EVERYONE WAS EXTRAORDINARILY COMPETENT!!!!!!!!! (as usual) It was determined that my engine is shot, to the tune of 7 thousand to replace it. Well, I just cannot afford that at the moment...but, you all fixed up everything else, and as the truck is still running, I was and am still able to carefully go up and down the road, without having to worry about anything except, not to stress the engine. In addition to fixing up the truck, you all gave me a room and internet connection, so that I was able to work on my other "problems" ALL day....I am sooooo grateful for that as my home internet has been down for three weeks, due to the internet provider's problems.

Very tough diagnosis but Curt figured it out and resolved the problem. Now we need Chrysler to step up and correct the wrinkled dash liner on my 40K Jeep Overland. Issue presented only after 3 years. Correct this and I be a return buyer of a third GC.

Very enjoyable experience. The service advisor JC was very professional. I was able to see the mechanic who was performing my 30000 mile service on my Eco diesel Ram from the waiting area. I will have to say from the start of the service to the completion of the service this mechanic treated my vehicle like it was his own I was very impressed with service department especially since I purchased my vehicle from another Dodge dealership. I will say this that John Heister Service Dapartment will keep me coming back for more.

Came in for the truck's 3,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. I have always had great service at the Lillington Dealership. Again had great service. Staff exceedingly knowledgeable and extremely courteous and friendly. I bought my Dodge Ram truck in 2010 and have had all its routine service performed by John Hiester Chrysler Jeep and Dodge in Lillington since purchasing the truck from them. I have not had the misfortune to have and major repairs. That us why we bought RAM. When it is time to replace the truck I will be back to the Lillington Dealership to check out deals on Dodge Rams. I feel Dodge Ram is the best truck on the market and I have recommended to friends and family to go out the Lillington Dealership for a fabulous experience with buying a new truck and service of the truck. The vehicle we were looking at was actually being test driven by another customer over Thanksgiving and we were at the dealership on Friday after Thanksgiving to see if that customer was going to buy the vehicle or not. We were told if they do not buy it, we were first in line to have the option of buying it. In the meantime, that customer declined to buy the vehicle and at the same time another customer came in and wanted to test drive the vehicle. Our salesman, Willie, told the other salesperson, that he already had a customer in the dealership that had been waiting to drive it and that his customer would have to wait until after we were done. Well, we purchased the vehicle. We were unable to contact the State Employees Credit Union because they were closed, so after we put over half down in cash, we were told to go ahead and drive the vehicle and bring the check from the SECU on Monday. This was PERFECT for our 17-year old that was buying the vehicle because he surely didn't want to leave without it! We got the check in the mail on Monday as promised and could not have asked for a smoother transaction! We will def be back when we are interested in our next vehicle purchase!

They even went as far as to send a driver all the way to columbia sc to pick up my truck to fix a small problem with it. Found my dodge Ram 4X4 online and drove straight to the dealership. Arrived around 5pm and was not there 2 min before we were met by our salesman Nick. Nice young man who was ex military and relatively new to the car business. Told him about the truck I was interested in and within 5min was inspecting same on the lot. Long story short...they inspected my trade and within an hour of being there, deal was done. They got my truck ready, filled with gas and we were on our way. Their staff is horrible and doesn't think about the consumer. My brand new car has the worst paint job and they can't seem to correct the problem.
