I was approved for a lease so I came to the dealership to choose a vehicle. The man named Eric Moskos that was a lease rep, was being very sarcastic and rude. He couldn't even remember making an appointment with me. He made an excuse about the MVA not doing there job about the car tags. I asked him " When will the tags be ready?" He told me in a very unprofessional way he does not know and he will text me when it is ready. Mind you, this man told me to come in on a Monday. When I complained to him through a text message about him being very rude to me. He texted me back saying " If you don't like it, pick up your deposit and have a nice day". I am very unhappy to have that kind of experience from Jerry's Toyota. You are supposed to help the customer not try to be little them.

Ruan Williams has got to be the most honest and trustworthy service advisor I have ever dealt with when it comes to servicing my 2014 Toyota Sienna. I've owned many Toyota and Lexus vehicles since 1981 and it was 1986 when she began servicing my Toyota & Lexus vehicles. Rest assured when she tells you it requires service or maintenance you can believe her.

We've bought cars previously from Jerry's. Another dealer had the car we were looking for in stock and was very close to where we live so we went in to test drive it and get a price. What a mistake. It took forever to get them to give us a price and then it was basically the sticker price. We told them what we were willing to pay and they said no. A couple of days later we went to Jerry's. What a difference. We first saw Kris Ruhling who answered our questions and then had Tim Gruzs work with us. They didn't have the Rav4 Hybrid equipped as we wanted or the color we wanted in stock. Tim check the area inventory and found a vehicle that was acceptable. He said he would work with that dealer to get the vehicle. A couple of days later he called and said the vehicle was on it's way. We went down and saw the Rav4 once they had it and loved it. It was easy working with Tim to finalize the bottom line price. Of course there was some back and forth in getting to the final price but in the end we got a fair price. Working with Tim was a true pleasure. He went out of his way to assist us and get us in the vehicle we wanted. I would definitely recommend Jerry's Toyota and Tim Gruzs. We also had a good experience working with Hamid Dadpay in closing out the final paperwork. He had assisted us with the purchase of our previous vehicle and again helped make the final process smooth.

My experience at Jerry's Toyota was unforgettable from the very beginning to end. Previously, I had been assisted with buying a Scion IQ by both the general manager Matt Bukowski and assistant manager Walt in 2014. Both Matt and Walt are incredible, knowledgeable, professional and absolutely inspirational men. From every step of the way they insured that I would have a stressless and unforgettable experience. Two years later I have reconnected with this phenomenal duo with interest in purchasing a Rav4. Initially, I made the mistake of visiting another Toyota dealership only to receive offers that were extremely above market price and no intention to compromise. Recently, visiting Jerry's Toyota I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful older gentleman at the help desk who escorted me over to my assigned sales associate Jason Wood. Jason Wood is the creme de la creme of all sales associates. Jason displayed the knowledge, patience, drive, passion and a timeless personality that insured I would have a great experience. Matt and Walt went beyond the call of duty continuously following up to guarantee the process was moving smoothly. Finally, after allowing me to test drive the vehicle and go over paperwork I knew it was meant to be. My paperwork was processed quickly, accurately and efficiently by excellent gentleman in the finance department. He was very personable and I truly thank him for working with my time constraint. On July 12, 2016 I purchased my Rav4 from the remarkable team at Jerry's Toyota. Matt, Walt, Jason and the entire Toyota team insures that everyone is treated as family and will always receive excellent quality at reasonable cost. I tried to schedule my 10k service by computer but the days I was free indicated no open spots. I called and spoke to a service tech who arranged to get me in on the day and time I needed. They showed me the work that was done and answered some non-service related questions. This is my second Highlander from Jerry's and probably will not be my last.

We are a buyer from out of state who found a low price on a new but last model year Toyota (2015 Sienna), when we called to inquire about the vehicle the sales person couldn't understand why we would buy from out of state and told us they do not transport/ship vehicles. In addition we heard the salesperson talking to her manager in the background (she really should have muted her phone), laughing about their low price. If you aren't in Baltimore don't waste your time talking to them.

I am completely happy with the work Jerry's performed which was a recall on my dashboard. they were right on top of following up and keeping me informed on status of the dashboards arrival. the employees are super helpful and I would go back there for further repairs or even to buy a new car. I have given 5 stars due to the fact the dealership itself is great. The only thing that I have to say is my car now smells like cigarettes. I am unsure if the part was brought to the dealership where there was smoking or at the dealership itself. It's been over a week and I still have the smell in my car.

When I had a flat tire after the snow storm, I called Ruann at Jerry's Toyota and told her that I was having my car towed to their facility. Since I purchased my car there, I had tires for life - my car is 4 years old. After evaluation of my car, I had to pay for my wheel alignment + and received 4 brand new tires. Dealer was very accommodating second time around. I really had to negotiate my trade-in and dollar amounts I could live with as I am on a fixed income. Salesperson was very polite. However, he did very little in the way of explaining the features of the car. My friend who bought a Toyota from another dealership had a salesman who explained everything to her. She was more helpful in showing me various features of my car than the salesman. I am still learning how things work. I am hoping the service dept is more efficient!

When I go to Jerry's Toyota to have my Tundra serviced...I prefer to use my go to and canf do gal Sheena Colbert. Always quick with a smile, she cuts to the chase and always has the answers and alternatives I need. Knowing that I may have an airbag issue with my Tundra, she did a quick scan to see if I was due. I brought my car to Jerry's just because it was local and i needed recall work done. Turns out I really like dealing with Jerry's. Jessica Stanton is a great Service Rep and treated me professionally and with respect and even joked with me too. Thanks Jessica. I had to bring the car back a second time but was given a free repair and respectful service. That earns my respect in return. Oh and I was pleased with the shuttle availability, too, so i didn't lose my days. Thank you. I will definitely consider Jerry's in the future for car repair needs or for a future new car purchase.... hopefully that won't be for a long time as i am counting on my Toyota for a long life.

I have not had to buy a car for almost 10 years so was a bit nervous to start the car buying process. Although there are many dealerships in the area I had to check out Jerrys first due to their reputation. I am glad i did. From helping me decide the best vehicle for my needs to helping me stay within the budget i wanted to be they were helpful every step of the way. The GM, Sales guy, Financial department, everyone I had contact with was helpful and not pushy at all. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend! I am now the proud owner of a 2015 Rav4 (amazing SUV) and I couldnt be happier! I had an aftermarket service done to my car after I purchased it and the service department was just as amazing. I received calls from, the Sales manager and follow up emails making sure I was happy as well as thanking me for my purchase. I am beyond impressed with Jerrys and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend!

Finally a service department that simply invites you in to a nice clean service where there are plenty of service associates there to help get you started. Clean waiting area. Repairs made quickly but very efficiently and effectively. They give the car a good check over and give you the prices for any additional repairs that may be needed to your car. Their system of Red, Yellow, and Green for car parts is great. If something needs immediate attention it gets a code of red and so on. most importantly they have changed their policy of HIGH PRESSURE REPAIR SALES TACTICS. That alone is much appreciated. Excellent Service department. I live close to Jerry's but avoided their service department when I could. Now I head to Jerry's without a second thought. Great job guys!!

We bought both of our cars brand new from Jerry's in Jan-02. Since then., Jerry's has provided all of our service and repair needs, exclusively on these same two cars (Camry & Echo). Since then (it is now Oct-15), Jerry's level of service and quality has been world-class! In the next year or two, we will buy replacement vehicles, again from Jerry's. I was there for an oil change for my 2012 Camry. I had an appointment at 10:20am and I arrived 20 minutes prior hoping to be done sooner. I set and set and set and watched everyone that came after me leave while I of course was still waiting my car was not done until 12:50. I was really upset until I received my bill for my SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE..and it was only for $45.00 dollar all the waiting I did was out the window due to the great price that I was charged.

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry XLE V6 that was a demo with 5200 miles. I first looked at a number of new XLE models. The salesman showed me what I was interested in, got me into two cars to test drive without pressuring me to buy. I told him I just started looking, would not buy that first trip, but I was interested since the end-of-model-year discounts were so good. I returned about a week later. Again, I test-drove a couple of cars and picked out the demo which I bought. I got a great discount on this car. The steering wheel was out of alignment, pointing at 11 o'clock while going straight. The salesman wrote me a repair ticket. I returned the next day after the purchase for the repair. It was done quickly with a report on the before/after alignment data. A wheel alignment corrected the steering wheel alignment problem. I am happy with the repair service, and the sales staff--a job well done. I am very happy with this car--it has really good power, it is quiet and smooth and is getting very good gas mileage.

Everyone was very helpful and my car was fixed the same day and I was given a ride home and back to my car. The shuttle service is very important to me because I have no other way to get back when I drop off my car. I have been coming to Jerrys Toyota since I left my car almost two and a half years ago. Somehow our 2013 Camry SE was punctured by a bolt that stuck in the left rear tire. I was able to immediately make an appointment at Jerry's with our long-time service agent John Good. He quickly outlined what Jerry's would do to assess the damage to the tire and the cost of a new tire if needed. Before I'd finished my breakfast at nearby Denny's Restaurant John called to tell me my car was ready with its new tire in place. It's because of the quality of service that John and Jerry's maintenance team has always given us that we take the time to deal with Jerry's rather than a garage just down the street.

I went to Jerry's from Annapolis because they had the new car I wanted and the price was right. My only complaint probably stems from the fact that I decided to buy some extra services that I hadn't originally budgeted for, but still feel were worth it. I wish the salesman had explained the ENTIRE buying process from the outset. If I had known that I'd be sent through two more rounds of intense sales pitches, I would have tried to negotiate for a lower price for the car or a higher value for my trade in. I'm still happy with the dealer, but a bit worn down from the process.

I wish I could give this dealership no stars because that is what they deserve. The buying experience was confusing to say the least, but I blame myself for falling for their high pressure tactics. When I went back to them to pick up paint for my car which was promised to me by the manager because of blemishes I failed to see before I drove it off the lot and they would not fix, I was treated very disrespectfully by that manager. I tried to reach the customer service manager numerous times to wage my complaint both by email and phone but she yet to get back to me. My suggestion to anyone in the Baltimore area who is looking for a Toyota, buy it anywhere but at Jerry's!

Had a terrible experience and wish I did not have to put any stars on this review. The initial sales guy was kind and knowledgeable although he gave me one price of car then said he made a mistake. But what was even worse was how his manager spoke to me with the utmost disrespect I have ever experienced from a car dealer. He said directly to me "I am not enthused about selling you this car at this rate" as if I was not good enough to buy a car based on my credit score and my race. In addition the manager called out the company he works for calling Brown's liars about their offers to customers. Thankfully I went to Brown's and was treated with respect and they were nothing like the Jerry's manager made them out to be. I hope no one experiences what I went through. Good luck with car buying!!

On 2/9/15 I took my vehicle to Jerry's Toyota for my 35000 mile service. My tires were showing wear so I asked if they should be replaced. They said my "tires forever warranty" was invalidated because I did not replace my cabin air filter at the 30000 mile service but they would let that go if I now bought a filter. When I went back to my 30000 mile service the reason I did not replace the filter was because their service technician said that it was okay. I have documentation that shows this. I bought the new one this time because even though my filter had not been inspected I wanted everything to stay compliant. After the vehicle was taken in for service I was advised that I needed front brakes. I was not having any brake problems or brake noises but wanted to be safe so I said okay. I agreed to the advertised brake special of $99.95. When I reviewed my invoice I noticed they did charge me the $99.95 but also charged me an additional $235.00 to turn the rotors. I called the parts department and was told that new rotors were only $106.00 a piece for a total of $212.00. Less than the amount of turning the old rotors. The labor would be the same so this makes no sense. I did not authorize this additional cost and only agreed to the $99.95 amount. This additional amount was never explained to me or agreed upon. The parts were never returned to me for inspection. I am requesting a full refund of the brake service.

I was searching around for a good price for a 4 runner, I was willing to travel. Jerry's price came up the best. I asked if this was the out the door price or was there extras so I can compare apples to apples. The sales man said good luck with shopping. I re asked the question and he did not respond. He said advertising is made to attract people. We went back and forth, blow for blow. He wouldn't answer a simple question about pricing that not one other dealer had a problem with.

We were shopping for new Toyota Sequoia. I requested quotes from multiple dealerships, Jerry's was the best price. We exchanged few emails, but they wouldn't give me on the road price over the email (already suspicious). I thought - ok, maybe just a dealership policy. Additionally, they wouldn't answer any questions on promotions and if whether are built in the price. Next day they called 'to confirm an appointment' that I never scheduled. Since I had salesman on the phone, i asked the same question - does the quoted price include any promotions (that i am not eligible for) and he said 'NO' multiple times. Ok, i confirm appointment and we go to the dealership. After waiting, more waiting, and more waiting, we see the car. Fine, no issues, we ask what the price would be. Waiting, and more waiting, they show up with the price - quoted through the email price + all the promotions surely added back in = price that's no better than any other dealerships. I just asked (few hours back) if any promotions are baked in the price and the answer was no? Their only answer is that they can negotiate the price :( I feel these are very deceitful practices and will not support such business model! We walked out of Jerry's Toyota and went to Russell Toyota where we purchased brand new Toyota Sequoia on the same day. I would never go back or recommend this dealership to anybody!

I went to Jerry's Toyota two weeks ago to check out a couple of used cars that I found on jerrysitsaboutyou.com. I called ahead and spoke to Bruce Reese, who told to come by the evening of Tuesday 6/17. When I got there (a few minutes early), Bruce was standing at the door waiting for me with my two top choices waiting for me outside in the parking lot. I don't have the best credit and had even worse credit when I bought the car that I was trading in, so my goal was to either get a better car for the same monthly payments, or reduce my payments an get a similar car. I ended up taking home a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, which is far and away better than what I thought I would end up purchasing. Bruce worked with me and got the payments right where they were on my last vehicle, and he was very patient and meticulous when trying to find me the best percentage. Working with Bruce & Jerry's gave me a new view on the total car buying experience. I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle besides Jerry's, and I'll tell all my friends and family (I already have) about my experience too so they can get the treatment that I received. I am a previous customer- wasn't happy the first time but went back because I was contacted by the dealership for a VIP appointment and I was looking to trade in and upgrade my Tacoma. When I arrived, I was not treated as what I would consider to be a VIP, To keep this review simple- this is what happened. My salesperson kept disappearing in the middle of our sale with no explanation to the point that I was there for over 3 hours. I knew exactly what I wanted so this should not have taken so long. After much discussion, we agreed on a trade in value for my current vehicle but would not give the military (as a veteran) or customer loyalty (repeat customer) incentives unless I financed through them. In the end I said I would agree on $18000 and I would buy the truck on the spot..after crunching numbers this was beyond fair but they would only do $19000- for $1000 they allowed me to walk away. By the way- I left after the person I was dealing with disappeared AGAIN. I do not consider this VIP treatment. The salesman was like "its only $1000" EXACTLY. They called ME. I didn't call them. The whole experience was awful and I know I can get the deal elsewhere. They have my number-obviously- they can all me when they have more time to deal with me as a customer. Until then- I will search elsewhere.

There are some Dealers that can be a bit shady regarding pricing,but not Jerry's. Everything was upfront and non confrontational. When we questioned anything, the salesman, Fletcher was honest and we both looked up the information online. He was great. We were treated with respectful friendly service. I stopped in at Jerry's Toyota to look at the possibility of looking at some top of the line sedans. I met with Steve Gonzalez, my salesman and he introduced me to the 2013 Toyota Avalon. I had a surprisingly easy buying experience at Jerry's. I had shopped online for awhile looking for a used VW R32. They are very limited and tough to find. After finding a couple to look at, I really got jerked around at the first place. I didn't think twice about walking out after such poor salesmanship. My second stop was Jerrys Toyota. Blue R32 that ran great and had low mileage. Bruce pulled the Carfax and everything was clean. They gave me a good deal that was satisfactory, and I was out of there in a couple hours with my "new" car! I definitely recommend visiting Jerry's!

I was talking with a number of dealerships including this one. Looking to buy a new Toyota Prius. They quoted me the lowest price. I asked specifically over the phone, this is your total price, the only thing to add is taxes and tags, everything else is included? Shawn Graham , who I was talking to over the phone, said yes that was the total price. Drove to the dealership, dealt with someone else, and they refused to honor the price I had been quoted over the phone. I walked away and bought elsewhere. Never been so disgusted with a place of business. Their word is not their bond. If you get something from them, GET IT IN WRITING. Otherwise you will probably have the same problems I did. I recommend going elsewhere. This was the kind of behavior I expect from some scummy fly-by-night dealership.

I live out of state and was searching for a 2013 Avalon XLE Premium, Blizzard Pearl with Almond interior. I located the vehicle after months of searching. The purchase agreement was typed and passed on to my own financing agent. The paperwork was typed and sent to Jerry's and once the check was cut and mailed to them, the General Sales Manager declared that he couldn't sell the car for the price that it was listed for! Now, I don't know if he wanted to scam us because we were over the internet doing the transaction, but he wanted $2,000 more for the vehicle, which would have put it more than the initial MSRP! The salesperson was doing her best, but she was met with abuse and no cooperation. Now I have to start this search all over again, because Mr. Yang, GSM didn't do what he should've did in the beginning, and that is listen to his people. When I received the purchase agreement and talked to the saleslady, all was ready to go, just waiting on my husband who is on active duty in Fort Lewis, WA to get the paperwork signed. Now my family and I are back in the same situation from where we started, with no operable vehicle. This is my experience 1,017 miles away from MD. I know that I will never recommend to anyone, because this is a very unprofessional and inconsiderate dealership to work with. They knew that I wasn't there and I had made arraignments to have the vehicle transported to me. Now school is just a knock away, and I have to add that pressure to my plate because they didn't want to sell at the listed nor the negotiated price. Thanks for nothing!

My husband and I purchased a brand new Camry in 2011 from Jerry's and had the best buying experience EVER! Our sales rep was very helpful to us as we were trading in our old Camry and knew we wanted a new one but were not sure which model. He helped us make our decision based upon our needs and price range and we could not have been happier. We had the great fortune of qualifying also for 0% financing through Toyota and the loan rep was helpful in getting the paperwork and final approval finished in a very short period of time. We continue to take our car to Jerry's for maintenance as their service department is fantastic and their pricing is reasonable. We plan to purchase our next car from Jerry's when the time comes.

I appreciate the fact that he was low key, easy going and did everything he could to get the number to where the deal could be finalized. This is the third car that I have bought from Jerry's over the years. Why switch when you are satisfied?

This is the third Toyota that I have purchased from Jerry's. There is no high pressure and the new car sales dept is easy to deal with. My salesman, Fletcher Davis was a pleasure to deal with. He helped me reach my price and did a thorough job explaining the car to me during the test drive and at delivery.

My previous car was purchased at Jerrys with Khalid. The service was so excellent I decided to return to trade in for a newer model. I would definitely recommed Khalid at Jerrys Toyota. He was very proficient and professional in finding me the right car again.

My experience at Jerry's was the best....I had previously had a bad experience with one of the sales people when I first purchased my car so I had some reservations when going back for a trade, but it was like day and night...I worked with Khaleed and he was the best...he was polite...charming...and patient....he was the best!! He worked with me for hours and did not change his personality one bit...I left the dealership unsure if I even wanted the trade and Khaleed called diligently to check on me and I just could not resist his hard work...he was excellent..would not have recommended Jerry's before my experience with him but I will definitley refer my family and friends to Khaleed!!!

Went into Jerry's to trade in my car and dealth with the best sales person ever!! Khalid made my experience a great one!! I didn't have great credit and worked really hard to find a bank that would finance my deal...he was patient and had a very great attitude....would definetly go back there and I have recommended them to my family and friends!!!

I was online looking for a suv to buy for my wife and had seen that Jerry's had reasonable prices and a good number of Higlanders in stock so after work a few days ago I drove up there to check them out. My salesperson KHALID assured me that he would and could get me a great deal even though my credit wasn't so perfect. I had gotten a promotinal sales letter in the mail and thought it was bogus plus this guy looked like he was too young to know what he was doing. Surprisingly he was able to get me 1.9% financing and got me more than i had expexted on my trade in. Turns out the guy had been working there 7 years and clearly knew how to make things happen. If your looking for a Toyota I higly recommend you go see Him.

This was my first time looking for a Toyota I met with my salesman Khalid Delagarde who came highly recommended to me. What a pleasant experience from the first moment I walked in the door. Mr. Delagarde was so polite, so knowledgeable and so very efficent he know ahead of time what kind of Toyota I was looking for color & all & had the vehicle there ready for me to inspect and to test drive. He was a no pressure salesman. I would highly recommend Mr. Delagarde to all my family and friends looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks to Mr. Delagarde I will never own another vehicle but a Toyota. Kudos to Jerry's Toyota for recognizing the talent Khalid Delagarde has and his passion for making the customer feel they are #1! If you are looking for a salesman to help you in the purchase of your next Toyota it would be a huge mistake in not asking for Mr. Delagarde!

When I first went to by my car at Jerry's I was a little aprehensive...but when the sales person Khalid shook my hand I knew I would be taken care of...man..that guy..was not only knowledgable about the different cars but he was polite and patient....I could tell he wanted to go home because it was well after closing but he made sure that I was taken care of and I was happy before he left that delearship!!! He was awesome and I would refer everyone to him!! He is a huge asset to Jerry's!!!

My husband and I set an appointment to see a specific car one day in advance, hired a babysitter, and drove more than 30 minutes only to find the car was gone. Nobody from the organization called or e-mailed to notify us that the car had been sold. I am sure this was their switch-a-roo tactic, but it was nothing short of tacky. Then to top it off when we asked the salesman when the car was sold they could not remember. Really, do you really expect me to believe that the sales team sells that many cars in a day and a half that they do not remember when a car was sold. This lead me to believe that the car was not available well before we set our appointment. One positive in our experience was that we met a very nice lady sales person in the new car sales department who jumped up and greeted us. She was great at her job asking what we were looking for in the Acadia and then tried to sway us to look at something compatible by Toyota. Unfortunately when we arrived at the used car section of the organization, I was very disappointed that the salesman did not stand to greet us or offer to shake hands. I found that to be disrespectful and bad a business practice. My husband and I did purchase a vehicle on that Saturday from another dealership and enjoyed the purchasing experience as well as the car.

Ms Sheena Colbert and the service dept. staff did a excellent job today. I went in thinking that all my car needed was a oil change etc. But I had a leaking water pump. Ms Colbert arranged for loaner car. Which saved my day. Thanks
