I have recommended it to numerous people. Gio made sure everything was good and got me the best deal on my Chevrolet Cruze. All the sales team was awesome and especially Tom he was a great guy. Service was a bit rougher though but they pulled through at the end. Thank you Gio and all the sale team.

I was able to get tires and breaks out on my truck in a very timely manner this past week. I have been going to Murdock's for service and repairs for over a year now. The staff is very friendly and informative. You can either drive in, walk in, or make make an appointment with their expert service staff. Kieth and Chelby at the from has been very good with answering any questions I may have and letting drive a loner vehicle so that I don't have to wait. Their team of experts have been able to point out any underlying issues that I am not aware about and have been able to install quality parts in a very timely manner. I reccomend going here!

I will always return to this dealership for service on my car. I would also recommend Jon Murdock to all my friends for their service needs. Chelby is very courteous and caring about her customers. She goes above and beyond the needs for the customer. The service drive was very nice and clean which made it very welcoming. Chelby in the service department got me in and out with an oil change nice and easy! I had used a loaner vehicle because I thought it was going to take a while, turns out I hardly needed it. One of my rear lights needed fixed as well, and everything has been working great. I will return next time my car needs attention.

I got my oil changed there not too long ago and Chelby did a great job in service. She met me with a smile, got my info and hooked me up with a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around for my car to get done. Chelby gave me a call as soon as it was done so I could come pick my car and get back on the road. Chelby seemed knowledgeable, friendly, and I got the impression she would do whatever she can to make sure things are right and customers are satisfied.

Demi and the entire team were fantastic! I didn't not feel pressured at all during the entire buying process. Several weeks before I went to the dealership in person, Demi patiently exchanged emails with me as I asked questions about the process. I used Jon Murdock Chevrolet initially for servicing of my 2014 Chevy Cruze. The impeccable service and friendly customer care caused me to return when I bought my new 2016 Chevy Colorado. After making my initial inquiry, I was promptly called by Demi who is a sales representative. She was very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted in my new truck and has continued to help me with my regular warranty servicing. Overall this dealership made sure I was treated well as a customer and they completely reversed the negative car buying experience I had with my car. I was greatly pleased and plan to return for any services I need in the future for as long as I remain in the area.

My family and I came in and found a perfect car. It was decently priced and the service was good. However, the car needed repairs and we scheduled to come in several days later to buy the car. We were assured that they would hold the car for us. When we came in, we were informed that they had sold the car to someone else just 20 minutes prior. That, to me, shows no integrity on the dealer's part and I know I will never consider going to Jon Murdock for business ever again.

I came in wanting a new truck and the 2013 models were sold out local. Brevin Dawes helped me shop around and find one. I went with a 2014 model for the new body style. I personally won't be in the market for another vehicle but Murdock Chevrolet will be the first suggestion I give.

I had bought a used truck from them before!So I was out on lot and looking at 2013 Silverado's. Here was Rick I had know him from the used car side and started talking. And went in the office and started running numbers for price. And Rick suggested that I could get more rebates on a 2012 than a 2013. Asked me what all I wanted on it and found a truck and had it here in 2 days.

In December 2008 I called Rick and told him what I was looking for in a new car. He called me back with information about some 2009 Cobalts which were in my price range. I went to the dealership that day to check them out. They were just what I was looking for! A short while later I was driving home in my new car! It has been a wonderful vechile with no problems. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.In June 2012 I called Rick again and told him I needed to trade in my daughters vechile, which she owed quite a bit on, for a new one. He called me back with information on a 2012 Malibu. I went to check it out that afternoon and loved it! It was exactly what I was looking for. They gave me a remarkable amount for the trade in. I love this car!The Salesmen and staff have always been very friendly, professional, informative and helpful. The atmosphere was comfortable. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything.The financial department was wonderful. They made sure I received the lowest interest rates and they explained about their warrenties and services. They were very friendly and professional. When the vechiles need service I take them to Jon Murdocks Service Department. I have been very pleased with all of the work they have done for me over the years. They get my vechiles in and out quickly. Like I said earlier, I love both of the vechiles I purchased from Jon Murdock and the people who work there are terrific.
