Service department ! Lies tells you will call and you wait still no call . Got the call and they tell you they still have not worked on the car dropped it off Monday at 1:30 it is now Wed at 4:20 . Something wrong here this is not the first time they have done this to me. They keep telling me they only have have one person working on Fords they are trying to clear some of the other cars so he can get to my car . I don't buy it.....

Disregard my star rating, I only gave them one star because it wont let me submit with zero. My wife and I went to buy a used car based on them having about 10 advertised in our price range. When we arrived we were informed that they had none of the advertised and only had vehicles twice as expensive ur more. The vehicles they said they didn't have were still advertised weeks later. This is the very definition of bait and switch. Stay away from these crooks!

My experience with Jim peach motors was excellent. I purchased a 2015 Ram 1500. Hunter Pemberton was my salesman and he was very helpful in dealing with my trade in paying it off getting the financing it was wonderful and I really appreciate him and his efforts. My mother and I were out looking for me a new vehicle (her being my co-signer as I'm a first time buyer with no credit). We were greated by a man named Hunter who seemed fairly new, had to be specifically asked to go get prices on a couple of vehicles were looking at so we'd have an idea for our price range, we wrote this off and figured he was just getting started as a sales rep. He brought us in and set us down in the office to see if we qualified for financing. We were assured and reassured that this was a soft pull that wouod not impact our credit scores, sat there for an hour chit chatting, and waiting for the results. My mother asked if we would know a price range/ payment range when it came back. Hunter said we would and by the time we couldn't wait any longer, we think Hunter and said to let us know what was found out and that we would be back in the morning to finish what we started. On the way home we checked our credit scores only to find 9 points and hard hit against our credit score. We notified Hunter and he wrote it off as if it was what we asked for when asking if we would know a payment range. His exact words were "I thought you knew that there is no way to get a payment without submitting you to a bank." When we called the manager, they acted as if they didn't believe it because he was their "top seller" and sold "20 cars a month" for them but would "let him know"... Needles to say we will not be back.

After 8 days, with return of our car on the 9th, the vehicle is still not starting. Greg, dealt with us at the Dealership, when we picked up the car. He was the first person to open a clear line of communication. He even authorized a reduction in service fees, which were extremely high. Upon discovering, this morning that the Caravan still would not start, Greg insisted on "making it right" and is sending a tow truck, gratis, to retrieve our vehicle. With a new fuel pump and sending unit installed, I pray that they can fix this without further parts, as we were tapped with the previous bill, and the mark-up of Mopar parts at this dealer is crazy. Dodge states that since they are an independent dealer, there is little they can do about charges. We await to see what the resolution will be.....

My 2015 Ford Escape had been making a rattling noise in the back tailgate that was driving me crazy. I called and when I described it to the person on the phone he knew exactly what it was and told me to bring it in the next day. I took it in and had a seat in the waiting room figuring it would take a while to fix it since the service dept. was so busy. I was wrong. They had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way out the door. I have been buying vehicles from Jim Peach Motors for almost 20 years and the staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and have taken care of any problems that I have ever had with my vehicles.

After working with the dealership, I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted at what I feel is a real good price! The people at the dealership was friendly helpful and knowledgeable! I was hesitant to visit this dealership after reading other reviews online. I was looking for a very specific Jeep, and Jim Peach Motors happened to have one of only two in a 100 mile radius, which left me with limited options if I wanted to purchase this Jeep. I ended up taking the hour plus drive over to Brewton, and could not be happier with the service I received. When I arrived the vehicle I wanted to view was parked up front and ready to be road tested. I worked with Andre, and was provided with a fair deal. I was trading in a vehicle that Jim Peach Motors does not frequently deal with, so the sales manager had to make some calls to make sure he was offering a fair price for my trade. I was offered a great trade in value, and had the entire deal closed in less than 2 hours. There have been a lot of changes made at this dealership, and older reviews do not reflect the current Jim Peach Motors business model or staff. I would recommend this dealership to any potential buyer!

Bought a new dodge caravan from them in june 2014 had not bought a new vehicle in 25 years had no idea they were selling vehicles with out spare tires but knew that alot of them came with just donuts so I ask the sellsman if the spare was a donut he told me it was a full size tire had to move to another state ended up picking up a nail in my tire late evening went to change the tire and found out I had no spare yes I had a air pump that was supose to have jell that would seal the tire off but the pump never worked when I took the pump back they said wiggled it around and got it to work then said i had it pluged in to the wrong lighter if u can only use one lighter then u cant reach all the tires I felt like they should have at least gave me a donut tire since they told me it had a full size spare they told me they would at the cost of 350 dollars to me so i guess you need to crank the tire rack down to no if they are telling the truth would never use them again in the process of all this I wasclet no I didnt no what I was talking about thst I didnt no where the tire was located even tho I had cranked the tire holder down was told tp take it tp a dealership.here and if there was no spare they would pay to get one set at the dealership for several hours calling and waiting to be called back was supose to have received a call back a totsl of 7 times and never got cslled back this is crazy its like out of sight out of mind you dont live here any more so we dont have to take care of our goofs also sight wont let me rate them the rating I would give them would be very bad

They tried to scam us. Beware!! For a 35000 car they where trying to get 40000. No rebates nothing. They didn't want to give us nothing for our trade in. We went somewhere else and got exactly what we wanted. We also reported them to the better business bureau.

Purchased a factory-ordered 2015 Ford Explorer. Our sales agent, Patti was wonderful - worked closely with us to sort through a delivery delay - provided more personalized customer attention than we've ever received in the past. Took all the time we needed on the day we picked up the car to demonstrate features and answer questions. We enjoyed doing business with her. The only glitch in the entire ordering process was we really wanted the Dark Side color - and for some reason Ford stopped producing that color - in January of the 2015 model year - so we were not able to order it. That seemed really strange. We like our fallback color of Magnetic Metallic, but the Dark Side was our favorite.

I came in and gave the wants and needs that I had for a used vehicle and asked them to look for me one that met my criteria. Within days they were able to find a vehicle that I test drove and liked. I purchased a used Dodge caravan with 3rd row seating. My biggest need was a vehicle that would carry up to five small great grand children comfortably and 2 adults. My second biggest need was a comfortable price range. Hal and Wally found both in this vehicle and I am very pleased.

2013 Ford Explorer. Had the carpet replaced. Service staff was able to tell me how long it would take to get teh parts needed. Made the repair and provided a loaner care during the period of time. The process took longer than I would have liked but I do not feel that this was due in any way to the service departement staff, but rather to the part being on backorder. Staff was helpful during the process. No issues at this point in time.

Jim Peach General Manager Ken James called to discuss the issues I brought up. He was very nice and wanted to reconcile any problems or complaints we had. He asked us to come into the dealership at our earliest convenience to get a check for $1000 to compensate us for the Amazon gift card. He also wanted to make good on some other issues we had with the dealership regarding terms of our financing. We went into Jim Peach today (12/22/14) and met with Hal Whitman who gave us our $1000 check, he took us to Amanda White (finance manager) who had new papers drawn up for the terms of our new financing. We left happy and satisfied. On Saturday(12/20/14) we received our letter from Leon County tax collector's office to let us know our paperwork had been received and we could come in to pick up our tags . We are satisfied with the outcome and feel like Jim Peach has successfully met all of its obligations to us.

Brian in the service department is wonderful. I bought my 2008 Ford Taurus from Peach Motors. I now owe one payment and Peach has serviced it since I bought it. Since I have gotten good service, I am considering buying another car from Peach....used that is. I will NEVER buy a new car again. Been there, done that, and got burned. As long as I am treated fairly, not taken advantage of, and get great service, I will continue to us Peach Motors and to recommend them to friends and family.

Probably 98% of the vehicles we have purchased for ourselves, the business or family members have been from Jim Peach Motors. The staff are friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile. If we ever have a specific vehicle in mind and Chip does not have what we are looking for on his lot, he will look until he finds it and bring it to the lot.January 7th, James purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma with less than 5500 miles on it in very good condition. He is very pleased with the purchase, the trade in allowance given him, and as usual, our salesperson, Frank Cotten. We will definitely be back and purchase another vehicle somewhere down the line!!

Andre Gillard was my sales representative and he was very understanding to my needs as a customer and expertly provided me the service that I requested. I bought a black 2015 Mustang GT Premium that was not available on the lot at the time of purchase. However he found what I wanted and stuck to the true dollar price program through USAA in witch I received zero hassle on a phenomenal new Ford vehicle. Finally, Andre went out of his way to get be a better APR % rate on my car loan than my USAA bank that I have been a member with for 10+ years. Andre's superior customer service reflects him distinctively as a representative of Ford and the state of Alabama with outstanding hospitality. Wendi is always friendly when I come even when I had not set up an appointment. Wendi keeps me inform as to what is going on with my vehicle when I am waiting a long time. The service to my vehicle was great. No complaints.

Where to begin. I was looking for a new car for my daughter to give her for Christmas. I dealt with a man who insulted my wife. He would not allow us a word in edgewise and lied to us about two vehicles on their lot. We are cash buyers and he would never give us a final price. We left, and we will nevef deal with these people again. Why insult?

I bought a F250 here a few years back and recently decided it was time for a new one. I looked up Jim Peach motors website on my phone and saw a 2014 F250 for 49995*. The mobile site didn't show a explanation for the star next to the price, and since I lived so far away I decided to call them and verify before I made the 70 mile one way trim. When I called I was told that price was before dealer fees and the price would be closer to 54000. I decided it was still a decent deal and my wife and I immediately drove over just to find out that the real price on the exact same truck was 63000. The only thing the salesman could say was, that's been happening a lot lately with the internet site and he was sorry. This of course didn't explain the person on the phone who quoted a price 11,000 too low. Don't waste your time, shop somewhere else, anywhere else!

This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had when our basing a new or used vehicle. Salespeople, the Sales Manager, and General Manager were all very professional and courteous. From the time I pulled onto the lot, I was treated with respect and kindness. Every part of the process went exactly as one would hope for. Any concerns were addresses directly by the Sales manager, and he did a wonderful job. Thanks Tim!!

i have just had the same rude attitude at peach. My experience was in the service dept. I have a truck that has a safety recall. It haa taken me 3 months and 2 call to cbrysler help line to get them to fix my truck. I had overlooked this mix up because i wanted to do business locally. Today showed me I had make a mistake. I got permission to see what all this trouble had been about and I was not sure if they would fix it right after calling the help line. The shop manager came asked me ro leave area and told me he did not care if i did business their. I am not sure what is going on their. I did read a article that chrysler was changing how they give incentives to dealers for customer service. This could explain it. I am sure their is good people working with bad managment

I was reminded that Southern Hospitality is still alive!!! The people (all of them, from the tow truck driver through the service and sales personnel) were AWESOME!! They made a bad situation as painless as possible. Threw a rod on my way from Austin to Charlotte towing a travel trailer. My son and I camped in the back of the lot for 2 nights while the deal was made and extras were installed on my new truck. I enjoyed visiting and making friends with a few of the staff. Thanks to everyone there!
