I have to say that John and his crew went the extra mile to get me in a nice 2010 Chevy Silverado, when the paper work was being processed the salesmen Johnathan followed me home with the truck I bought because I was by my self and drove there with my other car. also John told me he would take care of some items and he did them all.I will go back to John to buy another car or truck. Thank you all for making this happen.

I went to this dealership when my 2007 Chevy Cobalt died. I was looking for a Honda, and was ready to purchase a used one at Car Max when the deal fell through. Car Max could not secure financing unless I changed the address on my license. My old home address was on the license, and my Mom and I left that home due to a domestic violence situation initiated by my father. Since then we have lived in a secret location, where he is unable to track us down. The DMV suggested that we not change addresses on our licenses, because it would be easy for my father to look up the address and track us down. We told this dealership about the situation, and what had happened at CarMax, and they went out of their way to find affordable financing, without the change of address on the license. They were kind, friendly, and willing to help out in a difficult situation, and I've been telling all my tutoring clients about them.

Just went to look around and left with one. Best used car experience I've had. The sales person and the owner are very professional and upfront. Carlos spent time with me and was very helpful.. Need a vehicle , ask for Carlos.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2003 Toyota SUV from John's Route 13, and the experience was great. Out of all the dealerships, new and used, that we went to (and there were many), they were by far the most easygoing and professional.This is a small lot, and it's in between a bunch of really low-end shady lots on Route 13. But these guys are head and shoulders above their competition. We had some very specific criteria, and the salesman (Steven) and the owner (John) helped me find something that met them.Once I found something I liked, they drove the car to and from my mechanic so that he could check it out, and kept in touch with me through text messages. Most importantly they stood by their word on everything throughout the whole process, even when it came to trade-in value and final costs.Overall, I rate these guys very highly and I would definitely buy a used car from them again.

I recently purchased a Hyundai sonota from this dealership and the salesperson Carlos, did an exceptional job making sure that my needs were met. I told him exactly what I was looking for and the money that I was willing to spend and he got me what I needed. The owner, John, on the other hand left me a bit angry in the way that he handled the close of the deal. I informed him that I would be back on Tuesday, with cash i might add, to pick up the vehicle and not only was the title not ready he didn't have the decency to show up but tried to increase the price through the salesperson!!!

I took a bus from Washington DC to John's Rout 13 in PA. I had only $5550 for a 2011 HHR caradvertized for $7,000.John understood that I needed the car for delivery. He gave me the car even when he made no profit. He wanted to help me . I prayed God to bless him with 10 fold what he sacrificed. In turn I am blessing others who are in need just as I was blessed. About a month ago I was car shopping for a new Car and after many dealerships and many salesman I had the privilege to meet Carlos. Of course I had my guard up and I didn't want anything to do with a sales person but this well educated young man truly knew how to handle the situation. Carlos knew exactly what I was looking for within minutes of talking to us and made the process so easy and for that I am so thankful, very handsome and very professional, car dealerships need more salesman like him. I was looking for a vehicle which is not that common and found it here at Johns. My Husband talked to Steve on the phone, who was very helpful and we went to go look at it the next day. I was leary of smaller used car dealerships on the sides of roads (not part of a regular dealership). We walked in, Steve was helping another customer and gave us the keys to go look at the truck (he knew my husband was a mechanic and we didn't need "help" persay. I thought is was awesome that he pretty much let us do our thing.. no pressure, no one up your butt while trying to look - was great. In the end, we bought the truck - was exactly as advertised. Steve was great! NORMAL, very professional and pleasant. We were in and out in a few hours and for the little while that we did wait for the tags, we had a great conversation with Steve and I felt like we were friends by the time we left! He even texted us that evening and the next day to make sure all was good. My husband and I both own our own businesses and when someone contacts you after you buy something from them to check in, it means they truly stand behind their product and feel good about what they sold you. We do it to our customers, and I felt great that Steve did the same to us. We spoke to the owner of the company and he too was down to earth, genuine, and as a business owner myself, I found him impressive. He started with a small place and is now expanding.. the cars he had were all really nice cars.. his employees were all professional and nice.. and for him to have a sales person like Steve employed, he must be a decent guy running a sound business. As far as price, I know hands down that the price of the vehicle we purchased was very fair as we have been looking around and it is a fairly unique vehicle. My husband and I will be coming back next year for our next purchase. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Oh.. and I LOVE my truck!!!! Thank you Steve & John!

This place is the most unprofessional and unorganized business I have ever been to. I have bought 2 cars from john previously with no problems until today. I went to buy a car had cash an a trade ready an he was being a complete xxx hole an wouldn't take my trade which I bought from him not even a year ago. How do you run a car business an not know where the keys are for certain cars? I will never give them business again not will I recomend anyone going there to buy a car.

Within 1 minute of pulling up we were greeted by Steven Seidner with a huge smile on his face despite the freezing temperature. My husband and I had our kids with us (7 & 2) and while the paper work was being prepared Steven turned his office into a cartoon viewing for the kids. He was very attentive to us and it was quite busy. I would recommend to friends & family!

I found out about Johns rt 13 auto on a simple google search and I really liked the selection of their cars. I called and spoke with one of the salesmen ( Steve Seidner) to see if they had what I was looking for ,he assured me that he did.So my husband and I took a ride over to PA and immediately the salesmen Steve Seidner came out to greet me. I also met with the "Big guy"John who was also very nice and made sure I got what I wanted. I ended purchasing a 2008 ford focus se coupe. I made a really good choice because I am really enjoying my car! My salesmen Steve was so kind I would recommend Johns rt 13 auto to anyone. Very reasonable and they will make sure that you leave with the car you love!

Steve was my sales rep. He was great and personable. This was a very good experience compared to my last one at rt46 Chevy just months ago. I can't be more happy with the quick service. I was in and out with my new car in 1 hour! The owner John cares about everyone who walks in. The prices were fair and my trade in was even better than fair! Thanks for the great experience! Dealer had 38 autos listed on Cars.com for under $4,000. Found three worth checking and printed out listings. Visited lot and asked about these cars and was told they were just sent out to auction. Asked about remaining listings and was told all under $4000 cars were gone and only had cars in the $6,000 to $7,000 price range. Typical bait and switch...

We purchased a black GMC Denali truck from this dealership and was pleasantly surprised at the kindness, honesty and excellent customer service they provided. Searched many used car lots online for the vehicle I was looking for and made many visits to other lots only to be disappointed with the vehicles in person. I went to John's and was pleasantly surprised to find that the vehicle did closely resemble the online photos. The downsides were that I felt I could have gotten a little more on my trade and the didn't move off the listed price. Also, the price listed online is $2000 less than the sticker. A line on the web page states that they will pay a minimum of $2000 for any trade and the price is reflected with minimum trade amount. Who reads that stuff. Overall, I am quite satisfied that I found the vehicle I was looking for.

Fantastic experience!! Needed a car after mine was totaled parked out side of my house. I didn't have much money left after the insurance paid off my car so my down payment was minimal. Brian found the perfect car for me and the payment was right where I needed to be. All the staff were helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed. Looked like everyone was enjoying working there.I will be sending everyone I know there that needs a car.
