Have done 4 leases with this dealer, 3 of them since 2014. Ty Schmidt knows what I am looking for and the price range and hits it every time. Went in Tuesday and looked at a truck and came back Wednesday to pick it up. Less than an hour total time from looking st itvTuedaybto driving off the lot Wednesday.

Either eliminate the car wash or get staff who will do a quality job. My car windows were all covered with dried on dirty water - they did not blow or wipe them dry. The grill was still covered with bugs. A car wash is an excellent customer service option but when I have to go to another car wash to get my "free" one remedied, it's not such good PR.Everything else was excellent!

Had an express oil change and the Rochester Hills dealer. It was noted that the air filter needed immediate attention. They didn't speak to me about it or offer to put in a new one. Called Tim at Friendly's and told him the situation. He got me in right away, put in a new air filter, 20 minutes later I was on my way. Kudos to Tim and Friendly's!

Was in the market for a new 2016 Ram and this dealership had the most trucks on the lot in different models to test drive. They have the inventory, sales team, and customer service to get you a fantastic deal on a Mopar product. I dealt with Brad Curtis. He went above and beyond to sell me the truck. I know it is his job but he met, exceeded, and blew past what any other sales employee had done. He actually KNOWS these vehicles rather than just reading from the sticker. If you are looking for a truck, jeep, or any other Mopar product they are the dealer to go too!

I stopped in for info on leasing. Robert Piccirilli answered all my questions, showed me facts and figures and showed me a car. I thanked him for his time probably a good 45 minutes and said I had to sell my car and wouldn't be ready for a couple weeks. He said no problem and come back when I was ready. Said a little prayer on the way home about selling my car. The very next day a man stopped me and bought my car. Called Rob up and told him what happened and he had that car I sat in and fell in love with ready to pick up the next morning. This time frame was less than 48 hours from inquiring to driving home. Thank you Rob for all your did to get me into this car at a great lease rate and plan.

Bob did a great job explaining everything to me and was not pushy by any means. Found the vehicle I was exactly looking for at another dealership and had it in Lapeer within 2 days. Leased a new 2013 Chrysler T&C from "Friendly" the purchasing experience was actually pretty good. We have a very nice salesman. The problem came when the vehicle was in for service. The service manager Tom Miller said he would not warranty a broken axle shaft. So my question is what good is a warranty if you won't cover anything? The car only had 19,XXX miles and was not abused...its a minivan! When questioned why, the service manager was so rude he told me to come and pick up my own vehicle. It was the WORST dealership experience in my life. I will never buy another vehicle from "Friendly" and may never buy another Chrysler

we had a great sales person, Tim Wilcox is the best. He went above and beyond to give us a a great deal. He was very efficient and was very fast at getting our new truck ready for us. We had to have an out of warranty door module replaced. The part from Chrysler was defective. A second part was ordered and the service request was completed. The service crew was informative and communicated the issues and timing to us. The repair was made as quickly as possible. Service was very professional.

I contacted about a dozen dealerships to lease a SUV. I was pretty specific about what I wanted. Sherry Hart won our business by a landslide. No other sales person came close to the customer service Sherry gave us. We live about 50 miles from Lapeer. Most of the details were handled over the phone/email before my husband and I came to the dealership to see the vehicle and take care of the paperwork. Sherry was on top of everything. She was truly pleasant to work with. We had several conversations, emails and texts over the course of several days. I have owned dozens of cars through the years, I can honestly say this was the best dealership experience I have had. I have already referred Sherry to a friend.

Sherry was great to work with. She guided me in my decision making between 2 Jeep models and delivered it to my work place. She walked me through all the features and helped explain things. I am about 1 hour from your dealership but I know if I have any questions I can contact Sherry and feel that she will take care of any needs I might have. It was great to deal with someone as professional and knowledgeable. Things did move very fast and that was probably a good thing. In the end Sherry did not sway me in any direction. She said get what you like and what you want to make you happy. She worked with me on price and I can't think of anything negative about the buying experience at all. John answered all of my question and then gave me the keys for a test drive. We had some difficulty meeting my budget, but then we came to an agreement. Everyone was very friendly. I retired from Chrysler after 38yrs.. I bought my first new car in 1970, a 340hp duster. I have bought many more since then. With out a doubt the vehicle I just bought from your dealership , was the simplest and easiest . First let me tell you I was recommended by my sister Melissa Steward who drives from Aubun Hills just to get an ool change for her diesel truck because the prices are so much less than the dealerships near her home. NOW down to business !!!Beyond my expectations !!!! I called just to ask for a quote to lease a Jeep Patriot. All the other dealerships I called gave me a quote of 250.00 to 260.00 for 2 years. Dave was thinking outside the box and gave me a quote for a 3 year lease which put me right where I wanted to be payment wise. THEN Dave said we could do this all over the phone and he would BRING the car to me the same evening !! WOW !!! Your dealership is THE BEST experience I have ever had. It was super efficient. We gave information over the phone and a few hours later the vehicle was brought to our home where Bob Lusko showed us how to program my cell phone to the car and also explained most of the features and how to work them. He was very helpful and courteous. I will reccomend him and the dealership to all my friends wo are looking for a car.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the exceptional service that I received. I was taken care of promthly, and treated exceptionally well. I have to say that while I was in your waiting area, a couple of other employees came up and pointed out the coffee, etc. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make me comfortable. The service was done in a professional manner. Probably the best service experience I have ever had at a dealership. Unfortunately, I no longer am employed in the Lapeer area, so I probably won't be back to your location. I can only hope that your other locations treat everyone the same way. Very nice, even gave my son a cookie. Make my kid smile I smile! I watched the gent rotate the tires and it wasn't done according to my manual, I asked why and he said this is how we always do it. 'fronts straight back", the book says fronts go to back and change sides. why not per the manual

Excellent. Sherry Hart was first rate. You can tell she believes in he product she represents by her demeanor. Would like to bring to your attention about an outstanding employee Debra Ruth is. She was very busy when I came there on Sat.March 2,2013 around 12:00 (noon). She never forgot me while I was there. She went way out of her way to satisfy me (customer) even though she didn't have to. You don't see very many people go to this length anymore.We need more of her!! This is my 3rd vehicle from your dealership and all 3 times it has been with Chris Byrnes. I have never been treated so well - Chris is the best salesperson I have ever had dealings with. I call him, tell him what I'm looking for and he matches me perfectly. I just leased a 2013 Journey from Chirs and I absolutly love the vehicle. The service that I get from Chris is what keeps me coming back and I recommend him to anyone who is look for a vehicle. If he ever leaves your dealership - I will follow him but my advise to you is to never let him go.
