I am an owners of a TDI vehicle subject to the VW buyback. This is a potential up-trade opportunity for a premium TDI vehicle with towing capabilities...a vehicle that would not initially be placed in a price point I'm willing to pay. Emissions are of no concern for me as I love my TDI. My concern is will VW and Audi be ready for someone like me to potentially up-trade a TDI and what deal to retain me as a customer? So far, this dealership that is not in my town and is ready to try and earn my business.

We drove about 90 miles from Palm Harbor to look at a particular used 2014 Subaru Outback. We worked with Chris M who was great. We went on an extended test drive around the lake and then out on the highway which gave us a good feel for the car. We were not ready to make a deal that day (in fact we did not have our trade with us) but Chris & his manager put a reasonable offer on the table to try to earn our business. No significant pressure and the popcorn was good too. In the end we decided we wanted to hold out for a 2015 Outback so we did not purchase.The only small issue we have at the moment is that part of our justification for driving the 180 mile round-trip was the incentive of a $25 gift card for taking a test drive. Jeff W. the sales manager was working on that and our understanding was that it would come electronically in a few days. It's been a while now and still no gift card.

We had a typically great experience. Service Advisor David Hauer was very attentive to our concerns. While our repairs were minor, David confirmed that he understood each one and then followed through until he found the answers we needed. He went to great lengths to answer one question about an accessory that came with are car but even the mechanics did not know what purpose it served. Finally, the car detailer recognized the part as a cell phone holder to be mounted in the glove compartment. Good find!John and Barb Anderson

Dave was super helpful with diagnosing my problem with my car. It turned out to be just a battery and as silly as I felt having my car towed there, thinking it was my starter, he made me feel at ease as they ran a diagnostic test on my car and saved me paying for unnecessary work that others may have taken advantage of if I brought it somewhere else... He even gave me his cell phone number so that I could reach him easily to check the status of the problem. I was able to pick my car up the same day. This is why I am glad I bought my car from there 7 months ago. The folks that work here are the greatest!

The car was brought in for its first 10,000 mile service. The customer service aspect was exceptional, but the time to complete the service was longer than expected. When dropped off (with an appointment) I was told an hour and a half, but the service took a little over 2 hours to complete.

I brought my VW Passat in for a service recall repair. Jenkins always schedules my service to suit my needs when possible. The repair actually took less time than anticipated and my car was returned to be sparkling clean. I love Jenkins service department. They perform a number of checks free of charge and always wash my car when they are done. I highly recommend Jenkins for their superior service and attention to detail. I am always greeted almost immediately after I walk in by friendly helpful personnel. This is a very service oriented dealership that appears to be well run.

Second time leasing CC. Same problem on both after only 2 & 1/2 years of lease. Battery died. Dealer sent service person to my location and after charge took car to dealership for repair. This time THIS dealership replaced the battery at no charge. Last time same happened other dealership charged over $200.00 to replace battery even though car was a lease and was under three year warranty. They claimed battery wasn't covered.

The service advisor was most helpful in answering my questions about my diesel. He kept me informed as to the progress and when the car wash was done, it was raining and he personally went and got the car when it was ready and pulled it under the awning so I wouldn't get wet. He also went over the whole bill with me and explained what was done. He ended with "was there anything mire he could do and was I fully satisfied". I am a snowbird and the car was purchased out of Utica, New York, I wish there would be service and people like yours up there..

I brought my wife's 2013 VW Jetta Sedan in for a warranty issue. The key was sticking in the ignition in the "on" position. It was difficult to turn the car off. We purchased a 2015 Passat SEL TDI - this was our first time purchasing a volkswagon. We were very impressed with the staff and sales people including the sales manager and financial advisor. Michael Grace (salesman) made sure to answer all of our questions and provided us with a print out addressing any questions and answers we may have had. We didn't feel pressured during the whole process. Also, Wendy Singletary walked us around to introduce us to the different helpful staff. We were quite surprised how efficient everyone is especially providing us with a car loaner when we returned a couple of days later and agreed to get some work done on the car.

I was originally just stopping by planning to test drive a car as I was at other dealerships, trying to get a feel for the differences between the economy car options in my price range. I loved the Golf that I ended up test driving and subsequently buying, but one thing that really sold me on purchasing a car from this dealership was the great customer service. After test driving cars at a couple other dealerships, I was expecting someone to come out and talk to us about the car, but the sales representative Zack Chenet in particular, as well as the other personnel I interacted with, went beyond that. Zack made a point of discussing the features and other details about what I was looking for with me inside in the air conditioning and only went out in the heat when we were ready to actually look at the car. He offered us cold water and snacks several times. What really struck me is that when a prior customer that he knew came in for service or a question, he made a point of greeting them and directing them where they needed to go. This made me feel very confident in the way I would be treated after purchasing a car here, and I haven't been disappointed.

I brought in my 2013 VW Passat TDI for its 20,000 mile scheduled service. It had been easy to make the appointment. Staff was very friendly and efficient, as usual. I had chosen to wait until the work was done, so I had brought a book to read. I had a comfortable and pleasant wait, was offered refreshments, kept updated on the progress. When the car was ready, I got a full explanation of what had been done, and a preview of the next servicing. It was a pleasant experience. We're delighted with the car and with the dealership, too.

I have been to dealerships and have had someone come up and open my car door before I barely shut it off! Way to much pressure! Anyway, the experience was great and I didn't feel pressured. Travis listened to what I wanted and eventually that's what I walked away with! Although I stopped at Volkswagen to checkout Passat, my heart was still with the Altima (upgraded from a 2008). Lucky me, they had an excellent condition Altima trade-in, which Travis worked with his GM Jeff to get me a really good deal! Definitely recommending Travis and Jenkins VW of Leesburg to my family, friends and you!

I am very disappointed in this dealership for not honoring their word about the $25 dollar gift card. We not only did a test drive but bought a tdi toureg. I have submitted paperwork several times. Should honor their word!

I was introduced to Jenkins VW by getting an oil change on a 2006 beetle tdi I had bought elsewhere. This is the best dealership of any make car I have ever been to. I am a 3x NEW car buyer from Jenkins VW. They're obviously doing something right! I've recommended them to several others who have also bought cars from them. You couldn't ask for a better bunch of people and it's easy to be friendly and confident when you are selling such an awesome product!

Tried to make a purchase, talked to 2 people, was flying in from another state to make the purchase for a family member who lives in Florida. Tried to put a hold on the car with a Deposit, still waiting for the dealer to give me an answer. Found the same car at another dealer, they handle all my questions and with a small deposit was able to hold the car until I could get there. Is Sales, customer service is all that matters, will never recommend this dealer to anyone.

Our attempt to purchase a new Volkswagen was handled with lies and failure to deal in an open and honest manner. We were so disappointed in the handling of a repeat customer that complaint was sent to Volkswagen of America. Volkswagen thought enough of the complaint to call us back for complete information. We had received excellent service in the service department!

We really didn't expect to buy a car, however, thanks to our salesman Scott Wilhelm we got a great car at what we believe was a great price. He was very attentive without being pushy and helped us meet all of our car needs. The rest of the staff made the buying process pretty easy.
