They did a great job! We did not not feel like we were pushed into anything. We told them our negative experience with another dealership and they made us more comfortable in buying vehicles. They made sure we understood every paper that we signed and took their time to explain anything that we did not understand. I will definitely return there to buy another one when it is time.

I was there today on June 27 2015. I was very happy with your service I received today. We arrived earlier than our appointment about 7:15 a.m., we were waiting for our 7:30 a.m. appointment. Lady saw us waiting and she came out and said come on in and have a cup of coffee, she was very friendly, helpful and professional and on time opening the business. Service work was excellent and my pickup was very clean when done not like other dealers who leave greasy finger prints and dirty muddy foot prints on carpet. This is our second time here and we will be back again. Thank You so much.

I can't say enough about the fantastic buying exoerience at John Kohl's in York. i was looking to trade for a Tahoe or Yukon, after searching the web within a 500 mile radius I found a 2010 Tahoe only 10 miles away in York, a local trade with low miles in excellent condition, only deal breaker was cloth interior. Ben Kohl had the seats redone in leather with heat for me, made sure I had something to drive while the seats where being recovered, gave me a great price for my trade in. The staff at John Kohl found me pefect financing for my budget. No hidden fees! no pressure! every detail handle perfectly! I love my beautiful new Tahoe! Thank you Ben, Carol, Irene, and Dean for the fabulous hometown service!

I went into the dealership as I was given several problem codes from a diagnosis from an independent mechanic, who did not give me a complete diagnosis on 5/13/15, and offered speculative solutions for the problem which did not sit well with me.The people at John Kohl were very cooperative with the information that I gave them, and explained fully what the possibilities were from the information that I gave them. and were able to locate the problems quickly and without a lot of speculation, and proceeded to repair the problem in less than one hour.My only problem is that when their mechanic talked to me about additional work that needed to be done on the vehicle, it wasn't stated that this matter was on a recall notice (which I hadn't received notice on). However, this may be as a result of this being car that was not bought from a GM dealership as a used vehicle; although my vehicle is in their system as having been brought in periodically for repair work.Overall, I enjoy going to the John Kohl. The owner of the dealership, Ben Kohl (the son of John Kohl) is a very friendly and approachable man, as are the people in the service center (Mgr. Ken Kruse). They listen well, and get reliable people to work for them in the service area. The assistant service manager (Rocky) is new, but appears to know what he's doing. They also have a new parts person, who seems knowledgeable in the few times that I've met with him. This is why I consider them, overall, well above average on the overall scale. One of the few drawbacks that I've found with them is that they do seem to have a lot of personnel turnover, for whatever reason.

I went in without an appointment to have a daytime running light changed. They fit me right in and assured me the light was under warranty! Smooth, quick process! And best yet, they let my 5 year-old sit in a corvette! Family oriented and friendly! Thanks!

We purchased a new vehicle from John Kohl Auto Center. The Dealership facilities were top shelf I appreciated that JKAC did not charge us any baloney paperwork fees. The salesperson spent the time to show us how the features of the vehicle worked. We have been very happy with our purchase, and very happy with JKAC. We would purchase from them again!

Car was vacuumed out and clean when I got in. The oil system notification was re-set, many times at other places they forget to do this... The tires were rotated and I was on my way in a short time frame. Will be back!

We had our little nuns take their car out for a recall on the key as they had some shopping nearby.Fortunately a needed oil change was recognized. No one is really designated to watch this sort of thing for them so it was nice John Kohl service center took care of the oil change promptly after calling the office. Thank you.

I had a noise coming from the back rear tire which ended up being a bad wheel bearing at 53,000 miles. It was out of warranty but did what they could to minimize the cost. Very thankful and satisfied.

Was looking at a 2013 preowned Chevy Malibu. On my way through interstate 80 stopped by York to look at theirs. Very easy process and very friendly. No pressure at all. Left for Lincoln to look at another Malibu that was cheaper to find out that they had already sold it with no knowledge to me. Wasn't very happy, so headed back to John Kohl. Made a deal that was about the exact same in Lincoln because Kohl's game me 1000 more for my preowned. Was one of the quickest deals I made. I was in and out in about 1 hour. Was great to deal with them and will definitely look for them when looking for another car.

We have bought several cars & trucks, both new and used from Ben & Carol Kohl at John Kohl Motors, beginning in 2002. We just recently purchased a new 2013 Buick Enclave from Ben & Carol that we're very pleased and excited about. What keeps us coming back to John Kohl Motors? Certainly the best deal around is a factor...and today, we're confident enough in how Ben treats us, we rarely even bother to check pricing anywhere else! Having said that...it should be obvious the biggest reason we keep coming back to buy our vehicles from Ben & Carol is "people". When we call or stop buy John Kohl Motors, we're always treated like family and everyone is eager to help us with whatever we might need! When it comes to service, whether taking care of us personally or servicing our vehicles, and whether that's "regular" service & maintenance or a problem that has developed...there's no place better to go than John Kohl Motors!! 3 years ago we moved 160 miles away from York, NE and John Kohl Motors. We have still returned there for our last two vehicle purchases! If that doesn't tell anyone how much we think of Ben & Carol and their staff...I can't imagine what else would!

We would HIGHLY recommend John Kohl Auto Service for both service repair and buying a new/used car. Their customer service is outstanding! Friendly, knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to meet your needs! No high pressure sales taxes, a good, honest deal and a wonderful atmosphere as they offer a family friendly atmosphere for both buying a car or when you are in the service department. Truly made our car shopping experience a stress free experience. We will take our business to this dealership again!
