I bought a new 2015 Toyota RAV4 on December 1st and was most impressed by the informative young sales consultant Greg Power who explained and answered every question so well; further, the purchasing and financial details were so carefully and professionally handled by Jaime Torres that it was a indeed a pleasure; and lastly, Duncan Lautze was great with even further advice in the Parts Dept. The entire team was just great in every respect and what I had dreaded as an endless afternoon of haggling (as I have experienced elsewhere!) was replaced by a really pleasant, highly professional experience. Highly recommended. And am I pleased with my purchase? Absolutely! Dr. James K, Napa

I found a Honda CRV that I liked and was in my price range. I dealt with Jim Park who was very open and honest. Jim even drove the car from Napa to Santa Rosa so that my mechanic could inspect the vehicle. I had a very good experience with Jimmy Vasser Toyota and would recommend them.

Car salesman not customer friendly nor car worthy of being sellable.

My experience started out great, they had a 4Runner I wanted to look at. A saleperson from Vasser called me to come and see the SUV when I could. I live 30 minutes away so I made plans to come and see it the next day and called to make sure my salesperson would be there and then was told the car was checked out for Demo and would not be back untl the next day. I told them I could only make that day and they said they would work on getting it back. On my way to another dealership at 4:30pm they told me the car was there and I could come see it. I made the drive and go there and drove the car. I had my car appraised for tr5ade in and was very surprised at how much tehy low balled me. I told them what I was willing to do as far as payment, trade in, etc and asked them to run my application and get back to me. (I didn't have time to sit and wait). I never got a call back. Never not heard back from a dealership before. I will never buy a car from them again. They wasted my time and made me feel very unimportant.

Mike Bray was very helpful and came through for us when another dealer dropped the ball on finding the new Highlander we wanted. He and the staff at Jimmy Vasser were excellent!

Mike Bray was my consultant today on my purchase of a used 2008 toyota tundra. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about not only the vehicles but how to lead me towards my desired future vehicle. Wow! I won't go anywhere else in town. I believe in keeping money in my town, and Jimmy Vasser Toyota is where I go for new cars and service on my new cars. First, Toyotas have been reliable, safe vehicles, and affordable for my family. I went in for regular scheduled service, and left with a new car right off the showroom floor. I was so happy with my Toyota 2010' that I purchased a 2013. the trade-in offer was excellent, but I decided to give it to my daughter and son-in-law. They too, had a 2006 Toyota and sold it for 6,000. Just saying, Toyotas also have great resale value. my experience was delightful. Many women are reluctant to purchase a car alone, but I feel confident doing that at this dealership. They are patient, fair, and trustworthy. I did have my iPad with me, and looked up info on my used car and new car before I went into negotiations. (Jimmy Vasser Toyota has a waiting-friendly area...with coffe, bottled water, snacks, TV, couches, magazines, tables, and a children's area)My salesman, Benie, was friendly, respectful, patient and I felt like my advocate to help me purchase my car with terms I could easily live with.I left the dealership with my used car serviced and ready to hand over to my kids, and my new car ready for me to enjoy my frequent out of town visits to my 18 mo old grandson. (They helped me get the two cars home!). The financial paperwork was a breeze. Mike had everything ready and it went smoothly. No hard sales, no surprises. Great people there, even in the Service Department. I give this Dealership 10 Stars!Thank you Jimmy Vasser Toyota, Napa Ca. One more thing,

If you have to go to this place for a new or used car, absolutely find Dick Brace. Dick is a nice guy who won't play games with you. However, if the manager steps in, be on guard, you will get a very different approach. Five minutes with this guy and I walked out. Oh, while I was there I went to the service desks, there are two, to make an appointment to service my other Toyota. Both service reps were on the phone and in the 15 minutes I stood there waiting neither even looked up to acknowledge my presence. Sigh...Paul
