My son and I had the best experience working with Jamie Hackney to purchase a vehicle Johnson Subaru of Cary. Jamie was very open and honest. He was supportive in decision making and knowledgeable about the car. He did not try to sugar coat anything. His transparency was much appreciated. My teenager was able to connect with Jamie because he was very down to earth and engaged him in the conversations. If you want excellent customer service and someone you can easily talk to without pressure, ask for Jamie Hackney, hands down, the best car salesman I have dealt with.

Jamie Hackney was superb. We went in with no expectations but received superior customer service. Jamie was honest, patient and straightforward. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The service at Johnson Subaru is second to none! Godfrey Akenabor made sure the process was smooth from start to finish. No waste of time just straight to the point which is my biggest win when purchasing a vehicle. As if that wasn’t enough, after settling in your vehicle Denise Vargas will sit with you in your car and explain how everything works so you can maximize the use of it. This is my second Subaru with Johnson each experience only gets better!

I purchased my first Subaru from them back in 2018. I recently purchased another Subaru. I'm very pleased with the customer service that I received. Ryan, the GM helped me obtain my dream. He is such a great guy! Paul Casboro, one of the sales managers gave me VIP treatment and worked the whole buying process with me. Bethany, the finance manager was very friendly and professional. I would recommend buying a Subaru here.

Let me first say that I love my new car. What made this experience was Matt Bishop. He made this process simple easy and I got exactly what I wanted and needed. When I went on the lot I wasn't sure what I was looking for other than a better car. He was patient and attentive and we found the perfect car for me. He deserves a pat on the back for trying to make sure everything was perfect. He even cleaned up the car himself. He is a great guy and I tell all my friends about Matt at Johnson Subaru because he made sure that my experience in buying a new car was stress free and easy. Thanks you guys and thank you Matt!
