I highly recommend Jerry's Toyota! Verlyn in sales was fun to work with. He is crazy knowledgeable. Ray in finance has the best personality and will keep you smiling till the end. This is my 1st time buying a Toyota from here, but I'll certainly be coming back. Excellent Customer Service through and through!

Hi everyone, read this review if you want honest feedback about this place: First, the five stars ratings you see here are all done by their people, no one honestly would think this a good place. If you see, for every one star there’s a few five stars added. I will complain to google reviews for this. Second, even though they say that Matt B will reach out regarding complaint, the resolution leads to nowhere so don’t even try to work this place if you get conned. Third, these people are absolutely not knowledgeable nor welcoming at all. I came from NJ and they did not even knew the sales tax, let’s say they don’t trust me, at least the NJ site is official, but no they decide to go with their third party doc which they pull off the wrong sales tax The finance manager is an absolute joke, every time I question something, he stops and insults me, thinks he knows everything. Thank you for insulting my dad and I, I will file discrimination against you. The salesman was another joke, he’s another I know it all. This moron had a conversation with me before I came here and did not say to bring anything with me until I came there, then he expected me to pull documents out of nowhere! Are you freaking kidding me! Here’s the best part: I provided him my car insurance card for verification, he said that wasn’t my actual insurance agency. Dude I’m from NJ, I know what’s real and not. There’s more to say about this salesperson that I did not like. I wish I never bought a car here, I got my lesson learned the hard way, but now I will file a complaint against this person. Guys, the bottom line here, I was treated very badly, and obviously it’s kind of too late to do anything about it, but I can advise to others to who read this. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING, they are clueless and will get you somehow.

Poor overall purchase experience due to lack of communication from the business office. While my salesman was fine, my interactions with the business office were the worst of the 6 dealerships I have purchased from in the Baltimore area over the last 20 years. While trying to deal with issues regarding adding the appropriate lien information to the title, as well as getting the car registered, I have sent numerous emails, called over 10 times and left lots of voicemail messages. Nobody on the business side has ever answered the phone, replied to a voicemail, or answered an email.

I fell in love with the new 4Runner as soon as I saw it and then even more when I drove it. Making such a large purchase and having a car payment is always stressful but it was Mr. V's amazing customer service that sealed the deal for me. I never felt like he was pushing me or playing the "salesman game" just to sell a vehicle. He made me feel like he had my best interest in mind and was willing to help and work with me any way he could. I could not have asked for a better experience. As a new customer to the Toyota brand, I am very impressed with the service and experience I received. Even the finance representative, Hamid Dadpay was amazing! Great job Jerry's! I'd recommend anyone to go see Mr. V!

Jason did a great job at getting me in the car I wanted for the right price! He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The service department however needs work especially on accurately informing customers of what is included with the vehicle. They should not inform customers that car wash service is included because the service that they provide is not considered a car wash.

I told my salesman and the sales manager that I would prefer not to share my experience but apparently they cannot override this survey program to stop asking me to rate them. So here goes. I went to Toyota not sure if I would lease or buy a new Highlander. I was asked my maximum monthly payment which I vowed I would not give to the salesman but I did anyway. However, this was the max I wanted to pay to purchase a new car, not lease. I could have leased a car for well under my budget and paid over 36 months about 1/3 of the sticker price but it didn't have the bells and whistles that I wanted/needed. So, I went up to the next level. I wound up paying for 100% of the added options! I asked the salesman why the lease price was so high in comparison to the lease price on the Internet and he never did answer me. And, he played the game of disappearing and coming back telling me that this was the very best he could do (several times). Well, I know I should have walked out at that point but when I want something I want it. I love my Highlander but I do not believe that this dealership is very reputable. And now, before my review is posted the dealer responds that he aims to please but it's up to me to call him?

They were very courteous, patient, and went beyond duty to help to get us the new car. They even acted as an advocate with the bank after I purchased the car. He called 2 days after I had the car and he was able to get the bank to drop the interest by 5%.

I brought my new car from the dealership with good deal and service. Even though the process took longer than I expected, Antwan and Ray are very patient and helpful in getting the deal done. One thing I have problem with is the auto warranty program, I was given options to purchase different level of protections and was told I can drop the option anytime without knowing the implication. The next day, I came back to drop one of the warranty option and was surprised to know my monthly premium still be same. The difference will be applied to the overall charge. In my opinion, the warranty/finance program is not very flexible enough to meet customer's need.

Came to buy a car for the first time. Negotiated to a reasonable price. Headed over to yhe finance department to sign all the paper work. Ray told us, that our customer copies will have to be reviewed by the bank and that we will receive it in the mail. We learned our lesson. Never got it in the mail. We came back to get a reprint to find out that, car insurance was add on. There was nothing we could do at that point. Way to take advantage of us. Never again.

They did a better job on my 5,000 mile check up! Exterior of car was show room ready like it should been when I purchase the car. The salesman Tim Gruzs tried to clean it before. I left when we purchased the car but we were there close to three hours which took too long. He advise me when I brought it in again he would have it cleaned. I did not want to be there for three hours again so I did not look for Tim. Again it took better then one hour to have the 5,ooo mile check up.

I brought a Toyota Camry from Jerrys 2 years and I was totally in love with my car!!! Well I got in a bad accident a few weeks ago and my insurance company totaled it out. I was so upset and didn't know what I was going to do about another car. I went back to Jerrys and once again they made me feel welcomed and got me in another Toyota Camry!!!! Although I miss my first Camry and I don't think I'll ever will love a car as much as I loved that one. I am truly blessed to be able to get another Camry and without all the hassle that other dealerships give you. Jerrys has to be the best dealer I've every shopped with.

So this is a review to describe my recent experience at Jerry's ToyotaI recently purchased a 2016 Scion FR-S from Jerry's Toyota, and i have to say that my car purchase experience was very good.Before coming in, i called the dealership to make sure they were open since it was a holiday, and luckily for me they were actually open all day. I also made sure that the vehicle i was interested in was available and they actually did have one in stock. I had talked to John Guerrero (known as John G.) and he scheduled a time for me to come in. I told him what i was interested in and a little bit about my situation (credit history, financial budget, etc) and he told me he would try to work something out for me, so John took down my number and texted me the address and his contact information so that i could just ask for him directly when i get there.Once i got there, i asked for John and once he was done with his other customer, we quickly got things rolling. After 15 mins of filling out the preliminary paper work, that's when the real "work" started. Keep in mind that this was my first time buying a car without my parents as a co-signer, and this was my very first brand NEW car purchase as well.I told John my budget and what i was looking for and that i didn't want to go over a certain price range as well as keeping my monthly car payment low since i was going to finance the car...He went in and spoke to the manager (Matt Bukowski) and they were able to come up with a number for me. At first i was not happy with the numbers they came up, so we discussed my financial situation again and John went back to see what the people in the office could come up with..Then he came back and i was super excited, but again the new numbers were not great. they were better but not quite what i wanted. So we talked again and again and kept going back and forth with Matt who was in contact with the bank etc etc and after about 1.5 h to 2 h of this back and forth scenario, John came back and showed me the final offer and the new magic numbers and those were very good. they had to switch a few things around to make it happen, but in the end they got me what i wanted and being someone who had a low credit score i was more than thrilled!!I got a great APR, and a good deal on the vehicle.However i kept my cool, didn't want to sound too excited :)Everything else from that point on was a breeze, each of the next steps after the Sales were over (Sales -> Service -> Finance) took less than 10 mins.Eric Hammer from Finance is also a great guy, we chat it up while he was processing the financial stuff and everything went smoothly.The lady i talked to from the 'Service' department was also great. She even let me used her phone charger while i was in the office because my phone was on low battery. i really i wish i remembered her name so i could give her a shot out, but if you remember me (the kid who purchased the 2016 scion FR-S) , i just want to let you know you that you were great and super helpful. Thank you!!But i have to end with the man of the hour, John G.John was great, and i'm happy i got to make my purchase with him. John is a very friendly guy, and he will definitely do his best to get things work out for you the the best way possible. John wanted to help me get this car but did not put any pressure on me whatsoever.After i purchased the car, before i left i asked John to take some photos for me standing next to the car on his phone because the camera on my phone wasn't working and he was very nice and took some nice pics for me and sent them right away.I was still at the dealership about 30min after they closed and they did not rush me out or anything, they treated me as if it was still open, and because it was such a busy day, many customers were still in the dealership after closing hours.The one thing i wish was different is that i wanted to meet the manager since he got me this deal but i was told he would come out to meet me but it never happened, i never got to meet him. I also which they had some sort of snacks or drinks available for the customers while we're in there for more than 2h, but the only thing available is a vending machine.But overall it was a very good experience! I would definitely recommend Jerry's Toyota if you are on the market for a car.Thanks,Chris E.

I had filed bankruptcy and my credit score was terrible. I was afraid I was going to be stuck with my current car which I owed double what its worth. I received a flyer for Jerrys that let me know they had options for me. Tom was great! I texted back and forth that morning and by the end of the day he got me a great deal on a 2015 Toyota Corolla! He got me a decent rate and more importantly a way to establish my credit history. I absolutely love my car and will be referring them to all my friends.

This has been the most horrific experience I have ever been through. Chad and Tom seemed like great people. Then, in order to make a sale they forged a letter from an employer whom I was on workers comp with stating I would be back to work on the 6th of September. Well, I am totally disabled and can never return to work. I furnished them all the paperwork they needed proving this. Including, a letter from social security. But, because they couldn't get financing for the amount they wanted they seen fit to forge a letter from my company. Now, I am out the money for hiring an attorney, as well as not knowing what to do with a car they told me they had financed when they let me and my wife drive off the lot with it all papers signed. Then on top of this they call me to come sign more paperwork telling me they had a new lender and when I got there they tried to get me to sign blank paperwork. What kind of dealership or professional company does these kind of things or lets their employees do this to people? Especially disabled people. I do not understand it. These guys are shysters and should not be allowed to deal with the public. Oh, and Tom also threatened to take my husbands cane and beat him with it. Do Not Deal with this company!!!!!!!!

Having read several reviews that were not too flattering, I was skeptical about this dealership, but due to its proximity I gave them a try. I can only speak for myself, and MY experience was everything I had hoped for. The salesman was professional and courteous, not pushy. The vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted was available and after a few comparisons of other vehicles I purchased my new Tacoma and cannot say enough good things about it.

I had my 24000 mile service done. I had my 20000 service done here as well. Both were done quickly and everyone was courteous. Only issue is when completed I reviewed my checklist and everything was green. That's good but last visit it showed 2 areas in yellow. Makes me wonder if my car got a thorough inspection this time.

I initiated contact via email and Tom was not only timely in the initial response but every response going forward. From beginning to end, Tom and Chad were both professional and added humor throughout as well. While I was there I learned my daughter had been injured while at practice & they moved as quick as possible to get out me out of there to tend to her but still ensured all my questions were answered about the vehicle, financing, maintenance, etc.I will definitely recommend Jerry's Toyota and specifically Tom and Chad for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My father bought his Camry here brand new and currently has about 90k on his odometer. This dealership can't even do oil changes right they stripped the oil pan and now they are trying to charge my father the costs $1000+ dollars. Extremely corrupt business practices; this isn't even the first time they messed the car up; the first time was the transmission when it was still under warranty and I had to go and fight for him to be able to get a loaner because this terrible dealership weren't even going to give him a loaner. Currently filed a BBB report against this stealership and I'm willing to go through litigation against such corrupt practices. My father is 64 years old; a senior citizen that cannot speak english all that well, for people to take advantage of such people.... This is all on their heads; I wish nothing but terrible things to these scam artists.STAY AWAY; this is the worst place I've ever seen.

We've bought cars previously from Jerry's. Another dealer had the car we were looking for in stock and was very close to where we live so we went in to test drive it and get a price. What a mistake. It took forever to get them to give us a price and then it was basically the sticker price. We told them what we were willing to pay and they said no. A couple of days later we went to Jerry's. What a difference. We first saw Kris Ruhling who answered our questions and then had Tim Gruzs work with us. They didn't have the Rav4 Hybrid equipped as we wanted or the color we wanted in stock. Tim check the area inventory and found a vehicle that was acceptable. He said he would work with that dealer to get the vehicle. A couple of days later he called and said the vehicle was on it's way. We went down and saw the Rav4 once they had it and loved it. It was easy working with Tim to finalize the bottom line price. Of course there was some back and forth in getting to the final price but in the end we got a fair price. Working with Tim was a true pleasure. He went out of his way to assist us and get us in the vehicle we wanted. I would definitely recommend Jerry's Toyota and Tim Gruzs. We also had a good experience working with Hamid Dadpay in closing out the final paperwork. He had assisted us with the purchase of our previous vehicle and again helped make the final process smooth.

Previously, I had been assisted with buying a Scion IQ by both the general manager Matt Bukowski and assistant manager Walt in 2014. Im not sure where to start. This has by far has been the most frustrating buying process. I previously had leased my vehicle through Jerrys Toyota. I decided about 21 months into my lease to purchase my car. Initially in leasing the vehicle, I had purchased additional protections for the vehicle through Jerrys-Maximum Wheel and Tire and Maximum Protection-for key replacement, dents, windshield damages etc. In February when I purchased my vehicle from the lease, I signed documents to refund these protections. Chad Votta assured me that he would handle the paperwork associated with ending these additional protections so I would receive a refund for the remaining balance of the protections from my 36-month lease program. Chad also stated that I should expect my refund within 60 days of my purchase that occurred on February 5th. I waited the full 60 days, plus an additional week, I had not received my refund. I contacted Chad regarding the refund and left a voicemail, to which I did not receive a call back. I then contacted the third party for the protections-Maximus Auto Protection. They advised me that they had not received any paperwork from Jerrys regarding my refund or termination of the protections. In turn, I contacted Chad Votta and again left a voicemail. I waited a few days, hoping that Chad would return my call, however he did not. I contacted Jerrys Toyota asking for Chads manager regarding my issue. I was directed to Eric, who advised me he did not have access to my paperwork from my sale or for the protections and that only Chad could assist me. How could such a large dealership have only one person who could assist me? How could no other manager have access to resolve a financial issue?! I finally was able to reach Chad mid-April, to which he stated that he would have to research the issue. I waited a few days, again not receiving a call from Chad, but where I had to call back. Upon speaking to Chad in the last week of April, he advised me that he had processed my paperwork. Today is May 1st, I received a voicemail from Nancy at Maximus, who I am now on a first name basis with because of calling to periodically check on the status of my paperwork, she advised nothing has been received to date. My level of frustration is nearing contacting the State Attorney General to advise them of Jerrys business practices. This is absolutely unacceptable; its nearing 90 days for a process that should have been completed within 60. All for the incompetence of an employee at Jerrys who clearly is not returning customers calls or completing paperwork associated with sales and financials properly. I am expecting a monetary refund which is being withheld unfairly, not because of a third party, but because of Jerrys.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ANY MEANS!!! I bought a brand new Toyota 2015 4Runner 6 months ago and purchased the extended warranty after I was told it covers EVERYTHING FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER just like my initial warranty...minus wipers, tires and brake pads. Fair enough, right? Nope! After the touchscreen cracked from freezing so many times this winter, I took it in to get it looked at. First off, they didn't even have a rental car for me like they say they will in their initial sales pitch when I bought the car. And when they did finally give me a RAV4 to use, the entire thing smelled like someone smoked 3 packs a day in it with the windows up. This rental car also had trash in it like the last one they gave me when I had my $800 remote start installed a few months back. So $700 they told me!!! $700 for a piece of plastic that was broken by regular usage that is not covered under the warranty. (Even though I asked them 3 times, this will cover everything besides just the tires, wipers and brake pads?) After about 14 calls back and forth from the service department who could have cared less, they said I'd have to talk to whoever sold me the warranty. So when I did FINALLY get a hold off someone in finance, Chad tried to tell me, well, the warranty only covers a certain amount of things, and we just say bumper to bumper because it's easier to say what it doesn't include. He said he didn't even look at it but it's up to what the service department says and had no desire to even attempt at making it right. He just said I could come in and cancel it if I wanted but he'd "hate to see something go wrong and then I wouldn't have the warranty" spoken like a true salesman. Warranty for what?!! Apparently it doesn't cover what you told me it did anyway!! So when I went into cancel it and I'm sure purposely made me wait for awhile, Chad just came out of his office with a piece of paper, said sign here, and walked back into his office. I can not believe the lack of customer service and way they handled everything. I will NEVER buy another car from them or take anything in there to be serviced. I will also make sure no one that I know will ever step foot in there either.

So...to begin, I usually never do an online review but for this awful experience I will make an exception. Here are all of the facts and I hope it will help someone before they decide to go to this place. I went to this location to purchase a new 2016 prius on January 6th. Everything started fine. I picked two cars online and got a call immediately (at night by the way) from a customer service rep who forwarded my inquiry to a sales rep. Kudos to those that handle the online section. Unfortunately, as I was driving to the dealership another salesman named Huntley, called about my inquiry. My mother had worked with him before so we decided to give him the sale. By the way, I already had a pre-finance offer before arriving at the dealership. Awful experience with Huntley:Huntley took me on a test drive in the prius but never offered to show me the scion even though I asked about this car while I was there (probably because the prius was more money). However, I was basically sold on the prius anyway so I decided not to push the issue. He then proceeded on about some Toyota financing option for students and gave me a bunch of reasons why I should use this plan and not the one I came in with. All of his claims ended up being false (which I did not find out until I got to finance) and he decided to blame his lack of information on someone else that I never even spoke to (I believe he blamed it on Matt). Then, we never even got an actual deal on the car. I still came out owing the full price of the car (not even the online offer), and this man had the nerve to say "you act like I didn't do anything for you." After two hours and nothing to show, I did feel he did absolutely nothing for me. However, the price was still better than another dealer by 5,000 so yet again I did not complain. I then went to the add-ons area (the woman here was so friendly, she is the only salvation for this company). This added more money, but I was fine with this. I then went to finance, who told me that the monthly cost would be 100 dollars more than what Huntley told me. When called into the office, Huntley then tried to lie, but I was sitting right there so he blamed his manager for everything that he said (mind you everything he quoted and sold me with was wrong). For example, he said I only would get free car washes and service if I got the financing plan. This is not true, you get it anytime you get a car from Jerry's with or without the finance option through Toyota. At this point I realized I had wasted 2 hours with Huntley only to be given a bunch of wrong information before I got to the other departments and actually got the real costs. I needed a car so I took the "deal" and walked out of there asap. One week later: I got two calls from Huntley saying that I needed to send in more items for financing A WEEK AFTER I GOT THE CAR. Then, by the time I called back, apparently things were "fixed" but no one bothered to call me to let me know. So I got a bunch of unnecessary papers emailed to them for no reason. No communication skills at all. I spoke to the manager at this time about everything to which he replied "it is good sometimes just to vent, and we were able to do that today." I didn't want to vent, I wanted him to talk to his employees and figure out a better option to communicate with customers. I got nothing. Today: Got a call from Raymond saying I never completed my survey. I called back to let him know I never received an email and I pulled up everything else from Toyota to prove this. He said "don't worry about it, nothing you can do now." I told him I really wanted to leave a survey and he said that I couldn't. I even asked if there was someone I could call and he said no.Never again.

We took our 2010 Prius in for tire rotation, check fluids and brakes and were expecting a $19.95 service charge but they did it for free. We have had the car for 5 years and have had no trouble at all with the car. We are eligible for their tires for life and will take advantage of that in the spring.I think a lot of people have the wrong perception about the Prius, thinking it is slow and not like a normal car that they are use to. Please take one for a ride.

Hauled my Rav 4 with a flat tire to Jerry's because I heard loud metallic sounds after blowing tire. Jerry's found nothing and plugged the leak. After I got home, I found a bulge on the sidewall that apparently had been overlooked by the repair person. They also found no source for the metallic sound. I called the service department and found that Jerry's did not stock the Toyo tire and that it would have to be ordered. But, before the order could be placed, I would have to appear in person with my credit card. They would not take the card info over the phone. I called ahead of time to see if they had any cars i was intressed in and the sales associate lied to get me to come in then i ask what the total out the door would be and he told me a price, the next day i come in to buy the car, they lied about what price he said and told me he never said that was the price. I recently purchased a new 2015 Prius here and my experience was outstanding -- Jon "Hawkeye" Reiner went way above and beyond anything I ever expected from purchasing a new vehicle. I went to three dealers prior to Jerry's and had experiences ranging from mildly negative to more-or-less acceptable -- basically what you expect from a car dealership. I had test driven vehicles, decided exactly what vehicle and options I wanted, and was negotiating price with multiple dealers, all of whom were having trouble tracking down exactly the vehicle I wanted. Jon had emailed me via TrueCar with the lowest offer I had received so far.Jon was far and away the most effective and transparent salesperson I had worked with. He didn't have what I wanted in stock, but he called another dealer and had them deliver the right car to him -- within a couple of hours! He took the time to make sure I understood the price offer and explained all of the fees plainly, without trying to hide anything (I felt like the other dealers were trying to confuse me.) AND he offered me the best price I'd received right off the bat, one that I knew was fair from my research -- without me even mentioning the other offers I received or having to negotiate. He even found additional rebates I was eligible for that the other dealers didn't even mention to me. When they didn't offer me as much for my trade-in as CarMax, he even suggested I just go sell my old car to CarMax for the better offer, and he would pick me up when I was done and bring me back to Jerry's to pick up my new car! Hamid, the finance guy, was also excellent -- extremely organized and made everything simple and efficient. Sure, they offered me lots of upsell things I didn't need like any dealer, but when I declined no one was pushy about it. Seriously, if you're looking at purchasing a Toyota, just call Jon. Apparently I didn't even need to waste my time going around to the other dealers. He made buying a new vehicle an actively positive experience and I got an outstanding deal on exactly the new vehicle I wanted.

I recently purchased a 2015 Scion FR-S from Jerry's Toyota and the experience was great. This was my first time purchasing a car, so needless to say I was a little nervous when I walked in the door. I was greeted by Matt Bukowski, the general sales manager, and Jon Reiner, a sales professional. They both helped me get the car I wanted and were nice and easy to talk to. They made me purchase a 1000$ worth of insurance that I never used.When it was time to use my life warranty program they said no. When you buy a car from here they will give you all sorts of free options and things, but when its time to use them they will find an excuse to not give it to you.Please dont go here and save the headache.

I was shocked to receive a letter in the mail today asking me to bring in my vehicle to be looked at for appraisal because it is in high demand in the used car market. I was shocked because of the names of the two people that sent it to me, manager Matt Bukowski and salesman Walt McDonald. These two people worked at Russell Toyota and ripped me off when I purchased there. I cannot believe that they both work here now. Very rude, ignorant, and abrasive. Take a look at some of the reviews posted about these two and how they treat people from Russell Toyota and you will not be surprised that they are no longer employed there. I have done business at Jerry's in the past but I definitely will not now. Thanks for the heads up that these two work here now!

My wife and I already knew what type of used car we wanted and found one at Jerry's Toyota via the internet sales page. Our research and comparisons were done prior to driving to the dealer. I called and got Tom Thomas on the phone. He explained briefly about Jerry's pricing and policies which were acceptable to us. They put the car out front and held it for us until we got there.I knew from the conversation with Tom this would be worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to work with this dealership.Chad was also good to deal with regarding the paperwork in getting this car. Even though we paid outright for the car he was informative in each step of the process and explained 'the why' for each document as we went.There was another sales rep on the floor who displayed the same caring and interest in our family. I wish I could remember his name.On the weekend make time to stop at the Pit Beef stand two doors up from this dealership. Another plus for this location!

This purchase was no difference from the first two, in that the people who work there from the custodians to sales managers & salesman are very polite, friendly and courteous.They make shopping for a car at Jerry's very pleasant and there is absolutely no pressure.Since I always had my cars serviced at Jerry's, I have to say that the service dept. is excellentand a joy to deal with. Everyone at Jerry's goes out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable experience.I would recommend Jerry's to anyone needing a new car or just to service their old one.

On 2/9/15 I took my vehicle to Jerry's Toyota for my 35000 mile service. My tires were showing wear so I asked if they should be replaced. They said my "tires forever warranty" was invalidated because I did not replace my cabin air filter at the 30000 mile service but they would let that go if I now bought a filter. When I went back to my 30000 mile service the reason I did not replace the filter was because their service technician said that it was okay. I have documentation that shows this. I bought the new one this time because even though my filter had not been inspected I wanted everything to stay compliant. After the vehicle was taken in for service I was advised that I needed front brakes. I was not having any brake problems or brake noises but wanted to be safe so I said okay. I agreed to the advertised brake special of $99.95. When I reviewed my invoice I noticed they did charge me the $99.95 but also charged me an additional $235.00 to turn the rotors. I called the parts department and was told that new rotors were only $106.00 a piece for a total of $212.00. Less than the amount of turning the old rotors. The labor would be the same so this makes no sense. I did not authorize this additional cost and only agreed to the $99.95 amount. This additional amount was never explained to me or agreed upon. The parts were never returned to me for inspection. I am requesting a full refund of the brake service and other unauthorized services.

Knowing lots of stories of bad experiences with car dealerships, I was a little worried about going in as a single woman to buy a car. I have to say that Erin's quick response to my internet query, and her pleasant demeanor on the phone, went a long way towards easing my worry. And then Jon never made me feel for one instant that he was being anything but upfront. He really helped me decide what I wanted. And Hamid--what a gentleman! I have to say that I am impressed with Jerry's, and I am happy to say that they do not fit the stereotype of car dealerships only out to make money. I know this will sound like a cheesy ad, but..... I'm glad I went to Jerry's!

I have to say that Dmirty could not have been more helpful and friendly. He apologized profusely for us having to wait and tried his best to make a bad situation better. However, the ridiculously long time it took for the final paperwork to be processed was a real problem. Because of the holidays, I understood there was a shortage of staff, so I was very patient, but when the finance person who was supposed to complete my paperwork came out of her office and got into a loud verbal altercation with the used car manager, I was very discouraged regarding the entire deal. However, after waiting for SO long, there was no way I wasn't completing the purchase.I am very happy (so far) with my 2013 Toyota Corolla LE - I just wish that the duration of the purchase process hadn't been so painfully long.I would have expected, however, that the interior of the car would have been much cleaner (detailed) than it was -- and I would have brought this to Dmitry's attention if I had seen the car during daylight hours. I had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning off dirty fingerprints and other smudges.

Who doesnt dread going car shopping? Well, fortunately, this wasnt the case for us. My daughter knew what car she wanted: a silver Corolla with a moon roof. We went to Jerrys Toyota and our salesperson, Joe White, found the perfect car! Before my daughter took it for a spin, Joe sat down and explained everything about the Corolla to her. He is a very knowledgeable salesperson who really knows his stuff. My daughter felt very comfortable driving this car. It handled very well, and we just knew this was the right car for her! The 2015 Corolla S Plus had many features in it that we werent expecting. The wheels are sporty looking as well as the front grille, fog lights, and the stylish rear spoiler, which were also a plus! There was more than enough legroom in the back, which I was happily surprised. The seats fold down to allow more space to carry odd-shaped items. It also came with Bluetooth capability and a backup camera, which Joe explained in depth how to use. Needless to say, we were thrilled with this purchase. The price of this car, which we got the internet price, was exactly what we expected nothing more. Jerrys Toyota is the place to go if you want total satisfaction. Ask for Joe hes the best!

I was referred to Matt Bukowski at Jerry's Toyota. I spoke with Matt and I expressed my concerns about "the buying experience" which I was dreading. I already new exactly what I wanted and wasn't interested in a long sales presentation. And, Matt was aware that there were 3 Toyota dealerships closer to my house. I set up a time to meet with Matt and he also introduced me to John Reiner. I was in and out of ther in less than 90 minutes. It was great, no B.S. tactics, I was given a very fair price on the purchase and I was offered $500 more than this website indicated as a "trade-in value". John was extremely patient walking me thru every button/switch/lever the car has. Frankly, I had more difficulty at Home Depot buying a lawn mower. It was so worth the extra drive. I highly reccomend Matt & John.

I was at your shop today (Oct 25) for both an oil change for my corolla, and because I received this invitation to attend the clearance event, and because a couple of days ago someone from this dealer called me to suggest buying my car. Anyway, the lady who hangs the tags in the cars looked for any assistant service manager to help me, they were busy, until Frank Casey showed up, she asked him to take my car, he kinda did not like it, and asked the lady in (front of me) why not asking the other employees, she replied they are all busy, I walked with him through the glass door to his office, he looked to his left and said again to the lady, see they are not all busy!!!He did not say hi, did not introduce himself, and did not maintain eye contact with me at the beginning started typing on the computer. Then asked, what kind of service you need, I said oil change, he said that would be 39 something. I said, that is not what I paid last time, he said that's our price and that probably there was some kind of special offer, I replied no, no offers or anything. He replied, okay, should get your car back? I said YES. He left the office asked someone to get the car without saying a word to me. I decided not to do this service at the dealer, not to talk about selling my used corolla and looking the clearance deals because of this person. And most likely not coming to this dealer again.

I wish I would have read these horrible experiences before buying my new van from Jerry's Toyota.So,here is my story,I did an internet inquiry and Jerry's Toyota came out the cheapest in the area,With my email in hand,I arrived there around 8 pm on a wednesday evening and asked to speak with the internet sales guy,he came and greeted me and passed me on to an another sales man (fletcher) ones we sat down to do the deal he said that he couldn't do this deal at this price ($25,807.00) that the internet sales man emailed me earlier that same evening.So,here we go and we start negotiating the deal which i didn't want to do because i wanted the deal that the internet department gave me.So, back and fourth 40 minutes later they gave me the same internet deal if i bought the van that evening,I said I can not buy today but we can do the paper work and I will put a deposit on my credit card ,he said that was fine .I was happy ,now Its almost 9pm time for them to close so they start rushing me,Now its time for the finance guy to finish the deal after selling me other warranties and other stuff.So, i bought the warranty ($2200) and i financed the van threw Toyota Finance.I don't know what these guys did i ended up paying $1800 more than my negotiated price.I only caught that today when i was filing all the paper work,I said to my self after calculating the numbers this makes no sense I was charged $1800 more than i should have.So, stopped by the dealership this morning and spoke with the finance lady,she said talk to the sales man.I called the sales man aside and told him what had happen and he chuckled and brushed me off and walked away.So, then i called Toyota company and expressed my concern and I have not heard back from the dealership....note to Toyota and the dealership if your customers are taking the time to write these long complaints you should be concern,especially when customer like me ( Who traded in a 2007 Toyota van for a 2014 Toyota van and just bought another high end Toyota Brand Truck Lexus GX460 for $60,000) spent an hour of his time writing this and believe me I'm not done i will also post this on other blogs .

Much like the other very negative reviews on here, I would strongly encourage you NOT to do business with these Liars. They advertise the lowest price online and then when you drive over an hour to get to their dealership, they jack up the price by $2,500 to $3,000. They added back to the price, among other fees, "rebates" which they never even asked us if we qualified for! Our sales person, Fletcher Dixon, is a highly polished and nice man, but he has been trained to be a part of this very negative tactic. At the top of this is AL HOFFMAN, Executive Vice President, who claims he wants to "MAKE SOMETHING RIGHT THAT YOU FELT WE HAD DONE WRONG." Notice he accuses us of "feeling" that we were wronged by this bait and switch tactic and he uses ALL CAPS in his e-mails like he is yelling at us, the customer. Even after I was very clear that I was totally pissed and insulted by his bait and switch and False Advertising, he still came back with an offer on the car that was $2,500 to $3,000 above the advertised price.I could go on, BUT the bottom line is don't do business with this company, in fact run like heel to another dealer. We did and bought out new Corolla the next day! I will be in touch with my friends at the state attorney general's office to initiate an investigation!

I inquired about the price of a new Toyota. The price I found posted online was by far the best of any of their competitors... so I said, "What's the catch?". Well as it seems, it was ALL a catch. The price they posed online was nowhere NEAR the real price. I ended up speaking with the "Internet Sales Manager???", who would not identify himself by name, was extremely rude, aggressive and honestly, not very bright. I ended up buying from Carmax Toyota in Laurel, what a truly painless experience! Don't waste your time at this shade tree dealership.

I am a previous customer- wasn't happy the first time but went back because I was contacted by the dealership for a VIP appointment and I was looking to trade in and upgrade my Tacoma. When I arrived, I was not treated as what i would consider to be a VIP, To keep this review simple- this is what happened. My salesperson kept disappearing in the middle of our sale with no explanation to the point that I was there for over 3 hours. I knew exactly what I wanted so this should not have taken so long. After much discussion, we agreed on a trade in value for my current vehicle but would not give the military (as a veteran) or customer loyalty (repeat customer) incentives unless I financed through them. In the end I said I would agree on $18000 and I would buy the truck on the spot..after crunching numbers this was beyond fair but they would only do $19000- for $1000 they allowed me to walk away. By the way- I left after the person I was dealing with disappeared AGAIN. I do not consider this VIP treatment. The salesman was like "its only $1000" EXACTLY. They called ME. I didn't call them. The whole experience was awful and I know I can get the deal elsewhere. They have my number-obviously- they can all me when they have more time to deal with me as a customer. Until then- I will search elsewhere.

The sales staff member I met with could not explain why the military discount and the manufacturer's rebate were being added onto the online discount price in the offer he presented to me. I became frustrated with the situation and thanked the staff member for his time and left. I was able to find an explanation on the website the next day on my own, The online discounted price includes a military discount and the manufacturer's rebate. Since I am not military, this discount was being added back on to the price. The manufacturer's rebate is not applicable if you get the 0% financing, which I had said I wanted to apply for, so he was showing me an offer number with the rebate also added back on.

As a new car buyer i was looking around for a great deal and spoke to a man i net at a gas station in Baltimore, I was informed to go to Jerry's Toyota for a new car when i arrived there i was met by a sales person Mr E.j.Hightower who was very frendly and understanding to my needs he walied me through the buying process. I was very please with his knowledge of the cars they sold at the dealership, Mr. Hightower i must say made sure that my paperwork was in order and if i was missing something he made sure that i unsrestood what was needed from me. Its been two weeks not and i love my new car and have been telling my co-workers if they area in the market for a new car go to Jerry's and see Mr. Hightower,My co-workers here in Washington D.C. at the Smithsonian Instution love the car and promise to go to Jerry"s if they are in the market. I can't say enough positive things about Jerry's Toyota. First of all, the representatives are always pleasant and courteous. I am always able to a service appointment when I request it at the date and time requested. Whenever I arrive at the dealership, the representatives are always friendly and act like they are happy in their jobs. Which brings me to the fact that there is not a high turn around, so they must be doing something right! I bought my vehicle new from them four years ago and every year, I receive a call from my dealer, Jonathan, wishing me a happy birthday. Lastly, I have had my vehicle serviced there ever since I purchased it and have never felt that i was being overcharged. My experiences at Jerry's Toyota have always been great and I will definitely purchase my next Toyota from them.

My 15 year old car finally gave up the ghost and there was no point in pouring more money into it. I let Jason Henry know that I was looking for a small car with good mpg, low mileage, and a good price. Within a couple of hours he found the exact car for me and I had not even let him know that a Toyota Yaris was the very car that i was thinking of. This was the second time that my family has experienced this excellent customer centered service from Jason. Dmitry showed me the car and explained the qualities and amenities of it. Chad took me through the paperwork, quickly, efficiently and clearly explained everything. I never expected that when my car died that morning, by afternoon I would be driving home in the very car that I dreamed of having! I do not write many reviews but what I experienced from Jason Henry and his crew really deserved the recognition.

I purchased my Toyota Corolla at the end 2012. It was the first new car I've ever bought, so I was pretty intimidated. The sales staff was very nice in explaining my options, from the moment I came in the door, through my test drive, during the purchase, and even afterwards with setting up routine service. I love my new car! It gets great gas mileage, handles well, and is rated well for safety. Each trip to Jerry's has been a pleasure, the staff is very courteous and I never have to wait longer than a reasonable amount of time for service.

After searching for a used VW R32, a very limited edition car, I found a couple to test drive. I had a terrible experience at stop #1, and didn't hesitate to turn and walk out on the salesman. My 2nd stop was Jerry's Toyota. They had a blue R32 with fairly low mileage. The car ran great! Bruce ran the carfax and everything checked out. They gave me a good deal and I was out of there in a couple of hours. I definitely recommend this dealership!!

I had one of the worse experience trying to buy a car here. They said one price while dealing and there was different price while I was about to sign the paper so, be very careful dealing with these people they are bunch of crooks. Staff members as well as manager as not as friendly as you would think they would be since you are going to buy a new car; I was really surprised. Try to avoid this dealer. Even so if you make a deal read all the papers before you sign.

He got me in a 2013 model and work with me on price. BOTH of my experiences with him has been pleasurable. He SINCERELY cares and is NOT looking for a commission. After the purchase of my first car, Jonathon keeps in touch to make sure I am ok. When stopping in for my scheduled oil change, he'd make a point to come and say hello. Bought a $20,000 Used Toyota with AWD and traction control 2 months ago and they sold it to me with 3 different types of tires and a missing tow hook cover. First, it took two weeks to get the tow hook cover, a $12 piece of plastic that covers the tow hook insertion in the front bumper because they called me the FIRST time and said it was ready. Then I go there and waste an hr to find that they can't find it. They sent me to used cars, service, parts, collision shop and so forth. The service manager happened to be there and saw my frustration and had to reorder it and then I had it in a few days. Now, with 4 different tires had I been driving in snowy weather it would've cause damage to my transfer case and differentials (Google 4 different tires with AWD) and tore them up and I would've been out about $4,000+ in repairs had my friend not caught the four different tires on my $20k new "used" car and I would've been stuck with a new car I'm making high payments on that I wouldn't be able to drive, so they showed right there that i was no a priority and they don't care. Next when I find out that with AWD you have to have all the same tires with the same tread design I called them so they could replace them with a set of new matching tires. I mean they get them at cost and could get new Kumos for prolly about $65.00 a piece. Being a new AWD purchaser I didn't know this was such a major issue. I called several times to set appt. with general manager to fix this and he was either out of town, late, in a meeting or just couldn't be bothered. Most likely the last one cause nobody there knows wether to sh_t or go blind when it comes to repairs. They're rude, short and just don't care about wasting your time and energy once you buy your car. Unless it's brand new of course and you take out an extended warranty and like getting the run around from a bunch of people who should be working at White Castle. Service manager tells me to meet him where I bough the car on Joppa Rd and I get there and they're calling and calling him.......no answer. Turns out he's at the Bel Air rd shop which is EVEN worse, if you can imagine. So I pack up my 2.5 yr old and drive al the way to Jerry on Bel Air Rd. I get there and of course, the service manager is in another meeting. Probably on how to fix their awful customer service, but anyways. First they tell me they're gonna get me four new MATCHING tires and I'll be set to go. Then they call back hours later and tell me, "Well you got one Good Year on the back and your spare is a Good Year so were gonna put them on the back and buy you two new ones for the front. They took the cheapest route possible and treated me like an infection all cause I didn't kiss their tails. Well, you know what, when you sell me a 20K car with tires that can tear my transmission apart and them promise me to do the right thing and then cheap out to save a lousy $130 on tires, give me the run around like a cheating spouse and never return my calls what am I supposed to do? Bake you a cake? I mean, really now. They couldn't even get me floor mats for Pete's sake. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A CAR OR SEND SOMEONE THERE AGAIN. They can take their free car washes and oil changes for a year and shove it where the sun don't shine. They'd prolly ruin the paintjob. Go to Nationwide, Bob Bell, Liberty or even Sina as Jerrys is a bunch of clowns that couldn't figure out 4 + 4 with a calculator. Awful service and horrible attitudes are everywhere and they act like they're doing you a favor by being there. Absolutely the worst car buying experience I ever had.I was treated better buying an 01 Escort 10 yrs ago for $2,500 form a used car dealer in the Poconos and got better service, too!!. Their slogan is "It's all about you" but they left the "cheating" part out of it then it would be correct. Good riddance to bad rubbish as I will never set foot in there again once the few months left on my factory warranty wears off. They all suck!!!

I was interested in purchasing a 2013 Toyota Sienna for my family. After entering a request for bids online, I was contacted by several toyota dealers. In the meantime, I searched online and came across good deals at three dealerships. I first worked with Kevin Perkins to identify the right vehicle for our needs. He was friendly and responsive and I was surprised at the good price quote I received compared to the other dealers. When the others suggested the offer was not real I asked for it in writing. Kevin sent me an email. I then asked for the Vspec so I could make sure the car had all the features I wanted. Kevin said sure ,but then emailed that his internet manager Andre Edwards refused. I called and said, "hey what's the deal. I just want to make sure that I have an accurate understanding of what I am purchasing before I drive an hour to get to your store.. Kevin lamented that he was not getting any help and he was trying to send teh vspec himself, but he was new and could not figure out how to do it, and that no one would help him. I chose to believe him but at this point I was not feeling good and who knows. I suspected maybe they did not have the car and needed to source it (which would be fine) or that he misquoted me a too low price which I now had in writing. I would totally have understood if he'd said he made a mistake. Disappointed sure, but I would have given the guy a break.. I suggested maybe I should talk to Andre. Kevin said that would help and that Andre would know who I was. When Andre got on the phone and I started to explain. He immediately shouted at me and said I had been working with Kevin since noon because I I was unhappy with price (???!) and that Kevin had been in his office 7 times (?) I said no, I was happy with the price but that other dealers I hads spoken to warned me it was too good to be true, so I just asking for verification of our deal before I drove 40 miles.. He yelled that I should keep other dealers out of his business. I started to explain that I had done the online bid, and just shared that I had found a dealer and car. He said he 'still heard me talking" and he had something to say. He went on to yell that he did not like the internet or talking on the phone and said that he liked customers to come into his store, He then shouted to buy locally and hung up on me. I was shocked at the lack of respect or professionalism and that a dealer would allow someone who would behave that way to have a leadership position.

Last week I had one of the best car buying experiences ever! I had the pleasure of being helped by a very pleasant car salesman by the name of E.J. Hightower. Prior to arriving to the dealership to check out the car, I called to let them know I was coming to look at a certain vehicle. Mr. Hightower was who I was connected to. He proceeded to give me a good heads up of all the information that I needed to have with me so that I could be prepared in the case I decided to buy. It turned out that not only did I purchase a vehicle from them but I did it all that same day. Because of such a great experience I didn't need to drive around to various dealers to shop around. I was able to find everything all in one: Great value, nice car, friendly service, and incredible finance options--everything I could ever ask for! E.J. along with manager Tom and co worker Kevin all did a great job of making me feel comfortable and satisfied enough to purchase my very first Toyota. I always thought I would be biased towards another brand but that day they made me a believer and now Toyota is officially rated as one of the top on my car list. I advised Mr Satterfield of several different quotes I got from a few other dealerships & he PROMISED me he would beat those deals. Mr Satterfield worked very hard in finding me the exact car I wanted including the features I wanted as well. That was great, but what made it an extraordinary experience was that he helped me get an excellent financing deal too. My car I traded in was paid off & I got 0% apr for 5 years. Mr Satterfield made my car buying experience a pleasant one instead of a difficult one. I would recommend Mr Satterfield & Jerry's to anyone.

I have been to Jerry's for service for my old Camry and I had a very good experience (Jayne Best is really Best). She is a very good lady and helped me patiently to go over the issues which I had to fix in my car. She always try to accommodate me even without prior appointment. But when I went to look for a new Camry, I dealt with Mr. Binod Uprety. This person pretends to help you the best he can, but believe me, he is extremely unprofessional. When we went there, he was busy with some other customer so he asked us to wait and we did (for more than half hour). After he finished his deal with the other buyer, he started touring us to this inventory. When I told him, I would like to buy a silver Camry, he asked me to drive and bring at his front door from the very end of their warehouse. This was extremely unprofessional, as he was asking me to walk back with him to his desk, get they keys from him again walk back to the car and then drive and bring it to the front door. This wasn't my job. Anyways, after I told him, that we can discuss the numbers but I will buy the car in next 2-3 days, then he said that he is busy again and he said that then he can call me later if I am not buying the car the same day. So he didn't even discuss any numbers with me. Moreover, I didn't get any call from him till date. He's just a chatter box with no real professionalism. I recommend this dealership for service and that too if you deal with Jayne Best, but not for sales.

This message is way overdue. I was there about 4 months ago for service and my service consultant was wonderful, the quality was great and the price was fair. However, I observed some disturbing events. While in one of the offices reviewing my trucks service needs there was yelling a couple of offices away. I couldn't help but look and it was so very LOUD! I finished my business and went into the lounge. While waiting I made some inquires and found that the person yelling was the service manager, a Ms. Williams. This was disturbing since she was 'speaking' to a fellow employee. She was irate, irrational and condensending. As the person on the other end of this burage tried to explain it just got louder!Anyway, I returned for some more work recently and apparently things haven't changed. This time she was yelling in front of the parts department with a CUSTOMER!One time might be a fluke, but two times...months apart? I think you might have a problem.Training may be in order. I've come there for years and have never experienced anything like this throughout those years. I'm not ready to give up on Jerrys but I do feel differently when I think about scheduling my wifes camry. I don't want her to observe this behavoir and I really feel bad for the employees!Good luck. First of all Jayne (service advisor) was great. Here is my issue: My wife's 2011 Camry has 29000 miles on it. It was purchased new at Jerrys (as well as us purchasing a corolla and a FJ Cruiser from them in the past 4 years). The Camry has been serviced here from day 1, has been kept up to all specifications, tire rotations, oil changes by the dealer etc... The tires started making noises. I dropped the car off yesterday Jayne said they would take a look at it and get back to me. She called last night and stated that the tires are making noise, and there is nothing they can do besides replace them to get rid of the noise. (one tire did have a nail in it). When I purchased the car we were told that we would receive tires for life, (which I was informed today that means $150 credit per tire) my tires were not low enough tread to qualify. I asked if a service manager could call me back and was told on November 19 they would. I never heard anything. November 20 at 11:30 I called and was put on hold for 27 min. No one took a message and said they would have someone call me back, finally I hung up called again. Spoke to Jayne she said a manager would call me. 2:15 still had heard nothing so headed to the dealership. On my way to the dealership Jayne called and said they had an offer for me and they would credit 150 per 3 tires. Which would still cost around $400 to replace on my end. I still had not had the opportunity to speak to a service manager, that is all I have requested. I have a few questions I want answered by them and thats all. All that I asked is to speak to a manger. Statements:1. I have purchased 3 new cars from Jerrys in the past 4 years.2. I have referred both of my brother in laws to purchase cars from Jerrys which they both have. (more than happy to provide the names and vehicle makes)3. We have purchased a business car there Questions/Problems:1. Why would my tires make a noise like that when I purchased brand new from them, had rotated there etc? That is not my problem. I purchased a NEW car and had it serviced there for a reason. 2. Why will they work like heck to sell me the 3 vehicles, have 2 managers in to close deal and I cannot get the courtesy of a phone call from a manager when I have a service issue. When I was purchasing the car I could not get them to stop calling. 3. I have been a loyal customer that has spent around $70,000 in vehicles not including service in 4 years and my future business is going to be lost because the tires on a year and a half old car with 29,000 miles on it are making a terrible noise on the highway, and I am told to live with it. (Not to mention they were not the clearest on the tires for life deal)

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! I've been in the customer service/sales/service industry over 15 years and am embarrassed for the upper management and Toyota name. This "service manager" needs to 1. Not be employed where her family (son) is paid based on the work he's sent. 2. She could use a lot of coaching on how to be a manager bc all I saw was her trying to dictate, discriminate and control situations that were "beyond" her. I was told by Ruann, "it would be in my best interest, to wait until her son could work on my car"! Not only is that unprofessional, what does that say about the rest of "her" employees??? Are they not capable or bc it's a costly repair (over $3000) she would like her son to reap that commission??? I had my vehicle removed from there and taken somewhere I know treats their employees fair. I find that businesses with happy employees offer the most for their customers, not who play favorites and treat the other employees like scum !! I'm sure her child could've used the money but since he was so busy that it would be 3 days before he could look at my vehicle and the rest of the shop was empty, I'm sure someone else could have as well (and I'm sure there was someone else just as qualified!)!

i purchased a vehicle there a few months ago and they told me if i knew anyone else who wanted to buy a car that i would get a referral award of i think 50 dollars. Anyhow i brang in a friend and we walked out without buying a car because first the lady thought we wanted to buy 2 cars? I said they are interested in looking at these 2 models and will decide which one based on price. I also said the Le but she was pulling up an L. Then they where telling us there own internet people do not know what they are talking about when it came to price so i had to show them on the Ipad. Yeah they felt a little stupid but then she was coming up with some stuff like we dont qualify for the rebates etc when internet says all people quilify etc. It was a waste of my time so i took them over to Jones Toyota. Now that was a great expierence over there. Jerry needs to see how Jones handles there new and old customers. The only reason why i bought my van there was because they had the color and the price where the same at both dealerships.

We take our 2005 Toyota Sienna van to Jerry's Toyota last week for scheduled recall work and newly extended warranty work for the power passenger door. The cable that opens and closes then door corrupted and had to be cut to be able to open and close manually. The next day we receive a call from service woman advising the two recall issues have been completed, but not before trying to scare the wife into believing the car needs a timing belt and several hundred dollars worth of minor repairs; air filter replacement $66, etc. No, just fix the recall items and the door. Oh, we can't fix the door as parts aren't in. Excuse me, you said parts were available and made the appointment. No, you gonna have to bring it back later. I ask to talk to someone in charge, owner, manager. I'm told Jerry is the owner but he's dead. What? Ok, the service manager will call you. An hour or so later some man calls, says he's the PR rep, and is calling due to the service manager forgetting and feeling bad about not getting back to you, so she asked me to call. So I after a short conversation, I'm wondering who is this guy as he spoke as if he didin't know what was going on. He said I work for the dealership ... I said you work for Jerry's? He states, "No, Jerry's dead". I said what? Is that some kind of joke? After rambling I asked to talk to the Sales Manager. I just want to know why an appointment was made for our car to fix the door, how come I'm being told now it could be weeks or months till they get the parts. Around 7:00 pm, the service manager calls. I advised him I would like to talk to the Sales Manager but he said he was the one I had to talk to. He then goes on to tell me we shouldn't have had the appointment made for the sliding door as no inspection had been done. I said whoever made the appointment never said anything regarding an accessment. Basically our car has been there all day and night and the door is still not fixed. Then the Service Manager starts harping on we don't do our service work at Jerry's and the air filter being dirty. I said what about the car getting fixed? He advised the parts would be ordered and it could be weeks or months till they received the parts, then we would be able to fix the door. Again, they accessed the door and ordered the parts need to correct problem. A couple days later we get a call to bring the car down parts are in, be done in 4 hours. Yesterday the wife takes the car down and dropped it off. 4 hours later nothing ... 8 hours. still waiting as we goto bed, nothing the next morning ... then at 1:00 pm call comes in advising the bracket on the door is broke and is going to cost $300 plus, then added it'll also cost you $150 to get the part painted. When the car was taken in, the bracket and slide worked perfectly. The door could be manually opened and closed with no problem or effort involved. In fact, the cable operating the door jammed the door and broke when the bracket jammed and started scratching the paint in the first case. I asked to talk to the service manager and instead get called back from a service person saying the bracket was broken and not under warranty. I again asked to speak to the service manager who last week was apologizing and saying anything we can do to help, but I was advised several more times the bracket is broke and needs replacement. I arrived at the dealership to pickup the vehicle before anymore damage can be inflicted. The service manage came out and I explained to him the door jammed when the cable became binded in the bracket. There is no way my wife or myself could damage the bracket as its enclosed behind the door and body of the van. He said Mr. Chaney you're obliviously not happy with our service so take your business elsewhere. We don't want your business so leave our lot. I said that's fine but you broke the door and it scrapes when moving binding up. It wasn't like that when we brought the car in, the door worked perfectly in manual mode with no scraping. The door in auto mode at this time will not shut completely, and looses motion and swings backwards. The door as it is "fixed" by Jerry's now is a hazard and I have a feeling a serious injury will be the result. When our daughter step thru the side door to sit, she told us the carpet where you enter was marked with black markings. My wife looked at the carpet and told the Service Manager something black and sticky is on the carpet. The Service Manager said the whole carpet is dirty. When my wife tried to show him the marks she was referring to, he again said the whole carpets dirty, and to get in her van and leave as they do not want as business. They lie, do incomplete work, spoil the inside of the car where they worked, left the airbox cover off during their inspection, break our previously working side door, and tell my wife and I to leave and not come back as they do not want our business.I'm stunned. My family has been purchasing Toyota's since 1974 when I bought my first 1973 Celica ST. Since then we have purchased 20 plus Toyota's between family. The Service Manager lacks basic customer service skills but after the two "Dead Jerry's" comments I can see training and people skills are missing from the head down. Unbelievable. At the end of the day is our car went with the door operating manually fine with no issues. It is returned to us 12 hours later then the four advised with the door in non-working order. This is definitely a safety issue as with three young children riding in the back of the car, a situation may arise where response to get to the children or remove the children could be hampered and life-threatening with the door as repaired by JERRY'S TOYOTA.Any suggestions on how to proceed against a group of rude and discourteous people would be appreciated as the comments and actions of Jerry's Toyota staff regarding the safety of my children, place them in a perilous position with the installation of a defective door that is not working as designed.

I was talking with a number of dealerships including this one. Looking to buy a new Toyota Prius. They quoted me the lowest price. I asked specifically over the phone "this is your title price, the only thing to add is taxes and tags, everything else is included?" Shawn, who I was talking to over the phone, said yes that was the total price. Drove to the dealership, dealt with someone else, and they refused to honor the price I had been quoted over the phone. I walked away and bought elsewhere. Never been so disgusted with a place of business. Their word is not their bond. If you get somehting from them, GET IT WRITING. otherwise you will probably have the same problems I did. I recommend going elsewhere. This was the kind of behavior I expext from some scummy fly-by-night dealership.

Let me first start off by saying that I had purchased two cars from this company. Both experiences thus far had been superior. Unfortunately the sales rep John Huemmer that I bought my car from has moved on from the company. I'm a female and hardly know anything about cars. I like to rely on the Service advisors to tell me what I do and do not need because I trust them. When I bought my Car it came with two years worth of free oil changes. I was told by an advisor that a car should have its oil changed every 5k miles thus thats what I had been doing, My mother had taken my car in for the last service and the advisor told her that I had been using my free oil changes for no reason because it's actually every 10k that my car needs a change. Not only that but the next day when I went to get into my car I found a 4inch switch blade knife under the drivers seat of my car. I transfer small children in the car daily, so you can imagine my SHOCK when I found the knife. My mother and I then called Jerry's Service Department and Spoke to John who asked us to bring the knife in. We did just that and to my surprise John was very nonchalant about the whole ordeal, No sincere apology , did not even offer a handshake at the end of it. I was quite taken back. I mean the knife was not in my car prior to it being taken in for service thus it had to fall out of someones pocket while working on the car. The length of the blade is considered illegal which makes the person who it belonged to guilty of carrying a weapon, and yet I still haven't received a proper apology or recognition from the GM who by the way I e-mailed almost a month ago. That being said I no longer will do business with Jerry's. My family who have purchased at least 4 cars from them will being going elsewhere also and I strongly intend on telling my friends about the horrible customer service I received. I feel as though I deserved not only a sincere apology but a response e-mail or phone call from the General Manager. By far the worst Experience in a dealership ever.

Called the dealership got hold of Sarah the manager of internet sales, she game me the numbers to match russel toyota and said that they don't charge dealer prep fee so that will be saving for me , and she can match the 1.99 % that Russel is advertising ran my credit and she said i was approved, i told her the color that we want she said no problem we can get the color for u for same price, and said u have to come and put a deposit, I asked her if she was personally going to be there and she said yes, i stopped there yesterday she wasn't even there i met with general manager Mike Wang who didn' have an idea about the numbers and still was building the price with the dealer prep fee that they don't charge, and said he cannot do 1.99% that i was quoted and then after all that he also said he cannot get the blue color for the same price which I clearly told Sarah that thats the color I wanted, he can only give me a car from stock at those numbers, so i am buying a car today at Russel toyota, Jerry Toyota employees don't communicate with each other well and my whole experience dealing with them was absolutely terrible, and not professional at all ."I would not reccomend this dealership at all"

We Had an excellent experience. The salesman, Clarence, was very friendly and helpful in picking out our car. Negotiations can be contentious but such was not the case. While I did not get the price I wanted (free?), I was surprized at the deal I got. The whole sale experience was very pleasant and professional. I would recomend Jerry's Toyota readily and would like to work with Clarence Wallace again if I ever need another car!

My first vehicle purchsed from Jerry's Toyota was in 2006 and was 4Runner which was sold to me by some guy that was no longer there when I went back to get my tags. I leased this vehicle and before my lease was up I wanted to get out of it and put into another vehichle which was a 2009 Camry and this is when we met Khalid. Since then Khalid has sold us 3 new vehicles. Our first impression of Khalid was that he was very knowledgable, freindly, very professional and good with little kids (as we have a little one, which Khalid made this experinece very pleasurable for him) . We can ask him about any vehicle and Khalid answers it without any hesitation. Khlaid works with and for us rather than just trying to sell a vehicle, like some other sales associate do at other dealerships. He understood what we were looking for and put 100% into getting us the vehicle for the right price. Whether we are up at the dealership for service or just a car wash we always look forward to seeing Khalid and getting his imput on the steps to buy our next vehicle. Khalid is amazing with our little boy, JD and he loves seeing Khalid as he makes the visit fun and worth it. Based on the experience and amount of time we have spent with Khalid our dedication lies soley with him as he has shown in so many ways his dedication to us. I just had THE WORST car buying experience. This is the first time I have ever bought a car at a dealership and I may never do it again thanks to these guys. I got a quote online (directly from their own internet sales department). Arrived to see the salesman and he pulled my file. All was well. We discussed the price and everytime he came back from talking to his manager, all the numbers kept changing, increasing some and lowering others. To make the story short, everytime I signed a paper, they would sneak in another $100-$200. I would notice and bring it up to their attention, they would fix it and when the next set of papers would arrive, it would again have gone up in another place... I decided to let it go as it was only a couple of hundred and my wife really wanted the car and I wanted to surprise her that night. We talked features that I was not able to see on the vehicle because it was dark (roof rack cross rail in particular) but was told were there. Once I got to the finance manager, she tells me that some parts of the deal I negotiated in the front did not apply ($500 rebate and 1.9% apr) in conjunction... eventhough these were the conditions the salesman specifically agreed on with me ON PAPER! Since I don't intend on going full term on this loan I didn't care enough to walk away at that point and took the rebate only... she actually tried to convince me that she was doing me a favor because even as my 740 credit score qualified for their highest financing offer of 3.9% they did not have to offer the 1.9% Toyota was advertising on TV and their website. Also, she made a 20 second phone call and then quite practically showed me a big red number on her screen and said she just spoke to two people form upper management (in 20 seconds? I was there right in front of you lady, I'm not stupid, deaf, or blind!) and they were losing tons of money on the deal!!! Once again, I took it because my wife was waiting for me at home, excited as can be to have a new car... After the salesman sold me on how great the quality/reliability Toyota had, she then tells me that 22% of all Toyotas go in for some sort of non-maintenance repair within the first 36 months and that even though Toyota is the best, it is really not all that good and I really should buy the extended warranty! I take my car home and the next morning realize there are no cross bars on the roof rack. I drive back and the salesman tells me that he doesn't recall telling me that they were there... I don't really care THAT much about it, it was just a nice extra (I thought)... I then proceed to schedule my first maintenance appointment and after the salesman told me the night before about the wonders of their 'tires for life" program (all you need to do it rotate your tires for free with them every 5 months or 5k miles and you are covered for life), the service lady tells me that you are also responsible for doing alignment and balancing once a year with them too to qualify. Of course, not for free. The stories go on and on and on... I WILL NEVER BUY A NEW CAR FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN, AND GOD HELP ME I WILL DO MY VERY BEST TO MAKE SURE NOBODY CLOSE TO ME EVER DOES! Be ready to be cheated on at every step of the way and be treated by an idiot... maybe many people dont realize they are doing it to them... but if you are slightly observant and can reasonably do math on the fly... you dont want to come here... In defense of the salesman, he was a nice kid and I dont believe was purposely deceiving me... it is the people on the back that tell him what to bring back that abuse their anonymity to take advantage of nice-guy fools like myself...

***AlertAlertAlert****Hey Guys -I'm not one to complain but tonight I just had to take the time out to write about my experience at Jerry's Toyota 8001 Bel Air Rd. I know each person's experience is different. I made a service appointment for 6:30pm today after I noticed my tire pressure light stayed on and wouldn't go off when I left for work this morning. I arrived at the dealership to have my car serviced around 6:20pm. The service advisor was Ms. Jennifer Standish who wrote up my ticket. After sometime went by Jennifer came to tell me that the rear passenger side tire was unrepairable due to some large pieces of metal in the tire. Luckily for me they had the tire in stock. She informed me that the tire would cost me about $290 to replace. In turn I informed her that I purchased the road hazard protection through Jerry's from a company called MAG when I brought the vehicle. Why she didn't already know this beats me! After she verified my information with Ethan from finance she told me that she attempted to call MAG but their hours of operation are only from 9 to 5. So, because MAG was closed she told me that I would have to wait until tomorrow before she could process my claim. My other option was to pay out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed. Not one to take what someone tells me at face value I attempted to call the number myself just for my own verification while she was standing right next to me and they were closed just like she said. As I was ending the call with MAG Ms. Standish started to walk away as I called out to her to inform what I was going to do. Needless to say she ignored me perhaps perturbed at the fact I didn't take her word that MAG was closed. Seeing that she was perturbed with me over the fact that I didn't take her word about MAG I wasn't going to chase her down after-all I was the only customer in the service area at that time so there's no question that she heard me calling her. I was then referred to Ethan in finance whose department was originally responsible for selling me the road hazard protection warranty back when I brought the vehicle. I explained the situation to him and how I thought it was ridiculous that my only two options were to bring back the car in the morning during MAG's business hours or pay out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed. Being that this is the primary vehicle for my wife and kids I opted to do the safest things which was to pay out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed. I'm disappointed that Ms. Standish treated me the way she did. But, I'm most disappointed with the fact that my claim couldn't be processed because of MAG's business hours. Afterall, why should I have to put out my own money when I have a warranty and Jerry's Toyota knows I have a warranty but they won't process the claim themselves knowing full well that this claim is admissible and not to mention they have a pre-exisiting relationship with this vendor they introduced me too. All I'm saying overall is that Jerry's may be a great place to get a vehicle but trying to get them to honor a warranty is a hassle. Oh, and by the way after everything was said and done I finally left the dealer at 8:45pm tonight. Don't go to Jerry's because they'll give you the run around when it comes to honoring warranties. I love coming to Jerry's because of the efficient service. Sheena makes me feel welcome and takes all the information on my car in order to provide me the best service. It's seems just a little time has passed and Sheena is there to let me know my car is ready. Sheena's efficient demeanor in getting the job done keeps me from being anxious. The waiting room for the customers is cleaned and packed with free coffee and tea and other snacks. A large screen tv provides diversion while we wait. The atmosphere is perfect. We had a very pleasant experience with them. We initially bought a Coralla from them and we had such a good experience, we went back and bought our Camry. The sales person was very professional and helpful. No pressure, we had to do a little negotiating on the price, but we were happy at the end and no extra surprises. Absolutely one of THE WORST car buying experiences I have ever had. Since I was out of state, I attempted to obtain additional information that was unavailable on their website inventory about a vehicle I was seriously considering purchasing. Despite providing detailed specifications about the vehicle in which I was interested on numerous occasions, I never received one meaningful reply. . . although I did receive periodic emails from the salesman and General Manager asking me about the type of vehicle in which I was interested and telling me "It's all about (me) at Jerry's!" I accomplished more in 6 hours via email with another dealership (actually closed the deal)than I have in twelve days with this dealership (still have not figured out the specifications of the vehicle I wanted).I'm sure their business model works for some customers, but it CERTAINLY DID NOT WORK FOR ME!

Working with Jerry's Toyota for the purchase of my new vehicle was an excellent experience for me, as a first time car buyer. Before coming to Jerry's, I met with Cory at Russel Toyota. I found Russel to be unfriendly, inflexible and disrespectful to me as a buyer. Furthermore, their offer was the highest quote I received and they didn't even consider my trade in. Russels ridiculous offer left no room for negotiation. As such, I walked out without anyone noticing or caring that I left, making it clear to me that they did not want or need my business. It was then that I came to Jerry's and met with Frank Casey who accompanied me on a test drive before sitting down with me at the negotiating table. I couldn't have been at the dealership for more than 2 hours total (including the initial meet and greet and test drive) before Frank was able to give us his best deal, bottom line, on the spot. Since this was only my first day looking, I decided to continue shopping around. First, I sent Franks quote back to Cory at Russel, who was again, very rude and replied "I would definitely go buy that car if they have you at [Jerry's quote price]. We are nowhere near that number." Since it was the end of the month, other area dealers swore they could beat the price, but upon meeting them face to face at the negotiating table, none were able to meet or beat the offer provided to us by Jerrys. We spoke with nearly every dealer Toyota dealer in the greater Baltimore area and in an attempt to earn our business, many made false claims that Jerry's offer must contain hidden fees that would be added in later when it came time to sign the final papers. This was simply not the case. Frank at Jerrys Toyota was able to give me the lowest, most straight-forward quote while maintaining friendly professionalism throughout the low-hassle negotiation process. Once I selected Jerrys for my final purchase, I found the signing process to be relatively quick, hassle-free, and most importantly, I found no surprises on the final price tag. I would definitely recommend making Jerry's a first (and last) stop in your search for a new Toyota.

A little back story on myself before I get into my experience at the dealership. I recently came out of bankruptcy, and was discharged on April 4th, 2011. Needless to say, I was a little nervous coming into a dealership, due to the hunch that I would be judged and immediately dismissed. I walked onto the Jerry's Toyota lot on April 21st, 2011, and was greeted by Mr. Tim Curran. I immediately told him my situation, where I was trying to be at, what I was planning on putting down, and that I would indeed have a co-signer. I also told him that I saw a 2007 Sentra online, and that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. There was on problem though, there is an inspection and reconditioning fee that would have put the purchase price of the vehicle out of my range. I was told that they could waive the fee for me so that it would stay within the budget that I had made for myself, since I didn't want to fall into the same trap I fell into before by getting more car than I could afford. He offered to let me take a test drive, and I declined simply because my co-signer wasn't there, and would probably want to test drive with me. Not a problem, he handed me his card when I said I was going to head out and discuss the vehicle with my father. He said he would give me a call if the vehicle sold before I returned.Later that night I returned with my father, and we both took the vehicle for a test drive. He didn't even insist to be in the car, he put a dealer tag on the back of the vehicle, and let us take it on a test drive. We got back, noticed a few little things with the vehicle, the biggest one being the passenger seat was stuck and wouldn't adjust forward or back, and we were assured the problem would be taken care of by the time we took delivery. We filled out the credit applications, and since it was so late at night, we went home. The next day I get a call from Tim, 6.4% interest rate from the bank, and to come up that night to fill out the paperwork. We get up there about 5:30 P.M. and the car is waiting right in front of the building for us. We go in, do our paperwork, and everything is done and finished within a matter of an hour.I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Jerry's, especially considering the situation I was in, and that I needed to be at a certain price point. Tim didn't try to pressure me into a car that was out of my range, didn't try to sell sell sell extra services and warranties. From start to finish it was the best vehicle buying experience I've had, especially for someone who just came out of bankruptcy. If you get the opportunity, buy from Jerry's, you won't regret it.

my van was 3000 miles from the end of the warranty, they found a leak I did not know existed and repaired the problem I was having all under warantee. They also offered to replace parts (I paid for) while the labor was covered under the warranty for the problems. they have saved me quite a bit of money. now to wait and see if my original problem is fixed. but they are still a good dealership.

This is the fifth Toyota we have bought over the years and the second bought from Jerry's. The first was quite a few years ago and I hadn't been serioiusly in the market for a new car, dropped in at Jerry's on a whim to look at my "dream" car at the time and was offered an amazing deal with no negotiation. No one familiar with the car and pricing believed that I could have gotten such a great deal and with no battles. This time around I had done a huge amount of research and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I'd pay and went shopping amongst 7 different local dealers. I had heard the line that all those online prices were misleading because they don't include destination and other hidden charges. Before I talked serioiusly with Jerry's there was only one dealer getting close to my price and that was the furthest from home. Several of the dealers that contacted me via email in response to internet requests ignored my attempts to get more information via email and repeateedly sent form-letter e-mails with no additional information. Others made personal contact but couldn't come close to my price. The non-internet contacts I made couldn't come close to my price. When I asked Sean Lyons at Jerry's via e-mail about the "hidden" charges he spelled out exactly what charges needed to be added to the internet price for direct comparison - all the answers were direct and proved to be correct when the deal was finalized, and the price (internet listed plus those charges) was still very competitive when compared to what other dealers had agreed to. When I finally reached my "fish or cut bait" point I called Sean and asked if he could shave off the last few hundred to get to "my" price he did - on the phone and on the spot (no "I'll see about that and get back to you). There was a glitch in locating the exact vehicle, and when I left the dealership after pruchasing the car I realized the car I had bought didn't have the exact equipment I had expected. I really expected to be told that I signed the papers and the deal was done. Instead Huntley (sales) made sure they installed the extra equipment at no extra cost, which it turns out was a huge concession as the price I had paid turned out to at least partially reflect the missing options. I was really ready to do battle and instead they bent over backward to make sure I was satisfied.

The first contact that I had with the dealer which was two days prior to purchasing the vehicle was very pleasant. All of the questions that I needed answered was provided without hesitation. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by the sales person Jason Henry, who was curtious, friendly, and knowledgeable. Mr.Henry was not pushy which made the experience very pleasant. I was being scammed by another major dealership and i didnt know what to do I called the MVA and the represenative I talked with wasnt helpfull at all. Rashid was the salesman who when he gave me the document where I am supposed to review him, he INSISTED I give him the highest score in every category. He was so arrogant about this. He also told me that if it was him, he would do something else with the downpayment money instead of putting it on the car. The service department is horrible and treated me with billigerance and arrogance. This attitude carried on from the service clerk to the service manager. I called to have something looked at that was still under warranty and he kept telling me that i had to pay for it. IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. I took the car to another Toyota dealership who told me there was a recall on that part and I had it done at no cost under the recall. After the work was done I called Jerrys Toyota service dept and spoke to the service manager regarding this. He said that the other dealership was crooked and performed the warranty work on the sly. With the same consistant arrogance. Jerrys is very close to where I live but I go out of my way to service my car and buy a car at another dealership. This place sucks and they treat women terribly. Someone I know works for the MD states attorney office and said they have hundreds of complaints on this dealership. Dont bother going here they have horrible attitudes, want to argue with you, and lie to the customers.

My service adviser, John, is exceptional. I live approximately 30 miles away and I will take both my vehicles in for service, just to have John take care of us. The customer service he provides is well worth the drive and time. I recommend everyone who has a Toyota to go see John for Service. John is professional and very personable. Making appointments for both my Toyota and Nissan is always so easy. While I'm there, he always keeps me updated and if there are additional recommendations, he always gives me his personal opinion (which is greatly appreciated).

My experience at Jerry's Toyota was great! I was looking for a van and was referred to Jason Henry. From the moment my son and I introduced ourselves to him he was very professional and courteous. He always kept me informed of my situation of purchasing a van. I remember sitting at home feeling a little down and Jason called me and asked how was I doing that day. I told him I was a little down and he said let me make your day better, come and get your van. I was so excited I must have thanked him 10 times or more. Jerry's Toyota worked with me and I really appreciated everyone that helped me. I will refer everyone I know to this dealership and to Jason Henry. Thank you!

Since last year Jerry's Toyota customer service gone from quite good to bad, unfortunately. Today it was too much for me to bear, a routine oil change has turned to a big headache. I cannot believe that it takes 4 hours to get oil change!!! In addition, unauthorized charges for some staff you never asked. So you end up paying, as if not they threaten you to keep your car another three hours to put back your old oil plug in.Last time it took for them two hours and 40 min to change my wife's car oil.

My husband and I went to the dealership on the recommendation from our sister because of John Huemmer. Let me tell you, she built him up like he was a god and let me tell you....he delivered. He took us from start to finish and made sure that every step went smoothly and easily. I only hoped that everyone was like him, yet we heard the people who had the salesman sitting next to him complaing about how arrogant that there salesman was to them. We wanted to tell them about John, but John said that that wouldn't be right. Just another thing that was great about John, he even looked out for the people who work with him.

Our experience at Jerry's was one of the most pleasant I have ever experienced in all my years of purchasing new cars. E.J. & Sean, were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Virtually all of our contact was done via the internet and Jerry's beat six other dealers price wise. Once we had settled on a price, a quick trip to the dealership to meet E.J. and the deal was sealed. We have been shopping for a "particular" pre owned Toyota for quite a while. We wanted one interior color and would consider 2 exterior colors. We broadened our search to a 100 mile radius and contacted several Toyota dealers in the search. Some of them never returned our call. We were immediately impressed with Jerry's Toyota as a dealership, and Jason Henry, not only because of their courtesy, but also with Jason's constant communication with us. He contacted us by both email and phone whenever something new became available and finally, when the car we were looking for came into their showroom as a trade in on a newer car. Jason was ALWAYS professional and never pressured us. His communication skills are excellent and we never had to wait long for a reply when we contacted him even in the later hours of the evening. We were surprised when we sent him an email after 9:30PM thinking we would get a response the next day. It came within minutes. It was truly the most pleasant purchase experience we have ever had. Kathleen made the financial transaction quick and yet explained everything we were signing thoroughly. We both appreciated the fact that she was organized and expedited the process in a timely manner. Based upon our experience with these two people, we would not only return to buy another car, but would have no hesitancy in referring them.

Everyone at the Dealership was helpful and friendly. I am confident that John was completely upfront with me, extended me every courtesy and gave me the best deal possible. He listened to my every concern and request and did everything in his power to make sure I got the car I wanted. I walked away with an awesome new car and an awesome deal. Since my old car was completely undriveable, I was sure that the process of buying a car was going to be painful and time consuming process, but it was easily the least stressful and best purchase I've ever felt that I've made. All dealership experiences should be like the one I had today with John. I will literally send everyone I know here, and to the people I worked with. In these economic times, trusting an establishment to give you a fair deal and honest advice is a tremendous commodity. I've had the opportunity to deal with Jerry's service team sooner than I would have liked. My 2010 RAV 4 started having problems in late June with what turned out to be a timing chain tensioner. The necessary parts were on back order for five weeks and once they arrived, we had the unfortunate experience of having to return the car four times before the repair was successfully completed. I'm keeping my fingers crossed with this last repair.My first reaction to the ordeal was to become angry at the people doing the work. It was only with time that I realized my issue is with Toyota, not Jerry's, and the problem of faulty or failing parts is as much a frustration for the dealer as it is for the customer. And so while I cannot say that I have been pleased by the performance of my car to date, I do want to acknowledge the team at Jerry's for their professionalism, courtesy and fortitude.Dealers sometimes get a bad reputation, not always undeserved, but perhaps sometimes customers have unrealistic expectations that can account for as much of the problem.Once the folks at Jerry's realized what was happening, Jason, Jamie and Joy all went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. For that I am very appreciative.

Did our 6-month service and had several settings altered (removed the annoying backup beep). The service done by the shop itself was done well, and the staff was helpful.The one problem was with our body work. We had several scratches to remove, and apparently the dealer has someone come in one day a week to do these jobs. The scratches were removed, but the job was not cleaned up very well. There is a white waxy substance on our window frames which does not come off. There was dust all over the area of the scratches. Just not very professional.

Mr. John Good is the best service advisor that I have experienced within my 42 years of owning an automobile. John has been with Jerry's for at least 15 years. He is the main reason that I keep going back to Jerrys. Several months ago I was given the misinformation that he was no longer an employee there, and would have made an appointment with a different service center had I not been able to speak with John Good.

I had an awful experience at Jones Junction on 6/30 and I called Jerry's at 8:30 to see what they had available. I spoke to Shawn and he was willing to do anything he could do, but we decided to make the decision to wait till the next day. The next day I spoke to Shawn Graham and he scheduled an appointment for me to be seen that night. I met with EJ Hightower- who was amazing! He was so helpful, kind, respectful and courteous. Unbelievalbe. The price was just what I needed and the car just what I wanted. He contacted another dealership and I left the next day with the car. The finance officer- Hightower was great and went at the perfect speed for me! I will never be able to express how surprised I was at how easy it all was and how helpful and genuine everyone was. I will never forget the experience and you have a devoted customer for life. Thank you!

My son and I went to this dealership after visiting 6 other dealerships. We were treated fairly and pleasently throughout our whole process. Let alone they had the exact vehicle in stock and ready for delivery at the time of delivery as promised. Is there anything else that can be asked for? We went in looking to possibly buy a car a few months down the road and we didnt know what we waneted. My husband is 6'5" and a big guy so John had us test drive alot of vehicles. We drove a camry a corolla a rav4 a tacoma a tundra a scion xb and finally a prius. We loved the Prius with the 52miles per gallon and the 100,000 mile warranty. What we didn't ralize was that Tom Powell got us all the money for our trade in and John did a great job getting us a great deal (1.9% financing with average credit), free oil changes and free tires for life so we had to do it. As per facts I purchased the Used SUV from Jerry's Toyota (8001 Belair Rd Baltimore, 21236, Ph: 410-661-5700, Manger Mr. Robert Hess, Salesman: Mr. Jason, Sales Manager: Mr. Kevin)I Visited Jerry's Toyota on Mar-20-2010, and Paid them Refundable Deposit of $500 with check No. 1039 Dated 03-20-2010 for the purchase of New 2010 Black Highlander SUV (Base Model) for $27,000 (0% APR). Dealership informed me 3 days later that they can not arrange that vehicle in Black color. Then the manager introduced me with Salesman Mr. Jason in Used Car Dept. Mr. Jason told me that he can arrange black color Highlander SUV (Hybrid Model) it would be slightly used 5,000+ miles for $25,000.I agreed on new offer since Brand new Highlander (Hybrid Model) was approximately $35,000. I finalized the deal with Mr. Jason in presence of My Friend Mr. Rajiv Passi (2327 Greenvale Rd. 21229, Ph: 443-670-6135).My Friend asked Mr. Jason that he want to see Hybrid Batteries in this model, He relied that they are under the engine compartment and could not be viewed from top. I also got the extended warranty on same vehicle for additional $1,250. Total Amount was $27,290 (Including Tax, Tag and Title Registration Less Trade In valued at $14,000) $12790 with My Check No. 1038 Dated 03-24-2010 (In Memo, It is clearly written I am paying this amount for Highlander 09 Hybrid + Ext. Warranty) On 14-Apr-2010, I went to Toyota Darcar's at Eastern Ave for installation of running boards on my same vehicle and learned they sold me regular Highlander not Hybrid. I called the Manager about this Fraud. He assured me to return the call in 10 minutes after checking with Mr. Jason. 15 Minutes later, Mr. Jason called me and denied my claim that he sold me the vehicle as Hybrid. I called the manager again and tried to convince him about the facts. Instead, Manager told me that Mr. Jason is working with them for long time and they never had any complaint. He could not do anything. I planned to use this vehicle as Commercial For Hire Vehicle in my Business. I got its approval from Public Service Commission of Maryland as a Hybrid Vehicle.In my understanding Mr. Jason and Jerry's Toyota knowingly did this fraud with me. I would never know That they have ripped me If other dealership does not tell me.

Having a cousin who works at Jones and an important person at Thompson's, we wanted to make sure we got the best of everything for our purchase. Let me tell you we got it. John Huemmer was as polite, professional and considerate as you could ever ask. I am a salesman too and it was a pleasure to deal with a true professional. He greeted us on a rainy saturday, ran all around the lot while my wife, son and I stayed dry. We let him know we weren't going to purchase that day no matter what, yet he didn't "short change" us at all. When we called John back after two weeks (and him calling me a few times to let me know he was available to help) and told him what it would take for us to purchase from him. He said yes. My 2 other CLOSE friends at the other 2 dealerships were telling me it wouldn't be right. He wouldn't do it. Blah blah blah blah blah. Anyway, they were wrong. I arrived at the dealership on a VERY busy day and was driving out within an hour with my new vehicle, in the exact color that everyone said he wouldn't have, for the exact agreed upon price. Is there anything more we can ask for? I think not!

I went to Jerry's Toyota of Baltimore after having a bad experience at another dealership while looking for a new Scion XB. Its nice to know that there are people like Mark and Kim and everyone else at Jerry's Toyota who value EXCELLENT customer service, we were greeted with friendly smiles and hand shakes everyone there worked as a team to provide the best customer service passable. A week ago my 2004 Mercedes was totaled my fiance was the one in the accident after such a stressful week Mark and Kim's compassion and precessional attitude made everything so easy and painless. Not one of our questions went unanswered everything was explained clearly and throe. I would recommend Jerry's Toyota to anyone who is looking for a great car, clean well put together dealership and GREAT customer service.

Being from Napal, people usually do not help me, so when our friend Ganeesh told me to go to see John Huemmer at Jerry's Toyota, I was worried but went anyway. John was one of the nicest people I have me since coming to America. John worked with me and when he couldn't get my new car in my bodget, he brought in Tom. Tom was pleasant and helped me to get my payment. The finance lady was nice too, and helped me when the bank was saying no. John talked to me a bunch and always let me know they were still working and for me to not be worried unless he was. I will recomend all my frineds to John.

I usually do not do think like this, but I just wanted to say how wonderful my salesperson, John Huemmer, was at Jerry's Toyota. This is my second vehicle I bought from him and Jerry's. His professionalism is only surpassed by his friendliness and sense of humor. He has a very friendly manager, Tom Powell, who is like his little sidekick. Ever since I bought my Venza, I would go by for my free carwashes and Tom and John would always make sure to make me feel like they were happy to see me and that I wasn't just some kooky old man. Well...low and behold, ALMOST one year to the day, I wound up getting my second vehicle from John (a beautiful Avalon). I have had it about a month and have been back to see John about 3 times since for "refresher courses", as John calls it, to make sure I understand the car. Did I mention that I get tire for as long as I own this car for free? I hope John let's me keep it for longer than a year this time so I can take advantage of the tire program.

We are not a big fan of Bill Kids, Jones, Russell, or Antwerpen Toyota. All of these dealerships have some kind of miss leading pratices/ poor service . We are a huge fan of Jerrys Toyota/ Erick Moskos. Everytime we are there to get information/buy a car, Erick has the knowleage and actions to make it a pleasant experience. We feel like family when we are there. This is our 7th Toyota and we have bought all of them from Erick Moskos. So who ever reads this, dont even waste your time going to any other dealers. Really, dont waste your time. Just go to Erick at Jerry's toyota. I think he has been there about 25 years or so.

The experience at Jerry's Toyota was great. Fletcher Dixon (Sales Consultant) respected, and listened to me in regards to what I was looking for while visiting Jerry's. Eric treated me like family. He gave me everything I wanted and more. Honest and caring sales person is hard to find but he is. He worked quickly to find me a car, which was hard since there aren't many manual transmissions available in the color I wanted. He found one but it was damaged. He wouldn't let me buy it even after it would have been repared. He told me of all the dealers offers to maximize the deal. Thank you Eric

My salesman was the nicest person I have ever purchased a vehicle from in all my years. I went in for and oil change in my 1 1/2 yr old Tundra and left in a brand new Tundra, 2 years newer , more equipment and saved $100 a month. What more can you ask for? I have always been a Chevy buyer. In 2007 a friend of mind was driving a Toyota Rav 4 I was driving a Chevy Tahoe at the time. After driving his Rav 4 I thought I would get myself one. I got a 2008 used Rav4 Limited and was very pleased with the comfort and gas usage. I was able to go longer on a tank of gas before refuling. I just traded in the 2008 and upgraded to a 2010. Shawn Graham responded to my online inquiry by email at 1:19 pm and followed up with a phone call. He tried to gather as much info he needed to get the car we wanted. Seeing that they don't have the car he said he'll try his best to get the car he got the car from 160 miles away and gave us a 3 pm appt and even sent us directions to their dealership. I asked him that we were pre-approved by James Toyota Scion in Flemington, NJ and he just said he'll take care of us. A certain Robert called at 2:45 pm to check on how our drive is going cuz rain was pouring hard. When we arrived at 3:15 pm, we were greeted on the lot by Jonathan Sanders even before we parked our car and walked and followed us about 10 cars down, to the only available customer parking. Shawn got us a better car with leather interior than he quoted online but their Manager John almost honored the price we were quoted with minimal increase but gave us $6,500 for our trade outright. In short, we were out of there in 5 hours after Jonathan gave us a tour of their facility and introduced us to our new car. Kim Kelso in finance gave us a wonderful deal, Christa explained to us all the available options and discounted warranties for the car, Fletcher Dixon checked on us whenever he passes by in between his own clients. This happened on a very busy Monday among their other clients who mostly went home with their brand new cars. We recently visited Jerry's and now are in a 2010 Rav4. We love our vehicle and the dealership that we purchased from. Jonathan Sanders was our salesman. He is such a kind and caring person. He truly is concerned with your needs and was a pleasure to work with. We have heard from Jonathan via email and a phone call since the purchase to be sure we are satisfied with everything. I truly believe that if we had any problems (which we do not) he would do all he could to fix any issue. We have a one year old son who was with us during our visit. The paperwork portion of the deal can be time consuming but everyone was very kind to us and our son. One employee even bought some cookies from the vending machine and shared with our son. No one seemed to mind that he was walking around and that made the process so much easier and enjoyable! Jennifer is in the internet department and is another wonderful asset to this company. She was there with us when the numbers were presented to be sure we were getting a good deal similar to the internet pricing. I would recommend this dealership to all family and friends. They have a great product and great staff to assist you with it.

I was in the market for a Camry Hybrid and I had done a fairly good amount of research. I got an Internet Price quote from this dealer for a car that had a few extra options than the ones I was interested in. But the quoted price was so great, I decided to go for it. I was told by the Internet sales director Artem Babushkin to ask for Phil Stillman, the General manager, when I arrived at the dealership. He had us work with Carl Foxwell, who was a very knowledgeable, friendly salesman with a pleasant personality. We hit it off with him quite nicely. He took us on a test drive and then explained all the neat features of the Camry Hybrid. Even though we could not get the special promotional financing rate offered by Toyota since we were taking the rebate, the dealership came up with a rate with a private lender that was not very much different from the promotional rate. Within a couple of hours of arriving at the dealership, we were driving away our new 2009 Camry Hybrid. The dealership and the entire staff was prompt, professional, friendly yet respectful, and really went the extra mile to earn our business. This was indeed the best new-car-buying experience I have ever had! Thank you Carl Foxwell, Phil Stillman and the staff at Jerry's Toyota.
