The actual service experience was great. They were fast and friendly. The only issue is that the process to schedule the appointment takes more work than it should. I made an appointment online using chat for a simple oil change and I had to wait for a few weeks, but then I got a call the next day and they needed more information and when they found it was just an oil change, they got me in sooner. Everybody wants to go online for making appointments, but sometimes it is better to just say call us.

Usually I’m a satisfied customer when I bring my truck in for service however my most recent experience was terrible! My service advisor (who was a new service advisor) was directed by his manager to have me do all the work submitting a claim through my warranty company, which is not typical! I am a customer! Not an employee! The service advisor also placed parts on my car without getting my authorization! Wouldn’t it make sense to partner with the customer to get approval to place parts on a car that you learn isn’t covered under warranty? Well guess what that didn’t happen! The new advisor moved forward with having parts placed on my truck sticking me with a $1700 bill that I was not expecting to pay! This resulted in me being pressured into getting the work financed! Oh and the manager isn’t any help either. I called him to inform him what was going on and he defended the advisors poor judgment calls and took absolutely no ownership of trying to turn my negative experience into a positive one! You would think my issues wouldn’t get any worse? Wrong! The advisor called and told me my truck was fixed and ready to go. Do you think it was fixed? No it wasn’t! I drove down the road to find out the truck was still having the same issues it had when I brought it in! The tech mentioned in his notes the problem was identified that caused the noises and fixed. The tech also included in the notes that the truck was test drove to confirm it was fixed. That was a lie!

The Service Advisor, Lee, was very helpful along with the Service Manager, Billy. They offered me the Londoff Care package that offered three oil changes, tire rotations and car washes for a great price. I greatly appreciate them pointing that Care Package offer to me because who doesn’t want to save money? Definitely 10 stars for my experience.

Purchased a new 2016 Chevy Malibu and it's been in their shop 2x's in less than 3 months. Not happy with this product. It was found that this vehicle was used by employees and was not safe for everyday driving. They put my family at risk. They had to replace the steering wheel. I notified the dealership and they acted concern for about a minute then swept it under the rug. Sales staff not so great!! Got their sale and now I'm a statistic for a them. Great way to treat GM employee family member!!

Our buying process was smooth and easy. But when we had to get our car fixed it was a huge problem. The guy in services told me multiple times that if he fixed certain things then he is sure our car would work. So after 45000 dollars worth of of repairs and promises my car is still not working. I Hate this place and I will never go back there for service. They have no clue as to what they are doing.

We were really please with our experience as first time owners of a brand new car. The process was a little lengthy, however the staff worked very hard to get us into a car. We were please to have a salesperson that worked diligently to get us a lender. I appreciate all the negotiation and extras they had to do for us. I arrived about 15 min's early for my appointment, the wait was about 10 min's because all the rep's were busy with other customers,I voiced my consern due to the fact I had another appointemnt,but the rep I had was very apologetic and explained why they were so busy and offered the shuttle service, however before I could accept, there was a customer who's parts had to be ordered, so he placed me in that spot and got me out in a timely manner. The repair I had done was covered by a special policy. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the fact that I was not informed as soon as the technician figured out what the issue was, so I was left in the waiting room for approximately 3 hours worrying about the cost and issue when I could have been informed immediately and not worried about it and possibly left and gotten some errands done and came back in time to pick it up.

I have been a Londoff customer for over 30 years and I keep going back for my vehicle needs. The sales and service departments are great. I recently had a mechanical issue with my vehicle. The service department got me a loaner car so I could still get around and diagnosed the issue, turned out I needed a new engine under a warranty repair one of those freak unfortunate things that sometimes occurs. I still had the factory warranty as well as invested in the extended warranty at purchase No drama , no delay , I wasn't expecting my vehicle back for another week perhaps, then they called me up early one morning and said come and get your car about 3 working days sooner than i was expecting it and it runs like a top, was clean everything programmed and even did a adjustment on my front end toe. I dropped off the rental and was on my way . How professional was that for such an extensive repair ?Id call that great and must give credit where credit is due . Everythong worked as it should have and the professionalism and courtesy were off the scale. Thats why I have and will continue to go back to Johnny Londoff Chevrolet

A+++ service all the way up and down the line. In for warranty issues, you ordered parts, I got a free loaner that unfortunately had to travel to DC for a funeral and got a crack in its windshield. Rene' shopped for a replacement window, found one cheaper than I could. Darryl and his other brother Darryl was a fantastic serviceman. Very kind and explained all details of repair. Oil change plus the 24 pt inspection, tire rotation all for $65.00. This place is a joke. Johnny londoff himself called and said he would help me to fix their mistake from 3 yrs ago and personally help us. I did not see him once. I was given the run around for 2 wks with so many different people and being told so many different things. Offered one thing they changed it offered another they change it and kept doing it. I called to let him know I was tired of getting the run around what is going on. He processed to tell me they are not willing to help that his son told him they have done all they can do and not willing to loose any money because these trucks are selling like wild fire. And there is nothing more I can do. What got me in this situation is when we bought our car there 3 yrs ago the sales guy which by the way they had arrested forged our documents. He put our loan for 78 months not 60. Told us he gave us the wrong paper work and mailed different ones. Lie after lie this place is a joke stay far away from it there are too many places to buy from to risk being taken advantage of like we were.

I found everything to my liking. The salesmen. Mike "G" as he known was fantastic. He answered all my questions. He spent the entire afternoon working with me on making the sale to me. When we where done I had bought a new truck at a price that I felt was fair. After the sale Mike followed up with me to see how I liked my truck. I brought my 2015 Silverado in for a simple oil change. There was not a friendly or helpful person in the service department. My truck left the shop with a scratch on the hood of the truck and there was oil everywhere underneath the hood as well as oil down the side of the truck. Called three times and was put to voicemail each time. The worst customer service I've ever experienced!

The scheduled service was very prompt and thorough. Attendants were very friendly and professional. My only complaint is that there was an overspray of oil on the drivers' side of my car from the front quarter panel, driver's door, and all the way to the rear passenger door. It took me over an hour to degrease my car. Not sure what caused this but it definitely was not there when I brought the car in.

I came in with a flat time and, without hesitation, the staff (Mike in service and Chip in particular) checked on my warranty, replaced the tire and discovered a recall which was quickly taken care of. I was offered a loaner car and told that it's return was no rush - any time after I got off work the next day. They made the visit more comfortable than quilted toliet paper!

I brought my Chevy Cruze, which is certified used and I was thrilled to find out I get several "free" oil change/tire rotations. I brought my car in for the first time for service and everyone treated me with a professional attitude. It was such a big difference than a typical service center. The owner John Londoff Jr. walked by and said hi and the sales woman, Megan who sold me the car saw me and said hello and asked about the car. Love Londoff!

Our experience was a great one, however it was a lengthy process. We enjoyed the courtesy salespersons and the fact that our salesperson went out and above the call of duty. We enjoyed shopping and was somewhat happy with the choice of car that we had to purchase. We were happy to be driving a brand new car. As we are now driving I am eager to do business again. The car is very small on the inside to what we are use to. Our Cruze continues to be the BEST purchase we have ever made. The vehicle is fun to drive, great on gas, and overall a fantastic experience. I have really enjoyed working with the staff at Londoff. One of the best features is our maintenance program. It is all handled by the Londoff team. They notify you when you need to come for service. You are scheduled at a time convenient for you. They are ready when you arrive and there is never a wait, you are in and out. It is easier for me to drive to Londoff for service than to get service locally. I went online and looked at a few cars because my stepmom had told me about a girl she knew that just got a car from you. During the time I was online I opened up a chat with someone and then shortly after I received a email from Michelle. I emailed Michelle a couple of times, until I came in that following Monday to test drive a used Sonata that I was interested in. Michelle did all the pre procedures and then after the test drive we decided to go forward with the process of trying to get me in the car. I waited for 2 days to hear from Michelle about if I was approved or not. She advised me that the lenders didn't want to give me enough money for the Sonata, so they sent in a few other options. On the 3rd day before I left work, she asked me if I would consider driving a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze and I wasn't interested at first because I have 3 kids and wouldn't think it was enough room. I talked it over with my husband and we decided to go ahead with the Cruze and who could pass up a brand new car in their favorite color. I went back to dealer Friday and picked up my brand new Cruze and I couldn't be happier. I didn't think I would ever in life get a brand new car and I did. I had to have my 2010 Cobalt towed in due to a broken timing chain. My service representative took it upon himself to research whether or not I had a warranty and stayed in contact at every step of the process. The service took longer than I expected but not due to the team at Johnny Londoff, the warranty company delayed twice to send an assessor to look at the damage and verify the repair. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and will be buying my next vehicle through Johnny Londoff Chevrolet.

When I got home from work the other day,I couldn't get my car to go into reverse or park and get my key out .My husband messed with it and finally got it to go into park . He suggested I take it to Johnny Londoff because they are a chevy dealer and they know what they are doing .I took it there the next morning . The service guy said it looked like soda had been spilled on the shifter .I didn't agree with him cause I don't drink soda in my car . I asked him to check it out anyway .A couple of hours latter he called me at work and told me the shifter was worn out . I was very pleased with the service and the cost wasn't as much as I thought it would be .

My vehicle was in the shop to have the timing chain looked at. After it was determined that it needed to be replaced the service adviser worked with GM to get a portion of the repair covered under warranty. This was the second repair for the timing chain and the car was still under the mileage provision of the warrant but out of years. I believe the communication was great and the repair was done in a timely manner.

I called to see what could be done to my 2014 Chevy Sonic. The air conditioner was not getting cold. I was told to bring it in between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday and I would be given a loaner car. I went in they looked at the car, took informative from me and also asked if I had any other concerns. They asked if I needed transportation and then asked for my driver's license, proof of insurance and credit or debit card. I as a done in about 30 minutes and on my way. I got called in about 4 hours, told was was fixed on my car. Went to the cashier, no charge, my car was brought to me. I love Johnny Londoff and his employees.

Service was great, I had to wait a little while but they finally got me a rental car because it was taking longer than expected. The wiring schematics were wrong for the Spark. Not their fault. Service Rep Daryl Green treated me like a VIP. Also has some ding/dent repair done and it had to be taken to another facility, and Rather than me having to do that the lady that handles these things took it and got it repaired while they were waiting for a part to come in.

Living in St.Louis in the summer can be a bear. Was happy that the problem with climate control was resolved in a short time. I know taking a dash out and putting it back in is difficult at best. Didn't realize it until I was driving home, that they may have missed a clip in the re-installation. And then may have not, vehicle is 10+ years. A/c an heat do work properly. Thank you.

I bought this truck from johnny londoff Chevrolet because of 2things. 1, the price. The price was what I wanted to pay for my particular truck. 2, Christy Thornton. The first day I came to look at the truck, it was raining. I met with Christy and she didn't even bat an eye at the rain. She went out to the lot and brought it to the rear of the building for me to look at. Upon her return with the truck, she handed me the keys, asked me if I had any questions,to which I responded no. She then told me to take my time to look at the truck, I was able to look at the truck by myself without the "over the shoulder pressure" from a salesperson. She returned a few minutes later and again asked if I had any questions. We discussed pricing a little bit, she was able to give me all the info I needed and assured me that we could work together to get the price I was looking for. And again, at no time did I feel rushed, or pressured to buy the truck right then and there. Christy was very professional throughout the entire process and made my wife and i feel very comfortable throughout the purchasing of the truck. When I took delivery of the truck on Thursday, Christy and Ron had all the paperwork ready to go. We were in and out in 50 minutes. My wife and I will be back to buy our next vehicle from johnny londoff, and we look forward to working with Christy and Ron again. I had a 9:30 oil change appointment left & came back at 12 waited til 230 my car still hadn't been looked at 5 hrs was long enough I told them I had to go. They pulled my car up front, told me its running, the keys are inside. There was no apology, explanation, offer to reschedule NOTHING!!!! I'll never go back and will blog this horrible customer service experience.

Most of the people at JoHnny Londoff Chevrolet are pretty helpful. I enjoy talking to Mary while my car is being serviced. She has such a wonderful personality. There is also the Airforce Vet that schedules my appointments. Her name escapes me right now but she is also very helpful and nice. Over the past year, I've seen this dealership slowly lose its focus of customer service. I have purchased 3 vehicles from JL, and I'm not convinced that I'll be doing it a 4th time mainly because of the service department. After scheduling an appointment for nearly a week and a half, I arrive at the dealership for a vehicle repair only to find that simple parts aren't in stock. Then this lack of responsibility of the service department is blown off as "yeah that happens" from the customer service department. What dealership tells a customer that another Chevy dealership may have the part if I just wanted to go there instead? Johnny Londoff would not be proud of this attitude.

I had received a letter from headquarter to take my car in for service. I was met at the work station with a big hello and smile for beginners from one of the workers. Then I was directed to a waiting area where I was greeted with a very nice lady who offered me a donut and coffee. I enjoyed both by the way. After around about an hour or a little more my name was called and I returned to the work area again and was told that everything was finished. I was asked if there was anything else I needed help with and I replied not at this time. I was then showed the back parking lot where my car was parked and given my paperwork and was told to come back if I needed any service later on, We both then smiled and I left with a very good feeling that I had been giving the best service there was to be given.

I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet HHR from Londoff in 2013. I own 3 vehicles, one a classic Corvette. All three of my vehicles are only serviced at Londoff. I get great service in a clean friendly atmosphere. Last summer I entered my Corvette in a show but did not place in the top 3.I asked the judges for a copy of my critique. I took this information to Londoff and with the help of their service advisors and service department, complied with all of the details, and on September 20, 2014 won the C4 Division at the Wounded Warriors Car Show at the National Museum of Transport. I hope to catch Johnny Londoff Jr. at a future service visit and show him my trophy. After all, not only was my Corvette rated first class but so was the support that got it there.

Well run dealership. Sometimes the intake part of the service department is a little slow or non-committal; I hate just standing there. And it seems as if the service advisers go out of their way to not look at you. I know there are phone calls to be made to folks wanting to know about their vehicle status, but I am a live person, right there in the room, standing 10 feet from you.Once I was hooked up with an adviser, they take great care of you. And they treat your car very well. And the speed with which they provided service was very good. And every time I saw someone else within the dealership, they all acknowledged me in a genuine and friendly way. Really good personalities and people working there.

I was picking up my niece who was having her car worked on. I knew I was due for my Crystal Fusion treatment and oil change too. I asked how likely it would be to get mine done "today" and the gentleman looked and said he could do it if I could give him 2-2 1/2 hrs. That was cutting it close for me, but I said OK. I left with my niece to have lunch and in 1 hour, the representative called and said that my car was ready. When I came to pick my car up, I was in and out in 2 minutes and they even washed my car in addition to the requested service.

No one every returns calls, never fixed my problems. Once they get the sale forget them ever taking care of any problems. Not only did they NOT fix the problems on my car but no one would every return my call to take care of the problems. Lost count of how may times I was passed on to someone else to take care of the problem & then never got a call back. Easily had 15 calls or so that were never returned. No one returns your calls to take care of your problems from the sales person, to the customer service manager, to the service dept & also the owner, Mr. Londoff. Left 2 voice mails for Mr. Londoff, which were not returned, but finally got ahold of him via email. Said that he promised to take care of the problems with the vehicle I purchased from them. Took the car in again and items were still not fixed. Not only were the items not fixed, but I got my car back absolutely filthy (looks like it sat outside all week), the low tire pressure light was on & my heated seat on he drivers side no longer worked. Contacted them immediately (including contacting Mr. Londoff) and never did get an apology or even an acknowledgement. HORRIBLE dealership to work with. I tell EVERYONE I see to never purchase a car from them.

I was in to have a test done on my catalytic converter. After completing the test it was determined that I needed a new one. I was given a rental car in order to pick up my child from school and was called shortly after to inform me that the repairs were completed. The whole repair was covered under warranty and I was extremely happy with all of the people I encountered especially Ashley Rhodes, she kept me informed on what was going on and was very friendly.

The reason why I am so completely disappointed with Londoff is a long one - in short it is my experience that as soon as they deal is done and you drive off the lot then you are completely forgotten. sure you get good service when they are making a sale but when the sale is done do not expect this dealership to continue to care. I even contacted them directly with my problem/concern and was ignored by multiple people. no calls back. I have never been so disappointed in a dealership.

This is the place to go if you are in the market for a new or used car. They treated me like a person and not just business. I needed a car badly but was nervous looking since I had recently been through a bankruptcy. I had been to several car lots but none seemed to want to help me as much as Johnny Londoff Chevrolet. They not only got me into a car I could afford, but one I am proud to drive. Derek Metcalf assisted me in finding the right car for me in my price range, and Luke helped with financing. They gave me lots of discounts and extras, and treated me like a person and not just like business. I am so glad that I went to Johnny Londoff Chevrolet. My dad came up there with me and ended up buying a car for my mother!! We had fun with all the salespeople and my dad even sang the commercial jingle for Johnny Londoff himself. I was very happy to found out that they are supporters of St. Louis Arc, which is where I work. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car. I'm a very satisfied customer!

This the place to buy you vehicle, the sales people are not pushy or rude, and know what there talking about when you ask a question, and if they don't they will get you the right answer, instead of B.S. like some other dealership's.

Let me start with saying that I am a 25 year old woman. (A prime candidate for being completely duped when purchasing a used vehicle.) I started my search for a 2011 Kia soul and went to several dealers test driving and serious about making a purchase. After a series of awful experiences, a friend referred me to mr. Londoff and his team... I wish I would have come here first! As this is a Chevy dealer, they usually do not have kia souls on their lot... I told them what I was looking for and my price range, within a week they had two different souls for me to look at! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating to say the least! They went above and beyond to help me find MY car and made me feel completely at ease during my first "big girl" car purchase... They really do make car shopping fun! Which is exactly as it should be!

I called the dealership to purchase a new car we talked about the price of the car other dealerships said they would never sell it to me for that price. When I got there they had the car waiting for me, we test drove it did the paperwork he gave me the exact price he quoted me on the phone and we did the financing and was out of there and on my way home with a new car in an hour and 15 mins. I wasted 4 hrs of my time at another dealership and got no where. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I would reccomend you purchase your car at Johnny Londoff for the best price and service. They were awesome. Ask for Dale Riley, he was great along with his sales manager and finance dept.

My entire experience from beginging to end was excellent. It was the easiest and least stressful car buying experience of all the dealerships I have bought from. I will never go anywhere else. They have my business for life. Melinda fought to find the lowest interest rate possible and worked with the price of the new car and trade-in value in order to get my new payment to where I would be comfortable. I am extremely satisfied and love my new car!

My new Traverse that i bought in June 2011 has broke down 3 times now. I have a lemon.Mr Londoff lied to me about showing me Londoff love. He showed no compassion at all about the lemon I bought from him and the service manager, Bruce Weiner, acted like this is no big deal and I am a joke for being upset.

My husband and I were looking to downsize our payments in light of finding out we were pregnant with our first child. I went to the Londoff website to look at a new Chevrolet Equinox. We were contacted by Marybeth who was prompt and professional. She scheduled an appointment for us to come by and drive one. Once there, she introduced us to a salesman named Frank Mills. After showing us a 4 and 6 cylinder, we ended up getting 2 of them. A purchase for my husband and a lease for myself. I only drive about 8k miles a year. Mr. Mills even introduced us to Tim, the Sales Manager. He assured us everything would go smooth and our credit was good. Robert, the Finance Manager, continued the good "mojo" and answered all of our paperwork questions. We were happy with his explanation and patience. I will definately recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new Chevy!

Buying from Johnny Londoff and his team proved to be a great decision. My Chevy Tahoe Hybrid is the best SUV I have ever driven! In the past I always bought imports, this time I bought American and have been thrilled with my decision. Patrick Piper is the best sales rep! Darryl in the service department is great. I've been buying cars here since 1994. 5 cars later I'm as happy as can be and plan on coming back for more. I can always expect to get right in to the service department for help, and I'm always greeted by helpful staff.

Johnny is an honorable and fair man. Bought an impala from them and took it to a different dealership for paint damage and they wouldn't fix it. Brought it to Johnny and he fixed it.

We have purchased 2 new vehicles and 1 used vehicle from this dealership since 2008. When we had trouble with the brakes on the used truck after 2 months our mechanic said it the 2006 Silverado had issues with the ABS system and should be taken care of by the dealer. The dealer would not do anything for us! We had to pay over $500 to get it fixed when there is a bulletin no: 03-05-25-007D saying that the problem exists and should be taken care of.Do not buy from Johnny Londolff. They do not back their product and are not loyal to their customers!

Went looking for a New Cruze. Looked online. Great website. Lots of information and specials. Tons on vehicles to look at. Helpful salesman and manager. Nice finance guy. Great Experience. Great Deal. All around positive. Would only shop here from now on. I was not treated as well at other dealers in the area!

I took my car in for service and they told me that they had no idea what could be wrong with it because it hadn't "acted up for them".They kept it for a week but didn't test drive it until I called and asked if it had been driven and was told "no,but we will now".I then did some research online and discovered what the problem could be.When I called them to discuss what I'd learned,their response was "oh yeah that's what my tech is saying the problem could be also".They offered nothing before I called them but charged me extra diagnostic fees when I did all the research. I just needed a brake transmission shift interlock solenoid but was told by the service manager that I would have to purchase the entire shift assembly when nothing was wrong with the shifter itself.He told me that he told my extended warranty company that he'd have to replace everything, as a favor to me so that I'd get "the most bang for my bucks",but tried to past this inflated estimate on to me when he was told that it was not covered by the warranty. I then called a dealer out of state and was told that I could purchase the solenoid alone for $38. That sounds much better than the $638 dollars that Johnny Londoff Chevrolet tried to steal from me. When I told them that I didn't want them to do the work,they then jacked the price of the diagnostic service up another $52.They should've paid me because I called them with all the answers. They sat on my car and their hands for over a week and came up with nothing helpful.Needless to say,I'll never go back nor recommend them to anyone because they're just dishonest and untrustworthy. There's no wonder why the American auto industry has suffered so. Honesty and integrity has been locked away in the nursing homes with our hardworking elders.

Johnny Londoff Chevrolet worked hard to provide the best new car buying experience I have encountered in my purchase of Corvettes. Londoff's Corvette advertised price, available to all on both Cars.com and on their website, was the absolute lowest price posted in the US. I saved TENS of thousands off the MSRP sticker price (which had NO add-ons "adjusted market value" that you find at some other dealers who sell Corvettes.) This was a deal done by email and phone call, I live in Florida, and it was painless pleasant process. A call to confirm the car was still available, an exchange of emails with Mike Wands and Mary Beth the internet Sales Manager for the business data and viola! the car was mine! I hopped a flight to Saint Louis, took a short cab ride to the dealership where Mike greeted me and we went over the document package. I then met with the Finance Manager; every document was as promised, no hidden fees or high pressure sales pitches to buy the extended warranty. So I signed my name twice and went out to meet my new ride. The prep team had the Corvette shining like a new penny, a full tank of gas and ready to run. Mike took my picture with the new Corvette for the Johnny Londoff Facebook website and I was on my way. The car ran flawlessly for a thousand miles and I am a very happy owner of a new Corvette in my garage. Thank You Mike, Mary and Johnny Londoff Chevrolet for making new car buying what it is supposed to be, one of the best experiences in a guy's life!

They went out of their way to make me happy. We have an impala and a cargo van.Both the sales and repairs have been a plesant experience. Every time we call or go in, they are helpful. We left lou fusz olds to come here and have been very happy.Plan on a new cobalt this year.

Insulted my Intelligence , said The problem does not exist , but 5 people has seen the same problem and several other mechanics, I am taking this 2010 Camaro to another dealer, Maybe they have what it takes to find the problem. I am not happy with the way I was treated after the sale. They are only interested in selling you a car, NOT servicing it after the sale, even under warranty.

I went to Johnny Londoff to purchase a new Impala or Cobolt. The salesman seemed somewhat interested in my needs and we looked at a Impala in the showroom. He never offed me a test drive. It was determined I may not be able to afford the Imp., so we ltalked about Colbots. There wasn't one in the showroom, so he showed me the one he owned, again, no testdrive. I wish I remember his name, but threw his buisnesscard away as soon as I left. Very dissipointed!!However, I would like to say, Mr Londoff gave my daughter a generous contribution to a fund rasier she was doing several years ago. Which is why I went to see him in the first place.

It's weird to see the bad reviews of this dealership! We just got home from buying a mini-van from them. We had a great experience! They took care of us very well! The salesman even helped us get into the perfect vehicle with our questionable credit! They completely 100% worked with us! John Londoff himself wanted to meet us and show us around! Very friendly place! I plan to suggest this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a car!

Johnny Londoff, the owner of the company, treats his employees unfairly. I would NEVER go back to his company ever again! If I need to buy another car in the future it will be bought at a company who has an owner who truly cares for his customers AND his employees. I advise people to stay away from the place.

I had a very difficult time buying my truck from Johnny Londoff. It took several weeks, the sales man was not impowered to make any decisions. The Finance Dept did not have there stuff together. The sales manager had to be brought in and I feel I was taken and ran in circles when talking dollars. I guess it all boils down to the fact that they are pro's at what they do. I have bought several vehicals in the past and have never felt taken advantage of like this in the past.
