basically just tried to get me to buy a new car. Stated she would take care of radio and seat issues. Parts dept calls me today to state they knew nothing about the radio after Krista stated it had been replaced. Another Nissan Employee clearly doing an excellent job of misrepresentation. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

I was shown the vehicles I was interested in and allowed to test drive the 2 I had major interest in. I made a choice of a Nissan Versa and then on to finance. The entire process was painless. I found Jenkins Nissan on Auto-Trader and could not beleive there low prices. Shortly after i entered my contact info on their web page I was notified by Mike Barnes. I first got him to price me a new Frontier then after confering with my wife we decided on an Altima instead. I was a little apprehesive about purchasing a vehical out of state but Mike assured me that they do these deals all the time.Week #2 I get a call from him that his sales manager says all out of state sales is off. After I told him that I would move on to another dealer he then calls me back and says that his mangers are going to expererment with a title transfer company and that they had selected my deal for this expererment and it would be no out of pocket cost to me.Week#3 I get a call from Jose the finance man at 9:30 PM. He says that he has my deal on his desk and wants to know how I want to finance it. When I tell him hold on and break it down for me he seems agitated. Then he tells me that my 19,830 drive out is now 20,500. Mike calls me later and I inform him that the numbers are off and I need to know the break down. Krista calls me the next day with the break down and informs me that I am to pay $120.00 for the title transfer company to handle the out of state title work. I told her that Mike said that there would be no cost to me since they were experimenting with this process. Krista then informs me that she can rip out the paper work and I can buy a car locally. WOW!!! How unprofessional? I said ok, and she told me that the deal was over. I cannot believe that after 3 weeks of working on this deal that they would throw it away over $120.00. Don't believe everything they tell you! They do not like to be challenged on the ending numbers.

Ted was awesome and we did most of it over email and the phone. Jenkin's sticker price on a 2014 Pathfinder was literally 7k cheaper than Kraft in Tallahassee. I was very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. If you are going to buy a new car their and no trade in, then everything will go fine as you don't negotiate on their prices. However, if you go with a trade, prepare to be low-balled to high xxxx. I was their when they had a a promotion of a $500 gift card if you purchased a new car by the end of that month. We selected the car we were ready to purchase and we went over the trades. Not only did they offer a price based on the wrong trim of my trade, but they seemed insulted when I implored them to reassess their figures. The finally came back and apologized for their error on not giving a fair price based on the trim of my trade, When all was said and down we came to an agreeable price based in the trades, I reminded them that I would like to have the gift card promised on their website. The said they would not honor it because of the it would hurt their bottom line. I was annoyed that they advertised this and told them this was not fair. I was told my "they were not interested in my business" on a subsequent call to complain about the practices they used. Really, this whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never return to this dealership.

I felt pressured into taking my new car home that Thursday evening even though I had to return the next day to complete "financial issues" , which I did. ( I was a bit confused when no financial issues were discussed and I was merely handed the second key). I had offered (that Thurs.) to sign a note promising good faith but I was told that the dealership now owned my Scion. It is now one week later, and Jose (finance) called and said we have to return TODAY to complete financial info...it seems that they forgot to collect $3200.00 due at signing. I wanted to take my Scion home and return the next day and not feel so rushed and unusually cold....and now I am responsible for returning AGAIN to deliver the forgotten $3200.00 . I am 66 yrs old.....still waiting for a dealership that only pretends that I am appreciated and likable.... until I sign. Sandra Douglas

I purchased my car from this dealership in 2009 and was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I have an Altima and every single part has had to be replaced. When I told them my transmission was shaking they replaced it but after a review from their master mechanic after the second one started doing the same thing, it was discovered they do not know who to fill the transmission fluid properly. And they are a certified mechanic!!! My moonroof has been leaking for the past three years and each year they swear its fixed only to have to go back a few months later because they didn't fix the problem. The worst part about this dealership is that they have damaged my car almost everytime they have it but will not do anything about what they have done. Do not use this dealership for anything. You can get their general manager to ever contact you. I would truly recommend not ever buying a Nissan vehicle, as they do not stand behind their products.

I bought a 2013 Pathfinder from this dealership. The sales experience was fine however; the Pathfinder I bought from them was a Lemon. The Transmission and torque converter was flawed and shook as I drove down the road like I was being hit from behind. Spent 10 months dealing with the issue - brought it in to the shop 4 times for them to repair it. (No Fix) - I called a Manager Glen McGuire to see if we could get some or all of our money back that we paid to put the zillion on our car. I am ok with the answer "no" its my second favorite answer after yes. However, there is a difference in saying No and showing empathy towards the issues we (the consumer) have been having and caring about a customer as a person rather than the treatment we received. He became angry at the mention of the issue, became very rude and mean on the call, and hung up on me. "You can bet I will never buy a car from you again". I tried to call him back to continue our conversation and he told me off and said he was busy and hung up again. I have never been treated so rudely by someone I spent $40,000.00 with. The other managers might be ok but this Glen McGuire guy seems in need of Sales Training or just a class on how to show empathy or care about what another human being is going through. If I sold a Lemon to someone I would feel terrible about the situation and do what I could to help and not spend my time being a jerk to your customers I am very upset at how I was treated by Glen Mcguire.

Sept 19th, Horrible experience! I called ahead on an Altima advertised on their banner on their webpage as $7000 off 2013's. I quoted the price$16,345 to the sales person and he said yes they had it. We drove 70 miles to the dealership and were prepared to walk in pay cash and walk out with the car. They then told us the car was $1,000 more and the banner was wrong and had expired and it was in the fine print. Well they said it expired 4 days earlier but it was still on their web page. No one was willing to help us including the manager who said he called the owner and they would not meet the price they had posted indicating it was expired. Not our fault it was still on their page. Nothing but rude people that would not apologize and in fact were talking behind our backs and snickering when we did talk to the manager. This all took place September 7th!!! And now today I look at their add and it again says $7,000 off and the $16,345 price point is back. Imagine losing a customer that day and then offering the same vehicle for the same price 11 days later. Who knows, maybe it was on sale the very next day. We walked away that day and never a follow up call, no apology no nothing! And we were prepared to pay cash! All I can say is Jenkins Nissan will receive the most publicized negative feedback from this missed sale. I have shared and will continue to share my experience with all....A very Dissatisfied Guest that will never return!!! Sept 21st, The saga continues....after complaining to Nissan USA, I received a call not from their specialist as promised, I received a call from Jenkins NIssan. How gracious of them to say they would now sell me the car at the $16,345. I asked if they would offer me their next level model for the same price for the inconvenience. The Asst Manager said he would discuss with his Manager. The next day, I received a call from the Asst Manger and he said the manager indicated I was trying to swindle them out of another $1,000. Imagine,"another $1,000"???? All I was looking for initially was the deal on their website and something for my inconvenience given our time and travel to the dealership. Well, I wonder if Nissan will call me back or if they even care......

The first experience I had with Jenkins Nissan was not the best, but the was at their used car lot on north 98 in Lakeland. After writing to Nissan Corporate they contacted me and redeemed themselves. I received a call from Glenn at their new car lot off State Road 33 and was put in contact with Rahshon Clark the Sales Rep. He really took care of me. He had me drive to his lot and then he drove me over to the used car lot himself walked me around and made sure I was taken care of. I found a wonderful used car, 2010 Maxima that I truly love. I had my heart set on this car for a week. I know Rahshon Clark deals mostly with new car sales, but I really appreciate all the attention he gave me. This was the best car buying experience of my life!!! I called to confirm that the prices online are accurate,and the next day went to the dealership and received fast and professional customer service from Vincent Maguire. He introduced us to several different SUVs of the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, and had a great deal of knowledge about every model and its extras. He showed us how everything works and operates with great patience and showed us that he truly cares about his customers. We ended up buying one of the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Platinums he had in stock at an $8,000 discount from the MSRP!! We were very pleased with the attention,patience,knowledge and consistence of the staff, and had an overall AMAZING car buying experience! We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car!

This is hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with a dealership. Dont let their advertised low prices trick you into doing business with them. My husband and I live an hour away from Jenkins Nissan but we found a car we were interested in online through their website. We started out working with Krista, their online sales associate, because we didnt want to waste our time making the long drive unless we knew we would be buying a car. We were going to be trading in our car, which she said would have to be looked at before they could give us a trade in value, but approximated about 11k. We asked for an exact figure of what we would be paying (car price, fees, etc), so she gave us the complete breakdown with the out the door figure. We felt comfortable at this point that this was going to be a straight forward sale, besides the negotiation of the trade in value of course, and decided on a time to come in. We let her know AGAIN that we would be making a long drive and bringing with us our small child. Krista said she understood and would have us in and out. So heres where the scam begins..Krista then let us know that she would not be available and that her associate Mike would be taking care of us. Apparently Mike had all our info, right.. Yes, Mike was so helpful that he called and emailed us twice to confirm we would have everything we needed when we came in. This guy seems like hes on his game! So when we got there we figured okay, this is going to be an easy process. Theyve pulled our credit, weve agreed on the price of the car, now all there is to do is determine the trade in value on our car. Yes, Mike was so informed and helpful that when it came to the price of the car he had it listed as $300 more than what they had advertised and what Krista had given us in our breakdown. (Now note that they put on their website that they have no addendums on the price of the cars except for the usual dealer fee, etc). When we tell Mike this and go searching through our phone to pull up the email from Krista, he looks at us like we have twelve heads. He says it must have been a different car. I say no, its the right car. Its advertised on your website. He doesnt bother to check, but instead make us look for five minutes on our phone to pull it up. Meanwhile he has never bothered to ask if we want anything to drink, and by the look of their restrooms, that was probably a good thing. So we pull up the conversation and again he doesnt seem to understand. Shouldnt this have all been discussed before we came in? According to Krista, Mike had all the information. Then they tell us that they are going to give us $1000 less for the trade in than Krista approximated. So we come back with you need to come down the $300 on the price of the new car, and up on our trade in. Mike says, okay, and comes back with the sales manager. The sales manager, didnt keep his name to memory because I am fuming at this point, comes back and says that the price of car is not changing and the trade in amount is not changing. So we say okay, then we are leaving, and the nice man that he is hands us our keys with not even an apology or a lets discuss this, and lets us walk out the door. And Mike, the great guy that he is, pretends he is on his cell phone and turns his back to us as we walk out the door. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!!!!!!! It wasnt so much the value of the trade in, but the fact that we agreed on the price of the car that THEY ADVERTISED on their website, and if they are willing to let customers walk over $300, then they must not need business. I am so disgusted by this experience that it has turned me off Nissans forever! I will never buy a Nissan after the way we were treated. They knew our situation, what was discussed, the journey we made to come see them, and still they tried to screw us over. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM JENKINS NISSAN!!

BEWARE OF THE DECEPTIVE BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! I am highly upset with this lousy faulty deceptive dealer. Rita garrison emailed me a price quote and convinced me over the phone that will be the selling price and I should fill out a credit application online and had me sent them a copy of my driver's license to them. After they get everything they need then there's the $2000 more bomb dropped on me. They claimed the owner had put the wrong price on the internet, which all three of the with the same model and price, even the model had match the advertised model discount? That's a mistake?....Really? Well, looking at the inventories that they had over the internet, it doesn't seems to be that big of mistake in his pocket. It made his pocket pretty healthy. No! I don't have extra $2000 of my hard earning money for people like you and your internet director, Rita Garrison!

The sales person that I dealt with when I bought my new Altima was Jason. He was very patient to work with and didn't push me into buying a new car. He new the product he was selling and did a great job of explaining everything to me. I would buy my car from him again. Another person that I dealt with in the car buying process was Krista. Whenever I would call on the telephone she would answer. Some dealerships you call over and over again and get there voicemal. She was great about ordering my all season mats and trunk protector and knowing when they would arrive. She also helped me through the process of showing me where the parts department was and getting Joe to detail my car which he did an excellent drive with. I like the customer srevice I received there. I will buy my next car with them because I got a great detail and everyone was easy to work with.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! This past weekend I went to Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland and purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue. The primary salesperson I dealt with was Rita Garrison and she was amazing! She took me on one of the most informative, thorough, and fun test drives I have ever been on. She showed me much more about the vehicle than just "this is how it feels driving down the road". She had me test the turning radius, the backup camera, and the awesome braking system. One of my primary concerns coming from a full-size truck to an SUV was the safety rating. Rita knew every airbag, safety feature, and rating there was to know on the vehicle. When we returned to the dealership I was sold. I then met with Buddy Allman in Sales who was absolutely wonderful as well. He was so kind and courteous, and he kept me informed during the entire process. He made sure that I was comfortable while I waited for the paperwork to be prepared, and always treated me with the utmost respect. He even took the time to personally go and help with the detailing of my new vehicle. When I eventually went into the Finance Office I was greeted by John Cvitovidch who was very knowledgeable and kind. He was never pushy or cold like some finance managers can be. Throughout the entire process I felt at ease. Every step was very clear and well explained and there were never any of those typical car dealership games between the salesperson and the finance desk. I have been through so many of those games in the past that I was dreading the thought of buying a new car, but as soon as I set foot on the Jenkins Nissan lot I felt at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to ANYONE! And I don't know what kind of magic wand John keeps in his desk, but he truly can work miracles with the numbers! The most impressive thing that Jenkins does differently than any other dealership I have every been to is their delivery of the vehicle. Rita actually took the time to sit in the car with me and go over every feature, bell and whistle. I have NEVER had any other car dealership do this. This really sets them apart from their competition!

Don't bother going to this dealership if you want fair and upfront pricing. You'll be quoted one price online, and when contacting the dealer they will give you another, lower price that is to get you in the door. Once you are satisfied with the lower price and fall in love with the car, they quickly say "We made a mistake in pricing" and revert back to the original, higher price.Shady business practices at best.

I avoid dealerships at all costs because of how uncomfortable the sales people make me feel. I've never dealt with anyone that wasn't pushy or arrogant until coming to Jenkin's Nissan. On arrival I was greeted by Buddy Allman. What a delightful change to the usual obnoxious salesmen found at most dealerships. He was very kind and extremly knowlegable. What I appreciated most of all was that he made me feel like an old friend. Never once did I feel like I was only there to help him make a sale. After my experience with Buddy, I will never go to another dealership. He is a keeper!

We went in to find a used car and specified the very top of our price bracket and they didn't show us the car we requested to see and instead had us test drive a new car and promised that it was in our range even though we made sure to say again that we would go to 15k out the door as a max. While sitting there they actually offered us (with our small trade) a new car for 15k out the door. When we told them we had to go home and discuss our finances the salesmen got very rude and forceful with us. We left the dealership and were told that the deal was no good if we left. Two hours later the salesman called us again and told us the offer still stood. After looking over our finances we decided that it was something we were interested in and told him to get us an interest rate and draw up the paperwork and we would be in. He told us then that our payments were going to be way out of range and it didn't make sense for the price given to us. Come to find out they had decided to increase the price of our vehicle by 4k and not tell us and once we saw that they said that it was OK because we were still within a good monthly purchase rate. At that point they said they couldn't offer what they told us previously. Stupidly we said we would go back the next day to finally see the car that we initially drove there for. When we went to meet the salesman at the used lot, which we had said that we wanted to go to so that we could view all cars there, he wasn't there. He left and took the car to the other new car lot which we can only assume was to talk us yet again in to the new car. We decided not to go back and received calls and texts all day from dealer. When we told him several times that we were no longer interested he said "good." Thought between the attitude the night before and him telling us it was "good" that we were no longer interested that we were happy that we shopped elsewhere. We bought a couple hours after that at Red Hogland Hyundai dealership in Winter Haven and were VERY pleased.

Well Let me start of by say that the staff that my wife and I delt with were amoung the best. First off we came in to this dealership from the start Mario took care of my wife and I completely. This man stayed at work past 9:00 PM to bring the price of a 2012 Altima (20th edition) down to a point to be honest I looked at my wife and said WTF? Over the next 3 days we looked around and and acually walked out of automall. We came back to talk to Jenkins and ran into Ms.Rita, and let me tell you if you want a awesome person to deal with, this woman right here is amazing. My wife and I have a very enjoyable time with her.(KID IN THE STREET!!) HAHA I do that randomly to my wife now. We ended up with a NEW car that was acually less than a used one 3 years older. Thank you Jenkins for all of your hard work.

I came in to purchase my first car from this dealership. I had worked out my financing and affordability ahead of time and decided that I really needed a car under 8K. Realizing that this would be a challenge I shopped around on line and found a Nissan Versa that looked appropriate for my price. The salesperson tried to push me into a 25K dollar Nissan Altima at 18 years old, far above what I needed or was appropriate for my price range. He was pushy arrogant and rude. After initially being quoted 180 a month for the vehicle he comes back from the managers office with a price of 370 monthly!! I stood up to leave and the price dropped to 270. I left and the next day I received a call offering me the vehicle for 210. While I would have initially jumped on that deal I was not going to do business with this dealership. I went to Lakeland Automall and never looked back - it was a completely different experience.

This is my second vehicle from Jenkins Nissan. My salesman, Fred Knight was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He made the purchasing process go very smoothly. Glen McGuire also made sure I was happy with my purchase. He made sure that the financing process went quickly and smoothly. I never felt pressured, which is common at other dealerships I have been to. I haven't really had much service done to my vehicles, as they have been new, but I have received $5.00 oil changes on both vehicles. This has been done in a timely manner and my vehicle is always very clean when I get it back. The service department has never tried to sell me something I did not need. I would highly recommend this dealership and these people to my friends and family.

The only day I could come in to purchase my new Cube was on a Saturday which happened to be New Year's Day. Ms. Garrison was scheduled off that day but came in to meet me. She was very thorough teaching me about the vehicle and very informative on test drive. She was patient while I worked through my financing options. Absolutely the worst sales experience ever! Called to inquire about a particular SUV and drove 30 minutes to test drive it with intentions to purchase. Was unhappy with it and was showed a rogue that was filthy inside! Who would want to test drive a dirty car or even MORE BUY ONE>?! FInally found another vehicle I was in love with. When it came down to the business part, I HAVE NEVER felt more uncomfortable in my life! Was pressured to give up my visa card for downpayment by "company policy" PRIOR to discussing my monthly payment or how I would be financed. HOW SKETCHY?!?! When GENERAL MANAGER approached me about my issue of turning my visa card over PRIOR to seeing the deal on paper, I stated I was VERY uncomfortable with the sales relationship they were creating and he told saleman to "get her car, she can just leave!" You better believe I walked out that door and will NEVER return to JENKINS NISSAN or refer ANYONE in my lifetime!

All employees were nice and friendly walking into dealership, held the door asked if we were being helped. Test drove a used truck, the truck was dirty inside and out, salesman insisted truck had been detailed. Tires on back were bald, different tires in front. Salesman offered $500 for trade-in, he only drove trade around the building. Needless to say we walked out and will never go back.

I TEST DROVE TWO mURANOS, BOTH WERE USED BUT DISTGUSTINGLY DIRTY.OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Dirty used cars, no carfax given, they get annoyed if you are pre-approved for financing. They low ball trades and ignore NADA, kelly blue book, and Edmonds estimated trade in value sites. I was offered 11,700 for my honda accord I owe 11,767 Jenkins wanted to give me ONLY 9,000. That was a slap in the face. He was cocky condescending, and arrogant about it as well. So the bottom line DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE DRIVE FURTHER ITS NOT WORTH SOME OF THEIR CHEAPER PRICING NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL!

I had drove 45 miles to test drive a 2008 Scion XD. We worked out the paperwork & I came home to work on my own financing which I had approved. The dealer was faxing paperwork to my finance company & all seemed well. I get a call the next morning saying they had sold the car to someone else while we were getting the paperwork completed. I drove 90 miles round trip, spent most of the afternoon working on this deal & because I was getting over $5000 off the window sticker & my own financing they sell it out from under me. This is a very unethical & greedy thing to do to customer. I would not recommend this dealership or associated dealerships to anyone. Now after reading some reviews I apparently haven't been the only one to have this happen to them.

This was, by far, the worse car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought 8 new cars over my lifetime.I am a 48 year old woman who took my 69 year old mother-in-law to buy her 1st car with cash. She was very excited about this and it was her birthday!After much research - we found the best car for her and went after quotes. US News&World Report advises to get 3 quotes and also listed the manufactures price and lowest invoice prices in that area. Amid greeted us upon arrival outside and I explained we knew what we wanted, had cash and just needed a quote for the bottom line best price he could give us. He first informed us that cash was not good for him because he made more money from financing!Secondly he snubbed us when I told him we wanted the Nissan Versa as it was rated the Best Sub-compact car - it also happens to be the least expensive new car on the lot. At that point, yes, I had an attitude and should have walked right then and there.We did go inside though and of course he had us wait several times while he went and did who knows what.He comes back and starts telling me the LOWEST price was this and when I told him it was not - he got very antagonistic and then got snotty with writing down an asinine price asking me if that was low enough! Then he left again, came back and proceeded to address just my mother in law. When I mentioned that he was no longer directing the conversation in my direction, he informed me he was only talking to the nice one!!! My mother in law had barely said 10 words at that point.OK, being con descending to women in this day and time is REALLY barbaric. Not only was he rude, obnoxious and unprofessional but made me feel like I was dealing with someone from outer space! I did not even know they still hired people like this without some sort of customer service back ground.Bottom line - NEVER, NEVER go to this dealership to attempt to buy a car especially if you are a woman, unless they get rid of this person and hire really professional car sales people. My 2000 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner at 40k mi had developed a small oil leak in the front of the oil pan. I took it to my local Nissan dealer: Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland, FL. I was quoted almost $400 for the job, to be done in the same day. Two hours later, the "Service Advisor" called, to inform me that also the front main oil seal was leaking, and would need to be replaced for over $500 more, and suggested changing rubber timing belt for $60 more, while they were at it. I had no way of knowing if the front seal was bad but agreed to this as the truck, even when only 40K original miles, was 7 years old. They called that afternoon telling me it was ready, and they sent their dealer ride to pick me up and drive me to the dealer. As I inspected underneath, I was taken aback to see; the oil pan was not only still leaking in the front, but now!!Leaking in the back as well!!. The bracket, attached to oil pan and holding the ATF lines to the cooler, was broken in half, several oil pan bolts had their heads sticking out not tightened, and one of the bolts was missing altogether, replaced by a stud and nut. Worse, when I tried to check the oil level, the oil dip stick was jammed. It would not come out at all.Almost in a rage, I complained to the "service advisor". He Apologized for the "inconvenience", and said they would do the job again and explained that "forgetting removing the oil dip stick when they did this job, was a honest mistake,".To make it short, they tried sealing the oil pan a total of 6 different times during an eight month period. The third time I had a talk with the Service Manager, and he tried to please, said would assign his best mechanic and would also provide a loaner car, which he did. I supplied a new oil pan, at my cost, to make it easier for them. But to no avail. Every time they called me to tell me it was ready, I only had to drive there, put a knee to the ground and look underneath to see the hanging oil drops. They would not even check the results of their "work".At the 6th try, they finally succeeded sealing the front of the oil pan, but the back was still leaking bad...so they gave up, and said would refund me the oil pan labor, $315 to be exact. No other compensation was offered for the aggravation, or the fact that now I have a worse leak than when I went in, or frequent trips to the dealer to deliver or pick up. It was 1 hour of my time every time I had to go. I did not think arguing the point, and only said it was OK. I just wanted out to try fixing it by myself, or find a private mechanic who is actually competent. Folks!!!THIS IS A "CERTIFIED" NISSAN DEALER, UNABLE TO FIX THE VEHICLE THEY DISTRIBUTE!!! Would I recommend this dealer?? Absolutely no,...no,...no,,,no,,,,no,...no.....no.....no....no....no....no, and if you buy from them, this is a hint what you can expect from their so called "Service".

I left Columbia, South Carolina at 7am and flew to Tampa, Florida to pick up a car from Jenkins Nissan. I arrived at the Tampa airport, and was picked up by a representative of the dealership to ride to Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland, about 40 miles away.I was picking up a 2002 Infiniti G20, supposedly a very nice car. We had them drive it twice before making the trip to make sure everything was OK before my arrival. We were told there were no exceptions (anything that wasn't right or needed repairing) on the car. Well...Upon arriving at the dealership, I found this waiting on me:1. A dent the size of a silver dollar on the trunk lid that had cracked the paint.2. The front lip spoiler (the piece below the bumper) scraped a curb orsomething that scraped off about a foot of paint along the outside edge and abraded the plastic.3. Seats that still would need to be cleaned by a detail shop.4. Some of the pin stripes missing.5. A hood that had been painted. (We were told the car had no prior paintwork.) In fact the hood, the fenders on either side, and the grille surround were three slightly different shades of white, and the hood was not properly aligned.I was, needless to say, not happy. After much debate, we decided we should pass on it.When I tell them this, they hand me the client's check back, take the keys off the desk, and basically say have a nice day. And a ride to the airport would not be provided. (Keep in mind I'm about 40 miles from the airport, and the dealership had picked me up.)I had to wait two hours at a restaurant down the street for a car service to come pick me up to take me back to the airport at a cost of $80 plus pay another $240 from another plane ticket to get me home, as well as wait five hours for the flight to leave.All of this could have been avoided if this dealership had simply been more forthcoming about the condition of the car in advance. To leave me stranded in a strange town and offer absolutely no assistance in getting home--even a ride to the airport from which they picked me up--is customer service at it's very worst.If you choose to buy from this dealership, I strongly advise you to realize that their standards of what is a "very nice car" may not be the same standards you hold. And to be on the safe side, arrange your transportation in advance in case you choose not to purchase their car.
