I have purchased at least 6 cars in the past 15 years from John Jones. Always feel like I received a fair price and never have had issues with my vehicles except for one. With that purchase, the check engine light came on only days after purchase. After notifying John Jones, they had me bring the car back, they fixed the cam sensor causing the issue, and also gave me a very nice loaner car while repairs were made without any cost to me. How do you get better than that? They also assured me if I had any more problems, I could return the car and they would get me into something else. I am so happy with all my purchases and with the sales and service staff as well. A+ company with good old customer satisfaction values. I will always use John Jones for my purchases and I highly recommend them.

My wife made an appointment for us to see a car at John Jones' Corydon location. We drove there - well over 45 minutes one way - only to find that, while we were expected, neither the car nor the salesperson was there! I can understand if the car had been sold prior to our arrival, but this dealer could have at least called us and saved us an unnecessary long trip for nothing. The salesperson who did talk to us promised to call us when he found out where the car was - he never called. We will never, ever, consider this dealership again for anything! I am only leaving one star ratings because I am not allowed to leave zeros.

My recent experience at John Jones was excellent. With the help of Thomas McNulty, the purchase of my new 2015 Malibu was a smooth, stress free experience. Thomas was very informed of all the important facts regarding the Malibu and assisted me in making the right selection. This is my first time buying a car from John Jones and based on my experience, I will definitely come back and would definitely recommend Thomas McNulty!!

I worked with Denis and his Sales Manager Jabin. I wasnt sure if I was even ready to buy, but they maed me feel at ease and let me take the Jeep all weekend to show my friends and family and think on. Jabin got me an excellent interest rate that was far better than the bank I have been dealing with for years. I love my Jeep and when my husband needs a truck, we'll most certainly be back!

I have not been car shopping for many years so I was very excited to begin the process of buying a new car. After a couple days I was already sick of it! After being harassed by multiple other dealers I must admit I was hesitant to contact another. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I called John Jones and spoke to a young woman named Courtney. She was very pleasant and found me the perfect car. When I arrived at the dealership the whole thing was made enjoyable from start to finish. I will be back in the future and wont bother calling anywhere else! Thanks Again!

I contacted John Jones and spoke to the internet department. I made an appointment to see a Chevy Cruze at the Corydon location. When I arrived the vehicle I was interested in was pulled out front of the dealership and Mike greeted me. The whole buying process was made fast and easy! I would definitely recommend John Jones to all of my family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience!

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from John Jones. Our salesperson made us feel welcome and helped us with our selection and buying experience. I've purchased from here before and will do so in the future. My mother has been purchasing from John Jones for over 20 years and will go no where else.

John Jones did a great job for me. They found the truck I wanted at a better price then any other dealer. They are professional and knowledgable. I'll be back for my next vehicle. Nice to see there are still honest dealers out there.

Found one on Cars.com, Sent email, got hounded for a visit. Made appt. & I cancelled when I realized vehicle had a Manual trans. They said they just took a similar one in trade, w/86K mi. and in the ballpark of my $10K, was being checked out, be ready to see in 2 hrs. I drove 20+ miles to look at and it wasn't there. The previous owner still had it while their new one was being prepped. Later it turned out it had 147K miles and they wanted $11K for it.

I called in and spoke with someone named Sarah. She was snotty and rude from the get go. I asked if they had any used Chevy Cruze models and before she would even answer any of my questions, she insisted on knowing my life history. I complied and have been harrassed and bombarded with phone calls every since and they didnt even have what I wanted. I think I will be looking elsewhere for my car...
