Outstanding service, I was provided all requested information about the vehicle i wanted quickly. Since my vehicle was still in transit and I had a considerable distance to travel, communication about its arrival time was extremely important. Byron Crytzer kept me updated on the delivery process daily, and literally called me the minute it arrived. This helped me arrange transportation to pick the vehicle up. When I arrived at the dealership I received a warm welcome and was taken care of quickly. All of the staff members I dealt with were courteous and professional, I would definitely do business at this dealership again.

As my 2020 Sierra died in my driveway, Johnson's team jumped right on the issue. I appreciate the service tech coming to my home, and ultimately having my vehicle towed into your shop to be checked out before finally determining the battery was bad. Truly, very good service! The dealership provided excellent service and was very friendly and accommodating. My problem is with Cadillac motor division. I don’t like that the closet Cadillac dealer will be in Columbia or Atlanta. Makes me consider another brand! Please make sure you pass this on to Cadillac!

It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. They let me test drive the truck overnight and when I called to tell them that I wanted to buy it, they said they would fill out the paperwork and have everything ready for me to sign when I returned, which they did. The whole visit took less than 20 minutes

Every time I come they get me in and out quickly. They are always polite and make us feel welcome. They acknowledge our problems (not act as though we are the problem) and take care of them, and any other concerns we may have, We drive 45 minutes to them because we refuse to use the one in Augusta. That is by far the rudest car dealership we have ever dealt with. If we would have known then what we know now, we would have made the trip to Johnson's to purchase our vehicle. Thank you guys for always making my experience there a great one!!

This is how car buying should be. We really wanted one particular truck and we found it at Johnson. Although the dealership was 2.5 hours away it was a great experience. All preliminary information was handled on-line. We were late arriving but both the sales and financial people were there waiting for us after closing. They clearly explained all of the paperwork, finances and gave us a rundown of our new vehicle. We enjoyed a stress free, efficient experience which made for a relaxing ride home in our new vehicle.

I was taking my car to Buick in Augusta Georgia and I found the customer service was so lousy I was complaining to a friend and she told me to call Buick in Aiken and ask for Mr.Lee and he gave me the best customer service on the phone and I took my car in and the staff treated me excellent I am one happy customer and that is amazing because if I say myself, I am very hard to please.

Lee advised me that my Buick had an oil leak and was still under warranty. Thanks Lee. When I got home today, Sherry called me and told me she had my little cooler (I left it on the sidewalk). I went to another Chev dealership in the area and I waited for over half an hour and never got acknowledged that I was there.I left and went to Johnson Motor Co and got excellent service.Mike and Lee are very good at their job. They took care of the issues I was having and did it quickly and efficiently. I will go back to them from now on and have told lots of folks about their great service.

Had a screw in my tire,slow leak. Pulled into Aiken and was fixed in 20 minutes. Guys are great. Both Lee and Mike and are the finest service managers I have meet in all of my years driving GMC and that's at least 40 years

The swas ervice department is very well managed. My car was taken care of quickly and efficiently. My car was also given a complimentary vacum and "wash/rinse" which was a nice touch! Additionally the newly renovated and updated customer lounge area was nice and comfortable.

Every one was willing to do whatever it took to accomplish the results necessary to satisfy me the customer. It was apparent to me that all employees were doing their best to complete their assigned tasks in support of the many customers present that day. I'm sure that some if not all of the customers that day were just like myself, needing their task completed quickly, and the Johnson Motor Company of South Carolina personnel did what they could do to accomplish this for their customers.

From the moment I began communicating with Nick and the staff at Johnson Motor Company of South Carolina, I knew I was in for a good experience. Communication was clear and concise. Our questions were quickly answered and addressed. Most of the communication happened online - and when we decided to finally make the drive to see the car, they were ready for us. The used car we eventually purchased was clean, serviced, and ready to go with a full tank of gas. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a car with Johnson Motor Company of South Carolina!

Best GM service center in the CSRA! Because of 2 separate experiences I have had in the past 2 years, I will never take my 2001 Sonoma pickup to any other service department. A few years back I had a random shop rebuild my transmission for $1000 about 5 months later, my transmission died and needed to be fixed again. Since I was unable to get the original shop to fix it right, this time around I decided to take it to an actual GMC shop. I took the truck in at 8am on a Wednesday morning. They picked up the transmission in a town 3 hours away, installed it, and had it finished by 6pm the same day at a very reasonable price. So not only did I get a GM transmission put in, but I also got 100,000 warranty on parts and labor at any GM dealer in the country. Just this week, outside temps hit 110 outside and my 12 year old A/C was not working. Of course I was expecting at least a $1,200 repair cost. After hours of searching for the leak, it was determined that the leak was too small to find, and just a result of a 12-year slow leak. In the end, they only charged me $150 for labor and recharge and not a $1000 compressor. I feel like too many shops are eager to rip people off and will replace parts unnecessarily. I am more than pleased with both the service and honesty that I have received. To anyone with a GM vehicle, I highly recommend the guys at Johnson motor company for quality service and honest work.
