Keith and Patricia stayed late and had car ready for appointment. I already knew and investigated car we purchased. I asked him question I already knew answers, Keith was honest about what he knew. They made purchasing my wife Cadillac easy. Worked with us on price. Was very pleased.

Communication was good, never had a hard time reaching anyone. I showed up on Saturday to check out a vehicle, which I ended up not caring as much for as I thought I would. Did not feel pressure to purchase. Experience was good.

I went to look for a car...any car. I didn't know exactly what I wanted other than a reliable, low mileage, and fuel efficient sedan. I was taken through a listing of available vehicles and shown what they had on the lot. I ended up leaving in record time with a great new-to-me used car. Thanks to David for doing such a great job and treating the customer right!

I found a car online and went to check it out. It was 2005 BMW X5. Rod was the one who helped me. He met all my needs and expectations. I was very pleased with his customer service! I now own this beautiful car. Thank you Rod.

My wife and I went to jfr to buy a couple of cars and dealt with Mark Ford. This guy is straight to the point and doesn't waste time. There was no haggling on the price since both this 08 fusion and 08 sonata were well under blue book. We had a challenge since we were both coming from bankruptcy and it's not normal to get 2 cars and at a better than normal interest rate as well. I highly recommend these people and especially Mark. Everyone else I met in there were also great and they work as a team to get you out the door and happy without wasting hours on pointless things other dealers do to play games.

I was in to see Mark Ford. After test driving a few vehicles I decided they did not have the car I was interested in. The options I had were a few Nissan Altimas, Mazda 5 and a Nissan Rouge that were in my price range and qualified for what the bank approved me for. I explained to Mark that I was looking for an AWD sedan, which he did not have one available at the time we visited. I told him I keep in touch and see what other vehicles they had coming in to see if I was able to wait a little to find the right car for me. At that point he became very irritated and a bit angry. Went on about how we should settle for a much lower quality car than what we are looking for due to our financial situation, placed a card on his desk and turned away from us. In the past when we've dealt with car salesmen they always shake our hand and thank us for our time and offer to keep in touch when something else comes into their inventory. None of that was there in this case he did not walk us out the building, shake our hand or offered to get in touch with us when he had new inventory. Worse sales experience I have ever been in. Walking out of there made me regret taking the time to give JFR a try and felt like I wasted a few good hours of my time. Would not return there and would not recommend Mark unless you are looking for someone who will tell you to settle for less rather than help you find a vehicle you truly love.

Worked with Jeff Curtis atJFR & Associates, bought an 2003 Accord between Christmas and New Year's in 2011. Found the car online, set up & went for a test drive. He treated me faily during our negociations and so I bought the car. Give'em a try.

I rarely buy cars from dealers, due to the overpricing and dishonesty. JFR is quite the exception. They prices are the best and they only carry quality vehicles. Great buying experience!
