The mechanics diagnosed and fix my SUV in a timely fashion. I was able to use a loaner vehicle for 24 hours which made it convenient to get to and from my work place. Kim explained the problem very well, and completed all the paperwork efficiently. Even under a stressful and busy situation, she handled me as a customer calmly and quickly.

I had a car towed to the service department and without an appointment, on a snowy day, they were able to service the car. The car also needed some body work, from a parking lot problem from the fall. Service was going to take it up to the collision center afterwards, but with the snow and the lot being slippery, they called me to say that they were holding off on taking the car to the collision center and would take it up today, which they did.

I have never been disappointed in my experience at Jones. I had to leave my car overnight as the technicians were running late and I didn't want the work rushed on my car. What a great feeling to know that my local dealer will go above and beyond to uphold their customer service values! My recent purchase of 2007 Dodge Ram quickly turned into what I thought was going to be a service nightmare. I bought a Dodge Ram from the used car lot at Jones. A week later, I brought it in to have the fluctuation in power checked out. Needed an O2 sensor and 16 spark plugs. Two weeks into owning my truck, I was told that I needed a water pump and the radiator needed to be replaced. Very upset and taking by surprise that my new purchase was going to cost me a third of what the truck is worth, I decided to reach out and ask for help. It wasn't long before I received a phone call from John Meyers apologizing for the situation and assuring me that Jones was going to make all the necessary repairs and cover all the cost. During the time that my truck was in the shop, Jones also provided me with a loaner car. I read so many horror stories about cars breaking down and the dealer refusing to help the customer out. I am writing this review to illustrate how Jones was willing to do the right thing to make sure that a customer continues to have a good experience. Jones definitely understands the customer comes first and I would recommend them to everyone.

I liked how I was shown around the whole building to see the complete operation. Also, the follow up service with freebies like oil/filter changes, free car washes, etc. is very nice. One improvement would be for salesman to ask if you were referred by anyone. I had a referee but forgot and after the deal missed out on the chance for referral bonus.

I walked in the front door of your Toyota dealership, told the greeter I was interested in a Highlander and she introduced me to Rob Capaletti. Rob took me outside to look at several vehicles and suggested a test drive. As we drove Rob pointed out features and answered my many questions ,continuing to do so back at Jones. Rob explained the Jones for a lifetime program which definitely add value and took me on a tour of your facility. I picked out a Highlander I was interested in and Rob had someone look at my trade and started the process. Rob introduced me to his manager Tim Wojo... who had the trade info. and we continued talking until we agreed on a price and trade value. I picked up my new Highlander the next morning and Rob sat in the vehicle and explained all the bottoms and controls. He also took the time to pair our phones. I have been very pleased with my Highlander. Rob followed up with me a couple of times and I appreciated that.

I have a 2005 Toyota Avalon, for which all of the repair and maintenance work has been done at Jones Toyota. On Saturday afternoon, Oct 18, I had to call AAA because of what turned out to be a dead battery. After they jump started it, I drove straight to Jones, arriving at 2:45pm. I asked for rush consideration of a battery replacement because I have a critically ill family member in the Philadelphia area and we were supposed to leave for the hospital at 3:00. They were more than accommodating I was back in my repaired car with my new battery humming away by 3:45. I could not have asked for anything more!!!!

John Reid told us about the financing available at Jones and the incentives to buy a Toyota there.Robert Cappelletti, our Salesman, took great pains in explaining all features of the car. He even gave us an incentive on the rewards card. This is all I wanted was for someone to be apologetic and Tim took the heat and all that and for that I am very grateful and would use jones again in the future. I'm very bad experience. I have bought over 20 cars in my lifetime. I was in a hurry and we did not have time to review the contract and they never whenever with us anyway. He promised to give us the 2014 Toyota Camry at 1300 dollars under invoice. We ended up paying sticker. After the mistake was caught we contacted them extremely frustrated. Of course we could not get a hold of anyone that had to do with our sale. Another manager look into it and sure enough lo and behold he caused a mistake. Sounds like some dishonesty is going on

I am pleased with the purchase of a 2014 Tundra. Here were some of the issues. 1. Pitched given about vehicle pickup for service. Service ended 3 weeks after I bought the vehicle. 2. Jones Auto has asked 2 times for extra money to cover tax and tags. First time I paid. Second time is to be determined. 3. Took vehicle to dealership to have extra protection applied and dealership did not have door guards in inventory. Jones is just a car dealership. Nothing Special. However the Toyota product is good. Just remember that the dealerships job is to get every penny out of you !

I needed to purchase a truck. I was already familiar with what I wanted and only needed prices so I knew which dealer to buy from. I didn't have much time to shop around due to work. I emailed all Toyota dealerships in the area with the exact model and features that I wanted. I had purchased three Toyotas from Jones in the last four years and always had a great experience. I am familiar with their Jones for a Lifetime program and use it all the time - it's great! I certainly included them on my price comparison check. I received an e-mail back right away with a price so I was very happy with the prompt, professional reply. Unfortunately for them, Russell Toyota in Catonsville beat their price by $ 690.00. Due to the fact that I purchased from them on so many previous occasions I followed-up with them to see if they could at least match the price, if so I would have bought from them. They told me that they couldn't match it and informed me that Russell Toyota was going to charge me $ 400.00 more then my e-mail from them stated, once I actually got to their dealership. I guess that they were hoping that I would fall for that and buy from them. Russell Toyota did not charge me anything more than what their email originally stated. They priced it exactly $ 690.00 cheaper for the same vehicle. Jones called me the next day and the salesman seemed "surprised" that I wasn't charged the $ 400.00. I am not sure where they got this figure from and they couldn't explain it either. While overall I like Jones Toyota, I was disappointed in their price. The manager explained all the "freebies" that they throw in but those would have cost me $ 690.00 this time. As a side note, Jones was the second cheapest dealer in the area and I priced every dealer from Bel Air, Baltimore, Laurel, Annapolis, and Westminster. Thompson Toyota would not give a price over the Internet. Jerry's Toyota was the highest priced.

You guys rock! Mark Nelson, my sales associate, guided me through the ups and downs of my car purchase. He showed me, by the numbers why it was going to be more cost effective to buy a new Prius vice a used one, over the phone first and then when I got to the dealership. Let me tell you, these guys know their stuff and they take care of you 100%. I love my Jones Maintenance plan in conjunction with Toyota Care, I'm set for the first 5 years of the vehicle. On top of that, they will even give your gal (or you) a manicure while you wait. It's just the combination of the little things, plus all the good deals that let you know they really care. Greatest experience I have had buying a car--- did the whole thing on the phone and in my office! Never left the building till my new Sequoia was delivered to me! (my office is 24 miles from Jones) 1) good selection of 2014's 2) Price was the easy part-- 3) Got good advice based on the questions they asked me that helped me make a better choice than I originally considered 4) Sales rep - Chris Voelker, knows his product and explained and programmed everything for me 5) Get this--they scheduled my first service and will be picking my truck up and dropping off a loaner. Seriously??

We just bought our second car within 13 months from Jones Jounction. Many friends of ours have told us how great thier SERVICE AFTER THE SALE is for years. After buying our first one in August of 2012 we know first hand it's true! So here we are this week for the second. The buying experience was even better this time then last! We would reccomend anyone to see "our" salesman, Tim Saxon. Tim was great! Not pushy, very personable, understood clearly what we wanted and was very sensitive to our schedule. We will look forward to working with him again. We would never buy a car any where else!

Purchasing my new Carolla was a great experience. Devon followed through with a promise....to find me the right car....to find everthing I was looking for and needed,.... and at no time was he a pushy. He found me the Carolla I needed and not the Ferrari I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Jones Toyota and I would gladly recommend them to anyone in the market to purchase or lease a new car.

I bought a 2013 Toyota Sienna today and it is awesome to drive. It's a big improvement over my 2010 Sienna. More importantly, the sales and service people at Jones Toyota treated us with utmost courtesy and respect. Our sales person, Ramiro Ramos, was always there to answer any questions we had. He was very, very patient and showed no pressure to buy. He was very personable and real easy to talk to. This made buying so much easier. We thank him for all of his time and effort in getting us the answers to our many questions. It was a pleasure doing business at Jones Toyota!

Jones Junction is amazing! They made the experience of buying my first car fun AND informative. My salesman Matt Hawkins made this process a breeze. He walked us through every step, made us feel at home, and really knew the cars. Finally I found a dealership that understands a BUDGET and didn't exploit my inexperience. This dealership has great service, amazing coverage, and definitely makes you feel at home. Ladies, you can't beat a FREE MANICURE!

I hate buying new vehicles. It is always a trying, long, drawn out process of negotiating and spending the whole day at a dealership. My experience at Jones for the recent purchase of my 2013 Toyota Rav4 was unlike any of this and was my best experience ever, by far. My salesperson Adam Harrow took the time to cater to me and present things in a non hurried and professional manner. He gave me a good price and prevented the back and forth and he truly impressed me with the dealership and their free lifetime service program. I would definitely recommend the dealership and my salesperson and I will be returning in the future.

He was very knowledgeable about the different models of cars she was interested in. He provided excellent customer service and very professional. I recently went to Jones Toyota Bel Air and was met by an awesome salesman by the name of Jerry Flores. Mr Flores was very courteous, professional, and made a normally nervous situation into a very pleasing and relaxing situation. Our experience at Jones was great! My husband and I worked with Jerry Flores. He called me with a price for our trade in which was reasonable and worked with us throughout the process. Since we had limited time with busy work schedules and two children, I called him and told him exactly which vehicles I wanted to see. He had them lined up with keys ready when I arrived. My husband and I were able to compare the vehicles (Toyota Highlander, 4 Runner, and Nissian Pathfinder), test drive, and set up another appointment. On our second trip, I told Jerry exactly what I was looking for down to the vehicle color and interior color. He had it on the lot and I was test driving within minutes. Locking in our final deal at Jones was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Jerry even gave me flowers for Mother's Day and offered to fill up the tank of our rental. I would recommend calling Jerry if you're interested in buying a vehicle. He made our experience one of the best! He totally understands the challenges of having a family and needing a family vehicle. I am a pretty picky person and he treated me like a queen!

We were sold our truck and not offered the Jones for Life deal that is supposed to be for every vehicle under 100 k miles- it was "as is" and we should have been offered the deal as an add on but wasn't. I would have got it but the used sale associate did not offer it !

This ad has been on cars.com for over a week and every time call they say this is a wrong price yet it has not been removed or updated. So you know this is true I have talked to Kris Ruhling and Todd Madore. I would not deal with these guys.

I bought a used minivan at Jones Junction a few weeks ago. What a pleasure-- Charlie Wrencher was my salesman and was very easy to work with. They let me take the car to my mechanic, and fixed the items I asked for. My kids enjoyed the free popcorn and hot dogs! Thanks, Jones Junction! I will definitely be back.
