This was my first time purchasing from a dealership and I recommend not going here, especially if you are an out of state purchaser. I purchased the car on 12/9/20 (at a listed agreed upon price for all taxes and fees). When I went to register the vehicle 19 days later on 12/28/20, the tax collector informed me that they had not received the needed paperwork for registering the vehicle in the state of Florida. After getting ahold of the dealership they told me it had not been sent and that they had under charged me for taxes and fees due to a software error. Because of this I was not able to incorporate the additional cost into financing and was forced to pay out of pocket.

I had a great experience with the service department. A salesman sold the truck I was looking at after I told him I was interested in making a deal. I told him to look at my truck that is in the service dept. and see what I can get for a trade. If the numbers are right I will buy the new truck. When I got back to pick up my truck he said someone came in after me and bought the new truck. I went to Conroe and bought a new truck. I will have it serviced at JM but will not buy from them.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDERED A PART FOR MY CAR. I RECEIVED A CALL TO NOTIFY ME MY PART WAS IN ABOUT 5 BUISNESS DAYS. THAT WAS GREAT!
