Very tough diagnosis but Curt figured it out and resolved the problem. Now we need Chrysler to step up and correct the wrinkled dash liner on my 40K Jeep Overland. Issue presented only after 3 years. Correct this and I be a return buyer of a third GC.

Very enjoyable experience. The service advisor JC was very professional. I was able to see the mechanic who was performing my 30000 mile service on my Eco diesel Ram from the waiting area. I will have to say from the start of the service to the completion of the service this mechanic treated my vehicle like it was his own I was very impressed with service department especially since I purchased my vehicle from another Dodge dealership. I will say this that John Heister Service Dapartment will keep me coming back for more.

Came in for the truck's 3,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. I have always had great service at the Lillington Dealership. Again had great service. Staff exceedingly knowledgeable and extremely courteous and friendly. I bought my Dodge Ram truck in 2010 and have had all its routine service performed by John Hiester Chrysler Jeep and Dodge in Lillington since purchasing the truck from them. I have not had the misfortune to have and major repairs. That us why we bought RAM. When it is time to replace the truck I will be back to the Lillington Dealership to check out deals on Dodge Rams. I feel Dodge Ram is the best truck on the market and I have recommended to friends and family to go out the Lillington Dealership for a fabulous experience with buying a new truck and service of the truck. The vehicle we were looking at was actually being test driven by another customer over Thanksgiving and we were at the dealership on Friday after Thanksgiving to see if that customer was going to buy the vehicle or not. We were told if they do not buy it, we were first in line to have the option of buying it. In the meantime, that customer declined to buy the vehicle and at the same time another customer came in and wanted to test drive the vehicle. Our salesman, Willie, told the other salesperson, that he already had a customer in the dealership that had been waiting to drive it and that his customer would have to wait until after we were done. Well, we purchased the vehicle. We were unable to contact the State Employees Credit Union because they were closed, so after we put over half down in cash, we were told to go ahead and drive the vehicle and bring the check from the SECU on Monday. This was PERFECT for our 17-year old that was buying the vehicle because he surely didn't want to leave without it! We got the check in the mail on Monday as promised and could not have asked for a smoother transaction! We will def be back when we are interested in our next vehicle purchase!

My service manager was completely attentive to any and all questions. There was an added issue with my car that Joseph informed me of right,away. With the extented time needed to fix my car a loaner was offered for my needs. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner.

Pulled up, recognized as a platinum coverage (overland owner) greeted and treated well. Oil change, all fluids checked and brakes too. Looked at new Jeeps and Ram trucks (sweet!!).

Outstanding service, this is my 12th vehicle in 4 years and it was by far the easiest deal I've ever made. They even went as far as to send a driver all the way to columbia sc to pick up my truck to fix a small problem with it. This dealership is how the chrysler corporation needs to base all their dealerships off of, I've been looking for a dealership I can build a relationship on and this is one I'll definitely be returning to! Couldn't ask for a better place to do business with!

SO FAR I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! WE CAN NOT REGISTER THE SUV BECAUSE THERE WAS A PREVIOUS OWNER. THEY CLAM NO, BUT UCONNECT CLAIMS YES. I WILL BE FINDING OUT THE THRUTH TOMORROW! We purchased a used truck, and were on a time crunch due to my husband's work schedule and mine. After meeting Rob on a Saturday and expressing interest in a truck my husband really wanted to purchase fairly quickly, he agreed to stay later than his shift until we could get there on a weeknight, and walk us through the process. He went above and beyond to do so, and we can't express enough how much we appreciate something like that. Between him and the finance staff staying beyond closing hours to get this done, they are awesome, and made this process easier than I expected it to be! Rob deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond for his customers.

Found my dodge Ram 4X4 online and drove straight to the dealership. Arrived around 5pm and was not there 2 min before we were met by our salesman Nick. Nice young man who was ex military and relatively new to the car business. Told him about the truck I was interested in and within 5min was inspecting same on the lot. Long story short...they inspected my trade and within an hour of being there, deal was done. They got my truck ready, filled with gas and we were on our way. Going back today for a complete detail job! Everyone there we had contact with was extremely helpful and courteous....would and will deal with them again if the need arises.

Was looking for a Dodge Grand Caravan and came across John Hiester online. They were fast about getting back with me after emailing them about a few vans. Was unable to get to them on scheduled day due to weather but managed to schedule another day with no problem. From the time we walked into the building we had help. David our Sales Man was very nice. We told him everything we wanted in the vehicle and he found a few for us to look at. The price was amazing and they are Military friendly. These guys are not in to get every dime from you unlike other dealers that we had went to. We found the vehicle that we wanted and we drove away with it for a good price!! Would recommend going here first!

This is a terrible place to purchase a new vehicle. If you plan to purchase vehicle here, do yourself a favor and find another dealership. Their staff is horrible and doesn't think about the consumer. My brand new car has the worst paint job and they can't seem to correct the problem. All I have received is the run around and that's why I have retained a lawyer to represent me.

Dan Spivey was a joy to work with. We called before arriving to the dealership to inquire about a vehicle. The vehicle was still available for sale, so we test drove it, loved it, and decided to purchase it on the stop. There was no haggling, or pushing from the salespeople. They gave us the time and space to make our decision without breathing down our necks. Everyone was very friendly and I would highly recommend this dealership. In fact, we are already talking about coming back to purchase a Jeep.
