My experience was great my sales man Jessie made me feel that he wanted the best deal for me and showed confidence in the information that he shared. He communicated the process throughout. He did ignore my questions and gave me real honest answers which allowed me to feel good about the process. They would not look at the car I wanted kept trying to up sell me because I was approved. Try to sale me a used car with problems (Ac) for the same price as new cars. The inside of the sales floor was disgusting sticky, colony of arts everywhere. Sales man was lazy didn't want to look up the Car I was interested in and was told I had to choice between the two cars he pointed out. After I had enough and left they are still running my credit for cars on there lot after I told them I went somewhere else to purchase my new car. I was there on the 1st told them on the 2nd I bought a Ford and still getting papers in the mailed stating they ran my credit on the 23rd. Worse then a used car lot

My husband and I were thrilled with the level of service and attention we received. We had our two children with us when we purchased a car, so as anyone with children knows that can be a hassle and a headache. The salesperson, Kenneth, was fantastic and was trying to help us entertain our children while we made a decision. Once we decided to go ahead and purchase a vehicle, Kenneth and the financing team worked hard to get our payments where we wanted them. We are excited to be in a new (used) 2015 Outlander. The only complaint we had was not being told in advance that the tax title and registration wouldn't be covered with our financing. It wasn't until we were in signing papers that we were told these items wouldn't be included. Otherwise the service was excellent.

This is the third vehicle purchased from this dealership, that should tell you something about what I think of this dealership. I like the consistency of the salesmen and the finance personnel. Naturally on each of my purchases I have had the same salesperson, Jesse. I don't know that much about cars, but I know I can rely on Jesse. Jesse is very knowledgeable about the Mitsubishi products. He is honest and upfront, and to me that is what is most important when trying to make such a huge financial investment/purchase.I have always gotten all my regular maintenance work at Franklin also, and their service staff is wonderful. They look for ways to save, and I also go on their website to see if they have coupons I can use.

I recently took my 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer ES into Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi for them to complete recall work on the passenger side airbag. The first trip to the dealership for the recall work went super smooth, everyone was courteous and professional, and I was quite satisfied. They were correct when they said it would take them 3 hours to work on it. They also mentioned another recall coming up that I would need to come back for in a week or two. I appreciated them letting me know!When I got back into my car and was driving home, I noticed that all my air vents were closed or pointing down, so I began opening them up. When I got to the passenger side air vent, I discovered it was not attached to the dashboard housing properly. The next morning, when I got in my car and turned on my lights, I noticed that my odometer light and the center console lights were not working. I contacted the dealership about both issues and they asked me to bring the car back, with the understanding that it would require another 2-3 hours for them to fix the lights and air vent, and take care of the new recall work. I was able to schedule the visit on a day that I didn't have to be at work until 1:00pm. Again, everyone was very professional and courteous, which I greatly appreciate. When I got my car back, I saw that the vent was fixed properly, but wasn't able to tell if the lights were fixed or not since the sun was shining.When I got to the parking garage at work after that, I checked the lights and found that they had not been fixed.Here is where things went sour for me. I called the dealership, letting them know that the lights were still not fixed. They asked when I could come back in, and this time I requested a courtesy car so I wouldn't have to wait.We scheduled the visit for this last Tuesday. I dropped the car off and drove the courtesy car to work. I got a phone call from the dealership later in the day saying they would not fix my lights because they had burned out, but were not broken. I asked if they were going to replace them for me as a part of the recall work, and I was told they would charge me. I asked how much: $10.00/bulb (two bulbs) + $100 for labor. I was shocked. I expressed my concern about having to pay for them to replace/repair the light bulbs. I feel that it was very coincidental that two light bulbs burned out AND my air vent was not properly reinstalled when they worked on the air bag.Anyway, the service employee, after some back and forth between us, decided to offer to have them do the work for free, but I would still need to pay for the bulbs. At this point, I was quite frustrated with having to keep bringing my car in for work that wasn't getting done, so I decided to give up and take my car to my regular mechanic. When I picked up my car after work and started it up, the SRS air bag light on my dash didn't go off like normal. I pulled it into the service bay and asked them to look at it. They had to cycle/reset the airbag sensors and then took the car out for a test drive.When I drove to work the next morning, my car did something it hadn't done in a long time - the doors automatically locked when I put the car in drive. When I went out to my car after work, and unlocked it using the fob, the horn chirped twice, which it never does. I am fairly certain they reconnected the alarm system in my car without asking me about it first. While they are a professional and courteous staff at the dealership, the quality of workmanship was frustrating to me. There were scuff marks on my windshield from the first recall work, and new scratches on the left dash board from the 2nd trip in.All told, I will not be coming back to Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi in the future for any car repair work.

I change my original good review to an unfavorable one because, I specifically said I would not come in for any reason that was a different monthly payment amount which Kenneth assured me I would have no problem. No problem, no problem. They offered no money down with 45 days before my payment would be due along with the no sales tax option, which they lied and said they never offer that option and I found out any dealer can offer that option they just would not because it cuts into their profits. I was a woman all alone and feel I was taken advantage of by these heartless individuals. They probably had a good laugh of the sucker that drove away with a car she cannot afford to pay for.I was mislead and will forever mistrust them

Dear Jeremy FranklinI was at your dealership 6300 East 87th Street on Monday June 20, 2016 along with hundreds of other enthusiastic people in 100 degree heat all hoping to win the Mirage for your Garage. At 6:00 PM they had the drawing and drew my name. I was in need of a car and this could not have happened at a better time. The car is so cute, runs great, the air conditioner will freeze you out (a good thing) and the gas mileage is fantastic! I really love this car. I was in the market for a new car for the family and stopped by the dealership and check out the new Outlander. I was impressed with the car, but the dealership made the sale. After being approached by Deron we talked about the different cars and different features of the various trim models I found the one I liked and wanted to drive it. After the test drive I decided the car was right and after talking to the sales manager a price was agreed on. This was great, no hassle or hard push. Striaght talk, fair deal, and there was no hard push for after market items. They showed us what they had to offer, the value of the items and let us decide. Great experience!

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE while at Jeremy Franklin! As soon as you walk in they want you to sign a lot of paperwork without even looking at any vehicles! Next they will only sell you what they want to sell you instead of what the customer wants! I told the sales man that I wanted to talk everything over with my husband and his immediate response "So he is the decision maker in the relationship? Aren't you grown why do you need to talk to him?" I immediately respond with "most married couples talk out their financial decisions!" I was extremely offended after he then responded with "it's because you don't have the money is it?" YOU WILL NOT SELL ANY VEHICLES WITH ATTITUDES LIKE THIS!! After telling him I wanted my keys to my car back he made his manager came talk to me and as soon as I pointed out to him that the deal he had on paper was a COMPLETELY different price by $3,000 according to their online prices! The manager said "that's for our loyalty club members only its in the disclosure!" I asked him to point out this disclosure and he couldn't even find it himself! THIS IS CONSIDERED FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND YOU CAN HAVE A LAW SUIT ON YOUR HANDS!! Point of the story - Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi is full of xxxx sales men who are extremely disrespectful and I will not be surprised if they don't find themselves in a legal bind due to their lack of humanity and "disclosures"!!!

Took my car '14 Mirage in to have 3 recalls addressed and decided to have the oil changed while they had it. It has about 75K miles and we already planned on putting break pads on it the following weekend and tires in about 7 weeks when it hits 80K miles.Before we picked it up the called wanting us to have them put breaks on it while it was in the shop and also put tires on it. Their estimate for breaks was at least 3 times what a friend would do it for (parts plus a nice dinner) and my working on his computer so we opted not to do breaks. And when I put tires on it at 40K miles, the were $200 more than the local tire shop, so I also said no.And when I went to pay for the oil change, I had to wait for the tech to correct the ticket. It only had one quart of oil on the ticket and they couldn't ring me up. When they "fixed" it they put 5 quarts of oil on the ticket. However, my car only holds 3.8 quarts and when I questioned this they proceeded to argue that it held 5 quarts until I refused to pay the ticket. Then they looked it up, and had to have the tech fix the ticket again. So paying for my oil change took an extra 20 minutes making me late to work.So it was an anoying excercise, but the recalls and oil change were taken care of and life is good. Until they started calling my 2 days later asking why times asking why we declined to have them address the additional service needs they recommended. One followup call would have been OK, but 3 in one day was a bit pushy and excessive.And then a week later she started getting robo-dialer calls inquiring if we were interested in having them do the recommended service items from our visit. At one point while she was listening to one robo-dialer message, another call beeped in during the call and it was another robo-dialer message.When she called the dealership to ask to be removed from the robo-dialer list they argued that they don't ever use robo-dialers and then hung up on her when she insisted to be removed from the calling list.Any business that acts this desperate for work is some place to avoid. I really should have know after the only other time I had my car in their service department and they filled my washer fluid tank with antifreeze. Which wouldn't have been that bad, except the tech didn't want to admit his mistake and decided he could just use the windshield washer to pump all the fluid out on the windshield and refill it and no one would notice. However, all that antifreeze on the windshield rand down and contaminated the fresh air intake and made the inside of the car smell like antifreeze. They apologized and cleaned everything and washed the car, but it smelled strongly of antifreeze for over a week and i just happened that I was leaving for a 600 mile drive the afternoon this happened. Never should have gone back, but it was the closest dealership to get the recalls fixed. Next time I'll go the extra distance to Olathe Mitsibushi.

I went to Jeremy Franklin because I had been to a few other dealers and didn't have good results. I didn't even know if I was going to purchase a new or used car today. They were open, honest, polite and didn't treat me like a "dumb" woman. The salesman, Sheik Obaya was wonderful! He was not pushy, he was funny, friendly and personable. It was the best car sales experience I have had! And I have been looking for two months. I went into Jeremy Franklin the other day wanting to purchase a car. I was very nervous about shopping for a car because I didn't want to make a mistake and upsold to something I didnt want. Sam greated me right when I walked in and took the time to get to know my likes and dislikes in cars and what I did for a living. I work in sales and it was great to feel like my interests were put first instead of hearing bs an sales speachs (which you expect walking into a dealership). I ended up buying a Brand New Outlander Sport, and I am in love. Thank you Sam for everything, and thank you, to the whole team. Car buying has FINALLY been revolutionized, well, at one dealership Like NONE other that is. My experience with this "family" I've just recently purchased a vehicle from has me feeling as though I've made a discovery of the "MODEL" in which all dealerships both big, and small should almost be required to emulate and an apprenticeship of "X" amount of time made mandatory for all getting into or existing in the industry. This is a free country so regardless of the positive effect this would have in changing the entire culture and put to bed decades worth of negative info and all around perception of the car business both new and pre-owned divisions, This will never be made mandatory. Good news is I've uncovered the "holy grail" of car dealerships and am now sharing for all to finally enjoy the car buying experience. Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi is impossible to articulate in words what not only makes this the most professional, courteous, honest, knowledgeable and comfortable place to buy EXACTLY the car u want, but the intangibles u HAVE TO SEE TO BELIEVE are absolutely indescribable and put them in a class never thought attainable for an industry whose suffered negative publicity going back decades. I could literally write for hrs attempting to describe what sets them apart and the incredible gap that exists between them and whoever is #2 but u really just need to b here to experience the atmosphere that is ABSOLUTELY one of a kind and feels as though ur buying a car from ur best friend with sincerity and care as u relax with you're new "friends and family". Jeremy Franklin Mitzubishi On December 10, 2015, we received a mailer showing we had won a prize. I was skeptical, so called the dealership and described what showed on our flyer. The gentleman congratulated me and stated we had indeed won one of four prize amounts, which he listed: $500, $2,500, $5,000, or $7,500. I asked for clarification regarding the minimum prize (the three-in-a-row winning pattern on our flyer was for $7,500), and he stated it would not necessarily be $7,500, but at least $500. He then set an appointment for us to meet with his manager, Chris, this morning. The dealership called this morning to confirm the appointment.When we arrived, we were told we'd only won $5, and were shown a prize board linking the code on our flyer to a $5 amount. They then pointed out small print on the color flyer (which blended into the picture until pointed out) stating the lowest prize amount as "up to" $500, rather than the minimum $500 we had been assured we'd won when I called them.I voiced my displeasure and several customers stated they'd had the same experience. At that point, we were asked to leave the dealership, which we did. I'm aware dealerships often have similar promotions to bring in potential customers. However, typically, the lowest prize amount is made very clear on the flyer. The combination of the difficulty in discerning the print on the flyer ("up to" appears only once, in small yellow and red print on a picture of a package with a red ribbon) and most importantly the blatant falsehood provided when I called the dealership to gather more information about the promotion and the particular prize we had won, seemed worthy of bringing to your attention. At no point did they apologize for the misinformation. On the contrary, we were told "$5 is a lot of money if you don't have any". I would have been glad to receive a $5 prize had we not been deceptively led to believe we were the lucky winners of substantially more money.

I went to the dealer today not expecting to purchase a car at all let alone a brand new vehicle. I was referred to Shiek who not only worked with me for my purchase but got me into a brand new car with less than 5 miles on it and was able to meet all my requirements for my car. I never felt hassled or forced into purchasing something that I did not want. I would recommend Shiek as your next car sales associate because he not only has the dedication and experience to sell you a car he has the drive to make sure he can get you into the car you want with the requirements you want and makes you leave knowing you made the right choice to visit this dealer.

I purchased this 2011 Honda Accord in November 2014 and was quoted the wrong sales taxes by both my Sales Person and FI Manager. My title also had issues from a different state which apparently accrued during the purchase at auction. No responsibility was taking for my inconvenience except finger pointing towards the state. However, I've had nothing short of outstanding experiences with the service department. My family recommended them to me because of their great buying experiences in the past. But, since this negative experience I won't be recommending anyone to buy a vehicle there again.

LET ME BE CLEAR ABOUT THIS. MY FIVE STAR RATING ACROSS THE BOARD GOES TOWARDS THE SALESMAN INDIVIDUALLY. NOT THE DEALERSHIP. Positively speaking, I like my car ok. I think it was a good fit and am truly grateful for Stacey. He was a good salesman and one of the redeeming aspects that made it worth it. I appreciated also that the staff were friendly and not overbearing pushy. Negatives: I was originally supposed to be with Nehda, but was abandoned w/out a word. Bc of that, I feel info needs to be passed along regarding their clients (stage, interest level, budget, whether credit was ran etc) to another salesperson and to the client themselves! ! if that one is not avail until they return (ex: if they are on a test drive, with another client) so the other salesperson can help move things along quicker, and that client is not having to waste time retelling the same info and everybody knows what's going on. I would prefer to be stuck with the same person the entire process and ONLY them, not a new face every visit, appointments kept, notifications given, have car defects disclosed to me prior to purchase as a courtesy (used or not) believe the process overall should not take a whole day esp with multiple prior visits. (I was made to wait alot, seller was not informed of me coming in, ended up being 1/2 hr late to work by the time all was finished bc of it). I've only had the car a week, and it's already telling me I need an oil change and have a low tire, though the sticker shows I have another 3000 miles. Definitely was given the "first timer approach", just not the easing, pampering, loving treatment that goes along with it. Other than that, the experience was decent for a "first car purchase ever" visit. I learned a lot about the difference between what to expect, and what I should expect. :)

I signed up with Crazy 88 and Jeremy FRANKLIN salesmen started blowing up my ? everyday stating they can Guarantee me approval due to my credit. Before i wasted my time and theirs I advised them of this. They put me in a 2015 Mit. Mirage for 2 weeks then wanted they car back. I think they wanted the Rebate off the ??. I lost ?? buying Insurance etc. Thank you for pulling me out if debt. i am going to buy a cash ??. Fake, Liars. Come get the car.

I went into Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi to meet with Brandon Brown who works closely with Jesse Hardin. Brandon's professional and sensitive approach made my car buying experience seamless. My mission was to go in, test drive a few cars and leave without making a commitment because I wanted to browse the market and garner the best deal possible. There were specific features that I wanted in a car and after viewing the Lancer model that was on the display floor, I mentioned wanting something with 4 Wheel or All Wheel drive that would still be in my " ideal" price range. Brandon showed me the Lancer SE, of which we took out for a test drive. He went above and beyond by explaining the difference between 4 Wheel drive and All Wheel drive which I truly appreciated. He took the time to explain every aspect of the car that I was driving. His honesty put me at ease. By the end of my test drive, I wanted to purchase the car. I was adamant about getting a good interest rate and Brandon did EVERYTHING in his power to make to make a deal that I was comfortable with. He and Jesse are top notch salesmen, and Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi has made my car buying experience, without contest, the Best. I could go on and on about the entire team and the great customer service, but hopefully, you get the point. By the way, I traded my 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer in for a 2015 Lancer SE. I love these cars. They try to get you to sign an agreement at first and that was quite forward... SInce all I wanted to do was just shop around and get options. The "Love It or Leave It" was denied to me when I tried to return the vehicle and they didn't return my numerous calls also I had to make various repairs within the first two weeks of purchase, and they were camouflaged to decieve.

Pros:The environment and staff were very inviting. The finance department really went far and beyond trying to meet our financial needs and the requests for the expectations we had hoped for. (This list was short but it was a lot of work on the financial department and it is very much appreciated.)The Cons:We kept telling are salesman that we didn't walk in with any money in hand for anything (insurance, down payment, etc) and he would reply we are going to take care of that. We were never given any figures until we were 100% sure we were going to commit to a sale. We had an appointment scheduled with one guy and he was unavailable so we were greeted by a different person. It took four hours for us to close on the sale after repeatedly being told "it will only take ten minutes" or "we will be done shortly, I will be right back".We called the next day (about 18hrs later) and asked for our salesperson so we could settle the insurance arrangements, gave him my name and he was like "oh yes I remember I sold you the outlander!". He actually sold me the mirage. He had more conversation with my boyfriend during the whole process. When he called a week later, he kept referring to him as "Brian" and his name is "Ben". It has only been a week since we signed for the vehicle, I hope that the remainder of our experience is pleasant. I am happy with the vehicle and am pleased with all the work everyone contributed to getting us a new car!

Do not use salesman JESSE HARDIN!! He is the true poster-child of a deceitful salesman who wants to screw you. The faculty and other employees were very kind and Jesse seemed to be in the beginning. However, he slightly lied throughout our meeting. Such as saying he was stationed in Korea when we asked, when in reality his father was! That's not only a lie to us but disrespects his father and our country. We should have left then, knowing if he lied about that then he would other things. We are first time car buyers and aren't too knowledgable of the process and are perfect targets. Sadly, he took advantage of that. We were sold a car for $24,200. The vehicle description stated near $21-22,000. When we asked Jesse why our loan is for 24,000 vs $22,000 he preceded to tell us that there are extra fees included because of our low credit score. As unknowing as we were we believed that was such a thing and signed the papers. Once home we did some research to see how much and such and came to find out it is illegal to do such a thing. We went to the dealership to discuss the problem and were told that $24,200 is the sale/sticker price of the vehicle. We explained that Jesse said the car was for $21,165 but bumped to $24,000 because of the low credit score fees. We were then told that $24,000 is the correct sale price regardless of what Jesse told us and that nothing could be done. We agreed for the car to be $21 and to the addit fees, if there was such a thing, since we did have low credit. We did not agree for the car I be worth $24,000. JESSE HARDIN SCAMMED US to take home a bigger check and those bad values and morals and falls back Jermey Franklins' morals. We are beyond disgusted. We aren't complaining about the numbers but of the validity behind the discussion. The lies.

SCAM ALERT!I took my 2003 mitsubishi Lancer in to have an electrical issue with the transmission diagnosed.I dropped it off 9am, and they called back around 2pm same day saying they COULD NOT DIAGNOSE ELECTRICAL ISSUE -but- that I needed a whole NEW transmission.Any transmission specialist will tell you that you MUST locate electrical issue before replacing transmission. SOmething as simple as a loose wire or bad sensor could cause shift problems. SO why would they tell me it was the transmission!?Next the mechanic suggested that I TRADE IT IN FOR A NEWER MODEL!? WHAT!?I was told they would need a $3,750 for a USED transmission $900 for labor. I was quoted from 3 OTHER businesses that a used transmission would be about $750 + $900 labor.Certified Transmission said they would diagnose electrical and IF IT WAS the transmission they wouldnt charge me more than $2,300 TOTAL for a remanufactured transmission and put me in a rental car at no additional charge.At this point I KNEW it was a scam. THEN they wouldnt let me take my car home. They wanted me to COME BACK in the morning. ( when banks are open mind you) They just wanted to convince me my car was hopeless to trade it in for pennies and MORE DEBT.

TJ told me he would do whatever it took to get me in a vehicle. It took some work but I purchased a 2004 GMC Envoy. About 5 months after my motor blew and I was ready to give the car back. He told me that he would take care of me and got me a loaner for the 2 months it took to get the motor in. He has followed up with me throughout the time I've had my vehicle. Just a great guy who will go the extra mile to satisfy you.

They gave me the blues behind my car in the very beginning. Tagged it with a 30 day tag and it was in the shop the first month i had the car. They were supposed to fix my windows. Some janky mechanic rigged th and the worked for one day. I took my car for a oil change and literally 2 days latery radiator blew. It looks like someone knocked all the blades off the fan. I asked for a loaner, Tony said that the sales man had all the cars out and he didn't have any. Its been over a week still no loner? I talked to a salesman there he told me they had some. I have been nothing but nice about the situation yet i cant get a phone call back. I call and call and ended up having to call from a different phone just to get him to answer the phone. My wish is that this place be closed forever!! Im trying to be patient but i feel like they are testing me so that they can refuse me service when i go ballistic on they arses. But karma will get them easier than i can. I hate this place and hate is such a strong word for me.

From the minute i walked up to the door to present day they are making sure i am satified with my purchase and know of their services available to me. even the receiptionist was very nice person and they are usually the crankiest people to deal with. i look forward to doing business again in the future with them.

Ok so I had no intent on buying a new vehicle but I can honestly say that without Dion, OMG!! my outcome would not have been what it was. My first insteraction with him, he shook my hand and asked what it was that I was looking for and what were my expectations. I gave my truth, I needed to keep payment within the 300.00 range and something nice. I even told him my credit was not the best but he didnt juge me. He was so reassuring and held my hand the entire time. He along with Chris made the car buying process so seamless. Dion even took the time to go over all of the loan details inclduing the fine print. As overwelmed as I was, Dion was very up front about what I qualifed and didnt quaify for and he along with Chris worked hard to get me a loan that fit my budget. Never once did they tell me they could not do anything. Actually Dion assured me that I would be leaving with a vehicle that day. And with all smiles, he kept his word to me and now I can say Im a jeep girl!

I work in customer service and I must say my experience with Jeremy Francklin's staff was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They greeted me at my car and worked very hard to get me the car I wanted, In fact we had such a great experience with them we had my Father go see them and he bought car to. Then a few weeks later my boyfriend bought a truck from them. So If you want to go to a car dealership that has your best interest at heart your better head to Jeremy Franklin! They will take very good care of you right down to finding you a car you can afford if they don't have it on their lot!!! So go see them and then you will have your own review to write.

Sheik and Hector went up and beyond in their treatment and personal service that they offered me and my fiance'. I would not recommend Jeremy Franklin as they refused to tell you the price, and want you to sign paperwork, while saying don't worry, don't pay attention to that. They want you to commit to the purchase without knowing the price or down payment. The sales and finance team was very demanding wanting the buyer to make a decision then and there or the deal is off. They were requiring a lot of money down for an older vehicle that appears to have mechanical issues. The payment was very high for the type of vehicle. Mileage was very high for the year of the vehicle. It was obvious the vehicle has been on the lot for quite some time. Just wanted to let everyone know... I got a brand new 2013 vehicle from Jack Miller Kia. The entire team was very nice and helpful. I was asked to pay far less money down, got a lower payment and awesome warranty!!! The two staff members of Jeremy Franklin should watch the way they talk to people and should be ashamed of themselves! Thanks to the two of them, I am a very happy customer of Jack Miller Kia! Anyway those of you that think you got a great deal from Jeremy Franklin...you could have gotten a much better deal from Jack Miller Kia. Don't let the staff of Jeremy Franklin Suzuki make you feel as if you aren't worthy of a nice and reliable vehicle. Don't rush or let them push you into a vehicle you don't like or can't see yourself driving in two or three years. I went to the dealership to purchase a used vehicle. The car that I purchased is a nice vehicle, but it is out of my price range as far as payments. I contacted the dealership to find out who the lender was to cancel the loan and was advised by the manager that there was no way that he was letting me out of the deal and would nit give me the lender's name. He told me that it was one company but when I contacted them to cancel the loan, they said that they did not approve a loan for me.The dealership intentionally gave me the wrong info so that they could not get the loan cancelled. I was not even given copies of my documentation to verify that the loan was actually approved. I don't believe that the loan has been approved and they are shopping my loan around hoping to get an approval from someone, meanwhile they are holding the vehicle that I am trading in trying to list it on their website when it has not been paid off yet. I have never had such bad customer service in my life and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, no matter what their credit situation may be. They will rip you off. I feel that if you cannot produce a valid lender, then you should cancel the deal and return my vehicle.

I went to this dealership to buy a pre-owned car. They did not want to disclose the price of their vehicles until they got me "registered" and Dion promised me that my credit will not be hit. He went ahead and appraised my car and told me id get approved. I was a first time buyer and i filled in a credit application like he had asked and he told me he would submit it in the morning and give me a call. The next day i called the dealership and they told me that he was not working that day. I waited the next day and called him once again, and he said he was still working on it. It took him 3 days to inform me that i was approved and he will not buy my trade. I asked him if my credit was going to be hit badly and he said that it wont be hit that bad. He later called me and told me buy a car from him or never come back there again. This is the worst customer service i have ever received at a dealership and i will never go back there again. I advise anyone reading this not to go here and get ripped off. Ive received bank notifications from 10+ banks because they kept submitting my credit application to any bank they could find. Afterwards i didn't get approved anywhere because of too many inquiries. They ruined my chances of getting another car.

As I was traveling from St. Louis to Kansas City I experienced clutch issues. I contacted Paul at Jeremy Franklin Suzuki to ask about it, he told me what he thought it was, gave me the name and number of a tow truck in the event that I didnt make it to the store, and then looked to see if he had the part in stock. When I arrived to the store he was ready for me, paperwork in hand. I was also greeted by Dion, who works in sales. I work in the auto industry, so I know that it is standard procedure to have the sales department actively work with service in putting people in new cars. He was not pushy with his approach, he showed me a few cars while I killed time waiting for my rental car. My car was repaired and ready as promised and works fantastic!I will absolutely use Jeremy Franklin Suzuki again, and would recommend this service department to anyone.

Deon, our sales associate, was amazing. I first called asking about a car they had listed online. Deon answered all of my questions and even pre-approved me over the phone. When I arrived I was immediately greeted with a smile and I felt welcome. Deon was completely confident in answering all of my questions and was not pushy at all. Driving from Colorado, engine light luminated, Took car to O'Reillys Auto service, They Said it was a bad catalitic Converter Code. I called and talked to Paul Griffin in the service Dept. Paul listened very patiently as I Explained the situation, Paul advised me to bring the car in and have it checked out, to see what they could do to help me. Paul did the nesscessary paper work. Explained in detail what needed to be done and also the cost. Which was N/A due to the warranty. Paul showed us to the waiting room , as our car was being serviced. Dion a Sales Consultant, introduced himself and asked if we needed any further assistance, My wife asked him a question about a spare key for our car. Dion without hesitation took us back to the Parts Dept. where he introduced us to Ian Taylor, who Kindly took our order and processed it right away. Ian Taylor got us the key blank, gave us the address & information to have the key cut. Ian also ordered us a clicker. Soon after,Paul said the car was done. It was a wonderful experience, Everyone was so nice and Friendly. Today Friday July 27th Returned to Jeremy Franklin to retrieve my remote clicker. Was imediately welcomed by Dion as he opened the door for us. Saw Paul he greeted us with a friendly smile and hello. He put us in touch with Patrick. Which by the way is the person I had talked to earlier before arriving. Patrick got right on it, got the remote programed we checked in with Ian Taylor who is always so friendly and helpful. Then we were on our way. Unfortunately we were here in town, from Denver, Colorado to attend a funeral. You all made our stay here so pleasant and easier to bear. I truly wish I could have you all service our Denver area. It was such a pleasure. Thank you from the Williams Family

What attracted me to this dealer was an internet listing for an older model Jeep. I had owned a Jeep for 16 years, and was a happy owner. So I responded on line to the Jeep ad. Jesse contacted me phone less than an hour after I applied on line to tell me that the Jeep had been sold, and he convinced me that if I came out to the dealership he would find me something that I would like. I had not shopped for a vehicle in over 16 years, and I had already purchased a vehicle from an auction( not related to the dealership) that turned out to be a real lemon. So, I was not thrilled about going into the Franklin's dealership. Besides, it was not a Chrysler dealer. But as it turned out Jess was very courteous, friendly, and honest. I liked his honesty about terms, conditions, etc. related to the purchase. I have less than perfect credit, but he was able to work a great deal out for me. I did not like the total price of the vehicle, but that was related to my credit record which had nothing to do with the salesperson or the dealership.I am very happy that I now have a used vehicle that has low mileage and 100% warranty.

This place has been the easiest dealership to work with! I am a single mom and haven't bought very many vehicles because I don't know alot about buying a car without feeling like I got the shaft. I had lots of questions and Jesse was very kind and patient while working with me. He did a great job of explaining all the financing lingo as well. When it came time to handle the financial end of the deal, Hector was very kind as well. He listened to what I needed as far as monthly payments and delivered! I owned a Grand Vitara in Florida 12 years ago and loved it, but didn't think I could afford a new one until I came in to Jeremy Franklin and met with Vernessa and Sales Manager, Chris. After test driving the 2012 Grand Vitara, I realized it is a much improved version of my old one....so many safety features, and a smooth ride. Vernessa and Chris worked the numbers with me and I am thrilled to say that I am now the owner of a bright red, GV. It's a beauty with a striking black interior! In my quest for a new car, I'd been to 5 other dealers in two weeks and by far my experience at Jeremy Franklin was the most customer friendly. I wish I'd stopped there first.

I was pleased with the cost of the repair service as well as the amount of time it took to complete the repair. The dealership is close to my job so very convenient. Also, as result of getting my oil change I was informed of other maintenance repairs needed. I was not able to get them do the same day; however, the service manager stated he would be willing to give me a 10% discount off the needed repairs upon my return. The dealership honored the discount when I returned even though it was not in writing.

I have never had such exemplary service in buying a car before this purchase. The quality of vehicle and competitiveness of pricing was outstanding, but more importantly, the service and follow up after the sale represents how things should go, but rarely do. After delivery I received multiple follow ups to make sure everything was as it should be and to address any concerns. Since everything was so thorough during the process, there were none but I have no doubt any issue would have been handled immediately. Outstanding experience!!

The dealer did not try to help me at all. I gave him what I could afford every month and he came out with a paper that DOUBLED what I said I could afford and said there was nothing else he could do for me. He obviously did not care about customer service and respecting everyone that came in. I will not ever be back to this car dealership and I am recommending others not to go there as well. As soon as I get there I am dragged inside before I am allowed to even LOOK at a car. Where is the customer service? Not here.

This is probably the 15th car I have purchased in my lifetime. I went to Jeremy Franklin Suzuki because I trust the manager, Hector Espinoza. I specified what I was looking for and asked me him my questions. Mr. Espinoza was always cordial and always specific. On the one or two questions which he could not answer immmediately, he went and retrieved the answer for me. After the sale, they have been just as great to work with, not forgetting my name nor the fact that I just purchased a car. Words can't express how greatful I am to have a sales rep like TJ and a dealership like Jeremy Franklin. I have some severe credit issues and was not once treated any different. Jeremy Franklin even took the time to come over and introduce his self to me. My process was unbelievably fast. I previously applied at other dealerships and was told because of my credit they couldn't help me. TJ at Jeremy Franklin told me he could help me and he did!!!! I was able to purchase a late model/low mileage vehicle at a great price!!! The best thing about my experience is they gave me options. They treated me as if I had the best credit score ever. I have a 2005 scion tc that i wanted to get a estimate on trade in value for my vehicle. The only things that was wrg with my car was that i needed a back plate assembly, which was only goin to take $150 to replace, and i need a set of tires. Did my research before i got there and rough black book value was $5500. Mind you that Mr. Espinosa was relaying all info to his little menion and never even came over to greet me let alone shake my hand. Do you know this idiot said that he could only give me $4000, less then rough value. I even showed them the black book that said it, he wouldnt budge on the price saying that he would have to change out the whole trunk assembly. I specifically asked menion to show me exactly what else he saw wrg with my car. He took me out there and pointed to something that was sticking out of my trunk and said that it seems like there are wires sticking out of it. I looked at what he was pointing out and i told him are you serious that is the tip of my fishing pool that was stinking out (what idiots). And do you think he change the price...of course not. We all know that dealers are a bunch of snakes trying to get you for the cheapest amount they can get so that they can turn right around and sell it for 2x the amount. But this dealership takes the cake. Good news is that I went to Overland park and got my car traded in for $7000. What i recommend Mr."idiot" to do is to take some intiative and do some research before you loose out on a deal that might slip through your hands. And never underestimate a females knowledge when it comes to pricing on a vehicles.

When I first walked in they changed my whole attitude every sales associated greeted me and assisted me with where I needed to go. This dealership was able to get me approved when NO ONE chould. I was offered a 2010 with low miles. I test drove the car and loved it. The only thing I was some what unhappy with was the time I was there BUT it was NOT so much Deons or the car dealerships fault. When I walked into JF I did not get that overwhelming feeling that I was being forced or pressured to purchase a vehicle. I started out working with a guy name Kevin, Keith (it started with a "K") and he was also just as nice and answered a lot of my questions before I walked into the store. I ended up working with Brandon and Joseph and they were AWESOME!!! When I was in the process of making a decision to either buy from JF or from another dealership they did not bombard me with telephone calls. They would call maybe every other day or every third day. I think that if I would have been or felt pressured I probably would have gone to a different dealership. I told them what I could do and what I was working with and they made it happen for me. Before I got my car and after the purchase of my car I called quite a bit and spoke with Brandon and Joseph (I had questions) and they always took my calls and answered my questions. If they did not know the answer they would find out and call me back. So, I can say that I am another satisfied customer. ?

Where do I even start? The salesman who I was working with told me several lies about the car to begin with. He told me it had anti-lock brakes, which it doesn't. He told me it had automatic lights, which it doesn't. He told me it was a V6 when really its only 4. He told me it had heated side mirrors, which it doesn't. He told me the MPGs were 25 city and 30 highway, when really its about 20 city and 25 highway. Because I THOUGHT it had everything I wanted I bought the car in early January. It did have a few small things that I wanted fixed which he agreed to (broken vent, broken lock, and scratches on the bumper). The salesman told me they would be fixed before I picked up the car. I go to pick up the car, and nothing had been fixed. I set an apointment to come in and get them fixed. I came back about a week later, waited about an hour for them to come and tell me that their service people left around the time I had gotten there (yes an HOUR earlier). So, I set another apointement a week later. I come back, again, wait about an hour to find that the only thing fixed was the scratches on the bumper which looked like it was done with a q-tip, I was then informed that their service people, AGAIN, had left before the job was done. So, I make yet another apointment, this time I wait about an hour and a half for them to tell me they dont have the right parts. Again, another apointment, again waiting an hour, again they tell me they cant fix it because they ordered a part for a Caliber, not an Avenger. After, yet another irritating visit, I called back when I left to let the manager know what was going on. I wait on hold for him to talk to the service people, when he come back on the line, all he basically tells me that that it will be fixed next time. So now I set up my 5th apointment, and I get there and wait another hour. They finally fixed the lock, but here's the kicker, the first thing out of the service guys mouth is "I'm the middle man so you can yell at me all you want" and he proceded to tell me that the part they ordered was not inspected when they received it and it was broken when they took it out of the box. So, I will admit, I'm PISSED at this point and I let him know how I felt. Instead of using the wonderful customer service that this dealership apparently prides themselves on he says "Well its only a vent, dont get mad" I said "NO! Its not just a vent, its that I've been here 5 times and everytime you keep giving me excuses!" and his reply is (in a very condisending manor) "Well I hope you have a wonderful day" and stalks off quickly ahead of me aparently pissed at ME! As he was walking away I asked where my key was and without even looking back or slowing down he said "In the car!" and he disappeared into the shop. So now its March 11, three months after I bought the car and something as simple as a vent has not even been fixed. I now have to make a 6th appointment to get something fixed that I was TOLD was going to be fixed before I even picked up the car. By far the WORST experience buying a car EVER!!! I would never buy another car here, nor would I ever recommend this place even to my worst enemy! I think its time to get your ____ together and stop advertising "friendly service" when its the farthest from the truth I've ever heard. (feel free to fill in the blank!!)

My experience with this dealership and the two salesmen there was very informational. All my questions were answered, the way a knowledgeable person of this subject matter should be able to answer them. I was treated as a person, not as a number, and greatly appreciated this. The quality of their service would have received a 5 rating too, except a couple of items were missed by the salesman, that I had to mention. The buying experience was good to work with Ricky, my salesperson. When the managaer, Joseph Espinoza, got involved, it made it tough to sign the dotted line (an interaction not worth noting). After I purchased the car the service department was a little suspect. The seat repair to several small cigarette burns was completed but it was not the best craftsmanship. Then the part that is irritating but not devestating. My car was to have carpeted car mats in the front and rear as noted on the window sticker (which I kept as record). When I went to get into the car I purchased, the drivers side did not have a mat. Both Joeseph and Ricky said they would get me a mat but didn't have one at the time. It has been a month and a half now and without boring everyone, the dealership does not have nor will it purchase a new mat. Correspondence with them has been minimal, except when I initiated the interaction. When confronted, Joseph said he will get one to me when they get a car in to match my interior carpet. Again, it has been over a month and a half since I bought my car with no activity. This is, at the most, an $80 purchase that they do not seem willing to make to complete their obligation. I will not recommend this dealer and I had thought the dishonest car dealerships had vanished, however, I am mistaken. Thankfully this is only an $80 remedy and not something major. This dealership wants you to sign and will not take care of the back end issues. Good luck to anyone purchasing a car from Jeremy Franklin Suzuki.PS: They may respond by saying that they will get me a mat "once they get a car in that matches" my car interior. Again, it has been a month and a half and next to no communication about their intentions, I do not believe a word they say.

Went in to change from driving a Mazdaspeed 3 to a Suzuki SX4 Crossover because I decided that this type of vehicle better fits my lifestyle. Buying a used car can be a hassle for some people that do not do their own research ahead of time. i made sure I Knew what I wanted as well as what I was willing to pay. After searching auto-trader for days looking for what I wanted I came across the Nissan. It was to a surprise a little less than what I was willing to pay. We made an appt with Jesse on Friday night to see a specific vehicle we saw online. That Saturday we had a few vehicles to look at and Jeremy Franklin was our first stop. We were not so impressed with the vehicle. It was fine, but we really didnt want a minivan,. We wanted the room and ability to transport people and things, but we were not impressed with the minivan. We explained what we needed and later that day when we where stuck at another dealership waiting, Jesse called to tell us about the Suzuki xl7 crossover vehicles that had in stock- he said they had the seating like a minivan but the car was more like a SUV. We went to see the vehicle and had to get it. The car was great and the price was right not to mention the miles and warranty. We knew nothing about Suzuki XL7 and didnt know anybody that had one. Jesse did a good and thorough job explaining and selling the vehicle. We made a good deal and drove the 2008 Suzuki XL7 home that night. Jesse was a very good salesman. Thanks Jesse. We will be back when we are ready to buy another car. We dont have the greatest credit but they were still able to get a lower interest rate and payment. Thanks to Chris.

I work hard but am judged by my appearance (I have some physical disabilities). When I went into Jeremy Franklin Suzuki I was greeted by a young man with a big smile on his face. Never once have I left a dealership and felt completely satisfied about my purchasing decision. Knowing that Jeremy Franklin Suzuki offers a 5 day 150 mile love it or leave it policy on there certified 145 point inspected vehicles. Also after doing my own personal research, I knew the car I wanted and that they had the best price within 150 miles, I expected to get there and see the price was more or even a ton of "HIDDEN FEE"S" which there wasn't. I got the best deal in town. The whole sales team was respectful and helpful. My salesman Joshua Espinosa seemed very knowledgeable and gave me everything upfront. Also the managers Hector and Joseph were willing to answer any questions I asked and gave me no pressure. Its hard to find that at a dealership now a days. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a quality vehicle at the best price to Jeremy franklin Suzuki.

Let me start out by saying that my husband picked Jeremy Franklin Suzuki after doing a lot of research and having a bad experience at a dealership in Saint Joseph. He was looking for a mini-van and didnt have too much luck, and to tell you the truth I didnt know if really wanted one anyway. Im a new mom and my husband told me that it would be much easer to get him in and out of the car seat. So after him going down there he called me and told me that they were going to be able to get us a mini-van and a car, both newer than what we were trading in. He drove the mini-van home that night and I instantly fell in love with it. I dont know why I waited so long for a min-van. When I looked around for cars I would always look at the price and say to myself, "I wonder how much I can talk them down." or think "I need a strategy if I'm going to get the best deal." I was blown away by the concept of a dealership that doesn't negotiate on their price. They price it you buy it, or don't buy it. Not only is it not negotiable but it was the best price around and there was no hassle of wondering if they could have given it to me for less.I gave them how much I wanted to spend a month and even though I had very limited credit history and no co-signers, they found someone to work with me so I can finally start building my own credit.

I would highly recommend this dealer. We had a very pleasant experience while shopping there. We had been looking for a used car for a while and had been turned off by many dealers in the area. They were either too pushy or did not treat us with enough respect. We found none of that at Jeremy Franklin. Great Place work hard on my cash for clunkers buy! No problems with the SX4 crossover! Suzuki is making breakthoughs in the auto business with good prices for good cars. The SX4 crossover is the best price for a 4 wheel drive car. I will report more when snow falls. I search the web and consumer reports before I decided on this car which all had good ratings. Top warranty,rebate or 0 fiance your choice. The place looks great and the sales service is great. While I was there I did look at the used cars which are of all makes and models and the prices look good!

I would highly recommend Jeremy Frankin Suzuki for anyone who, like myself, has less than perfect credit. Re-establishing credit after a divorce has proven to be a difficult task as a single mother of three. However, everyone I worked with at Jeremy Franklin Suzuki was extremely helpful and did not pre-judge me based solely on my credit score. I was able to purchase a Forenza and begin my credit rebuilding. This car is just what I needed, fairly priced, fuel efficient and I have had NO problems with it whatsoever. The only thing I have had to do was take it in for routine maintenance. The Service Department is always so friendly and helpful whenever I have a question. When the time comes that I am able to upgrade my vehicle, there is no doubt in my mind that I will return to Jeremy Franklin Suzuki. I have recommended them to friends and family and they have done the same. As a female consumer, it is nice to know there is a dealership I feel comfortable working with without fear of being taken advantage of. Everyone has their "dream car" in mind, but when that does not necessarily fit into your budget the sales staff are more than willing to offer alternatives that are affordable, reliable and a good value.

I had the buying experience of a lifetime. TJ Clark helped me get into the car I wanted at a fantastic price. He was friendly and I felt immediately at ease. I purchased my car on 5/5 and picked up on 5/6. The wiper had not been replaced and the MO inspection had not taken place as promised. I brought back the next day and waited 2 hours (on my lunch hour) for a wiper arm to be replaced. When I went up to someone and asked them why it was taking so long, they told me that they were changing the oil, etc. for the MO inspection. To top it all off, they didn't even have the wiper arm I came in to get! I was told the wiper would come in a couple of days. So I drive back to work and get a call that they had it and that I left too soon. So I had to make another trip in. It hasn't even been a week since I've purchasd this car and it's already headed to the shop as the a/c is not working in the back and there's a loud vibration when accelerating/turning. These are all things that should have been checked before releasing it to the customer. I am very disappointed in your dealership and my experience. I will not be back nor will I recommend anyone I know. The car I traded in was in better working order than this car and it had almost 50k miles on it. Shame on your salesman and service shop for not doing their job and trying to rush another car out the door. I call that poor customer service.

This is now the 3rd Suzuki I've bought from Jeremy Franklin (and the 2nd from TJ). I was at the dealership last week for another reason (not even to buy a car) but I was truly surprised at the pricing on his 2007 and 2008 XL7's. There was an IMMACULATE '07 XL7 Luxury on the showroom floor that actually was the exact one I wanted in '06, but it wasn't available then so I bought a different one. I thought about it over the weekend, went back in on Monday to talk about it and IT WAS GONE - SOLD ON SATURDAY - DAMMIT!!! To make a long story short, they had one in an '08 with LOW miles and slightly better equipment, also at a great price, and I bought it. Plus, they gave me a better deal on my trade than I expected to receive. I know - it doesn't sound real, but it is... Talk about a buyer's market... I hate going thru what has been the "typical" process of buying cars, but all three times they've made it a piece of cake, which is why I come back. And I will again. Loyalty earned.

When I entered Jeremy Franklin Suski on 10 Janurary 2009 I was looking to see what I could do to get into a better car that would dependable for my daily routine. I knew that my credit was not that good, but I thought that I would give it a try. Deon Willis was there to greet me at the door and asked me what I was wanting to do. When I explained my situation he went to work. I was giving about three different options that I could do that would get me into a different vechical. With the help of Deon I was able to get into a 2008 Suzuki SX4. Not only did Deon help me with my situation he was also there to help keep my daughter and nephew occupied with crayons and papers to color while I was signing the paperwork. I felt as though I was in a family oriented facility. On Monday 12 Janurary 2009 I called Deon and stated some of the things that the car needed attention to (no manual, stratches, and tire pressure) when I arrived at the dealership again Deon was there to greet me and ask me to show him what I was talking about. When I left that day I had the manual in hand, a schedule set up to take care of the sratches and the tire pressure checked on all four tires. That is what I call service.

I went to Jeremy Franklin Suzuki to trade in a car and see about getting a new one. I went to visit T.J. Clark and his assistant Jesse, who helped me to find a car in my budget. I communicated what I wanted to pay and what I wanted to pay down. T.J. showed me what I wanted to see, but it seemed like I wasn't finding what I needed. He suggested we look at a slightly more expensive car, just to see what is out there. Looking at the SX4, I found a lot of features I had wanted in a car. Aluminum engine block, small but capable engine that sips fuel, and a timing chain really sold me on the car, plus it is engineered to last important for me since I drive the wheels off my cars. Everyone on the lot when I entered from looking at cars was very friendly in a genuine way, not a "I'm being nice to sell you stuff" way. All the sales people were still warm and helpful even when it became clear I was shopping with TJ, meaning they wouldn't get my money. I was concerned about the higher price, but T.J. sat down with me and crunched the numbers on how we could do it. Folks, there's no "magic bullet" or "special deal" to this part of the businesssthey need to check your credit. If you have good credit, you're gonna get good financing. If you don't, it's going to cost more, and that's all about the bank. Reading and comparing the experiences I've read here, I'm afraid some of these stories might be due to some bad credit history in others, and that can't be helped when it comes to loaning money in these tough economic times.That said, my wife and I have excellent credit, and got a super deal for what paid best yet, we got a 2008 car with low mileage, that someone else paid the depreciation on. :) When our sales people went to the back, it was to check our credit, not to "wheel and deal". The only "deal" to be made was on the extended warranty and gap coverage, which I negotiated on and was offered at a price I couldn't refuse. All in all, I came in to buy a used car at a certain price. The sales staff convinced me to buy a more expensive car, but at a competitive price. They could have just sold me the lower priced car, and it would be fine, but what elevated this experience was a salesman who saw beyond my fixation with X dollars a month, and found out what I really NEEDED. This is a car that will last me for a long time to come, and be a pleasure to drive.Lastly, if this review sounds warm and glowing, it's because I was once a salesman myself, albeit in computers and small electronics. From time to time there's a customer who comes along who is obsessed by price to the exclusion of satisfying the needs they really have. I was one of these, but an experienced salesperson (T.J.) was able to help me see what I needed, not just what would work.

Not long ago I bought two vehicles from Jeremy Franklin Suzuki in Kansas City. A "like-new" Ford cargo van and a brand new Suzuki XL7. Both vehicles were in great shape and are still running great.They told me the prices, did not mess around, did not waste my time and sold me both vehicles at a very good price. I did alot of research before the purchase and JF Suzuki's price was the best around.Everyone was great, the Salespeople, the Service folks , and the guy's at the front desk (Joe E. and Hector E.)....great guys! Jeremy Franklin himself even to the time to come over to talk to me about my needs and took a personal interest in making sure I was taken care of.They were professional, respectful and gave me a great deal!!I am very happy with my vehicles....and the deal I got.I would HIGHLY recommend Jeremy Franklin Suzuki!!!

I've bought new 2 cars from this dealership, a Verona for my wife and an XL-7 for myself. EVERYTHING stated by the sales and finance people was completely accurate both times. NOTHING was ever exaggerated - PERIOD. Service has always been great. No complaints whatsoever.

My experience was much like geekstr's experience. I saw the "contracts" on blank paper written in marker. These people prey on those with poor credit. Don't ever trust them. They will give you a car and then call you weeks later to tell you that you no longer qualify and that you now have to pay over $400 a month for the car.TERRIBLE service and the people are rude!Avoid Jeremy Franklin Suzuki!
