Jay Carter was a pleasure to deal with and it shows that Jones remains a family run business unlike many dealerships which have been acquired by larger corporations. I also enjoyed meeting Lawton Jones and Timmy Rowland while signing the docs and accepting the vehicle on the day of purchase. I definitely foresee doing business with Jones Buick GMC again in the future.

They were kind friendly and knowledgeable they helped me every step of the way thanks to jay carter and their financial department those guys rock and also want thank the guy that sat in my truck and showed me the features and explain everything to me about my truck I was treated like family I love my truck!!!!!! Thanks to Jones Buick GMC. I purchased my first Buick last summer. It was a pre-owned Buick Enclave. Jones has been great to work with in the service department. They have been very helpful, fast and courteous, whenever I have a need. I would definitely recommend them.

Hats off to Jay Carter, Tim Dawson and Billy Geddings at Jones Buick GMC.We purchased another truck but this time it was a used 2013 Truck.They gave us the same service as if it was a new sell. They always exceed me and my husbands expectations. They are top notch in caring and service to their customers and the quality of product is outstanding but also in services after the purchase. The service people are fast, friendly and efficient. Clarke provided me with information and made suggestions. The sales staff is wonderful; they were patient and showed me various vehicles to help me make the right choice. Jones is definitely the best dealership with which I have dealt.

Speedy service. I didn't have an appointment but they took my Acadia in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out within an hour.
