Josh is a very great worker, I came to Joe Cooper with very little expectations I thought that my experience would've been just like any other dealership. Josh was the first to approach my Husband and I with a very warm and friendly personaliy. We had originally came to Joe cooper for my husband to find a vehicle that he liked but Josh exceeded our expectations and got us both into two great vehicles. I was being kind of pickey at first but he worked with us in a great manner every step of the way. It amazes me that he is so new to the company because he did an amazing job and treated us very kindly. Thanks again for your help Josh, I will definetly recommend any one that I know who us looking for a vehicle to you.

We had already researched the vehicle we purchased but needed to test drive it. We were welcomed by a sales associate, Josh. He asked our interest and we stated an SUV. He asked us to ride in his golf cart to the area with the Explorers. We started looking and pointed out the one we saw online. He went to get the keys, pulled it out of the parking spot, opened all the doors, allowed us time to walk around, and answered our questions. We test drove it and he stated we could drive it anywhere we chose. Some dealerships tell you turn here or go there. He just sat back and talked with us. Back at the dealership, we stated we liked the vehicle and would like to see the cost and best financing available. He completed some paperwork on us and went to the finance dept. After a while, they were able to offer a rate lower than my bank and a payment that we liked. We signed the purchase papers. Josh filled the tank, had the vehicle detailed, reviewed the vehicle manuals, thanked us, and we left.

On Monday I was given a quote of $572.19 to replace brake lines due to a restriction in one line. This quote held until Thursday when I was to pick it up but the technician realized an additional problem with the brakes and now it would cost $749 to complete the job. When given this information by phone I was dismayed but your representative seemed to find it amusing. I'm 75 and live on a fixed income, so this increase was a huge deal to me. I had taken the car to Sears first and they diagnosed the problem to be that I needed a new master cylinder which they replaced but that didn't fix the problem, so I was charged NOTHING instead of the quote of over $500 and they left the new cylinder in the car and told me to take it to the dealership. I truly believe that your service department should have stuck to the original quote given me on Monday. If the technician missed identifying part of the problem on Monday that should not have increased my cost. I bought the car at your dealership. I was reminded several times that the car is 10 years old. I'm not driving a ten year old car because I'm cheap, I'm driving it because it is what I can afford.

They always do this in a timely fashion. This time I had called ahead and asked about the $10 rebate. I was told definitively, that yes there was a rebate. After the oil change I was told that no, they were not giving rebates in September. The work is still good, but I do not like being told one thing before and another after.

I will start off by saying I wasn't really there to BUY. We were killing time and just looking. Bradley was very polite and helpful in answering questions. He was able to communicate in in simple terms on how the hybrids work. Never made any statement or promise and there was absolutely no pressure. Mike was very polite and helpful in the finance office. If there is one thing with mike is he needs to slow down talking. Austin was very polite and easy to work with. My biggest complaint would be once we made the deal over the phone and I drove an hour to the dealership. Bradley had his part done but it still took almost 3 hours to complete the deal. That is not good when someone has an hour drive home and it is 9 o'clock pm. All in all it was a good day.

I went into Joe Cooper having already received information from another dealer that I wasn't going to get what I wanted. Almost to the point of having felt like I was being herded through the used lot and had been approved for a vehicle I hadn't even seen, let alone test drive yet. I decided instead of just going home I might as well take a look at Joe Cooper. Without expecting too much, I was met by Tom and Josh who simply listened to what I said I wanted, and not once did they try to up sell me on something I didn't want or need. These guys walked me through through every question I had and explained everything thoroughly with complete acknowledgement and understanding. There were no under the table tricks, or gimmicks. Those two did what they had to do to get me the truck I wanted! You guys rock and I appreciate it!!

We brought a truck in for service and when we received the same truck they said the a/c magically went out. 4K later we had a/c and never returned for service. They are all unethical! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will take our vehicles to Hurley from now on

We shopped for a truck here and we're given a price in writing. We left and came back a few hours later and told them we would like to buy it for the price promised on paper. After going through all of the financing, they told us they had given us the wrong price. They said they hit a wrong button on the computer and had accidentally given us the price of a different vehicle... the paper we were given had the price quote with the specific stock number, model and year of the vehicle we wanted to buy. We spoke with the sales manager who blamed us for his mistake. He never took responsibility for HIS MISTAKE and blamed us for wanting to buy the truck at the price WE WERE QUOTED ON PAPER. He was very agitated and rude. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR DEALS. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even before the deal they were "in the hole" on every vehicle we looked at. I wonder how they even stay in business if they sale every car at a loss...

I am not one to leave a review but in this instance, I found it necessary. Though the hassle of buying a car plagues some, this is not the case at this fine facility! Tim DeMyer; a salesman for any newcomer or person seeking to find the love of their life on four wheels, I recommend to the utmost! My experience was splendid to say the very least. When I got to the dealership I was greeted professionally and as a valued customer. Tim kept me comfortable in the lobby and brought the car around for me to divulge my interests. It was perfect! We went for a test drive after Tim gave the car a once over showing me all of the amenities and I was sold. We went over the details, I was able to get a low payment without a shred of credit and I couldn't be happier!

Save your precious time THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP to deal with. I was very direct with these people on what i wanted. I didn't qualify for what i wanted so i told them I didn't want any other car, then they talked me into getting another car and told me how I definitely qualified for the car only for them to call me (because after giving them $7000 down for the car they let me drive it off the lot) 3 days later after i had spend money on insuring the car. Only to tell me I didn't qualify!!!Completely unprofessional specially after telling them from start what i had to bring to the table. I was also promised a check for my taggs which surprisingly was a lie as well

Twice I've gone to Joe Cooper Ford and twice it's been an experience that I'd rather exchange for colorectal surgery with a dull knife and no anesthetic. The first time was my own blonde moment when I went to their Midwest City lot looking for trucks to buy for my company. Our company always brings in its own financing or pays cash for our vehicles because we don't care to be a part of their "retail rodeo" in the lobby. When I asked to see a particular truck, there was always a reason the salesman couldn't allow me to see that particular truck because he wanted to show me something I didn't want. After the fourth time, the salesman finally told me "We really don't have anything to show you. Maybe you'd be happier shopping for your trucks somewhere else." Fair enough. If my money is no good there, there are always plenty of other places to go. Seven GM trucks later (and always a very good experience buying), my business partner told me he wanted a new truck. He found the truck on the Joe Cooper Tulsa lot. We called the salesman who faxed us a sales agreement that we signed and returned. We then took a half a day off work to go to the Tulsa lot to buy the truck, bank draft in hand as usual, and looked forward to him getting the truck he wanted. I should have known better. I really should, but it wasn't my truck and everything else had been smooth so I had hope despite that gnawing deep in the pit of my stomach that warned me not to ever go back to Joe Cooper anywhere.Long story short, we arrived in Tulsa and called our salesman. Ht told us that the truck was washed and waiting for us in front of the sales office. We told him that we would stop for lunch then be in to finalize the deal. When we arrived, the truck was in the front door as we'd been promised. We looked it over with the salesman then went inside where he immediately told us that in order for us to purchase a truck, we had to fill out a credit app. We declined. He told us we HAD TO or he couldn't sell us the truck. When asked why, he replied that it was because of 9/11 and the dealership needed to run a background check on us to make sure we weren't xxxxxxxxxx. After that round, their fleet manager came out to the table where we sat and that's where the real fun began. "That truck's been sold." "OK, why do we have a sales agreement on it and why was it listed on the Internet?" "It shouldn't have been because it was sold before it arrived." "OK. Do you have anything else we can look at?" "We don't have anything here for you. You really do need to leave." We drove back to Oklahoma City, went out the very next day and found another truck that fit what my business partner wanted at another dealership, didn't have to fill out any kind of credit application for any kind of terrorist background check, and had the truck bought in fifteen minutes. All we had to do was wait for them to wash it and then drive it off the lot. When pressed as to why our presence on their lot was so offensive, Joe Cooper had another of his managers call us from Tulsa, tell us that they still have the truck for sale, and offering the truck that "has already been sold" for the same price to which we originally agreed. Now, I may not appear very smart and never claimed I could build a sand castle let alone write the entire history of the world in fifteen minutes, but that statement right there told me that we were lied to from beginning to end. Unfortunately, by this time, the taste left in my mouth was so bad from the lies and bullying we received on the lot, I couldn't even accept the truck if they gave it to us for free. I'd be so thoroughly mad every time I walked out of the office and saw the truck sitting there, I'd want to set it on fire and push it off of a cliff.Who loves ya Oklahoma? I'm glad he loves you because he sure as xxxx can't stand the sight of us and never even had the common courtesy to tell us why.

I ordered a new Mustang GT from the factory with Rickey Wilson, my sales guy. He explained that it takes up to 12 weeks to build and arrive. I was getting impatient and excited around 8 weeks and went to the store to see Rickey and it was his day off. His manager Bruce came out and sat with me for maybe 20 minutes and explained in detail the process and assured me he felt it would be there in a week or so. I left feeling like family here. Then the bombshell! In two days time Rickey called to say it was here. I came within the hour and it was cleaned, full of gas and ready to drive off just like they all promised! I am way happy with this business. Don't waste time elsewhere.

I was needing to buy a car fairly quickly. Went online completed the finance app...within a hour a salesman called me back to discuss what kind of car I was looking for. After we narrowed it down and I decided on my car he submitted approval and I knew within 30 minutes I was approved. The entire process was extremely easy with them right down to the financing. I have taken my truck as well as my daughters truck for service for many years to joe cooper ford , today I stop in for an oil change and tire rotation after getting off from work early , I drive in to the service advisor area, I walk in this is between 2:00 and 2:30 on October 3rd 2014,to the guest area Three service advisors each on a computer three look up at me no be with you ,can we help you nothing ,they look back to there screens, I wait for about 4to5 minutes , I go to my truck wait for a few minutes then I leave , there was only one other customer in the area at this time ,I go to another shop in and out in about 40 minutes ,no worries I will not be going back to joe cooper ford Tulsa for service on my or any other vehicle we have, very disappointed you can remove my address from your mailing list .

I picked up my car from Joe Cooper Ford on last week. A couple of days later my car was making the same noise that I thought caused my car to put me down in the middle of the road. Monday, August 4, I called and left a message for Daniel the advisor to call me back. This was early Monday morning. I made several calls before noon and each time it took me directly to his voice mail. By noon I called the main number and asked to speak to the Manager of the service department and she referred me to someone who only change oil. Today is Wednesday and August 6 and still no one has called me back. This company took my money and has neglected to render customer service. Nearly every time I start my car you hear this awful noise and I know the technician heard it to but never addressed IT AT ALL. I AM UPSET and I would like to know when I pay a company good money at least return my call and TRY to work out the issue at hand. What ever happened to customer service?

They are crooks, who practice shady dealings.. We purchased a used car. We had the car for 3 months before they told us that they couldn't find a lender and needed to bring the car back! The car was an as is car with no warranty however within the first 30 days the car had major malfunctions which I was told would be fixed, that they chose to never get around to fixing! There were always channels that needed to get worked thru.. The finance department team members were extremely cold, and had little personable skills. I will say the worst experience of my life!

We bought a 2009 Nissan Maxima from here about a month and a half ago. The car is fine with the exception of a couple things. It didn't come with the Nissan Maxima floor mats. No floor mats as a matter of fact. So they gave us some from another car that didn't fit and said we could work on that later. Fine... Then a few weeks later my wife went back in. They said 145 bucks for the mats. What? That's more expensive than new at a dealership. Ok... So forget the floor mats. Next problem the tires on the car were bad. Really bad and it has an alignment issue. One of the tires became flat and all we wanted from them was perhaps they fix the tire or buy us one. After all, the car was 18,000 dollars. Nope. Just said the sale was as-is and told us we were completely on our own.I understand the deal with AS-IS but I also understand that for about 100 bucks on the floor mats and fixing a tire they have now lost a customer for life. I hope it was worth it. I'm a professional and talk to many people in the course of a day. Any chance I get I will steer people from Joe Cooper. They really disappointed us after the sale.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN OR LET ANYONE IN MY FAMILY DO BUSINESS THERE EITHER. AFTER SPENDING $20,000.00 ON A USED 2012 VEHICLE THERE THE HEATER WENT OUT THE NEXT DAY. I REALIZE I BOUGHT THE CAR "AS-IS" (I WAS NEVER OFFERED A WARRANTY PACKAGE), BUT WHEN I CALLED MY SALESMAN "RICO" HE TOLD ME TO COME IN AND HE COULD GET IT TAKEN CARE OF. BEING 8 MONTHS PREGNANT, I DROVE AN HOUR, WAITED IN THE LOBBY FOR TWO HOURS, ONLY TO BE TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME. A FOUR HOUR TRIP THAT COULD HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED BY HIM PULLING MY FILE AND LETTING ME KNOW THEIR POLICY ON THESE "AS-IS" TRANSACTIONS. SEEMS LIKE SINCE IT WAS THE DAY AFTER, THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST GIVEN ME A FREE DIAGNOSIS ON THE PROBLEM. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY!!

I walked in on Friday evening at 5:30pm and at 7:30pm was walking out with keys in hand. My credit is not that great. I have been ill and battling illness and paying high medical bills I was forced to file bankruptcy. My credit was shot. I also lost my mother and incurred many expenses while caring for her while she was in my home and following her death. This place is great. I suggest you talk with Jeff. He made me feel like I was the most important person in the world and he genuinely cared about my situation as well as Mike in finance. Jeff has called several times to make sure all is ok with the car and that I am happy with my purchase. Wonderful place...will NEVER go back to the Chevy dealership up the road. Jeff not only has my business from now on but my family, friends and coworkers as well.

Took my car for diagnostic which they charge 89 bucks for. They said this fee would cover inspection and finding out what the problem was. Following day they say they have figured out that the problem is one of several suspects and to further diagnose the problem to tell me what is wrong will be 330 more dollars. I don't see how they can defend this, so the problem is harder to find then normal your going to break your word and charge more to find out? Not to this guy Joe cooper. I paid there 89 bucks and told them to give me my car back, so now this chick christen wants to catch an attitude and become a bit rude. So I wait till they bring my car back and when it finaly is brought around theres used papermats and plastic strewn about. Very unprofessional, but I just take it and leave. The problem I was having was intermittent and only happened once or twice a week. Now the car is going haywire and the problem is constant, I barely make it home. On the way home I notice wires hanging unconnected from the dash, And the cover to the plug in for the diagnostic completely missing. I call back up there and talk to the service shop foreman, I describe my issues and he tells me they could not have possibly done anything to make matters worse with my car. Yea its impossible for Joe cooper ford service department mechanics to make mistakes, there perfect, hahahaha .....So then tell me this joe cooper, so they don't know for sure whats wrong with my car but they knew it was going to cost me 330 more dollars in diagnostic fees and then between 1400 and 4200 to fix the problem which they did not even know what was yet....I would never take anything back to them or buy anything from them, I feel there service department is very dishonest. I took the vehicle and traded it in and bought a chevy.

We bought a used suv from Joe Cooper in early January. A few days later it rained and I turned on the windshield wipers. The passenger side was good but the drivers side didn't have any rubber on it. Then about three weeks after I bought it, I got stopped by a police officer for no brake lights. My husband had to buy the bulbs and replace them, but he noticed a grey line on the cover. They had known about the brake light apparently and didn't fix them. I had to pay for these repairs, totaling about $60, that the dealership had known about and not fixed. Part of the jack was missing also. I would not have gone to this dealership if I had known the quality of the used inventory.

Bought a 2010 Fusion from a local dealer, it had a recall on wheel lug nuts, took it to Joe Cooper, Tulsa. They did the work, and checked the car out, gave me a report on brakes tires battery and other points, and did the recall, price = 0 expected it for the recall but they did the check out too.Very Pleased, and Brooklynn was EXCELLENT A++ for service!!

Joe Cooper is family owned and has had some of the same managers and salespeople for many years. This is usually a good sign in business. They must be taking care of these employees because the employees always provide great service in the new/used car sales and service. Many other Tulsa dealers play the sales games but I have never had that issue here and have purchased several cars from them in the last 4 years.

Upon making a deal to buy my wife a new Expedition at Joe Cooper Ford we became aware that they could not get her truck ready by the end of that day and we were leaving early the next morning for a 12 day trip to Tennessee. Joe Cooper's sales group offered us a brand new Expedition in the same color for us to use on our trip with the promise to have her truck ready upon our return to Tulsa. They gave us a full tank of gas and sent us off to Tennessee. Once we returned, we picked up her new vehicle just as they promised. We could not have been treated more fairly or better than what Joe Cooper's folks treated us. Thanks for a great purchasing experience. I'll always remember the way you took care of us and will recommend Joe Cooper to anyone asking me about our purchase. Great job

This was the worst car buying experience. I went in to Joe Cooper of Tulsa 1/14/12 due to a commercial I seen on TV. There they advertised that all you needed was 2yrs at job and home. When I filled out the online app, I got a call less than 15mins later saying, your approve come see us. I got there and they automatically had me test drive a car without even asking me what I was looking for, Then we get back to the lot and Shawn says lets run your credit, I don't have the best of credit and I knew at this point it would not work. He comes back and says I got you approve for a car at $12000 with only $1000 down. I was super excited and came back in a wk with the $1000 down, then I found that there was a catch....the car had to have less than 50000 miles, that to was okay. I found the car that would meet the "lenders" standards and drove off 4 1/2 hrs later with a car. 3 1/2 wks later not a word from them about a title or 1st payment and I call to find out that there is no lender and they want $1500 more down to get one or bring back the car. I agreed to bring it back and they would have my down payment on Tuesday. Tuesday turned into Wednesday and then I go to speak with them in person and was greeted my some man, that did not even have the courtesy to introduce himself but did down talk me in such a manor that I was fed up at this point. I was so angry, here I was calling, sending emails, trying to keep the lines of communication open as they should be when it comes to business but this gentleman has now made this personal. A guy calling him self the boss says bring me $500 more and keep the car, but I was done. I got my down payment back Thursday evening and after the turn of events that was most smoothest process of them all. This dealership is very unprofessional and lacks greatly in customer service.

I purchased a new Ford Truck with Joe Cooper Ford the day after Thanksgiving 2011. I negotiated a trade price, rebates, and interest rate before I took delivery of the truck. I had the truck for almost 30 days when my trade Lien Holder called to say it had not been paid in full. I called several times to the F&I who finally called and said one of the rebates he had given me did not apply. I went and talked to the General Manager about this who said I was going to have to pay $1500 more for the same truck I had for 30 days. I had already purchased accessories for it and had to strip it all off and take it back. I took the finance sheet to Bill Knight, they gave me all the rebates and all the terms on the sheet and gave me a more expensive truck. Beware, I have heard of several others who have had similar instances with this dealership of calling later and trying to get more money or a higher rate. I feel because I did not buy the extended warranty and Gap Insurance I was almost cheated. They tried to cheat me for $1500 I discovered after Bill Knight said the rebates are all still in tact. Beware...

Kevin was not your typical "used car salesman"... He was very polite, respectful, worked well with my wife. We bought an Expedition which was much larger than her previous SUV, he encouraged her to park it, turn it, etc... I was very satisfied with his sales approach as well as the sales managers. After visiting a couple of other Ford Dealers in town looking at F150s, I had made up my mind that all car salesmen were crooks. Jim Rowin is not that guy. He gave me some time to look around without being hassled, answered all my questions, and treated me like I was a member of his family. He even paired my phone to the SYNC in my truck! I was quoted a lower price for a truck at another dealer, but because of Jim I paid a little more for alot better service. I recommend everyone to visit with Jim Rowin if they are looking for a new Ford.
