Brought my truck in for a warranty repair and was assisted by Jake Brock, who went out of his way to ensure that (a) the item was addressed and repaired properly, and (b) he under promised and overdelivered on getting my truck back to me! It is rare that service folks take a personal interest in the vehicle, but this young man has a knack for making you feel like your problem is the most important one there. Very impressed and would not normally recommend a dealer service, but based on this experience, absolutely and without hesitation! Good Job Jake and Jones Ford!

For only real drivers Today jan 27th I love my Jones Ford dealership on rivers ave in North Charleston this is by far the best dealership experience I've had so far Courtney is the best knowledgeable and friendly called to ask about an issue with my car and she was quick with a feasible response thanks Awhile ago I called on a Friday evening in reference to have the oil changed in my new Ford Focus and I was thinking I needed an appointment the guy that I spoke with was more than happy to help me I told him that I needed an oil change and he replied ma'am it's no need for an appointment come on in and we'll take care of you so Saturday morning I drove my new car to the Jones Ford dealership on rivers ave I didn't want to wait around so I had a ride pick me up and take me home after about an hour I had a call telling to come and pick up my car it was all done I was more than happy to go and get my new car with fresh oil in it I love the fact that the same place I brought my focus is the place that service my focus I received a full report on my ride and was happy to know that it's nothing wrong with it from the breaks to the fluids my Jones Ford dealership can do it I love my new car so much I wrote a song about how much I love it and I call it I'm focused written and recorded by me Maybe on day I can do a Jones Ford commercial telling everybody just how much I love my new Ford Focus and that the Jones Ford dealership is the best place in Charleston SC to buy a new or used Ford

If No Stars was an option I would select that. The service center is a load of waste your time and money. I spent days waiting for an oil change in the “quick lane”. Kept calling to see when I could pick it up and never received a call back. I finally drove in by UBER and I was still told that the service wasn’t completed but would be in a few hours, then having to UBER home and wait some more. I also asked about completing recalls and was told I had to have an official letter from FORD saying to complete the recall, even though it showed on their screen that my VIN was due for the services! What? And when I got tired of waiting for the letter I called to just schedule the other services, was told no recalls appointments were available until March of 2022. If I didn’t already own a Ford I wouldn’t buy one from Jones Ford or service one there. I called Palmetto Ford, never having been there and they took me right away. Avoid Jones Ford at all costs. There is more to say but I am tired of writing this review.

Bryan Smith was so so helpful. Had just what we wanted. Stayed in touch with us about getting our new F250. We had visited several other Ford dealerships in SC with no luck. Their web site would say Just Arrived we would drive there and Nothing! Such false advertising on their part. But not Jones Ford. Highly recommend them. Very smooth truck buying experience. Brian Smith with Internet Sales was terrific. He was helpful in locating the Explorer model and color and getting back with me on the details and pricing. The process was smooth and professional. I shopped around on the Internet and researched other Ford dealerships within a 250 mile radius and was pleased with the price received from Jones Ford.

I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for service or I should say an "attempt" to do so was made. No text-email-phone call was returned to confirm appointment arrangements. The amusing thing about the online site was that I had two chat pop ups asking me if I needed help. I just wanted to arrange for an appointment in the service department...So I filled out the online service appointment sections with three different ways to contact me... So two different employees on chat duty but no one to arrange or confirm online service appointments.. Been over a week and no one has yet to contact me through any means for my service arrangement request...AVOID if you desire courtesy.

I needed a part for my Ford F250 that I had purchased from another dealership several months ago. Called multiple dealerships in my hometown and others to determine the part number that i needed to order and had no success. Called Jones Ford and they were the only dealership that was able to determine which part I needed and helped me in accessing my spare tire. They were the only dealership that was able to adequately assist me after many calls to other dealerships in my area and in the charleston area. The service department is AWESOME! Went to Jones Ford today and looked at a 2016 f450 today (very nice). Standing next to the truck while tossing the sales pitch, I produced the internet price. The truck was suddenly unavailable. But you were trying to sell it to me 30 seconds ago? That's a different truck sir. Really so you have 2 f450's with the same vin number? --- I didn't want it for free, wasn't looking to joy ride, just want it for the advertised price. oh I was offered a clapped out 15 year old f350 with 300k miles for $2500 to go away.......

On Friday night of labor Day weekend a dash warning light for throttle body/drive train lit up. I called Jones on Saturday morning. Only the quick service area was open due to holiday. Charlie told me "bring in the car, we have a few fellas working in the main service area today." The part was replaced, the problem resolved, all under warranty, and on a holiday weekend. Thumbs up to Jones Ford for excellent customer service. I have been a customer at Jones since moving to the area 4 years ago and will continue to use them. Jones is my dealership of choice.

For the oil change portion, no issues. However, during my previous oil change it was suggested that I replace the windshield wipers. I agreed, then afterwards it seemed that the wipers were not functioning properly, particularly the driver's side. When I returned to Jones Ford for another oil change I mentioned the wipers and they told me one was put on incorrectly and they fixed the error. The next day, when I stopped at a gas station about 200 miles out of town, one of the wiper blades came off - luckily it was not raining, but given that I was on a road trip, seeing the blade detach was not a vote of confidence. I don't really have the time to keep coming back just for wiper blades. I may ask for a refund on that portion of my bill and get the blades done elsewhere.

I purchased new F150 in 2013. We love the vehicle. The panels between the windows on the passenger side had to be replaced twice. They were fading and warping. I was recently in the Jones ford dealership for service and the panels were messed up again. According to the service manager(s) the parts are no longer covered with the normal warranty and not covered with my extended warranty either. It had been 364 days since they last replaced them. I bought my truck at Jones Ford and get it serviced at Jones Ford. I told anyone that would listen that they should be replacing these parts at their cost not mine. I was within a year of the last replacement and only 2,000 miles out of orig warranty. And, why would i want to buy these parts that have gone bad every time they replaced them? I left the dealership still not sure how they could hold such a hard line with a good customer. I got a call the next day from the service writer and he told me that Jones Ford was going to replace the parts at their expense. I congratulated him and his dealership for a well thought out decision. I also told him that their gesture of good will saved them a customer today.

The best esperience was that at no time was I push or rush into purchasing my new car. I can to the dealership just to look and was given all the time I wanted to look over the car and when I needed question answered only than did my sales person approached me to provided the information I needed. The building was under construction and the sales office was really quite small. Dee who was answering the phone in the sales office help make my visit to your office an enjoyment. She took time to offer me water while I was waiting for my appointment.

Pank was the best sales person I've dealt with in years. Simple, straight to the point. I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape on 21 July 2015. Lovvvvvvvvvvvve my ride. I searched the internet the night before compared the two Ford dealerships one in North Charleston and the other in Summerville, Jones Ford caught my eye, especially the price. I tagged 5 vehicles I wanted to check out one of them being the Escape. Sal the internet sales rep. contacted me via text the next morning. Scheduled a 130pm showing within 30 minutes I was sold on the Escape, very clean, low miles,and it came with a bumper to bumper warranty for another 17 mos.. I was in my new vechicle within 3 hours due to 3 other deals ahead of me, that along should tell you about the service at Jones Ford, great customer service. Also, I want to add my car insurance dropped 41 dollars every 6 months. I broke in the Escape over the weekend and rode her to North Carolina, Cherry Pt MCAS my daughter, grandson, and son-in-law loved the vehicle. Escape handles well. Great on gas!!!!

My experience with the Collision Repair Center of Jones Ford was excellent. The young lady charged with the care of my vehicle (Yvonne K.) was better than I could have ever anticipated. She handled my truck from the intake phase to the repair phase and through the detailing phase. Yvonne kept me informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail, and patience for and with me the customer proved her as an invaluable asset to the Collision Repair Center team. I was having trouble with the Insurance Company that had to pay the damages their client inflected on my Truck. Yvonne stepped in and took care of it with ease. Her cheerful personality towards me and no nonsense attitude towards the insurance company proved to be a very good combination. Due to her assistance my truck was competed 1 week earlier. The other personnel of the Collision Repair Center that I had to interact with were also very pleasant. All things considered the entire experience was very satisfying and I tribute that to Yvonne and the Collision Repair Center team that backed her up.

I brought my 2008 Shelby GT500 to your dealership because nobody else has ever touched that car and I trust Rick in service to provide that excellent care.My new problem with the clutch does not make me happy. The car has 19,500 tender loving care miles and has clutch problems, really?This is a known problem with 2007-2009 GT 500s and Shelby's but Ford says it is normal wear and won't cover it under the Extended Warranty and yet the replacement parts are 2010.Chis in service is handling the problem and I trust he will treat me fairly, and I know he can only do what he can because his hands are tied. I appreciate all he is doing.

Pank Vij sold me a brand new 2015 Ford Expedition and I am very pleased. I spoke with Pank on the phone and when I got to the lot, Pank had the vehicle I had chosen off of the Internet cleaned (shining) and waiting on me at the front door. 2014 Cargo Van The Staff was OutstandingThe only reason I selected 2 stars for Facilities is because they are under construction and building a new center. The other 5 times I have purchased a vehicle here it was always very neat and clean. Well presentable. Even with all the work going on the staff were well dressed and ready to explore the lot in the 100 degree heat and carting us through the maze of what's going to be a wonderful site when finished. Everything went good. Sal is a great salesman! He helped answer all my questions and get the truck how I wanted it before I purchased it. The purchasing process went well and I was pleased with interaction from both the finance department and service. My only negative comment is that my truck is dirty in the inside. If someone vacuumed it, they need some vacuum training. How is there still dog hair on the roof of the car? Yes the inside. Right above my head as I drive I can see it. Plus a tennis ball under the seat that was the dogs as it had chew marks and more hair on it. I know it's a used vehicle but you can give me 10 minutes to clean it. That's it. Thank you.Kyle

Repairs consisted of warranty work on the AC unit and an air bag warning lite. AC compressor was restored and the drain pan for the condensate was hopefully cleared to allow moisture to drain to the exterior and not on the floor mats. All repairs seem to have been done, however the moisture from the AC is still being watched as the weather has been cold & damp not allowing sufficient drying of the carpets. The panel that covers the fuel pump was not properly replaced from the drain pan repair and done by me.

I purchased a certified pre-owned Ford Escape from Jones Ford. I had many issues with it, which was surprising to me because I guess I thought purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle would mean I wouldnt have as any issues with it. I took it in for warranty work at Jones Ford and was surprised with the disorganization of the staff in updating me on the status of my vehicle. I was provided with updates on other vehicles at times. After contacting the service manager, I was made several promises of incentives in order to ease my aggravation, all of which were not fulfilled. I ended up having to take my vehicle back for a second time weeks later with one of the same issues. I am currently still having the same issues with my vehicle but will not be taking it back to Jones Ford.

I was traveling from Florida to North Carolina pulling a horse trailer when the transmission on my 2011 Ford F150 truck died. It was 11:00 pm. I was in South Carolina. We managed to pull into the local Ford dealership (Manning, SC). In the morning the service center confirm that the transmission needed to be replaced. The dealership in Manning was unable to locate a replacement vehicle. I started to call dealerships within a 100 mile radius looking for a replacement truck. Wanda and the staff at Jones Ford immediately went into action. Using my current tuck as a guide they located a new truck with the same towing capacity, had it delivered to the dealership, agreed to tow my old truck from Manning, installed the trailer brake controller and had everything ready to go when I pulled into the dealership a week later. It was an amazing experience.

My service advisor was awesome she greeted me as soon as I walked in (sorry I think her name was Laura)and handled my car like it belonged to her. She called me when it was complete let me know it was ready for pick up at my convience, I was very pleased with my experience. However It would have been better if I didn't have to drive thru your maze of construction, that was rediculous!

Pank contacted me when I notified him about a Ford F-150 i saw on Cars.com. He was very helpful throughout the process, and not too pushy about me making a purchase. I just had my car's body repaired. And the representative told my I had low tire pressure, so I figured I'd just out air in it. I get home and look at my tire amd there's a nail in it,I just bought that tire. I knew he knew there was a nail in it but didn't want to say anything. I will never do business there again. Ethically speaking, if a shop does damage to a vehicle, they should let the customer know and fix it.

Schools were shut down and most of the local community was staying home due to the weather. However I was going out of town and needed service before leaving. I was in early and the computers and telephone lines we're not working due to them being cut for during a phase of new construction. However even with all of the services down the staff was friendly and helpful and I still got my vehicle out in a very reasonable time.

Overall outstanding! Bought a certified preowned 2013 Mustang and I have already fell in love. 1. SALES: Tracy Larsen is the best! We negotiated a deal via email. She was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and thorough. She followed through with everything she promised and didn't promise anything she couldn't deliver. She is honest. I have already passed her name on to friends and will gladly give her my business again. Ask for Tracy. 2. FINANCING: Ask for Tommy. I walked in with a high mileage truck, large down payment, and loan pre-approval. Tommy worked out a generous trade allowance, found a loan 5 percentage points lower than what I had, and decreased my down payment by over $1000. Wow! I also walked away with some extra goodies like 5 year fob replacement and tire replacement for a very low low low price. 3. SERVICE Department: Rick is fantastic. He did a thorough inspection, replaced 2 tires, rear brakes, rotors, air filters, and wiper blades and gave it an oil change. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions. 4. They took care of everything for me. It was easy. They even gave me access to a computer while I waited. No hesitations, Jones Ford takes care of business. Thanks y'all!! Christi

First time to visit your new facilities for an oil change at the quick service building. Was a little confused as to where to park for service so just parked in front to the office door. Mr. Baker checked me in and I settled down with a good book to wait. In a few minutes Charlie came over with a list of three items that should be handled at the 60k mile point which I will schedule in the near future. I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in 45 minutes or less. Looking forward to having your permanent show room open so I can see the new Fusion since the one you sold me new is paid off in a couple of months. Will be looking for the 0% financing again.

The service installation was done as expected. The only problem I had was in regards to waiting for the parts to arrive at Jones and getting a call back. I called the service dept. about 1 week after the parts were ordered and I could not get a hold of the service rep that was in charge of the service of my truck. I left a message and never heard back. I called back in another week and I still could not reach the rep. I called the 3rd time which was almost 3 weeks after my parts were ordered and I was finally able to talk to the rep. I was able to schedule and come in the next day and the repair was done within a couple of hours. Then again, the repair consisted of reattaching the door keypad and replacing a gooseneck plastic cover in the truck bed.

service department was good but the installers aren't stellar. replaced the radio unit because the sirus keeps going in and out. did damage to passenger side dash which now is being replaced whenever parts come in. also the switching of the radio did not fix the issue I discover tonight so it will have to go back for another try??? not first issue with installers/service dept...bought original car in November that had to go in for headliner replacement because of bad mildew smell. got car back and schambles from terrible job. we did not keep car and lost thousands due to having to trade back with less than 2000 miles. was no way our fault but was not going to keep it. they are doing their best but recent experiences aren't making things easy. more to come it looks. Mark at service department good guy. facilities are crappy due to new construction. nothing but mud, ford shoud be offering to clean vehicles, I had new matts put in night before only to find mudd all over floor when getting truck back, not to ay the outside and wheel areas caked.

Found an F150 on the website I was interested in. I am so glad that Jones Ford has moved the oil change / express services to the front of the lot. It took much less time to get my oil changed - (versus the last one that took over 1.5 hours). I am also glad that if I come in at 7am for an oil change that I will not have to wait until 8am for the cashier to show up. They now allow the service writers to collect the fees and get me on my way. Thanks for making the improvements !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The new Service Center looked great. The Service Manager was courteous and the "Works" was done in a reasonable amount of time. I received a call when it was completed. The only problem I encountered was the next day my tire pressure warning light came on and I had to stop and add air to two tires. I thought that was checked during the tire rotation.I was informed that other servicing issues needed to be addressed. I plan to do that in the future.

I cannot say enough nice things about him and the other 2 employees present at the service desk. So friendly and great. I have always used Jones Ford and will continue to do so. Thank you for such a unique and refreshing car-buying experience! I had originally contacted the dealership via email regarding a 2014 Focus HB that I had seen on your website. Mark Willard of your sales team was quick to respond and answer some initial questions I had and arrange a convenient time for me to see the vehicle. When buying cars from other dealers in the past, I have generally been frustrated with the process. Regardless of the research I had done, it seemed like the dealers still required me to go through each step of their sales process. In contrast, working with Mark at Jones Ford was a pleasure. He seemed to value the research I had done on the brand and the vehicle and it allowed us to engage in meaningful conversation about the car and why I had selected it. Mark seemed sincerely interested in getting to know me as a customer whereas at other dealerships the conversations seemed to move right to "will you buy today?" and "what kind of payments are you looking for?" Perhaps what stood out the most, was the value Mark put on my time - working with him on this purchase was thorough, but quick. I really appreciated not having to lose half of a day on buying a new vehicle. Though I ended up purchasing the car I had originally found on the Jones Ford website, Mark made me aware of another Focus HB on the lot that was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. It had many more upgrades and a longer warranty than the new car I was considering and I appreciated that he took the time to suggest it as an alternative. I felt like my car-buying needs and wants were a top priority. After the sale was finalized, I worked with Tom Gray who was great in explaining the options I had for additional insurance and warranties. I never felt pressured to make any decision, rather, I felt like all at the dealership simply wanted to present me with options that would ultimately satisfy what I was looking for in a new vehicle. Hats off to Jones Ford for making the purchase of my new Ford an enjoyable experience. I wish all dealers would adopt your no-pressure process. I left feeling like a valued customer and will certainly recommend Jones Ford to family and friends who are in the market for a new car or truck

After spending a few moments with Jeremy Brooks we new we were in good hands. He knew we were going to look at two other Escapes at another dealer. My son Bruce Gates and grandson Tyler, had already searched the Charleston local dealers on the internet while still at home in Virginia. Jeremy was very thorough on our interview, test driving, and contract, and made us feel welcome to go look at the other Escapes. My son (who was purchasing the car for me) told me if I liked one of the other two cars better than the one at Jones, he would like to go back to Jeremy and order the one I wanted. I agreed. Jeremy shattered the negative wrap that "car salesmen" have. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and pleasant.FYI, my "old" car is a 2005 Ford Escape with 200,000 miles on it. Never gave us a day of trouble. I are sprucing it up to give to my grandson (Bruce's brothers son) who lives in Georgetown SC and is a high school student. Thank you Jones Ford.

2014 F150 XTS supercab. Mel gave us great service and care; I've had dealings with him two times already in the past 13 months. I have recommended Mel to a family member. I didn't get his name, but the young man that cleaned our truck just before leaving, was courteous and made us feel that we were getting the prettiest truck on the lot. He walked around looking at the truck at different angles, wiping at any smears he spotted. He acted like it was HIS first vehicle. For some reason, it just stuck in my mind. Give Mel and Dianne our best. Thank you.

2014 f150. Pank was helpful and knowledgeable. Price was better than palmetto after negotiation and trade in. My only real complaint was waiting for my turn in Tommy's finance office. I didn't come Friday because it was so backed up every time i'd call, so I came Saturday morning at 9:45 and still had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for my turn to close, even though all paperwork and applications had been submitted and approved 2 days earlier. There was no way to schedule an appointment. Facilities were under demolition with construction outside of new dealership.

250 Ford Diesel - Went to your dealership looking for a truck to pull a 5th wheel camper for when we retire...didn't have to buy then, we were in NO hurry. Salesmen Mark and Frank were exceptional!!!Explained alot about diesel trucks and about the one we were interested in....Was Very Pleased and we reached an agreement on price...only one issue, they were suppose to put a cover on a port where you plug in inside on dash...this cover was not installed, but I have not called dealership about this yet with all the holidays and busy schedules...will notify them soon about this, but I don't think it will be a problem....

I called to get a time for an oil change. The advisor told me to come in. They would work me in. I arrived later. The advisor I usually see, Charlie, was at lunch, but another got my mustang information and the order for the work. I got the "works". After a short time a technician put it in the service bay. I saw him and 2 assistants perform oil change, tire rotation, and many fluid checks in a methodical way. When they were finished, the car was moved out of the service bay. I paid the charges, checked the car condition. The car computer was reset, a new oil change sticker was on th window. I was ready to leave. I am completely satisfied with the price and the work.

The purchase was effortless, Mark did a great job. My only complaint was when the floor mats came in. I got a call that they were in and could be picked up. I naturally went to the parts desk and was told to see the Quick Service desk which I did. The guy at the Quick Service desk then sent a mechanic over to the parts desk to get my mats and bring them back to his desk to give to me. Seemed odd that much walking was required to get a set of floor mats. Other than that the sales and financing people could not have been nicer, more professional or more helpful. This was my first car purchase from a dealer in 15 years and I must say I had no complaints.

Service technician was very kind while performing the service.My questions and requests were considered and applied.Only concern is that vehicle engine (2.0L turbo) does not allow an accurate check for the correct oil level,despite a couple of trials by the service technician and myself.As an alternate measure, done several times after previous oil changes, I leave it at 1/2 way on indicator and check again after 1,000 miles.Sometimes it is needed to add up to 500ml (full synthetic 5W30 bought from parts counter) until next service.

I had a nail in one of my new tires (purchased at Jones Ford) and initially called to see what the wait might be. I was told there were three cars being serviced and one waiting. When I arrived there were still several other customers ahead of me and i asked the service writer (Matthew) if coming back later in the day would be more advantageous and he agreed and gave me a good time. Upon my return, he got me right onto the lift and repaired immediately. The service was friendly and professional. The only problem: since the tires were new, it would have been nice to have road hazard protection suggested at the time of purchase. Otherwise, I continue to be happy with the staff and service at Jones.

The wife and I love the features and ride of our new Escape. However, one of the celling points was the advertised sticker city 25 MPG and highway 30MPG which we have 1500 miles with city and highway miles on it and we are only adveraging 21.9 to 22 MPG no ware near what was the celling point for us to get this car. I am not satisfied with the gas milage.

I brought my 2013 Fusion to Jones Ford (where I purchased it) because the plastic side window molding was beginning to come off. Jones Ford fixed it in about an hour, but I'm hoping it was fixed right because when the same thing happened on the other side about a year ago, they said I had to bring it back another day when the window repair tech was there, as the window had to be removed to fix it correctly. I'm hoping they didn't do a super-glue fix which will have to done again later.

I have bought two cars from Jones Ford and had my cars serviced there for warranty work. I go there because they are better than their competition, in my experience, which is not saying a lot. With one car I suffered through a lot of crap. With the second they gave me exactly what the Internet said they should without a hassle. When it comes to service, watch out. I was in for a warranty repair and they told me that my software needed to be updated to make the car run better. That cost $125.00 or the equivalent of an hour of service time. I complained that software updates should be covered by warranty because technology updates across industries do not come with extra charges. They pointed me to Ford customer service. Ford customer service agreed and said that they would refund my $125.00. Instead of giving me a credit on my card they told me I had to wait until Ford sent them a check. At that point they would send me a check. Six weeks later I called about another warranty issue and asked where my check was. It showed up in another week. I guess they don't trust Ford customer service or don't value my cash as much as theirs. Today I called to make an appointment for service. The phones were busy so I was asked to leave a message and they would get right back to me. Two hours later and the call has not been returned. My time isn't as important as theirs. Someday Charleston will get the kind of Ford dealership we deserve. Perhaps they should hire someone from Toyota to show them how to take care of customers.

My mother had put in an inquiry on the Ford Focus online, and Pank Vij was the first to respond. We came in on Friday Morning, he showed me the inventory and showed us two cars that fit what we wanted. While this may sound strange, the first thing I did, when I went to see the car was sit in the back sit.I think that every rider should be comfortable, and this car is just that. The trunk is huge and it rides so smoothly. I don't think I truly fell in love with the car until I realized all the features that it had on it: Navigation, Bluetooth, and I can play Pandora on it! Best Birthday present ever.

Recently went to test drive and look at the option of buying a new mustang and the process turned into a purchase. After looking at numerous used cars and finance options from other dealers, I decided to look into buying a new car at Jones Ford. Had been searching for a particular vehicle for my wife for several weeks. Because of our hectic schedule with kids and work, it wasn't easy to find the time to get out to the dealerships to look at selected vehicles. I then found the perfect match for what my wife wanted online, however, it was 3.5 hours away. I called the dealership (Jones Ford - North Charleston SC) and spoke with Courtney Huntley, we quickly agreed on a price for the vehicle and she went into great detail to make us feel comfortable with this process. Knowing that we were 3 or more hours away, Courtney went out of her way and volunteered to deliver the vehicle to us. This was a life saver since it was going to be at least a week before we could get there. Met Courtney (which was a pleasure) , signed the papers and took delivery of the vehicle. Overall, this was probably the most positive car buying experience I have ever had thanks to Courtney and all the folks at Jones Ford.

It was a great buying experience with Pank. We contacted him through email and he immediately responded. He answered all our questions so fast. We set up a test drive and it was raining so he already had the car ready for us under a covered roof. He was so friendly and easy to work with, we bought the car that night. We already secured financing but Pank asked if we were interested in them trying to get us a lower rate. That's when we met Diane. Purchased used 2004 F150 and was very happy with overall experience. The dealer I used (Courtney Huntley) was amazing and patient, she did not at any time pressure me into buying a new vehicle or something that was more then what I was looking for (wanted under 10K) which is more then I can say for others dealers I spoke to in the last few weeks. Jones Ford had a larger selection of used vehicles then a lot of the other lots I went to. Glad it worked out in the end and I got the price I wanted. If you want a no hassle buying process I would recommend setting up a time with Pank at Jones Ford. I have been through multiple dealerships in the low country and truly valued the time finding the right vehicle for our family. The dealership sells vehicles that are priced highly competitive in the market and takes out the haggling since their vehicles are priced to sell (no need for multiple trips to the sales managers tower). I was connected with Pank through a referral and he has earned my life-long business and already recommended him to friends and family. Lastly, big thanks to his assistant Courtney for the help throughout the process!

Pank the internet Salesman was relentless on keeping in touch as our truck buying experience was 6 months long as we dragged our feet. My husbands long hours makes it difficult to shop but they stayed opened late for us. He would keep us informed of trucks and was very helpful since my husband wanted a certain trucks and we were waiting for better financing offers. Diane was very clear on her paperwork and helpful. Courtney, Pank's assistant, made sure we were taken care of and very friendly throughout the day at the dealership. It was overall a pleasant experience and I have shared this with many friends and family.

We were on vacation when we had an issue with my 2011 Ford AWD Taurus. I took the car in without an appointment, because of a humming noise from the rear wheels. I talked to Laura the service adviser. She told me it would be about a half hour before they could look at the car. We waited and about 30-40 minutes later we saw a mechanic driving the car. He heard the noise, too. It ended up being a rear hub bearing. Jones Ford did not have one in stock. Because my car is all wheel drive the part is not normally stocked. They said the could over night a new one one the next day. I told Laura that we were leaving the next to drive back to Ohio. She set us up with a loaner to drive until our car was ready. While signing the papers for the loaner Laura called and said she had found a local dealer that had the part and was willing to swap their part for the one being sent over night and our car would be ready by the end of business that day. What a relief. We were back on the road the next day just as we had planned. Laura did a fine job and took care of this out of town customer. Kudos to Laura and Jones Ford. What a great experience. If I lived in Charleston Jones Ford would be my dealer of choice.

So, the facility two star isn't really fair because they are in the process of getting in and out, but as it stands right now, their making due with what they got. I spoke with Pank through text to start to see if it was even going to be worth my time to go in. He was very patient and knew a lot about the car I was wanting. The best part, is the dealership didn't string me along. They told me straight forward that negative equity was putting me in car A or B for the price I was wanting to pay monthly. I liked that. Hate playing the numbers game. I spent about ten minutes test driving and then an hour or two signing the papers and learning and bout the car. Quick service, especially since Pank had it all drawn up and ready to go when I arrived.

Pank is the man.. couldn't be more happy than I am now. Got "Leanor" (GT premium) for an awesome price. Pank helped me throughout the entire process. His patience never waivered. I just want to thank Pank from sales and Tom from finance for making this one of the best tines in my life for buying a car. Received a call from Pank Vij about my interest in a new vehicle. Went by on a Saturday evening and talked a little about what I wanted. He researched and found something that met all of my "wants". Meeting with the finance manager was a breeze as well. She made everything run smoothly. Pank worked from beginning to end to close the deal and we felt like he went above and beyond. Can't wait to return in a year to buy my husband a new vehicle. After buying my last car from another ford dealership a few years ago and not feeling welcome, I now have a comparison and can say that Pank is awesome compared to them.

After my first review I received an email from Pank and his colleague. I was hesitant but thought it fair to give them a second chance. After all, every one has bad days. I was glad I did. Communication was much better, they were responsive and really worked hard to close the deal. They not only made me happy, but my wife as well. The experience this time around was fantastic. I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership before and had a great experience. This time, not so much. I dealt with a Gentleman name Pank. From the beginning the atmosphere was just chaotic. I felt like we were in panic mode the whole time. I was interested in purchasing a Ford Mustang GT. I felt as if I was inconveniencing this fellow. I felt like he didn't want me there. I tried negotiating and he wasn't having it. I was trying to find ways to get a lower payment on my own. I was not getting anything from him that said, this is what we can do. I got nothing. Bottom line is, I was trying everything and he was doing absolutely nothing. They would not even let me test drive the car. It was a horrible experience overall. I am giving a Fair rating because of my previous experience with them. The salesman was professional, he worked with me, he was willing to negotiate, he was willing to do whatever it took to get the payment down to my comfort zone. He let me test drive the vehicle and gave me the feeling that I was welcome there. Not this time. I honestly do not want to return to that place. There are three other Ford dealerships in the area and I will go to them from here on out.

When I was looking at used cars online a car from this dealership caught my eye. I sent and email to their online point of contact and almost immediatley the next day I was contacted by their sales rep giving me information about the car and asking when I would be available to come in for a test drive. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Dropped off truck and they had all done in a few hours. Even gave me a wash which I needed very bad. Have the option to go to another dealer closer to my home but I have always had great service here. Good local Folks!!

I bought a Fusion from Jones Ford and I have to say I had a very nice experience all the way around. There was no hassle, no pressure to buy, and they were very helpful when I needed them. I originally wanted to buy a foreign model but they wouldn't budge on the price, so I went with my daughters recommendation and looked into a Ford Fusion (she has one for work). I found their price to be fair, they went over all the features of the car with me, and most importantly I found one on their lot that I liked. They aren't the biggest dealership in Charleston, but I got a car a really like so it all works out. - Betty

Took my F450 in for for a Break Down for the Second time. They called me to say the 450 was ready for pick up. Mark told me on the phone what they had done to fix my vehicle, I told him that was not the problem I had, he said that their professional tech had checked it out. Drove 2 Hours to pick up my truck and did not even make it out the parking lot and had the same problem. Next day Mark calls me to tell me another lie, that they had put a bad part in, but the the tech the day before said they had not put any part in, just replaced an heater hose that was cause by what I had told Mark the first time. Truck only has 44000 miles on it. They still charge me $261.00 for something that is under warrenty. These people are why American Automobles are second class to foreign Autos.
