I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 with approximately 25000 miles on it in April of this year 2016. 1 month after purchase the brakes started grinding. Took the car in to be looked at and the brakes were replaced at no charge to me because the car was still under warranty. 3 months later the brake light came on again. I was due to drive to Ohio for my daughter's wedding which is a long drive so I needed an oil change etc. Was told at purchase I had 4 free oil changes. Took car in told them the brakes were starting to grind again and also needed oil changed for a long driving trip. When the oil change was done I was informed that I didnt have free oil changes coming because I had bought a used car. Ok.... Asked if they took care of 2nd brake issue and was told yes they fixed the problem but might grind a bit due to dust.The car was still under warrenty.I took the car in on November 15th once again about brakes. After a 2 hours run around I was told the mileage was now over warrenty so I woukd have to pay for the brakes labor etc. They had put brakes on twice since April. I left when the used car side told me to come back in the morning to look at the issue. I was furious. Learned the brakes were never looked at the 2nd time.When I brought it back I was told the pads had 80% still and I was good to go. I had to insist the service guy drive the car and then tell me what the problem us. They didnt bother to even drive it. After he did I was told the rotors were bad and needed replaced. I was furious. The sales manager I suppose offered me $ 150.00 to reface rotors when tech said to replace. I could use the $150.00 towards the purchase of new rotors as well. When I originally brought the car in it was fully under warrenty twice. Found out second service didn't do anything when I was told they did the brakes. Again I was furious because had they done their job my rotors would have been fully covered by warrenty and I was lied to. I drove a car to Ohio with bad rotors which was extremely dangerous and had my grandson 5 yrs old with me. When I wasnt grateful for the $150.00 offer and was angry instead I was told to leave and they wouldn't work on the car now period.All the service records showed my concern for the brakes while under full warrenty coverage yet no one bothered to look until I forced them to drive it. Not only did they lie to me about work done and free oil changes etc but they allowed me to drive a car that was potentially dangerous because they didnt care. They also due to laziness or just not caring put me in a position where I now must pay for what should have been warrenty work. Hundreds of dollars. Needless to say they arent doing the work. Dont buy from them. Too many other decent dealerships to choose from.

I bought my car from this dealership with an extended warranty. My rear windows have been intermittently inoperable since I bought the car. I've had it in at least 10 times for this same issue and even though the technician can see that it doesn't work when I drop it off, when I call to see what's going on, they say it's working fine and no repair/assessment is made. Infuriating! I contacted corporate and told them I would not be buying another Subaru because of the atrocious dealership service department.

went in to purchase a new Jeep. When it came to the payoff of my vehicle, I gave it to him and explained I had just gotten it from the bank. the general manager came over demanded I call again and get a more accurate payoff. I tried to explain the payoff I gave him was accurate. the general manager became rude and very condescending, and would not do an appraisal we left.

I would like to thank & commend the staff at Joey Accardi Chrysler/Dodge dealership for their tenacity and excellence in solving my recent auto repair problem with my 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited.In March 2016, my car began stalling while driving it. The car had been driven approximately 58,000 miles when the issue began. This continued throughout 4 months for approximately 10 times! It was very dangerous to myself other others on the road.After having taken the car to 2 other local dealerships (one being the dealership from which I purchased the car brand new), the problem was misdiagnosed and unresolved.I brought my car to Joey Accardi Chrysler/Dodges Service Department. Although it was not easy to diagnose (and one mechanical/electric problem may have caused a chain reaction affecting others), the persistence of the Service Department team (in collaboration with Chrysler Corporation Star team) at Joey Accardi Chrysler/Dodge paid off. My car was finally fixed by August 2016!I appreciate the professionalism & superb customer service of Dennis Doucette (service manager), Ron Kellenbenz (operations director), German Alex Gutierrez & Dylan Medeiros (service advisors), Stephen & Danny (technicians), Vic and all that have test-driven my car & contributed to the remedy. Also, thanks to Tommy at Chrysler corporate & Chrysler Corporation Star team of engineers.

Service Advisor Reid Fertel was extremely helpful with his service. He did a very good job explaining each and everything my car needed. I came in expecting to spend about $500. I ended up spending just over $1900. AND was glad I did. All the things Reid indicate needed to be done was logical & will save me money down the road.

I called the service department three times, left messages for someone to call me back regarding DEF and exhaust problem questions. I also left a message regarding the exhaust regeneration process occurring twice in one week, with no response from the dealership.I have had continuous problems with the check engine light coming on, but was told it was a problem with the DEF, not a major issue. Last visit to the dealer some new software was loaded to try to take care of the problem. I was told by the service writer that it was a non critical issue.Last weekend 100 miles into a 900 mile trip the check engine light came on, then a message that the truck would go into crawl mode in 140 miles, 5 MHP max, SERVICE DEF SYSTEM. I was able to pull into Vero Beach Dodge on a Saturday. They said that a technical service advisory had been issued and that the Catalytic Converter had to be replaced. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED PREVIOUSLY IF THE DEALER WOULD HAVE RETURNED MY CALL.

Made an appointment because my blower fan stopped working. They had me bring it in on the day of my appointment then proceeded to tell me they are running a couple three days behind. Then why did I bring it in that day and not a couple days later you ask?? Good question. Then they couldn't figure out why the fan wasn't working and thought it was an electrical issue and it drug on for another day. Finally called days later and said all it needed was a new blow fan..$450.00 dollars later. For a simple blower motor. Later found out that that type of repair should be about $250 tops........Over charged by about $200. NOT GOOD.

From start to finish my experience with this dealership has been extremely poor. I am a first time new car buyer and went in with the horror stories you always hear about dealerships and their sales tactics etc and this essentially ended up being the case for me.I knew exactly what I wanted (Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack) - they listed as having a car on the lot (same trim as what I wanted) - this turned out to be one of the issues I ran into first - it was already sold or an employee vehicle or something as it didn't exist and I got told "it was being cleaned/couldn't be found" - funny..can't locate a $50,000 vehicle..nice. Rather than just say it's a sold vehicle or something sales had to treat me like a vegetable and insult my intelligence. In my particular case it wasn't a huge deal since I knew I wanted the car I wanted..but test driving is always nice to see what you're in for, especially for a large purchase.I was able to test drive a Challenger with a similar build - so that wasn't too bad but they made sure to hound on the fact that these cars sell easily and they wouldn't budge under MSRP (or their inflated sticker prices on some of the cars lol)Fast forward to having to deal with talking numbers I got the double salesman treatment from my regular salesman and also a "sales director" - the usual hardball stuff I heard about over the years growing up. I left to think about what we discussed (I was going to have to order my vehicle to be built). Within about 15 seconds of walking out the sales director had text me agreeing to go to a lower price I had asked for - I still wasn't too sure about my purchase so I thought about what I wanted and messaged him later on with 1 single addition to what we spoke about and a price - he agreed. This is when my real headaches would begin.I came back the same day (before closing) and the sales director printed out a build sheet (I thought it was an actual order confirmation as in my vehicle order was put in to Chrysler..this was not the case). He wrote our agreed to price on it twice - I signed it twice. You'd think there would be no issues come time to take delivery of the vehicle - I also signed other paperwork and gave a $1000 depsit. Nope of course not!So on that day in April (16th to be exact) I was told it would be 4-6 weeks for the car to be built and delivered - and I had my price agreed to (which would be that price minus incentives at the time of delivery..standard stuff plus all the other random fees they force on you). Fast forward 3 weeks and I inquire about my VIN and VON since I had neither - and my order was never placed. I had sent text messages (to avoid "pestering") to both my regular salesman and the "sales director" - and I was pretty much ignored - eventually I got told Chrysler was to blame and it was due to restrictions (yes..allocation restrictions on the dealerships part - not Chrysler). So rather than just tell me it would be X amount of weeks until my order would physically be placed they let me assume it was placed and the car would be in within 4-6 weeks. 4 weeks had gone by and my car wasn't even in as an order with Chrysler.Then around the 10th of May when they could actually put my order in I come to find out (through Chrysler since my communication with the sales people pretty much ceased..they wouldn't reply to text messages or emails or the replies were not helpful or just told me to ask the other person) - that my order was placed as a DEALER ORDER not a SOLD ORDER - this affects the production speed of the car as sold orders are built before dealer orders. On top of that the order was placed by a different sales director who apparently had an older sheet with my original build I had mentioned in my sales talks so I was missing packages I wanted and agreed to (and signed for).It took another 8 days of me dealing with Chrysler customer support to get my issues sorted out and finally got a VON and subsequently a VIN number (and my order was fixed to include my missing packages). This was mostly due to Chrysler support helping me out - nothing to do with the dealership. So from the 18th of May until the beginning of July (when I was told by Chrysler support that my car was built and was on the delivery route) - I had 0 status updates from anyone at the dealership. Not a single email or text or phone call to tell me about my car progressing through the factory (they said I would be updated by sales). I got my own updates by going to Chrysler support chat on their website.So finally the day comes to take delivery of the car - I am already frustrated and over the lack of customer service/poor treatment - I go to the dealership after my salesman tells me the car is there and that it's gone through pre delivery inspection etc. When they pull my paperwork out (I should add that in the 3 months of waiting they apparently had internal issues and demoted/fired people and restructured or something) - so the sales director was no longer a sales director - the person who agreed to my price with me.The new sales director on duty at the time and my salesman look at my order sheet with my price and signatures (they conveniently lost the original copy) - and essentially BS/guilt trip me into how there's no way the sales director could have made the deal he did etc.With all of the frustration I had gone through I was now being told my price I had signed off on and came in willing to pay was not going to be honored. Fun stuff! I was so over the wait and problems with sales that I agreed to a price $1,000 over what I signed on despite the many reasons I shouldn't have. My problems didn't end there and still haven't really ended at least in my eyes.Then I sit down with the finance manager - I had already filled out finance paperwork and told all the sales people I dealt with how much I was going to put down on the car etc - apparently none of that mattered/was known - so I get an initial 4.99% finance rate - uhh what? - then 10 seconds later I am at 3.09%..if I didn't ask any questions I could have been shafted for 2% finance charges..nice!In the meantime I explained some of the issues I had (after the finance %'s kind of pissed me off) so the finance manager told me he was going to give me a 5 year maintenance plan for "free" - but he also said there was confusion with my finance numbers because he didn't know I was putting down as much as I was - so he would get me an even lower rate and would need to reprint paperwork..so I blindly signed the paper he had printed out in the meantime since I had sat at the dealership for nearly 5 hours after work (it was pretty much closing time at the dealership now..I got there at 4 pm). I then looked at my copy later on and of course the "free" plan clearly has charges rolling up into my finance paperwork. I have since been asking for him to just spell out (I.E. give me all of the numbers and how something cancels the charge because nothing on the paperwork shows it) and I have yet to get him to just show me how that is the case. So that is where I stand now - I drove back to the dealership multiple times because he told me he would get me a lower rate - this never happened. One of the times he left for the day KNOWING I WAS COMING - we texted back and forth the day before and the day OF. I would never do this to another human being..irregardless of the circumstances or if I did I would have told them first. How does it take 3 weeks to fix finance rates? How does it take 3 weeks to just tell your customer HOW YOU CANCELED FEES OUT OF A FINANCE PAPER?At no point in this 3 month ordeal did I walk in and cause a stink or be a "problem customer". Even when my price was discarded I sucked up the extra $1000 I was being charged and didn't make an issue out of it. I have been treated like dirt on the other end of this though.My car was also "dealer prepped" when it came in - the car was left with streaks of wax in various places - a large chip was in the bottom of the driver door and the body shop person I was taken to simply put some touch up paint on it and that apparently is how they deal with brand new cars having chipped paint..real professional to give someone a $50,000 vehicle already mangled. The paint work has scratches in the clear coat everywhere from the power tools they used and or dirty rags they used in the prep of the vehicle. Oh and icing on the cake for me..I chose to purchase the Xzilion paint protection they sell - either it was not applied correctly (at this point I lean towards this since everything else has been shoddy for me) - or the protection just doesn't do what it claims as I already have water etched spots on the left side of my hood and left side of my car after 2 weeks (I cleaned the car with meguiars car shampoo after foaming it and letting it soak and tried spray detailer to remove the spots which is what Xzilion recommends and the spots are still there.). I can't put in a claim on the Xzilion website since my paperwork hasn't been registered or something..I don't have the energy to call them at this moment to dig into having the problem fixed but I will probably try my best to have my correction done elsewhere.Anyways, this was and is my experience with this dealership. Either my luck is just bad, or I deserved my treatment I have gotten, or I am just an idiot, or this place needs some help. I'm sure if you walk in and just accept whatever numbers they give you or don't order a vehicle you may end up with a more positive experience..I don't know.Either way I am beyond over the stress this has given me - I hope others have better luck than me. I've yet to really enjoy my new vehicle due to all this - I have to look at scuffed up paint every time I walk by my hood - a solid reminder of the many letdowns in this process.

made an apt with service department for a recall on the town and country and to check ac at 7:30am, I was there at 7:25am they told me to ask for delan, which I did but delan was never there and I was told to wait for him he was suppose to be here, I have waited and customers kept on coming after me and getting serviced and I am standing there and no one is taking care of me, why did I make an apt for I am not sure, but I left after an hour waiting without being helped and all cars came after me were taking care of.

WORST SERVICE EVER Made an appointment for warranty work.Arrived 10 minutes early only to be told get into line. I explained I had an appointment as oil changes continued in before my appointment.Then I showed DENNIS the uneven tread ware that's obviously alignment caused.He questioned warrenty but my Ram is less than 12 months old and under 12k miles.And I had truck in one month earlier for normal oil change services. This is to include inspecting the tires for uneven tread ware. Obviously not done.WORST SERVICE EVER.

I was warned not to use Joey Accardi service. There has not been one repair that was rectified the first time. Every simple repair requires multiple trips to their service center. This last repair went bad in less than 5 miles. I live very close to the dealer, but I now will drive to Delray to get anything done. Their mechanics are absolutely terrible. If it wasn't for warranty work, I would do it myself. Do yourself a favor, "STEER CLEAR"!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was above and beyond the BEST experience purchasing a new car EVER! Dean was so lo-key, none of the pressure that you usually get. He show me what I wanted to see a Jeep Wrangler and then he made a recommendation to test drive the Jeep Renegade, he sold me on the Renegade! He spoke to me and not to my husband (big points there!). Dean took the time to point out so many of the features that come standard it really made a difference. When we went inside everyone was so pleasant, Craig the Sales Manager was great he came up to us and introduced himself and had a great conversation with my husband. George in Financing was all smiles, explained everything and gave me everything I needed and nothing I did not. Overall we are now Joey Accardi client for life because of the Outstanding service that you just do not find with other car dealerships!

Dean Lelchuk (Salesman) & Todd (Finance) were both excellent. Dean was fantastic. He took his time with us, answered all our questions, explained all the little details, made it a wonderful experience. He continues to go over and beyond to make sure I'm enjoying my new Jeep and answer any questions I have. He even programmed his phone number in the Jeep so I can call/text him any additional questions as they may arise. How awesome is that? Todd was awesome and totally funny! The dealership is clean, lovely and fully stocked with espresso and gets major bonus points for also having a play room for the kids. Plus, the hubby says we got a really good deal. I couldn't have asked for more. I'd certainly recommend Dean and Joey Accardi.

I came to this dealership after being referred through my True Buyer Discount Program. I went in and spoke to Hector who was very attentive and make sure to look at all the models he felt I would enjoy but because of the negative equity I had from a previous vehicle I was limited in options. He and the managers worked to find me the best possible vehicle. Even the sales manager CRAIG came up to me and said youre the customer and its our job to make it work so if this is the car you like I will work every angle to make it happen. That to me was going above an beyond without any pressure or the feeling of being taken advantage of. The managers worked with the banks and called them directly to push my loan. As soon as I was out of work I went straight there found everything was approved and then Todd took the time, explained the loan, all the coverage and warranties included in my package!! I had gone to three dealers and each one was a nightmare. They either said they could not help me wanting over 4k down to cover the $5700 negative equity or were extremely shady! I even went to AUTO NATION FORD just to check out the cars but no one bothered to help me. It wasnt until I walked out after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes a sales person ran to me gave his card spoke to me as if I was crazy for trying purchase a vehicle. I would definitely recommend going here for your next vehicle purchase and keep in mind its sales and loans if you let them do their job what they spend all day doing I promise you wont be disappointed at the results. GOOD LUCK!!! -let them know I referred you! :)

I had transmission issues with my Dodge Dart that was all covered under warranty. The dealership took 22 days to fix it and when I finally received the car back there were 2 follow ups that I had to do in order to get the engine running correctly. There was absolutely no follow up made by the service department to me and honestly I might not have my car today if I had not gone to the dealership in person to find out what in the world was going on with my warranty repair. Mark was absolutely unacceptable on all levels. I truly would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

When I first went here to look for a car, I was greeted with friendly smiles. I was never pressured. They let me browse around leisurely without having anybody just hovering over me until I was ready to asked questions. They have a great atmosphere. There was absolutely no pressure, and I didn't feel obligated at any time, like some other dealers makes me feel. They answered my all my questions and explain what my options were. Before purchasing the right car, I did do my homework and checked around. I checked other dealers and they told me they were no discounts or price negotiations on the Dodge Charger Scat Pack and it would take about 4 months to get build and delivered. So I went to Joey Accardi Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Not only did I receive my car in about 4 weeks time, they actually helped me saved some money. Oh just being modest here...Actually a lot of money, and even got the best interest rate possible for me. They are absolutely friendly, courtesy, professional, and above all genuinely helpful. First time getting my car serviced here and come to find they stole all the change out of my car. Although it's just change its a principal, empty your car if you go here they like to employee thieves. Waiting for Don service manager to call me back. I had my oil changed at this dealership and they failed to put the air filter back on correctly so all the oil leaked from my car. At this time, I had also purchased an oil service change plan that cost approx. $75. Luckily, by the time all the oil leaked I was close enough to a service station for repair and my engine was not damaged (as far as I know) The service manager, Brent, also said he saw oil leaking from my jeep as I drove away... do you think he called me? I demanded to have my money back from the dealership, which I still have not seen and it's been over a month. Brent is the worst service manager I've ever had to deal with, not only with cars, but any kind of customer service issue. I also had to take my jeep in for a recall on a clutch interlock switch while this all was going on. I made 2 appts. and both times after driving all the way in, Brent tells me that the ordered part has not come in yet. Finally, I told him to call ME when the part arrives to stop wasting my time. And I never heard from him (shocker) so when I actually called him, he told me the part was there. Seriously? WORST SERVICE EVER. I will be driving to MIAMI from now on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dealership sold to me a Nitrofill (Nitrogen instead of air in tires) package. The Jeep was delivered with 45 lbs pressure in one tire and 36, 37, 39 in the others... they never even attempted to get the tires correct upon delivery. I called then to schedule it being corrected with the sales person Greg Farnsworth as he said no problem just put regular air in the tires. I said then why did I get the package?He said it doesn't matter... I said I want NItrofill and the service was due and he replied they are just going to sell you on another package. I insisted to put Nitrofill in the tires and he said you don't get an appointment for that just bring it in and they will do it... I pulled in and t he service adviser said he would take it and then the mechanic started puttiing regular air in the left front tire. I said that is suppose to be Nitrofill and he said we don't have Nitrofill. I said the why did your dealership sell it to me? I went to find the service manager and he said oh he is new he didn't know we have it... I went to the Sales manager Joshua he said sorry go tell Reid. The service manager, Reid said just put regular air in the tires. I replied no and he said well tell the mechanic that it is in back. They later came out to say that the machine is broken. I went back to Reid whom did not want to speak to me me again but did so w reluctance. He said Greg should not have told me to just come in because he would have told me the Nitrofill machine is broken. The service manager Reid then stated that he did not know the machine was broken... I replied what good what that have done if you did no know your Nitrofill was not working? He said true, Sorry. He also apologized that the mechanic did no know they had Nitrolfill as he was new. I ask if they could call a local place to get a favor and the said no. I went into to speak with the manager and ask they could help and they replied 'No'. The salesman yesed me to death and said come in, the service department mechanic did not know they had Nitrofill, the service department manager blamed the sales manager for my coming by unexpected and the mechanic was not properly trained and the service manager was unaware that the Nitrofill machine was broken and had no customer service skills and refused to help me by asking a local vendor to comp me. The service manager said to just put air in the tires and I had to explain that they would have to deplete the tires and re-establish Nitrolfill and he said true, he said you will have to take another day off. The sales manager refused to further the effort r attend to the matter. I am very sorry I bought my Jeep here and I wont again.

I bought a beautiful brand new Dodge 1500 4x2 back in October 2014 and after 2 weeks started having problems with the brakes.Its been in and out service for a total of 90 days or more and they couldn't fix the problem.First it was pulling to the left when you pushed the brakes, then traveling to long to stop mostly when you need to stop suddenly ( in an emergency ), so far the general manager and the service manager did not care less about my problem, actually i was a pain in the rear for them when ii am the aggravated person here.They asked me to call Chrysler witch i did, and of course as you know the communications are impossible. When you call Dodge is like calling nobody, you just leave messages in an answering machine, and after 30 days they and several stages and managers, their solution was sell them back my truck at the actual price of an used car in the market ??? Instead buying back the truck and get me on a safe truck and deal with their problem.Guys "I BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK THAT HAS BEEN TORN APART AND CHANGED PARTS SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY CAN NOT FIND THE PROBLEM"So after all these months and wasting time i gave up and learn how to leave with the brake issue.Now all my lights are on on the dashboard and the fuel sensor is not working since 2 weeks a go.I went to drop off the truck for service and they couldn't take it because it was Friday and they won't put me in a rental for the weekend, so i told the service manager i was traveling in the weekend for work and his answer was: "just keep the tank full"...funny and lucky guy, though.Ok, i come today Monday 7/13/15 to drop off the car and they couldn't take the car because the had too many cars and the same service manager tells me he can not put me in a rental again???The guys name is Rease, shakes his head when he seas me coming back like i am a crazy person... Guess what Mr Rease and MR Joey Accardi, your customer service is the worst, your lack of interest about me driving a car that is not safe is a liability is second to none !Chrysler or Dodge, i love your cars but please do not manufacture them on Fridays.I will go to the Lemon Law to see if it works, since Joey Accardy hides to take responsibility, and i will also try to get a lawyer to give you a little head ache that you well deserve

I have had 3 problems with my 2009 jeep compass, nothing of course is covered by the power tran warrenty that Capital One insisted on adding 2000 to amount i borrowed.I had the car there last month for the brakes no one mentioned the other problems,i had to get that info from an oil change guy. I will read & research very well next time as i have found many complaints about this dealership. These have been expensive repairs coming out of my very lean pocket,this world is truly buyer beware, and Joey Arcadia, has had its last good review from me. I took my brother there 2 mos after my purchase I just hope he has better luck then me . Stay away from this dealership & the whole family is in cars so i hope we here in South Fla. will be careful.,& STAY AWAY FROM ARCADIA!!

We are Costco members and Accardi Subaru is, unfortunately, the only Costco authorized auto program dealer in our area. So we drove many miles out of our way and past TWO closer dealerships on Costco's recommendation. Pre-sales experience was ok - just be careful as they try to add as many extras as they can to your invoice without informing you with the hope that you will just approve and sign. Our real problem is after we purchased our 2015 top of the line Forester and discovered they listed the wrong color on our state registration. It has been 3 months and we still cannot get this mistake corrected, nor do they seem to care in the least to correct their mistake. Clearly, in my experience, this dealership only cares about you before they get your money. If they can't correct such a minor error, what are they like if there is a serious issue after you purchase your new vehicle? I hope that Costco will fire them as their area dealer and find a more reputable dealer to refer members to.

After extensive research my wife decided she wanted a new Subaru Forester. We are members of Costco and they directed us to Accardi Subaru. We went to the dealership and we were amazed at how much money we saved by using the Costco program. Our salesman - David Elkind and the manager - Pablo were both extremely professional, polite and friendly. David was very helpful in making sure we chose the right model, features and accessories. My wife commented that there were no "high pressure" tactics and David felt more like our personal automotive consultant than a salesman. The purchasing experience was painless. This was our first time ever visiting Accardi Subaru and we were impressed with the quality of the facilities. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere and they even had refreshments for us. We have had our new vehicle for one week now and during this time we have received both emails and calls from David and Pablo thanking us for our business and making sure we are satisfied. They have made us feel like we are truly part of the "family". We would highly recommend Accardi Subaru and even though we live in the West Palm Beach area and have at least two Subaru dealerships closer to us, we will definitely make the drive to Accardi Subaru for our next vehicle.

Took my truck there to have my bumper replaced. The dealer did not do the work per the insurance estimate but instead took the cheaper way and reused the bumper and plastic parts, painted it and called it good. They left off paint on the tailgate which they should have filed a supplement but stated the insurance did not cover it, they did not attempt to file a supplement to address the tailgate damage. This body shop is horrible and I will not recommend or use them ever again. When questioned them they refused to show proof parts were ordered for the truck. Speaking of the accident the truck was brand new 2014 and hadn't even received the tag. This poor service made the value of the truck go down even more because of the bad job they did. No I am in the hole more because of the bad service and work.

irst off only 2 days after my visit my "low tire pressure" warning came on. This after spending almost $1200 including a $99 charge for a "four wheel alignment" that I now highly doubt was done as the tire pressure was not even checked. I also paid for replacing 2 tires at a cost that I would expect a quick inspection of all tires and their pressure would include. When I brought the car in I also complained about the CD/DVD player intermittently not playing CDs or DVD (especially when in the sun for some hours). The service tech (Eric Scala) told me that a replacement radio was ordered under warranty and that he would contact me when it came in. This is now almost 2 months ago and I have not head anything back yet. This is the 2nd time the service department disappointed me as on a previous occasion the oil drain was not tightened correctly and I lost all the oil out of the car the day after the service!

We came in for a Subaru and the Subaru manager didn't want us to leave without a car. Ended up with a 2014 Jeep Compass. I said I wanted a car with a sunroof and he laughed at me and joked that he'd go get a saw. I would have left on the spot except my husband wanted a new car since ours was having a supposed compressor issue according to the automotive dept. I had my doubts. So we are offered the Jeep and were not told until AFTER we purchased that it only had 1 keyfob which they still have not attempted to pay us back for (got one for $130 at a locksmith nearby). It came with no roof rack, crappy tinting (which they did make good on a replacement EXCEPT we had to pay $100 for stripping the old tint off...so not really free re-tinting).Just as full of it as any other dealer, but when you need a new car, what can you do?The car did come with a 2 yr. parts warranty and option to add a further warranty later and free oil changes from Jeep (let's just see if they actually are completely free when the time comes to get one. I doubt it.)That is the only reason they are getting 3 stars.Keep in mind, Subaru dealers don't know jack about Jeeps so make sure you examine your vehicle for all features available.We were told by the dealer that it had rear wheel drive only to find out it was 4WD. Suprise surprise it had autostart, but lacked a USB port. They just wanted that car off the lot and didn't even know anything about it. That is typical shady business practice.The manager promised to contact us about payback for the second key and never did. I question their integrity and warn anyone thinking of buying from them to be careful. They are a sketchy dealership to say the least.They nickeled and dined us the whole way through the deal. But my husband likes the car. I liked my Forrester better though.Be careful buying from these sweet-talkers. And ask questions before you buy!

Call on the morning and told car gone ! but replacement of the same model with 2500 miles on the clock! Eventually found the car i agreed to buy being driven by the owners wife. Eventually they arranged to get the car to me, now with 400 miles on the clock.Went to have a look before finalizing deal and arrived before it was cleaned up, what a mess inside. Disgusting is the best word.After so many issues decided this was not acceptable and not to buy the car.

We went in to only look at vehicles and see what we would want and be able to do. When leaving we where approached, he asked us what we where looking at and we said the Jeep Cherokee. He asked us about our current vehicle and said lets make a deal. In less than 3 Hours we left with a new vehicle, a lower car payment and a unbeatable car care package and coverage. It was not our intent to buy a car that day but they worked a deal that was just to good to say no! People where friendly and now one was pushy! Best dealer experience in this area hands down!

The temp tag was about to expire and after six days of calls and several messages left I finally got a hold of some one. They said the would overnite a new temp tag and correct the problem. Lie. This dealership is only concerned about the sale. After phone call after phone call no one will answer. Go to a differnt dealership. I buy a new car every three years and this was the worst buying experience of my life.

I cringe when I think of my buying experience at Joey Accardi Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, not because the staff was unfriendly, but because I felt like my hands were tied at the time due to my situation. Normally I would never buy a Chrysler made vehicle, but like I said, at the time I did what I felt I had to do.Since purchasing my vehicle I have discovered that this dealership has just been putting on a show. The big facade shows a caring dealership that will help in any way they can with your buying experience. Really, all that matters is the sale. I found this out when I tried to speak with the person who sold me my vehicle. Not only would this person not talk to me, but pushed me off on someone I didnt know, and didnt know me or my vehicle purchase. Why would I want to talk to someone who didnt sell me my vehicle? After attempts were made to contact this person I gave up. Actually, the only person who got in touch with me about my inquiry was customer service; at least they had the decency to tell me the person I made a purchase from wasnt interested in talking to me.Needless to say, I received an email a few days later It was from one of the salesmen asking me if I liked the quote he supplied, and if I wanted to schedule a test drive For what? I didnt get a quote, nor did I request a quote for anything, so what exactly would I be test driving? This solidified the notion that, YES, this dealership doesnt care about you. Just the sale. I guess thats business, but they wont be getting mine, never again. I have 3 free oil changes left to use since my purchase, Im actually going to PAY someone else to do it. I am literally going to pay $ so I never have to go back there again. Smiles, handshakes, and a made-up sense of security in a place that, in reality, gives you anything but. No one ever actually acknowledged my original salesman, and no one called me, or left a voicemail.3. After several emails with Nikki in customer service, I decided that no one really wanted to talk to me, even after 6 emails asking for contact information or for someone to contact me, so I gave up.4. 3 Days later, some salesman emailed me and asked me how I liked my quote, and if I wanted to take a test drive. I had gone to two other dealerships in the Palm Beach area. Both were unwilling to help me with my purchase. I work in sales and it felt as if both of those dealers did not want to sell a car. Best experience ever! My salesman, Alan Gallagher, was very professional, and extremely patient with me. I was a little nervous making the purchase of my first brand new car, he had all the answers to all my questions, and really put me at ease, which made it much easier. Dean went above ad beyond when it came to me. I initially went in debating between the Jeep Compass and the Jeep Patriot. Dean's knowledge in both vehicles was absolutely outstanding. I decided I liked the patriot better, but, was glad he took the time to answer all my questions on both of these vehicles. I believe the finance guys name was Joe Messeena and he made my visit equally pleasurable. Going to car dealerships when I am looking to buy is second on my list next to going to a Dentist I don't know while on vacation (another story).I surprised myself to the point that I felt motivated to write. I did several days of internet research as well as hard copy research. What sold me on Dodge was the build quality, technology and option levels on the Durango that is being produced on a Mercedes frame.I test drove it and fell in love with the Hemi and AWD road grip.I found my price through TrueCar.com and met with Neil Roberts, the internet manager and a sales specialist Alan. I felt more like I was hanging out with them than buying an SUV as I knew what was a fair price. They didn't haggle and honored the lowest price I found on the internet in S Florida. After a second test drive, I decided that although I loved my GMC Yukon 4x4, the driving experience was going to put her out to pasture. The Durango with 3 daughters, a wife, 2 dogs and occasionally towing a horse trailer had me sold. I'm an Accardi convert and am willing to make the trip to Broward from Central Palm Beach for these guys. The only downside to this review is I didn't get paid for it ;) Good luck car buying. If you're in the market for a full size SUV the Dodge rides like its relative the Mercedes in my opinion, without the price tag and still having American roots.

After being transferred between parts and service several times finally made an appointment through Chrysler directly. Arrived and waited on the drive for 10 min waiting for a service manager. Told repair was 2 hrs... 5 hours later with no update I had to check myself. Terry said he was too busy on a call and told me to leave his office to stand in the cold on the drive. Finally I found the repairman Shaun who helped me. He was very nice. The customer lounge was dirty, ants infested the coffee stained chairs. Watched five different employees come in for coffee but left disgusted because there wasn't any and none of the seemed to know how to brew it. Too bad if the customers wanted some as they waited. The complimentary internet didn't work and when asked the sales guy said it was "iffy" with no resolution. Asked again when more staff arrived who were apologetic but didn't seem to have a clue what to do. The sales staff should realize that the customers can hear everything they say from the lounge. An FYI for the inappropriate comments I heard. Put this all together and this dealer is a no win when it comes to paying attention to their customer and making them feel like they are comfortable and important. In the end the recall had already been completed and the 5 hours of my time and the repairman Shaun's time were spent uselessly. On a previous warranty issue the service rep ordered an update disc to help solve an audio issue. They never called as they said they would and when tried to contact them about this they claimed to know nothing about it. Now the warranty has expired.

After a terrible experience at Arrigo, we found this dealer with friendly and nice people in general. The experience with the sales representative (Freddie) and the manager (Malik) was excellent. We reached and agreement in about one hour and we left the delaer with a new Grand Cherokee in about three hours.They honored a sales promise, made by mistake, once we had close the deal. The negotiation was easy without any typical car sales drama, Freddie was customer oriented as same as Malik. They were beyond the initial negotiation looking for our complete satisfaction and they did it.My wife and I strongly recommend this dealer, we went through different dealers looking to lease a Gran Cherokee and the experience, before North Broward, was terrible.It is a small dealer, their facilities are not fancy but the people are friendly with great attitude and transparent.

I've got a quite bad experience over at this dealership, and was met basically by a swarm of dishonesty, overcharging and libel. I was very disappointed with my experience at Chrysler Jeep North Broward and their misleading attitude during my attempt to purchase a Jeep Compass on with a True Car certificate that seemed to be an excellent deal for the car. First of all, I was told the True Car trained internet manager, was "busy" and I never had a chance to speak with him. I was greeted by a saleswoman, who was very kind and took me for a test drive, and by a manager who greeted me and said the True Car price was fine. This manager disappeared as well and when it came the time to appraise my trade-in, a different and quite rude sales manager showed up and told me my vehicle was in excellent condition and was worth 17,000. However, when he noticed I had a True Car deal, he changed his word (libel, false pretenses - a flat out lie basically) and said the car was "still" being appraised and the appraisal would be between 14,000 and 17,000. He later came and told me they would only pay 14,500 for my car. According to even the infamous Black Book, my car was worth around 17,010. It was clear to me at that point that he was trying to compensate the low True Car guaranteed price with an extremely low appraisal of my car, eliminating this way any advantage I would have with the True Car price that THEY advertised on TC. Because I really enjoyed the vehicle, I still tried to close a deal but that sales manager had really no intention of selling the car to me at the advertised TC price unless I caved in for his immoral offer on my vehicle. After driving over 2 hours to get there and a lot of wasted time, I left the dealership very disappointed without a deal. Hours later, I noticed the 3 TC certified dealers in my area, which had 3 different quotes for this vehicle, now have the same price for the vehicle, a price that any customer would have obtained without the help of TC, basically with just the regular manufacturer cash discounts (detail: they marked up the price of the car on TC after this issue, proving their complete dishonesty and lack of respect with the customers). Unfortunately, this was a really bad experience for me. I thought I would be able to avoid dealer gimmicks by going to this dealership with a no-haggle TC price, but, sadly, that was not the case.

I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler for my son. I am someone who usually has VERY negative thoughts about car dealers. I have Arrigo Chrysler who are just a mile away from my home but when I went there, they tried to talk me out of financing and tried to make me go through their own financing company, and then claimed they did not take the financing company that I was accepted with, despite being listed as a preferred dealer on the financing company web site. I called the financing company (Santander USA) and they confirmed that Arrigo is a dealer that accepts their financing! Anyway, yesterday evening about 7pm, I walked out of Arrigo and called Chrysler Jeep of North Broward. I was given their number by Santander. I called the sales man (Ed) and it was his cell phone. He told me he was on his way home but would call me in 20 minutes. He called me back and took down my details and I told him what type of car I wanted. He asked if he could call me today (July 4). In the morning he called me and I spoke with him about price etc. He called me back and told me everything had been approved. I was still skeptical and went to the dealer thinking there would be some hiccup at the last minute. When I walked into the dealership, it was nice. It is not one of those huge buildings that dealers seem to put up nowadays. This one is a smaller glass building and everyone was so very polite. I was introduced by Ed to Greg who sat with me and collected all the documents needed. Very polite and no sales pressure. I kept thinking, "where is the catch?". Laura, the finance lady processed all the paperwork and I was out of the dealership within an hour!!! Greg drove my new Jeep Wrangler back home for me, since I had my car and the one I just bought, and I dropped him back at the dealership. I am a busy person who values his time. I dont like bait and switch tactics and I don't like salesman talk. These guys were truly a pleasure to do business with. I never thought I would ever say that about car dealers, but I will definately be back to get a car for my wife and myself soon. Recommend this dealership to EVERYONE. This is WHAT ALL DEALERS should be. Funnily enough while I was leaving, I met a couple of my wife's patients who asked me about my experience with Chrysler Jeep of North Broward, and I explained how I had a great experience and how they too should buy their Town & Country there. I hope they did!

After shopping around numerous Jeep dealers it was a pleasant surprise to find a straight forward low key dealership that gave me a great price on the vehicle we were looking for. The sales person we dealt with was Tim Hoot who was both honest and pleasant throughout the entire process. We had special ordered the Jeep and Tim made sure that Jeep kept us informed of the vehicles progress throughout. Even when the Jeep came in Tim was the person that explained everything to us and actually walked us through the process of understanding the intricacies of the vehicle.In addition he is always available to answer questions . Over the years I have bought many different cars from different dealers but I can honestly say that this dealership and Tim Hoot in particular were by fat the best I have ever dealt with.

Do not ever buy from or do business with Chrysler ** 909 south federal hwy Pompano Beach Florida **...... ever! I had 1 line rust out, a new line is $8.00, the dealership wanted to charge me $2,000... They figured since I towed it in that Id be forced to pay whatever they asked.. I had the car removed from dealer and fixed in a local shop for $140.... I then called corporate to let them know how unethical their dealership was. Corporate sided w the dealer and insisted $2,000 was a fair price... a year later and only $140 repair at a local place and the jeep is still fine. When corporate sides w an unethical dealerships and corporate is corrupt... you cannot do business w a company like that. Im warning everyone to beware of jeep/ Chrysler.. Dont buy.. Its not worth the risk w a company so unethical. No customer services and they tried to charge $2,000 for a job that another place charge $140 and they still think they are within reason...

I have visited this dealership at least 4 times over the past 8 months. The service was exceptional when Matt helped me!!! But unfortunatly Matt know longer works here. Recently I had to visit the dealer due to our Jeep Grand Cherokee breaking down and I had the worst absolute service. If the car started I would have brought it to another dealer. Karl was my service advisor and he was increditably rude. He acted like he was the king of the world. I am a knowledgeable person when it comes to cars and all he wanted was to talk down to me the entire time. When I called him he never answered or returned my call. Recently my check engine light came on and I tried to call him and he still has yet to return my call. I will never return to this dealer due to Karl and I strongly recommend that you think twice before going here. I had such a terrible experience with Karl (assistant service manager) I have changed my mind on buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee From this dealer.

Had a great experience with the Body Shop Department at Jeep Chrysler Dodge of North Broward. I took a 1983 (old Dodge Pick-up) to have the body shop repaint the truck. The body shop manager gave me a price to repaint and repair some rust spots. I felt the price was great and left the vehicle there to have the work completed. The dealership went above and beyond the original agreement. Not only did I receive top nouch customer service but I was extremely satisfied with the attention to detail. Great Job!

This was a dealership that had been on my totally avoid list for the last number of years. That has all changed in my last three visits.Thanks to a discount on service offer I received in the mail, I contacted them regarding a number of problems that were going on with my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We are talking ABS light on, Traction Control light on, Engine light on, Service Electric Brake on in message window. All that plus the transmission was stuck in first gear.First off, Matt, the service rep was the only one who was willing do discuss the codes I had read at a local Auto Zone store. All others said I would have to bring in the car and they would have them read at a cost of x dollars. So with discount coupon in hand and a bit of trepidation, I took in the Jeep in. First off, Matt was very open about them understanding that the dealership had gotten a bad rep and that they were doing everything to correct that - hence the discount on service. Their goal was to win back the customers they had lost by giving excellent service.And excellent service is what I got. I was informed by Matt mid morning that it was a bad sensor on one of the wheels that was causing all my problems and that to replace it with the discount would be around $200.00. They could have it ready by late afternoon. I was astounded. I was counting on a bill of $1250 or more being the transmission was involved. Matt called later to inform me the work had been done and that I could pick up the vehicle once it had been washed (at no charge to me) in about 45 minutes. Nice touch and much appreciated.I picked up the car, freshly washed, with all warning lights off and driving wonderfully. But the story does not end here.A few days later, the ABS light and traction control light came back on. Ugh! Got in touch with Matt who had me bring it back in. This is where the dealership went to a level I have not ever come across before. They kept it for two days and in those two days, as I was informed by Matt, they cleared the codes, drove it, noted the codes popping up, cleared them, drove it again and then did it again to make sure the codes that were coming up were consistent. Turns out a different wheel sensor was bad. They replaced and then drove it to make sure that they had the problem corrected once and for all. And the charge for all this? I was informed all I had to pay for was the part. I told Matt I was happy to pay for the labor, but he said the shop foreman would not accept any more than the cost of the part. Without question, this dealership has won me back. More than that, it is the place I will only use from now on. I have another Chrysler product which I had in after the Jeep, and the service on it was just as good. And also at a discount.All I can say is that if you have a Jeep or Chrysler product with any problems, this is the place to go. I highly, let me repeat, highly recommend them!!

I came into this dealership after communicating with Garret over email regarding a vahicle and he had asked me to come in. When I got there I was greated by Jean, I explained the situation and he put me in a car to test drive. After I liked the car I was told, "sorry, that 'other' price is unrealistic, the real price is $7k more. This was a fully loaded vehicle when all I wanted was a base model. Of course I left and I will never come back but beware, they pull the bait and switch tactic here. Do not believe their prices, they're way higher than other jeep dealeships.

I brought my wifes 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to get some extended warranty work done(water pump leaking). I am a Mercedes-Benz technician myself but my cost for parts is more than my ext warranty deductible($100). I've also had a check engine light on for a couple of months and I diagnosed it before I brought it in(emission code for bank 2 inefficiency)so I thought this would be a perfect time to get the faulty o2 sensors replaced. I did not tell Bernard Jean that I was a tech or that I knew what code was causing the check engine light because I wanted to see how honest this dealership was. Something told me that the tech was going to blame it on my car overheating and sure enough when I got the car back they blamed it on the water pump. I was extremely upset at this time cause I knew that the C.E.L. was going to come back on so I told Bernard that I was a tech and that I already diagnosed it and knew exactly what it was. He then advised me that his tech has been in the business for 20+ years and knew what he was doing. He also said that if it does come back on for me to bring it back. Not even 15 miles later the C.E.L. comes back on and I call him up and he says he'll see what he can do so I don't have to pay the deductible again. I think we all know what that means. Bottom line, him, his crappy technician, and service manager deny my claim and say that I'll have to pay the deductible if I want anything replaced. Stay away from this place. They don't know how to diagnose cars, they don't take care of their customers, and if they are this shady to someone who is in the business and knows what they are talking about I can only imagine what they would do to anybody that isn't.

I own a 2008 Subaru Legacy GT Spec B. I dropped my car off on a Monday (2-22-10) because I noticed a noise that only occurred when the Turbo started kicking in on my car. After a couple days I called them to get an update. The Assistant Service Manager tells me his service tech says it is the after-market air filter that is causing the noise. I tell him that I have had that air filter in the car for over a year and the noise had not occurred until recently. He agrees that this sounds suspicious and says he will have another service tech take a look. I finally get back in touch with the Manager on Friday and he says the second service tech says it is the air filter as well. I asked if they replaced the air filter with a stock one and see if the noise was still occurring and he tells me "I don't know. I'm not sure how he came to that conclusion."I'm picking my car up today (Friday) after a whole week with absolutely nothing done to my car. The entire week it has been near impossible to speak with anyone about getting updates on my vehicle. I strongly recommend that you NEVER take your vehicle to this dealership for service work.

Rude customer service agent, schedule a service appointment they didn't honor, this is the third time in the last 9 months. Arrive at the dealer for the oil change after scheduling an appointment, at the phone they told me the car will be ready in 30 min, after arrival the customer agent told me that this service will take at least 3 hrs. This is not acceptable

My car was in 100% working condition when I parked it at Sawgrass mall. I lost the key to my car and needed to go to a dealership that would cut me another key. I called the dealership in Tamarac for a quote. They wanted $200 to make me one key. A friend of mine that is a mechanic told me that he gets a discount at the Chrysler/Jeep dealership in pompano beach. He said he would take care of everything for me (towing, quotes, etc.) The next thing I know something that was supposed to be a 10 minute process turns out to be going on for 2 days now. This dealership in Pompano is telling my friend that they were not able to cut the keys and there was a problem with my car. Now my car works 100% perfect, so what problem they speak of, I don't know. I take a day off work to approach this dealership in person. I try to speak to a manger but the manager puts me off to an ordinary service guy. I try to explain the situation to him and he tells me I am yelling at him and starts acting very immature. Just for the record I can honestly say I was not yelling at him. I don't know if he had issues in his childhood?? Anyway so he gets the mechanic that worked on my car into the room. The mechanic explains to me why he can't cut and program the key to my car. He tells me that the machine they use to find the program number to my car says some type of error on it and there is something wrong with my car. I call up the dealership in Plantation and ask them their advice regarding my situation. They assure me that there is a 1% chance that something would be wrong with my car and tell me exactly what to tell this pompano dealership to do. I tell the mechanic what they said. He starts off with an aggressive tone towards me then progresses into an aggressive manner. We walk out to my car and shows me exactly what they "think" is "wrong" After much deliberation and hostile service from this dealership I ask them how much to "fix" whatever is "wrong" with my car. They tell me they don't know what is wrong and they want $500 to find the problem??? I quickly get on the phone with AAA and have my car towed so fast out of that malicious dealership and go to Plantation. Excellent 110% service at the plantation dealership. I was approached right away with an honest and sincere service manager. He assured me that by the time I come back my car will be all set and ready to go. One hour later I skip out of there with 2 cut and programmed keys for under $100 and %200 amazing customer service. Please be advised if you ever visit the Eddie Accardi dealership in Pompano and please know your stuff before you go in there because they WILL try and scam you out of everything they can. I am extremely happy with the Plantation dealership's service and I would definitely and highly recommend them.P.S. I would also like to mention that a key that was in my car that was there before I went to this Pompano dealership is now gone. And the inside of my car has scratches all over the place and dings and the interior fabric on the drivers side has a deep cut in it by the window. All of which I will be hiring an attorney to advise me with this matter. Be warned.

My father called this dealership for a new white 2005 Wrangler and was going to make a deposit, but Hurricane Rita interfered. Somehow, in one day, Jerry, the manager of Sales, allowed a team of mechanics to modify the car by adding a very expensive chrome mod kit. He was reluctant to remove it and wanted to sell it to us with the kit installed (at a modest ~$4500 price increase). My dad and I wanted him to remove the kit and sell us the car as was, and eventually he became difficult to contact. I called myself (the first time) with my own phone and he picked up quickly.This dealer is very sneaky and is either lying or completely clueless. Be careful.
