Overall great place. Joe, Anthony, Rocky and Holly were all great. Everyone was very helpful. Plan to spend some time here, but I think you'll find it was worth it. Great selection also. I didn't buy the one I came in to see, but left with one I really liked.

They told us to come back on Monday because the credit union was closed for our credit application. So we left there Saturday afternoon about 3:30pm. We called Monday just like they told us. Only to inform us that the car we spent a hour filling out paperwork on on Saturday had been sold Saturday night. I will never shop here again.

This was literally the worst experience ive had on a car lot, very disappointing salesman kept pushing me to drive the truck to see what i think, it was a 2010 chevy silverado 2500, from pictures online these trucks look to be in great shape well taken care of, but when you ge to the actual lot the truck is junk beaten to heck this truck had so much rust, and had been crappy touched up (looked like it had been painted with spray can paint) i would be embarrassed to sell these trucks in this condition. I have never seen a used car lot this bad. To top everything off the salesman said these trucks came from texas, their is no salt on the roads in texas so that statement was irrelevant thanks jkb i wont be back.

Purchased a Chevrolet Suburban from this dealer. Couldn't have planned a better experience. Was treated awesome from start to finish. Phil was a super guy to work, never once got the typical sales guy pushy from him. Would totally recommend asking for him. The lady (Molly?) who handled the payments and paperwork took the time to explain everything and was very nice and polite. I think this place is family run, and it shows in the way handle things. Not my typical buying experience. Would recommend and will be back.

Salesman at JKB autosales has zero respect for the buyer and seems to forget it is not the buyers responsibility to answer the questions the dealer should. After several email exchanges, each more rude than the last, we stated that it didn't seem like he really wanted this truck sold. This is what we got back.I don't know what your issue is but if your having a bad day try someone who cares! And thanks I will have a wonderful day.So I'm asking a favor. Never shop at JKB, and never recommend. Horrible people.

I bought an suv from them had 104xxx miles on it. he told me something was messed up in the cluster so oil pressure guage didn't work. I should have heard something in motor with no oil pressure and the next week he would have me bring it in for his guy to fix it.... Well inbetween that time my motor blew up. 3500 for a new motor. He would not take care of it at all. I had to eat it. 30 days later my title still never came to get it licensed. had to chase him down and call and call in order to get my title. 6 months later i get a letter saying there is a lien on my title from a loan he got to pay for it. So i had to jump through hoops for it. Needless to say it was an aweful experience. I warned my neighbor who bought a power stroke from him and his motor blew and they didn't take care of him either....

I would not recommend anybody to this dealer ship they will tell you what you want to hear to buy your car and once you buy it there rude. It's been about a month I still ain't got the title and they put the wrong date on the temp tag and now it's out dated and they don't want to help on top of not wanting to fix things that was wrong with it when I got it.

Me and my wife went up to look for a SUV due to their big selection in our price range. which is 25,000 or less. They had what we was looking for but most of them was from Canada which allowed the prices to be better but there is a high amount of rust under the vehicles and under the doors because of the salt from the roads in Canada. The first one we looked at would not start, the second one had rust under the door the third one had a whole in the rear bumper and the check engine light was on and had several electronic issues that needed to be addressed. I did not buy from there due to this.

If you are looking for a used SUV, this is your place. We came in on a Suburban from 3hrs away, and little did we know they had 15 others to look at, as well as 15 other Yukon XL's we also peeked at. We have never seen a used car lot with this size of operation as JKB has. Will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle.

I came up to JKB to take a look at a vehicle i fell in love with online. Prior to making a 2 hour long drive we called to speak to someone regarding financing process as i did not have the greatest credit score. Spoke with Kevin who was very helpful over the phone, told us to come up, have a look and he could have us out of JKB by 5pm with our new vehicle. The associates here were very helpful, promptly greeted us, had the vehicle out waiting for us to view and test drive. Kevin was very helpful, made sure we tested every single thing out on the vehicle, and answered all questions. After the test drive was where the nerves kicked in as i was afraid of getting turned down on financing help. Ruth spoke with the bankers and got us into our new vehicle answering all our questions as this was the first vehicle purchase for us from a dealer. Very good experience and will highly recommend!!!

We came in looking for a minivan for more space for a growing family. We came in on a Saturday morning and were greeted right away by a salesman. We had less than ideal credit and they were willing to work with us, we filed out the paperwork first to see what they could do for us in our situation. They only showed us cars in our price range and didn't try to push us towards anything that we couldn't afford.They were able to pull off an AMAZING deal and even lowered the price of the car to help us out. We ended up with a BEAUTIFUL '10 Dodge Grand Caravan. We love our car and truly appreciate all the help that they were willing to give us and deal making they did to help us out. I found a Honda Pilot on their website, and the price was great. Spoke with Holly before making the drive from Wichita. Kevin walked around the vehicle with me on the phone and let me know everything about it. When issues arouse with my own bank, Holly came to the rescue and had financing lined up for me in less than an hour.....all in the same day and I was picking up the vehicle by 6:30pm. I knew it was meant to be when we asked to test the DVD player and the DVD that Kevin came outside with was to my favorite movie (completely by coincidence). Totally happy with everything, so happy to finally have my Honda Pilot! Thank you Kevin & Holly!

Things went great at first......smooth buying process.....then things quickly went bad quickly. 2 days after buying the truck I started having issues with it. I promptly called Ruth and explained what was going on, I was told she needed to speak to her manager and would call me back.......a day and a half later still no call. I called again, this time twice in one day......got told the person she needed to talk to had been out of the office and she would get back with me before the end of the day......no call returned. This went on for 2 weeks, I would call Ruth and get told a different "story" every time. I asked for the manager directly and even the owner both of which conveniently were never available. Then until finally she just started avoiding my calls altogether. Twice she even went as far to just simply hang up as soon as I said my name. I never did get my issues resolved.........

Its hard to give a dealership more than a star when after they get their money from the bank, you mean nothing to them. I know it takes awhile to get a title (2 to 3 weeks) from what they told me. But when its been a month and still no sign of a title.... you start to wonder. Called them literally 4 times every other day to get answers on where my title was or if its even been sent out (or does it even exist?). I was told 3 times I would receive a call from the person who handles the titles, which is "the building directly next to them" and even the owner/manager? swore up and down that I would get a call back that day. Still no call. Gave them exactly 6 days after the 3rd call. Still no call. Called back 3 days before my temp tag expires and finally got to talk to the person who handles the title (which she was very helpful). Needless to say, I got an answer with a tracking number and found out that the 3 times I called and them telling me on the 2nd call that I still had time and it should show up anytime now cause it was already "sent out awhile ago", wasn't even sent out till 3 days after my 3rd call (a week before my tags expire). My first payment is due before I even get a title and its not even registered yet! Its not like I can tell them I wont pay for the vehicle without the title, that the dealership has, because they already got their money. So all that will do is go against my credit if I don't pay. Very unhappy that I now have 3 days till my temp tag expires with no title and hoping the tracking information is wrong and my title is not lost in mail land, for the tracking information says it was supposed to be delivered yesterday..... FRUSTRATING

I found the vehicle online. I called in and spoke to Holly. I originally made an offer on it but did not come to terms that day. After doing my research I did discover their price was actually pretty well in line. I made another offer to Holly who to might slight shock actually let me speak to the owner. Came to terms and I drove down that day to make the purchase. As promised by Holly the Cadillac was up front and waiting for me. Michael assisted me with the test drive, super young man. Both Holly and Michael were very respectful and honest, made me feel very comfortable making a purchase from them. Great group of people. Made the wife happy so all in all this was good day and my wife loves the Cadillac!

I inquired with JKB online prior to coming in. My credit situation is in a rough period right now. I was called back by Holly and she was able to get me approved for a vehicle. I am not a big review person but I explained my situation that I was in deperate need of transportation to Holly. She really went to work for me and got me into a vehicle. I had been several other places and been turned down. I felt like she actually listened to me and did not judge my rough credit situation. I found an Enclave online. The price was great so this attracted my business. I filled out a credit application and was nervous that I would not pass the approval process due to being in the process of going through a divorce. Holly promptly called me with the good news that I was approved. When I arrived the vehicle was up front and waiting for me. I worked with Kevin. I found an F350 on their website. I worked with Holly and Vince prior to coming in fro almost 2 weeks. I was not able to make my schedule work to make it in during their normal business hours and they stayed an 1 and a half past closing time to help me out. Went for a Honda Odessy which was not a very good vehicle. Salesman showed us a GMC Acadia which we drove and liked. Asked if it was AWD and he said he didn't know but didn't put any effort into finding out. Vehicle was just turned in by an employee and apparently wasn't ready to sell. Took almost the whole 30 days to get title which made it hard for me to get it licensed on time. Didn't have the second set of keys on premises so they promised to send them and didn't. I emailed them about it and got a really rude email back saying they knew nothing about it. Probably won't get them. Won't go back and won't recommend that anyone else does either. Holly was nice though.

My son and I came in last week to purchase an SUV. This was his first vehicle purchase. Holly went out of her way to make sure he got a good interest rate, which even required her driving to Overland Park to meet him for paperwork at one point. Not a big review writer but have to admit when I drove 3 hours to look at a few trucks I am rather irritated that I never was able to get any help. My wife and I came into the dealership this last weekend and purchased an SUV. We are extremely happy with our buying experience. The dealership was extremely busy, but we were assisted by Holly and Sasha. Despite being VERY busy and helping numerous customers at the same time Holly managed to help us at every turn and make herself available to us throughout our entire time there. We never felt rushed even though they were busy. We had come to them after being unhappy at another dealer. They were able to get us into a vehicle with a payment we feel comfortable with. Had promised to leave this a while ago and forgot. Wanted to make sure I followed through simply because my experience was a good one, which is unusual with car buying. First off the selection is HUGE! I worked with Darin and Holly. Darin was not pushy, he let us look and talk with out hovering. I hate admitting this publically but our credit was not the best. Prior to coming in Holly worked with me for awhile getting everything in place. It took a little extra time, but we appreciated it greatly. We left In a vehicle we are proud to own. Been several places before calling them and had not been given many options that we were happy with. Wish I had called them first. We will be back in a few months when its time to replace my wife's vehicle.

Came in looking for a Tahoe. We drove a escalade with the 6.2 L motor and fell in love. Ended up with a Denali XL. Mileage was low for year and price was fair market. I really REALLY appreciated that Kevin(Sales Person) was knowledgeable and a bit of a car nut like me. He was honest, and truly showed us the issues with some of the cars, and literally steered us away from a few, knowing I wanted a clean, and nice ride. He was by far more knowledgeable than the other sales staff we dealt with. Time will tell if the investment was a good decision. So far I would rate kevin a 5 star guy... A pleasure to Deal with.

I should have known something wasn't right when I walked into the dealership and the salesman made my family wait while he chatted on the phone with a friend. A supervisor came by and told him to get off the phone and talk to us, but he continued to kick back in his chair, talk on his phone, and pretend he didn't see us. This dealership tried to sell me a junk vehicle. I noticed something was wrong as soon as the vehicle started vibrating entering the highway. When I returned to the dealership, the salesperson said he would have the tires balanced and call me the following morning to work out a deal since I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle if, and only if, they fixed the vibration. I never got a call. I thought perhaps he lost my number, so I left a message several days later. After that message didn't get returned, I realized they are trying to sell the car without having to fix the problem, which in retrospect must be something much more expensive then an out-of-balance tire or they would have sold it to me the next day. I guess their strategy is to pretend I never test drove the car and noticed it is in need of repair in hopes that some other poor fool will buy it without a thorough test drive.

Mario was super helpful and made the whole process worth the while . There were a few things on the car that I wasn't told about , check engine light was on , nothing major they checked it out for me right away and showed me the code. Minor body work on driver side , was able to fix it . But other than that was as good as they said . Over all it's just like any other used car buying experience , you still have to know what to look for . So yes I'd recommend buying from here, they'll treat you right . I did have a little wait on the title, I don't know what the deal was , but I didn't get it till the day my temporary tags expired. Just be smart and you could end up with a good deal .

I had inquired about a car online and was asking a few questions about it. First off I work in the automotive industry and expect more than what I got. It took them 2 days to get back with me about a car. I had asked what kind of recon they go through when they get a car in and here is what I got "If it ain't broke don't fix it. Detail it and have it looked over by the shop we use and get inspection Sent from Iphone" This kind of response is just plain lazy. Later I asked on my day off when I had time to go and see the car if it was still there and never got a response back. Never got a call to speak with me to sell me a car. This would have been an easy sell for them if the car was nice. Guessing they change the oil vacuumed it out and run it though a car wash and try and sell it. Feel free to respond and let me know where you dropped the ball. I still see that the car is listed and for sale. Don't worry I purchased a Sienna that was twice as nice. We went into Jkb over the weekend to look at the selection of heavy duty trucks they had. Rodney let us look in peace after introducing himself. We took our time and drove a couple of trucks. I would look elsewhere, but if you do buy from them, BUYER BEWARE! I asked if everything worked on the vehicle I was looking at and they said yes, only to find out afterwards that the climate controlled seats did not work and there was only one key, which ended up costing me $900 at the dealer. After it took them 3 weeks to send me the title, I went to have it inspected at the KHP and there was a problem with an Affidavit of Correction attached to the title. Meanwhile, my 30 day tag expired and I could not legally drive the vehicle until they finally faxed a corrected form to the KHP. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

All in all not a horrible experience, but not a great one. I was going to rate them only one star, but that lady that did our paperwork was nice and was very good about explaining if we had questions about the paperwork. First off, there is no place to park, if you want to test drive something, they have to move three, maybe four vehicles and maybe even yours to get out the one that you're looking at. The vehicle that we went to look at was pretty clean, but definitely not detailed or anything. However, there were a few problems with the vehicle that they said they would fix. Only two of the three things actually got fixed, one of the two fixed, was not fixed the way they said it would be and the third had to be fixed the next day after we got it home, even though they said they had checked it thoroughly. I didn't leave this dealership feeling like this was some place I wanted to go back to, or recommend to my friends and family. It was all hunky dory, until it was time for you to do paperwork and then they just wanted you gone after you had signed that you would give them their money. Also, they don't keep the titles on site (which I understand) however, you have to wait three weeks, and if you email the lady that sends out the titles (Connie), you get a wordy response about how she sends so many titles out a week/month and it might go out today or tomorrow, and if she does say that she will "try" to get yours out today, there is also a little message about she is putting yours in front of someone else's and it still might go out today or tomorrow. She also says that the finance/sales people have nothing to do with the titles so basically it doesn't matter what they say in regards to how long it will take. Like I said, it was all super friendly when you're deciding to buy, they as soon as you sit down to do the paperwork, you sign it and you're out the door and they never talk to you again. Oh yeah, and there is only one key, but you can get them made for like 80 bucks somewhere. Would NOT recommend.

I was really excited about the vehicle I was getting, asked lots of questions only to get lied to. Upon having my vehicle's oil changed was told it has multiple issues and would not pass inspection. Then told that I should have had an inspection given to me when I was issued the 30 day tag. They took the vehicle back for repairs for 2 WEEKS and still didn't fix what needed to be done. Now I have to deal with fixing the issues myself after paying for a vehicle. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought the first vechicle for cash. Easy deal. They were busy, but took care of me in the meantime. I was impressed with the varity of their inventory for a smaller dealer. Seems someone knows what to buy. Having more staff would, of course, increase overhead which would increae prices. The second purchase, I traded the first vehicle for the exact same year, make, model and color for one with many less miles and less wear and tear. Again for cash and easy deal. They recognized how well cared for my trade was and treated me fairly. I have had only minor issues with my vehicles, none their responsibility. I would not hesitate to consider them for another purchase. The only complaint I have is that when I picked up the first vehicle, it was not washed. The second was fine.

The Good: Recently bought a vehicle from them. Initial contact was good, non pushy salesmen. The day we went to look, they were very busy and I had to track someone down just to test drive. We ended up working out a great deal and traded in our current vehicle for a new one and all was good. The Bad: A couple weeks had gone by and I had called my old loan provider to obtain a lien release and had realized it hadn't been paid off. I called and was told it would be paid off by the end of the week. After that week was over I called again and still showed a balance. This went on daily for 2 more weeks before finally getting it paid off. Overall: I believe these guys are honest and not out to rip you off. Unfortunately in my case there was some issues (possible lack of organization.) that caused my issue. I would refer someone buying a vehicle outright. But working with a trade in, I would caution you to keep up on the progress of the payoff.

Just got a burb from these guys in Harrisonville MO. They cleaned it up nice and put new tires on it. They were not pushy at all. Joe and Andrew treated me well. They did everything that they said they would do. I drove 2.5 hours, and would do it again if I was in the market.

Drove 220 miles to look at a vehicle, talked to the salesman twice while in route, arrived 15 min before i told him i would be there and he was writing the deal up with the same vehicle with another customer. salesman had my phone number and didn't bother calling.

Awesome group of guys to work with. Laid back and very comfortable environment to purchase a pre owned vehicle. The truck I got from them a few weeks back has been great. Every Vehicle at this Dealership is really nice. Prices are well below any other Dealerships around! Sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory. The financing they have is far better than most banks. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.
