Great place to buy a vehicle. Between my wife, my daughter and myself this is the third vehicle bought from Jones Junction. Everything was a great experience. Jerry Huntley was great to work with. He knew the car and the specs and answered all my questions. I was in and out in under 3 hours, and only because I took my time. Thanks to everyone, the 2021 Forte GT is great.

As a full time working mother of 3, two are 14 month old twins in a pandemic the team made it a breeze! Athina was great to speak with prior to my husband arriving to the dealership, Jerry was great with my husband and Nick made the finance part seamless with our schedules. Great experience all around! I will add all the employees did have on masks to make it a safe environment for when I brought in the twins to sign the final paperwork, I was only there for 5 minutes.

We’re we crazy trying to purchase a car in this market? Absolutely. We’re we extremely stubborn in trying to get the best deal? Extremely. Was Vance patient with us and made sure that we went home with the vehicle that we loved and were comfortable in at the best price we could get? Definitely! Vance helped us purchase our vehicle after we gave him a go around about whether or not we wanted our vehicle. He was patient, kind and took his time to make sure we were happy. Went there to take advantage of the free coupon deal for the car inspection and windshield wipers and then get a call that the windshield wiper fluid reservoir conveniently broke even though I have been using my windshield wipers daily with no problem. Be careful of people trying to take advantage of you and I wont be coming back. **update, I had my father check everything and yes I can confirm they were trying to scam me for 262 dollars, and my windshield wipers work perfectly fine and it's not an empty container like the guy at auto parts was lying to me about.

If negative numbers were available they'd be appropriate. Dealt with Internet Manager Candace Smith. I spoke with her by phone and asked her for information and vehicle photos which she said she was going to go outside to the vehicle and get.Two hours later, after not hearing from her, I sent her a text message and shortly after she sent photos, but not what I asked for. Sent a text message asking for the photos I originally asked. 1.75 hours later I sent her an email asking about the photos. 16 minutes later she sent the requested photos and said, "I apologize i was in a sales meeting I thought these pictures were attached"The vehicle was listed on AutoTrader.Com and their web site for $25,785. I made an offer of $24.500 plus sales tax and accessories. Candace Smith replied and said, "Thank you for your offer, however,unfortunately, we do not have that much room in vehicle to move as far as price. My manager informed me we do $28,000 plus taxes and tags." I replied and said "Wow...that's interesting considering the vehicle is listed on your website for $25,785. So the price of the vehicle is more than $2,000.00 above the advertised price?"Candace Smith replied, "The additional fees are the reconditioning fees and Maryland State Inspection."I subsequently spoke with Rob Jones, who identified himself as the dealership's manager, who said I needed to read the "fine print" on the AutoTrader.Com adds and their website at which point I told him the dealership couldn't do anything to sell me a vehicle.Dishonest, unethical & untruthful. Don't waste your time.

Our family needed a new small car and we were looking at either a Kia or Hyundai. Past experience with Jones was mixed - Nissans (3 of them) were wonderful, Dodge was less than wonderful. Wife still wanted to give Jones another shot. Looked at several Hyundai vehicles and a Kia Forte. The Jones Hyundai sales gentleman (Ron) was very willing to show us any vehicle from any of the Jones dealers. Long story short, we bought the Kia Forte. Ron was wonderful to work with, and we agreed to a very fair price. We did have to go the Jones Kia dealership to sign the papers, but that was a pleasure also. Valerie and Rovall made sure that everythng that we agreed to with Ron (Hyundai sales person) was finalized. Valerie was delightful in the signing process. No pressure to get various add-on features (example GAP coverage, etc.). Both of the dealerships (Hyundai and Kia) were clean, smelled fresh, had complimentary snacks for guests (cookies, fruit, coffee tea and hot chocolate). My wife and son visited the dealerships to narrow down the vehicles, then we all went back to make he purchase. The final negotiation and signing process only took a couple of hours - much less than other dealerships. Overall, our family was VERY PLEASED with this experience and with the purchase of our Kia Forte! Both Jones Hyundai and Kia dealerships restored our faith in the JONES family of dealers!!

Salesman Jerry Huntley was very patient with us and very informative. He wanted to make sure we were aware of all our options and that we were very happy with our choice. He did not pressure us and was very pleasant and easy going. We felt like we could trust him and that we can call him if we have any questions along the way. Both he and General Manager Rovall Washington were knowledgeable of their products. Jerry continued to ask us questions to zero in on just what we wanted in a vehicle. We would be more then happy to work with these 2 men in the future and will recommend them to any friends who are in the market for a car. This is the second new car we have bought from this dealership. We have also bought 2 used cars from Jones. Thumbs up for Jones Junction KIA!!

I give the Jones Kia personnel and dealership an excellent rating because they deserve it! Firstly, the facility is clean, attractive, and even has free refreshments for customers. Secondly, the staff demonstrated great courtesy, expertise, and a genuine concern for me as a person. Everyone was very professional and "went the extra mile." I especially want to give Mr. Karim El-Amin my highest praise for the very personal manner in which he worked with me. My experience with car salespersons in the past have left me with negative impressions. I had the opposite experience with Mr. El-Amin. I would say that he is a great person, and a great salesperson. He also has to be a great asset to Jones Kia. Kudos to Jones Kia for hiring him!

This is my first experience with Jones and my husbands 2nd when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Though this deal has been a challenge for all involved, I have to give credit where it's due, Valarie never gave up on us and she and Rovelle have done whatever necessary to push it through. It's nice to know that we were not just numbers, that they understood our needs and goals. We greatly appreciate their efforts and patience and look forward to finally completing our deal on monday!

I had to be to work, knew what I wanted and had little time, if any, to spare. I took the initiative to set an appointment with Karim, one of the sales associates at Jones Kia. He was immensely curteous and made sure I had all the info I needed to make a knowledgeable decision. When I arrived, I was pleasently surprised that Karim met me in the parking lot, the Kia Soul I wanted was parked next to the front doors, with a VIP hang-tag on the rearview mirror which even had my name written on it. The car was full of gas, detail and ready for the test drive. I fell in love with the vehicle, the great customer service and the fact that I can get free manicures. I was convinced, and purchased the vehicle. The general manager Rovall personally thanked me for giving them the opportunity to earn my business. All in all, this was the best car buying I've had to date.

Went to the Jones Kia dealership looking at some of Thier used pickup trucks. Was initially lured in by the bait and switch internet pricing. I was originally working with sales manager Rob over email and the phone. Upon arriving at the dealership I was understandably handed off to a salesman, Karim. Make no mistake about it Karim was awesome and they did offer top dollar for my trade. I found a truck I was interested in and they worked a deal in my price range for me. I told them I needed to run out for some errands and wanted to take a bit to think about the deal and I'd be back after my errands. This is where the downward spiral started. I asked for the keys to my trade back 4 times! Each time I was approached by managers trying to push me into the finance office. It got to the point they were aggressively trying to get me into the finance office and wouldn't give me my key. After being firm that I was not going into the finance office they gave me my key back. Then while walking out the GM stops me and very aggressively tells me how hard they worked on the deal,basically trying to strong arm me into making the deal right then. I finally had it and told them I was no longer considering the truck or any deal with Jones. 10 min later I get a call with an apology for being so aggressive and it's the end of the month so they wanted to move vehicles. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had and horrible business practice with zero professionalism from upper management. Steer clear, you've been warned.

The short version: Their salesman are good but I was drawn because of the online price for a used car but came out being told they want THOUSANDS more for it. Felt like a gigantic bait and switch. The long version: I went and looked at a used VW Golf R which is listed everywhere online (including the Jones website) for $23,899. This would be considered a great deal as the market value for these cars is roughly $26,000. I drive 35 minutes there and am greeted by Jeff, who treated me with the utmost respect and was overall a very cool guy. I have no complaints about the salesman himself and he was great.HOWEVER, I made my appointment with the assumption the listed price is $23,899 as it states online. The only additional fees in the description are the standard "All prices plus Taxes, Tags, JFL Certification, and $300 Dealer Processing fee, not required by law." Turns out they want THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for the "JFL Certification" and the "internet price" is based on the assumption the buyer is trading in a car or putting $3,000 down. Nowhere online does it say this, nowhere via online chat was I told this when making time to see the car, and I didn't find out until I was at the dealership.Again, I'd like to be clear that Jeff was the best salesman one could possibly be and I have no complaints about him, and Jones offered me roughly $500 than what would be considered "fair" on my trade in to "offset" the surprise cost.... But the entire thing feels a bit dishonest. I explained that to them when I was there, and almost felt like the sales manager that came over that night (without me asking for him) and seemed to be trying to do a hard pressure "close" on me (as someone who has worked a commissioned systems job for over 4 years...) Overall I'd give Jeff a 5/5 stars but as of now, roughly a week later, all of their listings are still for three thousand dollars less than what they ACTUALLY want for the car, and no description has explained that "JFL Certification" is thousands of dollars of needless fee.Overall I'd love to buy a car from Jeff but the dealership's dishonesty online leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The car in question has been at Jones locations for sale since SEPTEMBER 2015. 7 months later they still have it. I wonder why?Jeff is literally the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

We purchased a 2014 Certified Used Vehicle from Jones Kia. Initially when looking at it online, it was not certified, but after speaking with Will Libertini on the phone, he had it certified before we even got to the dealership. They were able to match our trade-in offer from a well known company in the area, and gave us a great price. Their financing department was able to beat the rate we got from our Credit Union as well, so we were all around very pleased. Will was fantastic from start to finish, and we would highly recommend him to buy a car from. It was a stress free, non aggressive type of transaction which is what we were looking for.

I purchased my second car from Jones Kia, another Soul, in August, 2014 because when I purchased my first Soul in 2011, it was a GREAT experience. I loved my salesman and the finance guy. They gave me a good deal and GREAT service and I absolutely LOVED that car. This time around, not so much. They tacked things onto my contract, such as GAP insurance, which is supposed to be an option and I did not ask for it and I have been fighting with Kia since August to get that $750 back. I also had some minor issues with the car before it left the lot, such as, it had a couple of dings which needed to be repaired and the decorative tape under the driver's window was coming off. They fixed the dings, but could not paint the repairs because they did not have that in stock and the same for the tape. They told me it would be a "We owe" and they would call me when the paint was in. That was in August, this is December. They said they tried to call me when the stuff came in, but they had my cell and my home, which has an answering machine and voice mail and I NEVER got the call. I also expressed to my salesman my concern about the gas mileage and I wanted something really good on gas. My 2011 did okay, but I knew there was something better and he told me the 2014 was great on gas, which I actually get LESS mileage with the 2014 then I did with the 2011 and also, not even a week after I got the 2014 Soul, I saw a commercial for an ELECTRIC Soul and I was so angry that I was not told about this coming out. Probably because I would have waited to make my purchase. I would much rather have had the ELECTRIC.My buying experience took almost 11 hours, which I was not happy about, I am getting a run around from Kia about the GAP, service repairs is a joke and I just do not know what happened from the time I purchased my first Soul(which I wish I had back. I am not at all happy with the 2014 Soul. The driving experience is no longer fun with this car)until now with the company, but I would not recommend it to anyone.

My 2012 Kia Soul was diagnosed as needing a new transmission at only 25,000 miles. The transmission was replace and they returned the vehicle to me even though it had some very obvious problems. It wouldn't shift into 1st gear without double clutching. The mechanic who replaced the transmission, the resident master mechanic and the service manager collectively determined that there was nothing that could be done about this sifting issue and recommended I drive the car for a couple hundred miles and then call them and let them know if the problem works itself out. Not one of the had a real solution. They all lacked the experience with manual transmissions to provide any real answers. The next morning while driving the vehicle it popped out of 5th gear while I was driving down the road. It was an audible pop from the center console. My foot was still on the gas, I had not touched the gear shifter, the clutch or the brake. The rpm's spiked and it took a second before I realized what had happened. Quite frankly, it scared the daylights out of me. After I gathered my thoughts I started thinking this was a fluke. So I shifted back into 5th and continued my commute. About halfway through my commute it popped out of gear again. This time it was 3rd gear and my sister and I heard the pop and saw the gear shifter move and then the rpm's revved high like it did when it popped out of 5th. What is going on with this transmission? After waiting for Kia Roadside Assistance from 9:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and no tow truck ever showing up, I drove the death trap home. Where it popped out of 5th gear two more times. Jones Kia's general manager did send a tow truck after my husband called to complain about KRA not showing up. But when I got to the Jones Kia Service Center, the service advisor tried to turn the tables on me and suggest that the bumps I was hitting were too big and that was what was making the gear shifter pop out of gear. This infuriated me. No vehicle should ever, ever, ever pop out of gear, no matter what!!! His suggestion was ridiculous. And he just stood there with a look on his face that showed he was taking pity on me. The number of times he replied "Really?" with that stupid look on his face only infuriated me more. I have been driving vehicle with a manual transmission for nearly 30 years. They don't just jump out of gear. I do know what I am talking about. And someone at Jones Kia needs to hire someone with some knowledge of manual transmissions or foot the bill for me to take it to an expert because they are baffled and that is not going to get my car repaired, now is it?

After visiting a total of five Kia dealerships and becoming more and more frustrated each time, an internet search led me to Jones Kia! I initially explained the deals I'd been offered to Randy and he put me in touch with Steve M. I explained to Steve the situation with my trade and what I wanted to pay - didn't really care how they got to my number (discount the MSRP or give me top dollar for my trade) mind you. Steve was professional and we agreed to schedule an appointment for me to meet with him and have my trade valued. They made me a deal and even went as far as getting the *EXACT* Optima Hybrid I wanted from another dealer. On top of everything else, the Jones For Life program sold me!So, long story short, there is a reason I traveled over 75 miles from home to purchase my Optima Hybrid. These guys cannot be beat - and they customer service after the sale is incredible. I know I made a smart purchase and that my dealer will stand behind it forever. On top of everything else, I'm was surprised that Jones is able to handle the out of state sales tax and registration - definitely an added bonus!Thank you, Steve and thank you, Jones! I will be sure to refer all my family and friends to you guys! I'm a Jones customer for life!P.S. - the hybrid is averaging over 41.2 MPG after 325+ miles so far - easily beating the window sticker!

I walked in not know what type of car that I wanted. I sat down with Tim Brown and we went through a lot of vehicles. I was given several vehicles to test drive and then we narrowed it down to a couple of cars. Tim was amazing at what he did, he came in to work with me on his day off and then we sat down and went over some numbers and I was still not sure because it was a little out of my price range, so I left the dealership with same old car that I came in with. On my way home, I received a call a call from Tim that stated that they were able to get the price down to my range. Sine it was Tim's day off, I told him that I would come in to complete all of the paperwork the next morning first thing. I arrived at the dealership right as they opened and met Tim and all of the paperwork was complete and I went right into finance and signed my papers. After the paperwork was complete, Tim showed me every option on the car and even took the time I set up my phone and satellite. I would recommend Tim Brown to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Never did I think I would be driving my dream car... Until now! So many thanks to everyone who helped me out, but especially to Fran Meyers and his wonderful team! Being a first time buyer with little credit history, it was hard for me to even think of being able to buy a car, let alone my dream car without even needing a co-signer. Everyone at Jones was amazing to work with, so friendly and made you feel like a million bucks from the moment you pulled in, to the moment you pulled out in your new car! Hugh, Dom and Rob worked hard to get me approved and I could not thank them more. Now I have a reliable vehicle that turns heads. I wanted to upgrade my vehicle to a more expensive and larger car. I found this car online and sent a request in for more information and explained my situation. Jones Kia responded quickly and I was asked if I would come see them. Dominick Avena the sales manager at the dealership had explained my situation to his salesmen Fran Myers and they worked very hard to meet my expectations. I was in and out in a fashionable time and they did exactly has they had promised. They also sped the financing process up and made that experience great also. To sum it up they delivered on their statement that we can get that deal done! A promise I am not use to seeing in this industry. I will return the next time I am looking for another vehicle. Jones Kia is amazing. Their service is impeccable, I kid you not. I walked into their dealer ship on April 13th, had no idea what I wanted to buy but knew that I liked the look of the Forte Koup! Without any problems they were able to order the car I wanted and have it delivered to their store just for me to have a look! Once I returned on April 25th, I knew I wanted that car. The price was completely negotiable! Their first priority definitely was getting me the car I wanted and could afford. I really felt like family there because of how close and connected their staff truly is. Multipul staff members contantly asked me if I had been helped, If I wanted anything to drink, and If there was anything they could do for me just to let them. I would 100% recommend to go to jones! And I would definitely recommend getting a Kia Forte Koup! I am 17 years old, and the car drives amazing! It's sexy and safe! So appealing on the outside! I am so happy with the purchase! and I honestly could not imagine having better service anywhere else! The emploee's truly work with you and make the experience all about you and what you want! The day I bought my car and took it home, the service department set up my first appointment for an oil change and put me in their system! One of their emploee's set up my hands free calling! I love this car! The navigation is amazing, I love the sunroof and all the little details on the car! If you want a car and subperb serivce go to Jones Kia! I truly felt like a princess and apart of their family! It honestly made me sad to leave that day! I love Jones Kia. Had the best car buying experience I've had to date here. We worked with a salesman named Tim, who was a veteran in the business. He was very straight forward and very little BS. Told us about the car, gave us a key, and let us drive it around. The first time there we drove the Kia Sportage and we really liked it. We talked preliminary numbers with TIm after the drive and then went on our way to try some more options. Once we shopped around, we narrowed in on two options, the Kia Sportage or the Subaru XV Crosstrek (at Jones Subaru). We previously purchased a Subaru from Jones Subaru, and it wasn't the best experience but we got the car we wanted. Both choices came in around the same price, but Kia had better incentives. I won't go into much detail but I'll never buy a Subaru from Jones Subaru again as long as Ian Chado works there. We had an awful experience trying to close on a deal with the XV Crosstrek, and ultimately, our decision to go with Kia was largely due to that man and the way we were treated at Jones Subaru. (please see my review of Jones Subaru for more detail)Anyway, we went back for a second look at the Kia and loved it. Tim immediately got to work and you could tell they wanted to make things work. There was no pressure in the sale and he flat out asked what we wanted to pay to get us on the road that day. We told him and he made it happen. We got the financing we were promised and even extra rebates, as well as a good amount for our trade in. They had the car ready and waiting for when we finished with the finance guy (who was very nice and got us out of there fast). The whole process was pretty painless and stress free. A nice change from what I'm used to. They even apologized many times for the way we were treated at Jones Subaru, even though it was no fault of their own. I would HIGHLY recommend asking for Tim when you go there. We love our new sportage, love the deal we got, and would highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento. Love the Sorento! Got home and noticed the roof rails were not on the car but were on the sticker, they eagerly put these on when we brought the Kia back the next day and their friendliness continued, a day after the sale was finalized. Jones Kia did not go down to what I wanted off the sticker before taking off the $ for my trade in but Hugh was helpful and tried to work with me, getting me what I wanted for my trade in, a fair price.

I heard nothing but good things about when Jones and when I heard they added a new manufacturer I headed over the Kia franchise. I decided to give them a shot to earn my business and check out the hot new Kia lineup.. After I wasn't pleasantly greeted I was put at ease . I ended up purchasing a 2013 Kia Optima and haven't been more satisfied with a vehicle until this one. I also wanted to add that service had been nothing but helpful as well . I have recommended many people to Jones and will continue to do so in the future.

Avoid Jones (Junction) Kia if possible! In November 2008, I bought a new 2009 Kia Rio5 from Thompson Kia (now Jones Kia) from Paul Zerelli (who's still at Jones Kia) and he sold me an extended warranty until 100k miles. The extended warranty is useless, because nothing's ever covered under warranty. I've had 2 ignitions, multiple paint peelings, car jolting when put in reverse and countless other times I've been stranded on the road. This past time, last Saturday I could not turn my key in the ignition. I called Jones Kia and spoke with Malcolm in service. He said I would have to have the car towed (at my expense) to Jones. Luckily after about 30 minutes the key finally turned and I drove there immediately. Due to the holiday, they could not look at my car until Tuesday, so I was without a car until Tuesday. I called Tuesday and neither DL nor Malcolm would return my calls, nor would anyone else. Finally after 4 attempts, and 10 minutes before closing, I got ahold of DL and he said your car is ready, but we're closing and it's $168 for a bent ignition. You can pick up your car tomorrow. Today, I went to pick up my car and Malcolm told me it was my fault the ignition was bent, due to a key being forced in the ignition -- I never have done that and this is the third ignition. Both DL and Malcolm were very rude. When I picked up the car tonight, DL said no charge because there's no record or paperwork. I said both Malcolm and you told me it was $168. He said no record, no paperwork, no charge. There's no record my vehicle was ever at Jones Kia and I believe there's a chance nothing was replaced in my vehicle. The only person who helped me was Tom Caminiti, who told me to contact either Pete Manzo or Steve Smeltzer, which I did through numerous e-mails and phone messages, but I never heard a reply. Although this was a new car, I strongly believe it's a lemon and Paul Zerelli, DL, Malcolm and Jones (Junction) Kia have done me wrong. Please stay away from Jones (Junction) Kia.
