If you are looking for amazing customer service and genuine compassion, please go see Guy or Manny at Jerry Ulm on Dale Mabry in Tampa. If I could name everyone who greeting me, approached me with a welcoming smile, and had natural conversations with me that made the stress of purchasing a vehicle feel painless and easy, I would. I’ve purchased many cars in my life, but I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything like this. These guys are great at what they do and I will be directing my friends and family to Guy and Manny. What I’m even more impressed about is, I didn’t know that my brother had just purchased a Ram from this dealership until I told him where I bought my Jaguar from. He had the same amazing experience. This shows consistency. Guy and Manny, thank you so much for what you do. I’m truly happy.

If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, you need to go see Fernando Marques at Jerry Ulm Tampa! They have a huge selection of new and used vehicles, the dealership is completely top notch and Fernando is an absolute pleasure to work with! He took his time with us, helped us find the perfect vehicle within our budget and was not pushy in the least bit. The sales and finance managers were great to work with also and every employee we interacted with were very friendly as well. Of all the dealers we've dealt with this has been the most helpful experience ever. THANK YOU Cowboy for all your help. We appreciate your professionalism and expertise we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you Andrew in sales for all the simple explanation and for getting us the best interest rate. The only down I found was the long wait to see a finance representative. Overall very happy with our experience!!!

One of the best experiences in buying a car we have had. Guy is amazing sales man. He is upbeat and positive in fact all the employees there seem to enjoy being at work. They are very customer driven and was 5 star all the way. Mike in finance made things go smoothly and also put the custom first. We love the new truck and will be back when we buy our next car.

This was the fastest and most efficient car buying experience I’ve ever been a part of… we’re talking less than two hours from sit down to drive away! Noel Afanador was super personable and made me feel comfortable. I was impressed by the digital paperwork… freaking cool! I’ve never seen anything like that! Def recommend all around… incredible experience!
