I flew in from out of town and needed a lot of confidence from the Dealer that this car was everything I hoped it would be. Angel was very responsive and even agreed to pick me up from the airport. I bought the car after test driving and inspecting it. There were a few small items that were overlooked but I bought it and it's been a great car so far. One thing to mention is that a lot of times the cars' amenities are listed and may not always be accurate because certain models have certain features, as was the case on this one. It listed it as having a sunroof but because this model had a drop-down dvd player, it didn't have the sunroof. It could have made a difference in the purchase but I am still very happy with the car overall.

Angel was a pleasure to work with. He didn't haggle or try and blow a bunch of smoke. I knew what I wanted when I went in, he asked what I had in mind for price, trade-in etc. I told him, and I also told him I didn't want to spend a lot of time going back and forth. I took a test drive, 15 minutes later we were signing papers and I was EXTREMELY happy. I had a very pleasant experience, my best in over 30 years of buying vehicles. Especially considering I drove over 70 miles to look at the truck.

Best car buying experience! I came to see (and buy) one of their F350 trucks and was impressed by the family sized super clean dealership; Very friendly and professional staff. Angel was super helpful, straightforward, to the point, a delight to talk to and easy to negotiate with. My truck had a check light come on 20 min after leaving the dealership and they had me come back right away, took it back to the shop and took care of all the issues including changing parts that were involved. After 48 hrs., a thorough checkup, and regular updates by Angel, I picked up the truck and it's running great. Their prices are very competitive and I got a great deal on this vehicle. I can highly recommend this dealer. They are truly bending over backwards to make it a great experience for their customers.

Amazing... I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from JM Auto Sales, The sales person JC was really cool , And went out of his way to help me get the best deal, after the deal was made the finance manager, his name is Angel, he called around for the best loan and interest-rate I could get, very happy with my experience I would definitely go back again.
