I was pleased with everyone I met there except for the financial experience. The man would not give me temporary registration nor do bill of sale exactly as worded on my present title which had my son listed as an or - I did not finance such vehicle, I paid cash - now I have to include it in other things I've having my attorney do for me at a price

I had purchased a vehicle on a prior occasion at Joe Holland so I felt very comfortable in returning there to purchase again. The staff there are very knowledgeable and courteous and make you feel like someone important. My husband passed away in June but left my car buying needs in the good hands of Sammi King. we purchased our first Santa Fe from her and we were pleased with her and with the car. WIth him gone he felt I needed a car with AWD and Bluetooth and Sammi took good care of me. At 70 I doubt I will buy another car so glad to have my new Santa Fe.

Every time the experience has been great with sales people who are easy to work with, finance people that get you the best deals and the service department is second to none. The sales staff and personnel are extremely knowledgeable and friendly when working with them on a sale. They were willing to take the time to show the cars, answer questions, provide explanation of the process and worked to get me the best rate of interest on the loan. All this while it was close to closing time and you would have never known they had put in a full day and were ready to go home.

This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased at Joe Holland. I also have all of my service work done there. The sales person has always been friendly and helpful. I try to go into the trade-in and purchase of a new car knowing my realistic trade in value and loan interest rate. I have never been disappointed with the trade in offered, or the interest rate that was arranged. One really great service they have is the separate oil change facility. This is so much more convenient than having to make an appointment and go the regular service facility. At both the oil change and regular service department, I believe they have always been honest with me. I also appreciate that they have never tried to sell me anything. They will make suggestions, but never a hard sell. As I tell people, when I dropped the car off for a state inspection I felt comfortable in telling them that if it needs brakes go ahead a do them. When I picked up the car, I was told that the brakes were ok, and did not need replaced. Having the service work done there also helps on trade in, as they have a full record of all maintenance to show the next buyer.

We had received a letter from Joe Holland wanting to buy our 2009 Hyundai. On April 27, 2016 we had an appointment to have an oil change & tires rotated & balanced on the 2009 Hyundai, no thought of trading cars. Mr. Shah met with us while waiting on our car to be serviced. He wanted to show us how many changes had been made to the 2016 Sonata verses the 2009. He took us for a trial ride. My husband liked some of the new features and also how it handled. The rest is history! Still wished we hadn't spent almost $200 on the 2009.

Sammi King was awesome as a sales rep and really helped throughout my whole experience. She was walking with Joe Holland at the time I stepped on the lot, but still took time to let me know that someone would be with me. I had to leave the lot due to limited time on my lunch break. However, when I returned to go over vehicles, it was 10 minutes till the dealership was closing and she stayed over to understand my need, discuss my options, and go over the process with me. I came back the next day and worked with her specifically. We found a car that I absolutely love and I'm now happy with. She's followed up with me and helped with any questions that I brought to her attention. In my opinion, she made my first new car purchase smooth and enjoyable. The longest part of the process was the financing, but it was understandable given the number of customers in front of me. The only improvement I have to offer is more discussion regarding vehicle payment. I haven't been in touch with Wells and am still unsure on how I'll be making payments. I would love to get that setup sooner than later to get ahead of my payment schedule versus falling behind. The dealership was amazing though.

Worked with Lance over a several week period to find just the right vehicle that met my needs. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the experience. We worked out financial numbers to my satisfaction. On follow up visit Lance coordinated with Sammie King to work with me while he was scheduled off. As always, Sammie was extremely helpful and professional. This is the fourth Sonata I have purchased from Joe Holland. These Sonata purchases, as well as several other vehicle purchases from Joe Holland have all been great experiences. Traveling home to Ohio, battery discharge light came on. Found Joe Holland Hyundai. Although we arrived just at lunch break, Ed had a someone look at my problem right away. They could not identify the problem so they called Hyundai USA Service. Took over two hours for Hyundai USA to call back! The car was completely checked and were on our way. Great Customer Service for someone from out of town. KUDOOS!

I delayed purchasing a vehicle because I hated the thought of the entire experience. The salesman at Joe Holland, Derrick Berry, made the experience painless. He was professional: listening, answering questions (more than once with patience and no attitude), not pushy and overall, just an excellent young man. I believe many sales people could learn from this salesman. I am pleased with my car and found the entire experience much less of an ordeal than I thought it would be. Erick worked hard to make sure I was getting a great car for the money and made sure it was within my budget. I felt like he personally cared about my needs as well as my wants in a in a vehicle; was very pleasant to deal with. He was also very patient and helpful with showing me the features, set up my Bluetooth and explained my satellite radio. I had walked out on another lot for not treating me well, so I'm extremely happy to have found a salesman like Erick. I have recommended this outfit to others. Terrible expirence. I will not go back or recommend to friends and family! It took over a week to get my car when they ordered a mirror to install a quantum paint. No one called me with updates! I had to keep calling or contact my dealer for updates!! Over a week later I finally got my car. Not to mention when I first bought the car they had it parked at the service center with no one to tell me they had not put any gas in it and it was almost empty. I then had to drive back to get them to fill up the tank.

It would be nice if Joe Holland would not take it upon themselves to drill holes through the front bumper of brand new cars in order to affix one of their license plates to it. Also, two metal "Joe Holland" tags on the back is not acceptable.

This was my first experience with Joe Holland and I have been completely satisfied with the vehicles purchased. I must say however that it was not the vehicles that secured my business, it was the people I interacted with. It was clear to me that I was important and I felt that I had their undivided attention.
