After my service I noted the A/C would turn off when accelerating and when I back off acceleration the A/C would come back on. I called the next morning and talked to the service advisor who said come in the next morning. He attempted to get the Explorer to repeat that problem with no luck. The Explorer has not done that since. I did note the mileage tag on the window had not been changed which my service advisor took care of upon my return the next day.Just strange.. these autos do the strangest things !! But no major complaints with service. My service advisor is always very helpful.

I asked for an oil change only. The list provided told me that the air filter was "dusty." I paid to have the air filter changed within the last month. I will go back to the place of purchase to have it checked. But that filter should not be dusty within a month

The technicians had significant difficulty getting the computer to download and function correctly and Jim Click needed to keep my car a second day. The lady that was at the cashiers counter was rude, and not very friendly to say the least. She made no eye contact when she asked for my cell number to text me when my vehicle was ready. Once I gave it to her, she never once said thank you nor did she direct me where to wait. When I finally received my text saying my vehicle was ready, I went to the counter and had to wait in line for the same cashier lady to help me. I was waiting behind someone who obviously works there i.e. salesman of sorts. Instead of helping me she chose to help this guy she works with. Not making eye contact or even acknowledging my existence she just handed me a sheet and said please sign this. I signed it and she gave me my key back and said have a nice day. It wasn't until I got to my car that I noticed there were several things checked on the paper as needing attention. In the past mechanics have come to talk to me about any repairs I may need on the vehicle. This time it did not happen, so I thought all was good. I never once got to address any mechanical issues I had or needed fixed. I also wanted to let the lady know my address has since changed, but she didn't give me an opportunity to as she dismissed me. I do no think this is in any way indicative of who Jim Click runs his business, but it was not okay for this lady to have treated me or anyone else so poorly.

The lights on my panel keep going out. Pete Cates has ordered the part. I will bring my car back in this week to get replaced. Mr. Cates stated that due to the inconvenience of having to bring my car back in for repair again this week, he did not charge me for the two windows I had tinted! Excellent service, and a wonderful surprise. Very happy with the service I have received. Mr. Cates keeps me updated, calls when my vehicle is ready, and makes sure I have alternate transportation. He is the best!

Everybody at the dealership was very courteous and helpful. The salesman went out of his way to make sure that I was shown only the Fusions that fit my particular wants. He was very thorough in explaining all the features of the car made me feel like a valued customer. Finance was very helpful in their effort to secure the loan and explained all my options clearly. I called a week out and was told by a service advisor that I did not need an appointment if I was dropping off my vehicle. When I arrived about 7:15, I was asked if I had an appointment, and I did not. The gentleman that checked me in said he would have to check with the manager to see if my vehicle could be taken. Ultimately it was. I let the advisor know that I was not in a hurry and he appreciated that so that his customer service for those with appointments would not suffer. We agreed that I would get a call when the vehicle was ready. I called about 1:40 to check in my vehicle and was told it was done. I picked it up and asked if there were any outstanding issues...there are and I received no info from the service advisor. This was not my best customer service experience.

My advisor was not even there, he then came in threw his food in his desk and asked if I had an appt... Really? Later he called saying my vehicle was ready and to let him know if I needed anything I called and left him a message saying thank you, I will need the van scheduled to pick me up from work at 4p. He never called. I had to call the shuttle driver myself. But first I had to call the dealership to get his number.

I had an engine light come on Thursday evening. I brought my truck to Jim Click Ford on 22nd Street Saturday morning (no appointment)to have it checked out. They let me know that they were down a diesel mechanic and it may be some time before it could get checked out. The purchased of the vechile was not a very good one... to much pressure from sales rep. they had me sign paperwork & still needed me to do the running around for title, after I signed POA.My 1st maintance for life appt was very good. My battery was only cranking half of the amps it was rated at. I called service consultant Danny Hardy at Jim Click Ford who told me to come down immediately and they would test the battery. They tested the battery just after I arrived, although it took an hour for the battery to fail on the test equipment. Unfortunately, they did not have a battery in inventory, so it took another hour to receive a replacement battery. On the whole, I am pleased with the immediate attention they gave to my truck's problem.

Jim Click response to the problem has been great. The problem seems to be in the vehicle itself. This is the second time the transmission has had problems. Last evening the electrical lighting system had problems and the lights went off while driving. My wife pulled over and shut the car down and restarted the car. Hopefully this reset the system. Let me say that Jim Click Lincoln staff have bend over backwards and should be proud of the way they handle these problems. This Lincoln on the other hand has been a handful of problems.

I am extremely please with my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I had purchased Maintenance for Life and every time I have the car serviced, the service adviser promptly gets my car in the queue, gives me periodic updates while I wait, and is always courteous and helpful. Well it was a good experience in sales and all.... but we have had a couple of things come up 1.rge sales man said your mechanic went threw the truck and said everything worked ( cruise control did not work ) but was repaired fast 2.. oppon further inspection found the transmission leaking. .Also in less than a week the battery's have failed ... My son has the truck in Florida and has no way of getting it here in the 90 days to get it fixed can you please help with this matter otherwise i wouldn't recommend you to anyone and would go on the bbb giving you a bad reviews and all over Facebook

I have a 2010 Lincoln MKZ that was in for an oil change & flush of the injectors. Chris Schrell did her usual efficient job of scheduling & delivering my vehicle as promised & I really appreciate her effort. My only question is the billing, as received, is almost unintelligible with all the additions & subtractions. I believe the bill, at least the one I receive, should be very understandable to the customer.

After receiving a call that the vehicle was ready we arrived an hour later but the car was not ready for about 10 more minutes because the recall transmission computer update was not complete. I expected that my car which is less than 6 months old would be repaired with Mazda OEM parts, that is not what the invoice indicates, it says aftermarket parts were used. This is a big disappointment. The work performed looks good, I just believed that the dealership would use OEM parts on a new car.

Customer service agents great, but we have our reservations with the mechanics, why? we lost faith with them due to a we took a Ford F-150 2005 less then a year ago and when they put together the covers they forced a dash board cover and broke, we didn't noticed until a couple of week later because is an angle that if you don't see it carefully you don't notice it . Car wash employees are great.

I had a maintenance service check up with my 2007 ford ranger. As it was my first time, I didn't know where to go or what to do. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. James Peterson was my service advisor. He did a very good job at getting my truck looked at right away. The service went very quick but I was able to leave and go to work and leave my truck there and pick it up afterwards.I love that I can do that and not have to worry about missing work. I didn't use the shuttle service but I like that it's there just in case I may need it for future appointments. After the service was done James made certain to call me (was working so he left a voicemail) and let me know my truck was done and what further service needed to be done on it and what it would cost. Overall, I was satisfied with my first time with maintenance service.

My wife had recently suffered a stroke and this was of course taking up a great deal of my time. However I still needed to get a regular maintenance oil change and i didn't have a large window of opportunity. I had taken the day off from work to take my wife for her third MRI and called Chris Schrell and explained to her that if possible I had to get in as quickly as possible. There was a bit of a snafu with wrong oil and draining the transmission fluid, but was all sorted out.The rep kept me informed all the time and was very attentive to anything I needed while I waited. I am very impressed with their admission of a mistake and their promptness in correcting it, and how well they kept me informed on the progress. Good people work at this dealership.

F-150. It took a lot to sway me away from the Toyota Tundra, but it did seem that Ford was trying to do more to make the truck more fuel efficient. We purchased a truck with the Ecoboost engine hoping to keep some sense of fuel economy. Also, it seemed like Ford was offering more rebates/incentives than what I was receiving at Toyota. Craig (salesman) and Jim (service) were patient and available to answer questions, as it's been sometime since we've purchased a Ford product.Time will tell if we made the correct choice.

Prince set up the appointment and came out to meet me. He took the car and did the maintenance. It took only 1:30. The car came back washed and ready to go. The service was fabulous, I could not ask for better service. Prince deserves my thanks.

I had made my appointment several days in advance, but had a conflict and called the same day to change the date from Friday to the following Monday. When I checked in, the service couldn't find my reservation, but checked me me anyway. I had and still am having trouble updating my Sync software, after trying for over 40 minutes, they gave up and recommended I call back when their Sync expert was back from vacation or attempt the install on my own. (Still need help and will call back for an appointment for Sync software update.)The next day my battery went dead, it was over four years old, but I just had the 25K service and when I attempted to change my battery, the terminal was so corroded, I had trouble getting the cables off the terminals. This battery couldn't have been inspected.My wifes car suffered a similar problem when its battery went dead shortly after having a complete service. You should include battery inspection and maintenance in your service check list, especially for autos that are over 4 years old or older.

I asked Carlos in service to pick a good salesman for me. He suggested Mario Martinez.My Saturday morning appointment began with a fresh faced, spirited, young man greeting me. He patiently listened to all my needs. Suggested a few vehicles on the lot and let me test drive any that I showed an interest in. I was beginning to think I was taking my original vehicle back with me.Mario said he would check to see what was available off site. He came back stating the right car would be on its way and we began the paperwork. I purchased my Fusion SE Hybrid without even seeing it or test driving it! I kept saying, "Only if I like it." Mario would agree and go to the next step. There was a little confusion and the car took 2 1/2 hours to arrive from the auto mall. During this time, Mario stayed with me. I told him to go find another customer so I wouldn't take up his whole Saturday. He refused. When the car pulled up, it was magic. Yes, he had heard everything I said. He went over the details, synced my phone and assured me he would be there for me to answer any questions. He called the following Monday to check on me. I of course am completely satisfied. I had paid for a 100,000 mile tune up. Afterwards, the vehicle was driving roughly. I was told the spark plug was bad, so they said they fixed it, and I drove away with the same problem. I took it back again, they said it was another bad spark plug. I drove away with the same problem. I took it back again, and finally after driving with the head service adviser, it was determined that the spark plug wires needed to be replaced. It was frustrating that it wasn't taken care of the first time, however, they did eventually fix the problem. I am giving a rating of 10 for determination, but I think some of the mechanics need more training!

I have a 2010 Ford Ranger and in April I brought it in for a check up before taking a cross road trip. I was told that it needed rear brakes which could wait until I returned. After getting home I took my truck in for the brake repair. After about 20 minutes or so Mr. Wilcox came to tell me I didn't need new brakes. He didn't know why I was told in April that they were needed but that with this inspection they were fine. That's good news. I am not complaining but I am concerned that someone doesn't know their job or isn't doing it. Mistakes happen however and I have always had good service from your department. All of the staff I have had contact with have been nice and helpful. I usually wait and they are good at keeping me up to date on how things are progressing. I will continue to use your service department.

I saw my car being parked after service was completed. I waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to tell me or come get me. I finally walked into the back and asked the cashiers if the paperwork was ready. It was. Had I not noticed my car being parked, who knows how long I would have been left waiting. Maybe there should be a sign in the waiting area that states, "Please check in with cashier and leave your contact information so a text can be sent to you when your vehicle is ready." Other than that, everything was great.

On 10 June I made an appointment with my service advisor Peter Quezada to bring my 2013 F-150 in for an oil change. On 20 June I delivered the vehicle. Mr. Quezada was not available so I was helped by another individual whose name I cannot remember. While visiting with the service advisor, I requested to have the tires rotated in addition to the oil change during this service appointment. I requested to wait on site while the service was performed and was instructed to check in with the cashier.During check-in at the cashier, I was pleased to be given the option of notifying me by text message when my vehicle was ready. This was a relief in that I did not have to carry a bulky pager (buzzer) and am impressed that your dealership has taken advantage of a simple and effective use of this technology.In about an hour, I received a text to say my vehicle was ready. I promptly approached the cashier desk to settle the deal, retrieve my vehicle and be on my way. Your service has always been top notch for me. However while at the cashier's desk, I reviewed the receipt and became concerned. Everything looked fine except I could not clearly determine if the tire rotation I requested had actually been performed. Unfortunately I did not have time to discuss the matter and departed.Please refer to 20 June 2015 invoice number FJCS382441 item J# 4 and let me know if I am missing something. If the tire rotation actually was performed, recommend this be stated more directly on the invoice so that I may have peace of mind. Thank you.

I made a reservation online on Friday and was able to take the car in Monday at the appointed time. Service Adviser Jim Peterson was professional and helpful. As far as I can tell, the service performed was fine. At issue was two things. I had an issue with the seat back reclining knob, I couldn't locate it when the seat belt was fastened because it's blocked by the belt and unusable while the belt is fastened. The service man said I'd been using the wrong knob, but neglected to tell me where the knob really was. I had to web surf to find out.Secondly, just like last year they promised to wash the car. Last year they washed the car, forgot the alloy wheel and the brake dust. This year, they didn't wash anything at all. They had the car 3 days and didn't touch it. I complained and the service manager said to bring it in and they'd do the wash. I am disabled, it's hard for me to leave my house when I need to, let alone to get the car washed. They seem to be waiting for me to forget.

Scheduling was very good. Service on vehicle was good, although, (as a retired mechanic) I do not always agree with recommended maintenance & costs of repairs. My 2010 Focus has been very dependable & has required little maintenance. I will continue to do my own (recommended) repairs & keep this vehicle in great condition as long as I am capable or trade in when neccessary to avoid repair costs that are not within my retirement budget. Free car wash was also appreciated.

Took my Escape in to have the transmission flushed, brake pads replaced, and AC checked. Specifically told the service advisor that an oil change was not due. Everything was done in less than 2 hours...hmmm...plus an oil change WAS done and we were charged for it despite the fact that we have JCF's Maintenance For Life on the vehicle. It probably would've helped if the service advisor had brought at least a piece of paper to write things down. Instead, he resorted to writing my phone number on his palm. Didn't give me a feeling of confidence.

Came in for scheduled oil change on my 2013 Ford C-Max. Also had some warranty issues that needed to be addressed. The service team called me later that same day to tell me that the parts would take several days to arrive and asked if I wanted to pick the car up and bring it back while the parts were in transit or would I like to leave it with them. I chose to leave it at the dealership. I was called 3 days later and was told that the oil change and all repairs were completed. Service dept is open until 7PM which makes it convenient for pick up. Car was washed and all repairs done as requested. It is always a pleasure woking with the Click service department. Actually better than with Mercedes Benz which is also good.

We recently had had the truck in for an oil change and such. We brought the truck home and Ben changed the shocks on the truck and noticed that the rear engine seal was leaking. Why it wasn't caught when they did the oil change I am not sure, but we got it back in and Chris Schrell was wonderful in taking care of us. It took a little while getting parts for the F450 so it was in there longer than we'd hoped, but we understand that Jim Click isn't big on F450's however there are several driving around on the east side of town that I see on a daily basis. There maybe a market that Jim Click hasn't tapped into yet, even though it might be a small one - These trucks (F450) aren't cheap and one of the biggest ticket items Ford offers, you would think Jim Click would be a little more accommodating in stocking parts and in sales (look at all the retirees that pull RV's).

It would seem to me that you would want your service staff to leave your customers wanting to come back year after year. If you ask for a service and the service representative says he will take care of it and doesn't it leaves you with the feeling you have been given lip service and nothing more. We came to you for an oil change and a tire rotation. Our windshield was very coated with bug remains from the trip to Tucson the day before. We asked the sales rep if he would clean the windshield. He said he would take care of it. When we got our truck back the windshield was all smeared. We could hardly see out of it. When they checked the wipers to see if they were operating properly the wipers smeared all the bug spots all over the windshield. Wouldn't you think a reasonable person would see the results of the wiper check and come to the conclusion that the windshield was in worse condition than when it came in? And as a courtesy to the customer, wouldn't it be prudent to clean the windshield so one could better see out of it? In my opinion, the sales rep should have checked to see of his orders had been carried out. I was very disappointed in his performance.

We had our 4 kids with us, one of which is a baby and I was dreading spending long hours at the dealership haggling. However to my surprise it was not like that at all. No haggling, courteous service and we were out of there in just a couple of hours. It completely changed my view of car purchasing. The car is amazing and the warranty and maintenance plan is unlike anything I've seen. It makes me proud to own a Ford. The Ford Transit is amazing. It is perfect for my family of 6 and we have tons of trunk space and room enough for when we have visitors. Surprisingly it is very easy to drive. I was worried that it would be difficult driving such a large car everywhere to my day to day activities butit's actually much easier to drive than my last car (a 2005 Chrysler, Pacifica). Overall I am very satisfied with my car andmy car buying experience.

We have been pretty good about keeping up with our oil changes for our F150 and we really like the maintenance for life. We've had many services done on the truck because we do put some mileage on it. I must say, we were disappointed when you were unable to re-attach our Ford emblem on the tailgate. It seems amazing that it would require purchase of a whole new emblem to get the adhesive to get this fixed. I wouldn't think you'd want a Jim Click truck driving around town without an emblem. We fixed it ourselves. I can't blame this on the service person, it's a management problem.

We had not intended to buy a car the day we looked at the vehicle that was advertised on line for the dealership. Our salesman was helpful in showing us the car, the deal had some delays, however did close late in the day. Installation of the optional equipment was also delayed and we have yet to complete that. It has taken over a week now and we still need to file for the rebate for mobility equipment from Ford?? which we have paid for. There were some issues with clock and date resets that needed attention after wheelchair lift was installed by outside vendor. We had to make yet another trip back to get that done as several attempts on Friday did not accomplish it. However, it was resolved Monday morning on the service lane. We also have a license plate screw issue and so will see how that is resolved on a service visit after our tags come.

Mr. Jimmy Johnson was very professional in appearance and provided excellent assistance in the selection of my choice. He showed me your vehicles from the golf tournament and explained the discount to me on the vehicles and plus other discounts your dealership and Ford provided. They looked great but not the right color selection. I selected the Bronze fire color and he made sure I got all discount and showed them to me and ensured I got a good trade-in on my truck. Ever since I purchased my 2012 MKZ Hybrid in December 2011, I have religiously maintained the required service. It is always a pleasant experience to bring my car in for service. My service advisor always greets me with a smile, treats me with courtesy, and listens patiently as I go through my list of service needs. If I have to wait for the work to be done, my advisor keeps me informed as to how much longer it will be before my car is finished. If I cannot wait for the service to be completed, the courtesy shuttle is quickly available to take me home and later pick me up if needed. I am always completely satisfied with the service from my advisor and the Jim Click dealership.

On a prior visit for "maintenance for life" service to my car they had mentioned that my car had a cracked motor mount, I asked the customer service person that checked me in for this service visit to ask the tech to note which mount or mounts needed replacing, but this time it was checked as "green" on my report sheet as if there was no problem with them. Which tech made the error? Was it the previous one who initially noted there was a problem or the most recent one who said there was no problem? Otherwise I have no complaints service person was fine and the salesman who bumped into me while I was walking around through the used cars for sale section while I was waiting on my car to be serviced was not pushy or annoying when I told him I was just "killing time" while my car was serviced. I like that because I don't want salespeople to try to push me to trade my car in when I am there for maintenance. I am very happy with the quality of service and the car that I bought with the help of Glenn F. there at the 22nd St. Ford dealership back in 2011 so I hope to keep it until I wear it out. Thank you.
