I love my new truck (GMC 3500). In the few days after I bought it, I thought there was a problem. The dealership was extremely responsive, and it was very clear that these guys stand behind their cars 100%. Excellent customer service, going above and beyond what was required.

These guys are first class all the way. From the initial contact by Internet to meeting our salesman Elker Perez every aspect of this sale was outstanding. The personal YouTube video was a pleasant surprise and proved the vehicle we were interested in was on their lot. The only way I can describe these folks, many of whom I discovered are Real Heroes, (former military and Law Enforcement) is AMAZING! Even though I was only looking for a used vehicle and my financial situation was not the best, they treated me with respect and provided a level of EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE far superior than I have ever experienced before . I was very interested in a beautiful truck they were already offering for a Rock Bottom Price. But on a cops low pay, so-so credit, and with a disabled son to take care of, I just couldn't quite pull the financial resources together. Rather than pressuring me to make a sell, they "walked the talk" by looking toward their own resources, ultimately sacrificing more of their already meager profit to make me a PHENOMENAL DEAL! I wish they could have seen my sons eyes light up when I brought that truck home. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else, and I urge all of my fellow officers in the Metro Atlanta area and throughout the state to give Jimmy Britt Chevrolet a chance to earn your business...you won't regret it!!!

I drove from North AL to purchase a used vehicle I found online at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. The staff was friendly and professional, and proved willing to go the extra mile even after the sale. When my wife misplaced the only key we were provided three weeks later, we were forced to have a locksmith cut a new key. The management staff was nice enough to reimburse us for the cost of the new key. Before purchasing my next vehicle, I'll be certain to check the online inventory at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet.

I saw a truck I liked on the internet and had been talking to Jimmy & Justin about every inch of the truck even including price. After a few days of conversations I decided that I would make the 200 mile one trip to see the vehicle and see if they were as honest as they seemed on the phone. I had made my mind up that if they couldn't meet my offer I was willing to drive back home 200 miles and keep looking. I must admit they didn't completely meet my offer 100% but I knew the deal they were offering was fair and the truck was even nicer than they described. Great people to deal with who really do care if they satisfy you or not. Oh yes I bought the truck.

This was the best buying experiece I have had let alone from a car dealership! Jimmy,Jeff and Scott treated me like family. It is so refreshing to know there is still good people out there. The kind of people who look you in the eye and are more concerned with me as a person than to make a deal. Great experience! Jimmy drove my other vehicle home for me so I could drive my new Viper an hour drive each way. Who does that these days! I give the highest recommendation!!!!!!!!!!

Had see Suburban on line that looked exactly what I was looking for. Price advertised was a little more than I had wanted to pay. Called and talked with Jason R. He was very professional and worked with me to get me exactly where I wanted to be. He made it most favorable where I could not say no. There was no pressure just a great deal.

One of the guys from Jimmy Britt found me the car I wanted...from way out of town...had it shipped here...no pressure, but kept me up to date on the car's every move...and it was not even a GMC automobile ! A friend of mine had bought a brand new car here last year, She was so pleased with her experience until she called her sale person to ask if he could help her friend, me, to get the car I wanted. He bent over backwards to go way above the call of duty to make sure everything went smoothly. I got my car yesterday, after Jimmy Britt cleaned it to look brand new...it is not...and could not be more pleased. This dealership is way off the chart in every way...

My wife and I like to ride through the dealership afterhours to check out the cars and trucks. We needed to upgrade my truck to a traveling vehicle. We saw this truck first on the Jimmy Britt wed site and then went to the dealership to see it in person. I meet with Jimmy Carrier on Monday at 4:30 PM and then with the help from Scott to sign the deal, we left with a clean-up truck by 7:30 PM. Only in a small town will you find service like this afterhours. Thank you Jimmy Britt and your staff!

Excellent dealership to deal with when looking to purchase a vehicle. They take their time to make the buyer the focal point. They will keep in touch with you during your decision making process but won't smother you. One thing that the Jimmy Britt team absolutely didn't do that many other dealerships did was they didn't bad mouth other makes or competitors. That type of tactic is a shame and most of all belittles a person trying to make a big decision. So kudos to the Jimmy Britt team...especially Brandon Welch. He is a great young salesman with great sales ethic and personality. I feel as if I earned a new friend that I'd call up if I needed a fishing or golf partner. I also wanna recognize Scott for excellent service as well.

Left a large dealer in our area we had tried to trade with for an Acadia. They did the tag team routine and we had 4 different people talk to us. Each one was higher up the food chain of the dealership and just as pushy. We decided we would leave but they had hidden our car keys. They would not produce them. I finally walked into the "control room" and scooped them up off a counter. Then the sales manager followed us to our car telling us to just sell our car on our own and we could get a great deal. We left and drove 80 miles to Jimmy Britt. The prices on their website were better than the "Big Dealer". They treated us like customers with no high pressure. Found the car we wanted and the experience was much better than at the "Big Dealer"

We drove over 3 hours for a 2013 Corvette convertible, after making a deal via emails, they had the best price for what I wanted. Even though it was Saturday they had the car cleaned and ready to go and I had already emailed copies of my driver's license and proof of insurance so the paper work was already completed so all I had to do was sign the papers. I paid what we agreed upon, no btw charges. Friendly staff and no rush.

We were in the market for a used car and we'd heard great things about Jimmy Britt from friends, so we decided to stop by for a test drive. We were still shopping around and I was definitely not planning on this being our last stop. However, when we indicated we wanted to keep looking, our awesome salesman, Ben Hicks, came back with an amazing offer we couldn't refuse! Jimmy Britt service is the best - they really made us feel important and valued as customers. And I'm still amazed at the great deal they got us! First off, I had the best experience at this dealership than any other I've ever been too. The service was exceptional and outstanding. The sales team all worked together and made me feel welcomed & comfortable. The hospitality was grade A. Now most magnificent part of my purchase was the sales guy named Brandon Wright. Truly a professional & was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. This guy was amazing in every way possible. He did not sugarcoat anything & was upfront & honest. If all sales guys were like him, then the horror stories of dealerships would be definitely false. My wife & I were absolutely greatful we had the opportunity to work with such a down to earth real honest person. Every dealership from coast to coast needs a Brandon Wright in their establishment. Just bought a 2015 Corvette from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. They handled everything from start to finish with class and integrity. They were the quickest to respond to the check list I sent out to six dealers. They offered me a good deal, including a fair price for my 1998 Corvette trade-in. They kept me informed of the build out process. They handled the delivery process flawlessly and in a timely manner. They showed me the features of the car and got me set up with the Media and On Star features. They have followed up to be sure that I was satisfied with everything. I have bought many cars over the years and this was the best experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership!

As a collector of Classic cars and someone who has leased over 40 cars, I have dealt with many dealerships, managers, and service departments. This dealership has misrepresented a car that a family member was buying and at the eleventh hour turned out to be nasty and the most unprofessional. In fact the way they treated a potential client was the inexcusable. Beware of any promises that Brandon Welsch and Justin who is the sales supervisor make. They both need to have a lesson on how to treat people, especially potential buyers.

Was interested in one of their used cars I saw online. After being assured by sales that the interior/exterior/tires were in great condition, I made a 2 hour drive to see the car. When I arrived, the interior of the car was filthy and had a thin layer of dirt on all front and back seats. After everything else checked out and I was assured the seats would be professionally cleaned, I made an offer 5% below sticker price. Keep in mind I am assuming some risk here given that the seats still needed to be cleaned and I would have to make yet another 2 hour one-way trip to pick the car up. When I would not meet their counter-offer of splitting the cost of the interior cleaning with them, they abruptly bid me farewell without showing appreciation for my time. How is it my problem that the car needs professional cleaning when I was assured it was clean to begin with? The experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

I called Jimmy Britt Chevy on Monday to inquire about trading my 2012 Silverado LT for the 2014 Silverado LT. I desired to get the new truck without significantly increasing my payment. Long story short, I got the truck with a stellar interest rate, discounts & rebates and a super trade-in value. My note increased less than the price of a tank of gas, no pressure from anyone on staff and they totally made sure that I was pleased. They went above and beyond meeting my expectations. An amazing dealership. I bought a Chevrolet cobalt from them and it had a few problems with it but they were able to fix it that day. I am a service member and they really took care of me there. Scott is prior military and he takes care of his service members. Rob Guzman was also helping in the sale and he was an outstanding salesman. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a great dealership, this is the place to go.

I started looking on line last week trying to decide on a new vehicle. Made an appointment with Rob Guzman to test drive some that I thought I might want on Thursday afternoon. I had every intention of shopping around at other dealerships but Rob found me the perfect vehicle and made this the easiest car buying experience I have EVER had! Made me feel that what I had to say mattered. The sales team is not like most other dealerships. Micheal and Scott listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get there. Of course, they are in business for a profit and they let you know that upfront (no games). But, they also let you know they will do whatever they can to meet you as close to your position as possible (just business). UPFRONT AND HONEST! I can say that this was my best vehicle buying experience. If you are military, Scott will try to find you every discount possible. But, they also do the same for those who are not. I will definitely look to Jimmy Britt for my future vehicle purchases. In fact Scott is looking for a vehicle now for my my son. Thanks, Jimmy Britt for the excellent buying experience.

I'm sure the sales staff is top notch. I was really disappointed in getting a simple service recently. Took my new truck in, and got it back with oily fingerprints all over my driver's side sun visor which is light grey fabric. The floor on the driver's side was given a good coating of dried mud. When you get a vehicle serviced, especially a new one, you should not have to have the interior or exterior finishes degrades with carelessness. I won't go back.

My husband stopped in when they were closing down to look at a vehicle and the guys took their time getting to know him and what we were looking for. We do not have the greatest credit and didnt have a very large budget. They found us a personal lender that we can build future credit with and put us in a very nice vehicle. Through online search, found the vehicle I was interested in at Jimmy Britt's. Randy drove the car from the dealership to a meeting place so that I could see the car with no obligation to buy. That alone was impressive! Went up on a Saturday to get the car. All the paperwork was ready and closed the deal within a few minutes. No hassles. Probably the best car purchasing experience I have had.

After a previous bad experience with purchasing a car about a year ago, my husband and I decided we would be prepared for this purchase. We researched the car, how much we should get for our trade, the dealership, etc. We decided on Jimmy Britt because they had the exact car my husband wanted and it was the closest dealership. Andy rode with us on a nice long test drive, then Randy gave us a great deal on the car and our trade (we knew what it was worth, and most dealerships will try to give you the least amount possible, but these guys actually gave us the fair amount - imagine that!) These guys made this purchase so easy, and my faith has been renewed in car salesmen (the ones in Greensboro, anyway!) Thank you so much for a great experience. Jimmy Britt Chevrolet-Buick had a sufficient inventory on hand so it was helpful to me in makig my decision among the various models, options, etc. The sales team was very helpful and efficient as they answered my questions, provided information regarding pricing, and pointing out other advantages/disadvantages that I would not have even thought to ask about. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

We had such a great experience with Russ! He made everything very easy for us. The moment we arrived at the dealership we were introduced to everyone there. No one made us feel rushed and everyone was very helpful when asked various questions. Ben, the service manager went the extra mile in making sure that the front bumbper on the Acadia fit properly before we left. Overall this was the best car buying experience we have ever had!

What a wonderful experience. We have been in the market for a specific type of truck for over 6 months, and when finding the truck we eventually bought from Jimmy Britt it was amazing. Russ, our sales contact, was a gem, and was able to give us the answers we needed to actually want to make a trip of over 70 miles to check the vehicle out. Everything was handled very smoothly and effciently and everything we were told about the truck, our trade in value, and the financing became a reality.
