Buyer Beware, Caution with AS IS In the market for a car for my kid, we chose Jon Hall based on the fact that they were a large car dealer and assumed, the key word there, that they did a decent job inspecting there used cars before putting them on the lot. When buying the car we were told it was a bullet proof car and that it was just being broken in. 2 weeks after purchasing and around 500 miles in the transmission went out. I called and got some prices on fixing it and called the dealer, not asking them to replace it but rather what they might do to help. After all, they sold the car for a premium to us. As the sales manager said, used cars are going for a premium and that the price was final. When talking to the used car manager he said that the car was sold as is, no implied warranty. I told him I understood but thought that them, being a large used car lot and not a fly by night used car lot, would want to do right in the community and sell better cars, after all that is why we choose them over the local buy here pay here lots. He stated their reputation wasn't on the line. So with that said, it doesn't matter how much they make on a car, there bottom line is their bottom line. The repair is 2800 dollars. A simple $500.00 gesture would have turned a one star post into a 5 star and would have definitely had us recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used car. Instead, they are only worried about their bottom dollar on each deal and not looking into future deals. We will never use them again and will do our best to inform others of the issues we had with Jon Hall Chevrolet.

Craig was great as always. He put my gold Chevrolet emblem on my Traverse in just a few minutes and unfortunately cut his finger doing the job. He always helps me with any question or problem I have. He is an outstanding service advisor and I give him an A+. He should get a raise. Jason is also a valuable employee as your courtesy driver. I have used the service several times and he is great. On Sat, 9/11/21, I drove to Jon Hall Chevrolet and made contact with Mr. Robert Berger and Mr. Mike Casper who were both a pleasure to work with. Both of these gentleman were professional. After negotiating a deal with Robert and Mike, I was going to trade in my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport for a 2021 Corvette that they had on the showroom floor. This was a simple cash deal along with my trade in. The reason for the one star rating and the reason why I changed my mind and did not finalize the purchase of the 2021 Corvette is all because of the finance representative, Mr. Ryan Hall. Mr. Hall was unprofessional, misleading, and his actions and inappropriate comments were outside his expertise as a finance representative. Mr. Hall had the audacity to tell me after I cancelled this deal that they would just sell the car to someone else. What a disgrace that he had to make such a comment. He is not a sales representative, his only role is that of a finance representative. Mr. Hall was the reason why the 2021 Corvette could not be moved from the showroom floor even after he completed all the paperwork which was signed to include transferring my tag from my 2017 Corvette to the 2021 Corvette. Mr. Hall was waiting for the check but he could have easily allowed the process of preparing the 2021 Corvette to continue such as removing the sticker from the window, putting my tag on the new car and filling up the tank with fuel. Unfortunately, the sales representative, Robert was not allowed to continue with that process per Mr. Hall until he was in possession of the check. Originally, I was going to drive my 2017 Corvette to my house to pick up the title and check and drive immediately back to the dealership. Unfortunately, Mr. Hall’s actions prevented me from doing just that so I had to have my wife drive to the dealership with the title and check and I had no other option other than to wait. During this unnecessary delay caused by Mr. Hall, I told him that if the Wells Fargo was still open that I would have gone there and got a cashier’s check but due to the time, they had already closed. I also told Mr. Hall that the check I was going to give him truly has no value until it was cashed which is a factual statement. Mr. Hall made another inappropriate comment that if the check bounced that it would be a felony and I would be arrested. This inappropriate comment was disgraceful to say the least and validates how incompetent and unprofessional he truly is. I also question the integrity of Mr. Hall. He knew I was disappointed that I could not drive to my house to pick up the title and check. He told me that he told the sales representative, Robert to put a dealer tag on my car. This is untruthful and misleading. For Mr. Hall to blame the sales representative was a disgrace and is cowardly not to take responsibility for his own actions and attempt to blame someone else. At this point, I was done dealing with his incompetence and asked him to shred all the documents and transfer my tag back to my 2017 Corvette. As soon as he completed this task, I left the dealership. It was clear with the sales representatives once the deal was agreed upon that this was a trade in and cash deal only. For Mr. Hall to suggest this deal be a 100 % finance deal with a low interest rate in my opinion was inappropriate. I am requesting the opportunity to speak with the owner, Mr. Glenn Ritchey who is definitely an honorable and successful business professional. A great leader deserves to hear the facts of my complaint specifically against Mr. Ryan Hall, one of the finance representatives. Great leaders always make themselves available to hear complaints from their customers just as equal to hearing all the great accolades for the team of professionals who represent Jon Hall Chevrolet with dignity and honor as this was the case for Mr. Robert Berger and Mr. Mike Casper. Our salesman Tyler Van Patten was extremely helpful. He knew the answers to most of our questions and what he didn't know he found out right away. The rear tail light on the Traverse had water in it and had to be replaced. Tyler was right on top of it. Got the part ordered and arranged to have it replaced. He even got me a loaner to drive while it was being fixed. I couldn't have ask for a better buying experience.

Took my one of my Vehicles to Jon hall for service. A vibration and A/C not cooling right. After being there over 3 hours i asked what is going on with my truck, they said the Vibration was tires out of balance and the A/C problem was the clutch fan. So i went home why they were repairing it supposedly. When i called to see if it was ready, they said the A?/C had a leak. But hours earlier they said it was the Fan Clutch. I came and picked up the truck, still had vibration and A/C still not cooling.. Took to another New Chevy Dealer they found the A/C was over charged. It's Crazy that Jon Hall said it had a Leak. Works Great Now. They only had to take out Freon that was over charged. The Vibration, was a bad tire.. Nothing to do with balancing.In other words, they milked my Extended Warranty for $440.00 I had to pay the deductible a $100.00 They took advantage of Me & My Extended Warranty.. There was Nothing Wrong with The Clutch they Replaced.

brought my car in on monday 11/14 for what i believed to be a dead battery. battery was purchased fron jon hall 10/22/2015 , the check engine light and no fob detected lights were on so the customer rep suggested and engine diag. i agreed she said it would take about 1 hr that was at 11:30 am at 2;30 NO call could only get voice mails , finally contcted the shuttle driver who went inside and asked service rep to call me an hour later i received call still working on it it would be ready tuesday it was the battery. Tues morning receive a call 8:36 am pretty sure it is battery install a new one no charge(really the $200* battery was only a year old. GOING ON 5:30 PM Tues nite no calls returned no shuttle to pick up my vehicle only VOICE MAILS AND A BUNCH OF BULL from the service dept

This Place is a JOKE!!! My wife and I have ok credit not great but ok. They sold us a new car my wife loved. Said don't worry all financing will be all good. We traded in are older car, and that where the deal went south. About 30 days later my financing company starts calling me saying the payment is due. Well I called Jon Hall Chevy and they said it will be taken care of, well it was not. Never paid off my trade in, and to make matters worse after 44 days with the new car called and said they could not finance and needed the car returned. When I asked why I was told they did not know. so not only did I have to return the car (which they were very rude about) I had a bad mark on my credit because of them. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, AND LIED TO!!!.

I have never been so mislead and treated so badly before. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. I was sold car by bad tactics and false promises. T he sales team is very sneaky and has no evendors worse service department. Once they make the sale they could care less what.problems you have with the car. They will do and say whatever they know you want to hear to land the sale and sell you a horrible car just for the commission. This dealer should be closed down. If you do step foot into this poor establishment make sure to stay far away from the sales person Angelo. Horrible horrible horrible.

This is our first time service visit with Jon Hall Chevrolet in Daytona Beach. We recently located and purchased our Certified 2013 Chevy Volt online at a Chevrolet dealer in Florida who had the car in stock and are delighted with it. After just a few days, it would not accept a charge and had a Service message. This all occurred about the time of Hurricane Matthew and our area had much damage and power loss.We took it to our local Chevrolet dealer, Jon Hall are were very pleased with the experience. Our rep Joyce explained what to expect, got a loaner, and kept me informed until we picked it up. Although they were busy, I was well looked after and only short waits. A very pleasant environment and helpful personnel.

I had a very positive experience with Jon Hall Chevrolet (JHC). I submitted an online inquiry, and was promptly contacted by JHC. JHC discussed vehicle options and availability, answered my questions, and provided a timely, competitive offer that any reasonable person would have difficulty refusing. I requested an out-the-door price, and JHC exceeded my expectations. Moreover, JHC never engaged in pressure sales techniques, and was courteous throughout the process. I reside about an hour away from JHC; however, the trip was worth it. Overall, JHCs integrity and aggressive pricing are stand-outs to me.

Al Ross, a sneaky , lying, scammer of a salesman. Lied to me from the beginning till the end! Told me that they were going to pay off my currently leased car & put me in a NEW vehicle , paying less than what i was paying now and had me spent 4 hours in that place for him to tell me he didnt want my car at ALL for me to leave the car on the side of road and when it came time to pay , tell my current financial institution that it was to much and that they could REPO it! At the end after spending more than 4 hours & telling them that they were in the wrong in their dealership, they said that they were going to pay off the car, & put me in a new one . We finally settled after i told management what their salesman wanted me to do with my current leased vehicle (because when i did the whole deal changed, and magically they could pay off the vehicle) after spending 30 mins trying to lower the initial high payments they wanted to stick me with & we agreed on a car that i initially wanted with $500 down & lower monthly payments.. I left with an temporary SUV , because they told me to come back in 2 days to pick up the car i signed for because the color i wanted had to be cleaned and prepared. I then came back today & the WHOLE situation changed, the SUV i wanted was no longer available because it was TOO expensive & the "BANKS" didnt approve it because they required a deposit of 4k or 5k , then the "Salesman" Alphonso Ross showed me another car that "met" my budget and the agreed monthly payments which was no longer an SUV. We test drove it and when we wanted to finalize the deal , he comes and says that the $500 down stayed the same but now i had to pay $580 monthly ! I refused the deal and left !! This is not a place of business but one of liars, scammers & salesmans that just want to receive a fat commision check out of potential customers! I WILL NEVER reccommend , set foot nor trust this Dealership or their "SalesReps" SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM . Johnathan Hernandez

Twice I have taken my vehicle in for a Oil change and both times left with grease on the hood of my car. Went there on June 27th just to get a oil change and was approached about looking at a different vehicle to lower my car payments. Instead I was blindsided into to purchase a car with a payment a $100.00 more that what I am currently paying. The finance guy implied that I was stupid, I needed to be educated, unable to make my own choices and that I wasted their time. First of all I didn't go in looking for a new car ( current vehicle is leased) but if there was a option to explore to lower my payment it was worth it. Instead I was belittled and made extremely uncomfortable and upset. I understand trying to make a living but what happened to me was such a horrible experience, and then to leave and find grease on my car again after I had complained the first time and told the service advisor that I didn't want to see it again. If this is the way they treat customers I would not recommend them to anyone. I generally don't go publicly to complain about a vendor and maybe others have had a good experience. To me it was a nightmare, and very disappointed because I was under the impression that they were a trustworthy dealership. Buying a vehicle is stressful enough anyway, to have to endure this kind of treatment is not making it any easier. Just a FYI no I am not nasty when I go into a dealership and speaking with them. I have been on the other side before, and I respect them, but in the same manner I am paying for a service and expect quality work especially when at a dealership.

A part broke on the gear shift which would not allow me to put the car in park and/or turn the car off. I also had received a recall for another item on my Sonic and the great service department took care of that as well. However, the safety recall I received on my car was not in my mind as big of a safety issue as not being able to put the car in park or turn the car off and for some reason even though the service tech advised that they keep the part now in service there has not yet been a safety recall for that I realize that is not Jon Hall Chevrolet but the safety division of Chevrolet should really wake up and send out a safety recall for not being able to put the car in park or turn it off. i think that is more of a safety concern than not getting chimes when you leave the keys in the car. I'd much rather deal with the possibility of lokcing the keys in the car than not being able to put the car in park or turn off the engine. Don't you think the fact of not being able to put a car in park or shutting it off is more of a safety hazard than a chimne that reminds you your keys are still in the ignition? Let's get priorities straight Chevrolet!!! Being able to put a car in park and turn it off should be a #1 Safety Concern!!!!!!!!! Let's see if Chevy will put out a safety recall for that part -- then I can request reimbursement form Jon Hall for the labor, parts & service to fix the car so I can put it in park and actually turn ther car off!!!!!! Wake up!!!!!

Paul B was great to work with in sales but when it came time to sign then it went south. Had my own financing with my bank and asked that they not submit my info and low and behold they solicited their banks generating more credit inquiries. They printed paperwork incorrectly and took forever to get CJ to correct. Like pulling teeth. What a nightmare.

Sales people are nice, but STAY FAR AWAY FROM SERVICES. I've had to visit them twice before for scheduled maintenance and both visits made me feel very "iffy" about the service I received, but this crossed the line. Look, I know how to do my own oil change, but when they offer free changes, I'll take advantage of that. Brought in my car earlier for a change and was told that they would come get me in the lobby when it was ready. I waited two hours, then walked over there to see what the xxxx was going on.I walked through the back and saw my car sitting there in the dirt grass and someone came up and told me "You have to go to the register first before getting in your car". Well, listen here, I WAS NEVER TOLD MY CAR WAS READY. I signed the papers, and left and a few miles down the road, I started smelling this "burning" smell from my engine bay.I pulled over and then popped my hood up and smoke started coming out and there WAS OIL ALL OVER THE ENGINE BAY. That crossed the line for me! I then decided to let my car idle and burn off the oil and waited for it to stop, eventually, it did. The car is running fine, and oil was added to my engine, and the caps are all on properly. Look, even though I didn't pay anything, actually take some xxxx pride in your "quality" of work for your customers.

I will never step foot back in that place again, the finance guy George was rude, pushy, sneaky, and very misleading! He tried to sneak a $2,000.00 platinum care package in, and then he goes so fast you don't have a chance to see what your actual numbers are. I finally had to take the contract and take a picture. When looking over everything they added $4,000.00 to the contract on top of the $2,000.00 Platinum Care package that we did not want. I told them I wanted time to think and review over everything (which they did not want me to do). When my wife went back the next day (I had to work) she asked them what was the $4,000.00 on top of the price we agreed on, no one could tell what it was. They all kept saying it must be accessories we added ( we added no accessories to deal). If was you and they had a car you liked, I would get the vin number and go to another Chevy dealer and give the vin to them and have them sell the car to you.

I had a clicking sound ever time I let off the gas peddle. The gas peddle was replaced twice and that was not the problem. I call GM and explained the problem. They sent a email to Jon Hall Chev. and it stated I had a clicking in the brake peddle which was wrong. While I talked with GM, Mich. I was transferred three times, no wonder they got it wrong. The dealership talked to me and wanted to know what was wrong with break peddle, I told them that GM was wrong and did not listen to what I told Them. I took truck back once more and the they stopped the clicking noise , I can not be the only person with this problem. GM needs to put out how Jon Hall Chev. was able to fix it on 4th time

I needed emergency work done on my car due to a planned road trip and had dash warning lights the day before I was to leave. Joyce fit me right in to what I'm sure was a full Saturday schedule. They quickly diagnosed the problem and set me up with a loaner vehicle, knowing that I was going to be out of town for a week. While I was away, I contacted Joyce and asked for a couple of other items to be addressed. She made it happen in a jiffy. When I finally got back in to town, my car was ready. It looked brand new! they did a wonderful job on the detail and they fixed the problem!

When I went to pay for the charge they added a MIscellaneous fee which the lady insisted was law for them to charge. When i exclaimed that that was not true and was a pure lie she and the service provider knowing they were wrong took the charge off and gave me the cold shoulder during the rest of the transaction. Dont risk your vehicle and or money with these people.

After the test drive and having my trade in appraised,we were presented with the dealers figures.They were way out of or reach,so we said thanks and tried to leave. We were confronted by a person who introduced himself as a manager. I tried to tell him that we wanted to leave and rethink about purchasing a truck. he followed us out to our car and kept insisting we should continue to talk about buying.he became rude and obnoxious. I don't know if this a new strategy because I have purchased vehicles here in the past and never have been insulted like this. I will never go back to Jon Hall again,life is to short to have to put with type of abuse.This so called manager thinks he was doing me a favor by selling me vehicle .

Upon taking my vehicle to Jon Halls service center, reluctantly due to the fact that I have always had bad experiences with dealership service centers, I must say I feel that I was treated with respect and was not sold anything that was unnecessary. They corrected the trucks issue and there was no hassle. For that I am thankful. Thank you. I plan to keep this vehicle for while and would like to keep it in good running condition. My wife has a 1999 Silverado that she purchased in 2003 from Jon Hall used cars (we purchased the 05 Tahoe there as well) and she drives it daily. She is hoping to keep it for a few more good years. When the time comes....we will be buying from Jon Hall again.

I'd brought my 2012, grand sport, Corvette in for an oil change, a low beam, headlight, recall, A problem with the spark plug wires occasionally popping off, and odor of burnt oil coming from t, A problem with the spark plug wires occasionally popping off, and odor of burnt oil coming he AC vent. Have had my car in 4 different times for the same problem. Engine light on. In at 8:am till 5: pm. when they finally brought my car out, told me light was off, they couldn't find the reason. Got in the car to drive home, the light still on. drove back around to the service dept, told my service rep. he pulled out a little gadet plugged into my drivers side told me it was the gas emission system, gas cap took him 30 seconds to tell me this, my car had been in the shop ALL DAY. . told me he wouldn' worry about it that I could continue to drive the car without any problem. However if the light is still then how do I know if anything else is wrong.told me to bring the car back in, I live in Deland, 35 miles away. I left, took the car to 2 different shops they both tell me that it is not hitting on all 6 cyclline took back to Jon Hall, again all day at the shop, when they finally came out with the car, they tell me carbon build up cleaned whatever, charged me a whopping $500.00. I would never do business with this Chevy dealer again. worse experience I have ever had, Especially with the Service Rep lGary

Service is average ,but department seems to be overwhelmed. Purchased new vehicle an to "my bad" I purchased extended warranty and did not thoroughly read before signing. I was led to believe that extended was complete coverage with no cost on repairs as per finance rep. However after bring vehicle in on minor repair dealer went ahead and fixed without consulting me and advising it would cost $200.00 because of deductible on extended warranty. I should have been advised my service rep before work was done. Also finance rep was fast talker and misleading during sale.

Bought a used Corvette a couple of months ago, and although I discovered a few things amiss during the first month of ownership, the used car department was quick to honor their one month/1000 mile full mechanical warranty. No arguments, no discussion, just immediate satisfaction - and these were not inexpensive repairs. The sales department was easy to deal with and Chris Brugna offered excellent after-sale support. Would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership. Was particularly impressed with my service rep, Gary Yocum, who pulled out all of the stops to make sure that I received the requested service. He also was a big help with a 3rd party waranty service on our Equinox.

I bought a used car here thinking I was using a reputable dealer and was told it's certified good condition! I was given the car and a payment amount, and left happy. Three days later I was told to come sign the final papers, I was under the impression the deal was already gone but no! The payment went up by $80 and there was no warranty anymore????? I would have liked to have told them to shove it, but I had already sold my other car! Well needless to say I've bought old clunkers and had better luck!!! After $6000 in repairs in the first 6 months of owning this gem! I'm trading it in and am stuck upside down in payments!!!! NEVER go here!

I am writing this review in hopes that Jon Hall will improve their service for the next woman who visits their dealership for service. I had to have paint work done on a 2010 Camaro. After dropping off my car I was never called with a time to pick up my car. I was told it would take three to four days and I would be called. After three days I called, the call was not answered but sent to voice mail. I left a message and my number. Several hours later I was called and told my car would not be ready until the next week. I called Monday, again voice mail. On Tuesday I sent a friend to check on my car and he was told it was in service and he could not see the car. I immediately called and asked service why my car was there when it was suppose to be in the paint shop. I was told they did not know where my car was and they would call me right back. That was at 2:00 pm. At 4:30 pm I was called and told my car was ready for pick up. When I reached the dealership, it was the worst paint job I had ever seen. After contacting a friend and a nasty phone call with Mark Stephens ( nasty on his part ) I returned my car to be painted again. This time Mark could not have been nicer my car was painted to my satisfaction. My thought is Jon Hall needs to realize the days of treating women like they know nothing have long since past. I am single, independent and purchase new vehicles every two to three years. Women are a large part of new car purchase group and we need to be treated as such. I would never return to Jon Hall and have purchased a new vehicle from another dealership who did treat me well.

I left the hospital after spending the day there visiting my husband. After getting in my car and starting to drive I found that my check engine light stayed on. I pulled over, checked the book which said to check the gas cap. I did this, then, since the light was on steady and not blinking I tried to continue driving as the book said you could. As soon as I started to pick up speed the light started to blink. I turned around and went back to my parking space at a very reduced speed which put the light back to steady again, not blinking. I'm new to Florida and don't know anyone here and it was 4:45pm. I called Jon Hall and got Joyce as my service advisor. I explained my predicament and she immediately did her best to help. She got a dealer shuttle to pick me up from the hospital (the shuttle driver stayed late to do this) and bring me to the dealer. Joyce said to me as long as she was able to get me to the dealer she'd be able to get me home from there, even if she had to drive me home herself after work. It turned out not to be necessary as they decided to loan me a car until my car was fixed. She said she'd have my car towed to the dealer that night or the next day and then call me with the estimate, which she did the next morning. The car was fixed by the next afternoon! I had never even asked what the price of the tow was so they could really have overcharged me but they didn't. The price of the tow and of the repairs was very fair, the quality of the work was excellent, the people were honest & helpful. I feel everyone I dealt with there went way above and beyond what was required and this is definitely my dealer from now on. They turned what could have been a real disaster for me into a minor inconvenience - and they did it all for someone they didn't even know who was a first time customer! Again, a big thank you to Joyce and everyone else there for your kindness and help!

After doing extensive research while my truck was finishing up giving its last hurrah I paid a visit to John hall in search of a certified pre-owned vehicle. I spoke with Scott on the phone who set me up with Rocky to help narrow down a vehicle that suited my needs. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Rocky was professional and considerate in his pitch and suggestions. He had no issue in saying no to what he initially suggested as alternatives, affirming to me that he was more interested in having return business and referrals rather than just landing a quick deal. Negotiating was not a headache, he was courteous to uninvolved parties who chimed in as well. Upon delivery of the vehilce, the detailing left something to be desired. Rocky mentioned before I did that he was not happy with the detailing. With it being a holiday and the detailers being short-staffed, it was understandable for me. Rocky went above and beyond for me, allowing me to come in later and have a pristene detail performed. I would recommend John Hall to anybody for patiently working with me through the process and being straightforward and honest during the negotiation.

I came in to Jon Hall Chevrolet to purchase a new 2014 Chevrolet Impala, and man did I get treated like I was someone special. I have had, Ford's, BMW's, Porsche's, Lexus's, Toyota's, Cadillac's, and obviously now Chevrolet's. The finance guy Travis was very honest and real with me about what I needed for the car. The car itself was amazing, I had to check to make sure it was a Chevrolet and not a Lexus it drove so good with it also having such a quiet cabin. The dealership itself though was so welcoming and gave me a great deal when compared to the other Chevrolet Dealerships around. Anyways, this dealership is great to say the least, like the commercial says,"The Only Dealer You'll Need."

Went looking for a new, used truck and instead of trying to help me find what I was looking for, Scott Wilford was more interested in trying to sell me a truck on their lot that night. Guess he didn't understand that unless he was willing to work up a deal I couldn't refuse, I did not mind waiting to find what I'm looking for. Anyways, he bluntly let me know that unless I was going to work a deal that night I could get off their lot. Even the sales rep was embarrassed and had to apologize. He was even talked into a truck he didn't even go to the dealership to get!!! . I should have walked out, when I got insulted... But my son was with me... Brought my vehicle for routine maintenance for which I had received coupons from the dealership. After paying the bill, I noticed on my way to the vehicle that the cashier had not applied one of the coupons. I went back to my customer service rep who brought the bill back to the cashier. When she processed the credit, she asked me why I hadn't brought it to her attention while paying the bill - like somehow I was the problem. After I told her that I didn't want to waste her time going over a full accounting of the bill during the payment process, she acted petulant (again, like I was the problem). I finally stated that I was not the one who had made the mistake, to which she gave me a sarcastic "have a nice day". I won't be returning to this dealership, despite the very satisfactory performance of my service rep (Gary).

I was shopping for a muscle car and decided that the best way to make up my mind would be to test drive Mustang, Challenger, and Camaro. When I arrived at the Jon Hall Chevy dealership, I saw several salesmen hanging outside laughing. They completely ignored me. I had to go inside to get one of them to show me a Camaro. The salesman offered me to testdrive it. He took my license and went inside. After 15 min he came back with the keys for the car and said: "We are NOT going for a testdrive but you can look inside the car." He said that I lived more than 30 miles away and he is not going to put miles on the car. I said I just wanted to go around the block. He said: "Absolutely NOT. You will drive this car and then go buy anotherone somewhere else." I feel that his behavior was unprofessional at best. I should have talked to the manager but was too upset and left promptly.

My wife and I visited Jon Hall Chevy recently and met with sales consultant Adrian Caponera. We had an interest in the new Camaro but were not serious about an immediate purchase. Adrian was very helpful, informative and friendly regarding the model we were interested in. I had a trade and received a very fair amount for it. Adrian was patient and helpful in located the exact car that I was interested in. I would recommend the dealer if you're interested in a new or used car. Ask for Adrian Caponera.

I have shopped at Jon Hall before and everything was great so I went back for my most recent purchase. I bought a chevy malibu and it's awesome!My sales guy John was really helpful and friendly and outgoing. He tried to get me the right price and I appreciated that because I know salesmen work on commission, so for him to get me a lower price is like taking a cut out of his own paycheck! Now that's customer service! I would definitely say to ask for him if you are shopping for a new car. He even went across to a different car lot to look for what I wanted! I started out looking at something more expensive and ended up with something less pricey, the salesman could have easily pushed me for the more expensive one but he didn't. The finance manager (forgot his name) was also nice, he took his time to answer my questions and explain everything. The number my salesman told me was pretty close to what I ended up with so I was happy. I think a lot of people get pressured into adding upgrades and options and all that but I just told them what I wanted and what I didn't want and that was that. No hassle, really.I went back a second day because I had to get to work and also bring in some paperwork they needed. Every time I'm there everyone is really nice so I would say this is a good dealership to go to when you're looking for a car.

My Envoy was towed to the dealership after being involved in an accident. I was comfortable with that because the vehicle was purchased from Jon Hall new. To make a long story short, I was able to pick up the vehicle over five weeks later. I was given several excuses when I would call to check on it. By the way, they're not very good at returning phone calls. To put the iceing on the cake, the left fender they replaced has two dents in it. After over five weeks of this fiasco, I wasn't about to leave my car with these people any longer. So I left the body shop with my "fixed" Envoy. Call me crazy, but I think if they have the nerve to charge over $5500 for a job it should probably be done right. I'm sure one of the main reasons I'm so disgusted with this lack of professionalism, is that I have been in the car business for almost thirty years myself. Sincerely, Mike Fruzzetti P.S. i went in to jon hall chevrolet looking for a family car. i had the malibu in mind. Scott Hoxie let me take a 2013 malibu for a drive and i liked it. well despite the fact that i liked it he tells me there is a chevy cruze which is cheaper, but he didnt tell me it was a compact car. He assures me that its big enough to fit a double stroller for both of my children. and he assures me that its big enough to drive with the car seats in the back. so i drove one with 7 miles on it and i trusted him enough to purchase it...big mistake. first they swithced the 7 mile new automatic transmission car for a 300 mile manual transmission in the middle of the deal. and did not change the price by the way. and for a base model ls cruze with minimal inside, it ended up costing me 28000... but thats what happens when the dealer is more concerned with commission than costumer...and i applaude all of the dealerships who drop comission and get back to the real importance, the people. well, next, i take it home and the trunk does not even come close to fitting a double stroller, and when i put my 3 month old son behind my seat i cannot push in the clutch without hitting my knee... i would put my 2 year old daughter behind my seat instead but she will kick and distract me the whole time driving. so the very next day i try to tell them about the problem and instead of working with me before the loan goes through.. scott gets scared of losing his comission and sends in mark burg.. mark burg was very nice the first day i met him (before i purchased a vehicle) on day two when i asked for a trade... he tried to scare me out of doing a trade by saying, "if you trade it in now your credit will show a reposession and you will be upside down on your loan, therefore you will have more profit to owe us on top of a new loan." which since the loan didnt go through and the loan would have been switched to new loan. it was all lies and scare tactics. then he proceeds to call me an "adult" and says that i can make my own decisions and choices. which, is true but i was hoping to get a little help, as a father of two who works hard for everthing he has and doesnt want to waste his money on a car that is not right for him and his family. but because they dont want to lose a little bit more comission by selling me a cheaper made car for a higher price they refuse to cooperate.i also have three employees that i work with that are currently looking for new cars but are looking at dodges because of the poor customer care that jon hall has associated with chevrolet. my advice for the next first time car buyer.. go with a comission free dealer and know what is right for you before you go in the dealership, because places like jon hall are more interested in a sale today than a happy customer tomorrow. sincerely, Victor DiTusa

Bought a Jeep Liberty from Jon Hall 7/11 and totaled it 10/11. Had to get another vehicle but in a wheelchair due to accident and couldnt get to dealership. Will Cryder made 3 trips to my home to show me a vehicle and sign all paperwork. Never heard of a salesman doing something like that. all the people we dealt with there were pleasent to deal with,they were not pushy for you to buy a car or a service.They help you find just what you would be happy in, but most of all how fast everything was done.Most dealers you go to its like a 6 or 7 hr. ordeal.we were there approx. 3 hours.They also gave us just about what we wanted for our trade,my wife and i were very pleased.for the last 35 years we would buy mopar vehicles but from now on we will be doing buisness with john hall.And again i cant say enough about Scott Hoxie our salesman, thank you for the pleasant experiance. Scott and Willie did a great job getting us into a car with very little hassle. Having two young children makes buying a car very un-enjoyable, but Willie and Scott arranged almost all of it over the phone and we were able to leave with a great car with very little hassle. Never write reviews but I had to come write one for Jon Hall because it was great. I bought a Chevy Equinox and there was a lot of new tech in there that I wasn't familiar with at all, and my sales consultant John actually helped me to program things and taught me how to use my bluetooth and satellite radio. I am very pleased with the service and everyone I dealt with there was very professional. I will return to Jon Hall for future purchases and would recommend the same to you!

Buying my son his first vehicle, not sure what to get him. Willie Crider listened to us and asked us lots of questions. He educated us with each vehicle choice we looked at. Additionally, Willie educated us on financing, maintance and car care!During this process he was observant to pick up and notice my body language when I looked lost or confused. It took me an hour and forty five minutes for an oil change. The dealership lied to me twice. Before I took my car to them I called to make sure they had an oil filter for my car, The female service advisor checked and told me they did. After waiting an hour and a half for my oil change I asked the service advisor what the hold up was. He told me they didn't have my oil filter. (first lie). Fifteen minutes later they finished up with my car. (no apologies for the wait) On the follow up phone survey the young lady told me they would have someone contact me about my bad experience. The second lie. Bottom line is if you have lots of time and don't mind being lied to John Hall is the place to take your car.

This salesman went above and beyond to try to help us find a vehicle he even checked out a vehicle for us that was at another lot ,even though he made nothing on that sale .unfortunately we bought the other vehicle ,I would of rather bought a vehicle from him but the other car was a one of a kind and he could not get that car for me .He is very helpful and professional and that dealer is lucky to have someone so devoted to customer service as an employee

Went in on April 30th to look at the cars they had. Great selection of cars. Delt with BC once before, and he knows what he is doing and good at it. Had a few small isuses, but thanks to the great job that Matt Kelly and BC did they made me happy and a Jon Hall customer for life. Also the finance guys were A1. If you want a Chevy at a great deal and wnted to be treated great see BC.

My husband brought home a 2010 Malibu from the dealership. They had let him bring it home. But I had been on line and the new Equinox had caught my eye. So we went back to Jon Hall. I am almost 60, and Henry our salesman understood that I was excited about the car but that, as a woman, one of my big concerns was personal safety. Not like in a crash, but like in terms of personal security. He said, "I'll take care of your price, but let me show you how this car will take care of you." He set the unlock feature so that only the driver's door opens from the key fob. He set the lights so that they dim only after I've had time to get to our front door at home. He had me call OnStar, and they set me up so that I can call for help if I feel threatened in any way. He set up blue tooth so I can call my friends without having to mess with my cell phone. Then he introduced me to a lady Service Advisor, so I had a fellow woman to call, if I have questions or concerns about my new car. Most men -- let alone a car salesman -- don't have this kind of understanding of how a woman feels when she's driving her car. If writing this helps anybody our there, then I offer to women that they should shop at Jon Hall Chevrolet, but when you do you should insist on dealing with Henry Sterling.

I went to this dealership because of an Ad flyer that I recieved in the mail about an upcoming inventory liquidation sale that they were having, claiming to give you 110 % of Kelly Blue Book value. The amount that they offered to me for my trade wich is a 22 month old Excellent condition upscale truck with very low miles, was so far below the actual value, that it should have been illegal to have even offered it. The staff was kind of friendly, a little pushy, but to be expected I guess. But the sales manager Scott Stevens was a real jerk, and treated me like I was an enemy and not like a perspective client.

I had an accident with my car, the insurance company recommended Jon Hall Chevrolet since I am a disabled widow and they had a free transport to pick me up to pick up my car. Damage was to the roof and a shattered windshield. Since work necessitated removing headliner to complete and there were two small sags in it, I asked if they would please fix it for me. They replied yes, they could do that, but it would not be a good job. Told them to go ahead.I had no idea they would do such incredibly poor work when I gave them my agreement. Had they told me that the headliner would look worse than ever, I certainly would never have given them the go ahead, even though I know nothing about cars or their repair! The job they did is incredibly ugly, making the condition at least 90% worse than the couple of wrinkles that were there, and I am getting nowhere with the people of Jon Hall Chevrolet who keep repeating that I was told it would not be a good job! There's a good job and there's total ruination!

I have had a horrible experience all together with this dealership from financing to service. I bought a $20,000 vehicle but it was used..if you try to get service on a used car you are not as important as the new cars. Financing department is very incompetent! I had to call them to find out why I have not received a bill yet,it turns out they didn't have all the info the needed and financing was pending. They never bothered to call and let me know it was missing. I wound up being late on my first payment because they didn't bother to tell me the license copy they took was to dark. Then when it came to my 30 day warranty I went to get something fixed and somehow the car was uncertified AFTER I bought the "Certified" vehicle. I have had nothing but hassles and would not recommend them to anyone. The Sales guy was very helpful and outgoing it was the other departments that I had problems with.
