Having bought 2 vehicles here and getting service (basic) for 3 Hyundai and a Subaru, I have a pretty good 10yr+ history with this location, from Larry Myers to Jenkins. Sales: (4.5) Staff has been friendly, responsive and very fair when it comes to negotiations. A reason for returning business, other than just it being local. Service: (3.5-4) Early on, different regime, some have had to been schooled by this customer in what was covered in my warranty, though Subaru Corporate said they should've been able to pull it up. "Language" was also an issue coming from the bays... but was quickly addressed. CURRENT owner/service has been very good, honest and no issues. +++ Overall: Fairly solid staff from what I've observed from Office to Sales to Finance to Service. Good upgrades in the facility to ensure customers are comfortable, can get service they need and this facility seems to be evolving/maturing in a good way since new ownership. Definitely will pass this on to others seeking a dealership/service in the area to keep this place/staff around.

Honestly best bang for your buck. Bobby sold me my wrx my mother and I agreed it was so nice and the deal went so smooth that we decided to trade her car in for one as well! Best two vehicles I've ever owned hands down. I recommend Jenkins ten fold! Also ask for Bobby for quick and a hassle free purchase

I've been going to Jenkins Subaru for years. Patrick and Rick have been absolutely amazing to work with! They have both worked with me on what I want to give me the best deal and to keep me coming back. I highly recommend going to this place to purchase a Subaru. Very friendly atmosphere as well. Best experience buying a car, ever! The process was fast, our salesman was great and the gentleman handling the paperwork explained in detail the financing options and warranty we were receiving. You didn’t feel like you were pressured at any time during the process. Very relaxed and super friendly the entire time. I highly recommend checking out Jenkins Subaru in Bridgeport!

Great atmosphere/ clean & modern facilities. Swift processing for the vehicle however while detailing the vehicle the front passanger door had a scratch and it had to be fixed. Overall though a good buying experience.
