My salesman Kevin Hart was FANTASTIC throughout the entire process!! He was very pleasant, informative, friendly & very helpful. I was able to communicate with Kevin weeks before hand to weigh out my best options and help me pick the car that was best for me. I am a first time car buyer, so I was not 100% sure how the process worked and was also very nervous but Kevin knew how to make the process easy for me to understand and assured me that I was in good hands!! He listened to everything I wanted from the moment I reached out to him. While waiting for financing, I got to know Kevin a little better to avoid any awkwardness and not only making it about business which I appreciate very much. Kevin did everything he could to get me in a vehicle that I loved at a price that I could afford. 100% the best experience I could have being in a real car dealership. I would recommend Kevin to anyone I know in the market for a car! Thank you so much for helping me choose the perfect car and being a great salesman. You deserve a raise ☺️

Very easy process! Found truck on line and after a quick phone call achieved a fair deal on a great truck! After visiting two local dealers contacted Jim Shirley and reached a great deal on an awesome Truck! Well worth the 1 1/2 drive each way! Strongly recommend this dealer for your next vehicle! If you need a sales person Olivia will take great care of you!

Justin could not have been helpful. He took his time explaining everything and had great patience with my husband who at first had no idea of what he wanted to do about a car. His engine caught on fire and his car was totaled. He did not know what he wanted. Justine showed him all kind of options as far as a car went. Since he was so helpful and made us feel no pressure I decided I also wanted a new car. If I know anyone looking for a car or thinking about getting a car I will definitely send them to Justin. As a women it can be very intimidating walking into a car dealership but Josh was very nice, extremely knowledgeable, proactive & I felt absolutely no pressure to buy a car. This is the first place I have felt 100% comfortable when shopping for a car. My experience from purchasing a car from Josh couldn’t have been better. Josh is one of the best people I have ever worked with on any purchase. After going to multiple dealerships, multiple salesman I came to him. He went above & beyond and was extremely professional and honest.I could not be happier with vehicle or the purchase process. I was very pleased with the whole transaction. I felt their prices were very competitive and trade in values met my expectations. All staff were very pleasant and attentive to any reasonable request. Anthony (salesman) was extremely helpful and ensured the whole process went smoothly. There was no pressure to make any decision and I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle, well worth the drive.
