I was very pleased with my experience at Jordan Motorcars. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely professional. I recommend to anyone new or experienced to car buying to shop at Jordan Motorsports, particularly the one in San Marcos, Texas. I would give more than 5 stars for customer service if possible.

As a first time car buyer, I wanted to go used and was a bit nervous about making such a large purchase. Going to Jordan Cars was a great decision, and I had a wonderful experience! I was able to get in, out, test drive the car I was interested in, and set up that day. Brodie Scott took his time and explained everything in a very professional and realistic way, and made buying a car exciting and convenient! I would definitely recommend this place, and Brodie! Customer service is essential to car shopping, and I felt very at ease and happy with my purchase/experience.

I enjoyed the no pressure, friendly, and honest atmosphere while shopping at Jordan Motorcars. My salesman was Brodie and he couldn't have been more polite and friendly. A while after buying my used car, I ran into a few issues. Once I told Brodie about it, he jumped right on into the problem, assisting me in any way he could. I have been very satisfied with my choice to buy from them, they stand by the quality of their cars and ensure that the vehicle you choose satisfies you not only upon purchase, but down the road as well. If you are looking to buy used, I'd recommend that you at least stop in at Jordan Motorcars to see what they have to offer you.

I had been looking for a used SS Camaro for awhile and Jordan motorcars in San Marcos had an unbelievable deal on a extremely nice 2011 SS. Brody Scott was very nice to work with and there was not pressure to buy. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them if you are looking.

Purchased used 2011 pickup from salesman Brodie Scott in San Marcos. Mr. Scott was knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. Not at all pushy like usual used car salesperson! We had a lot of negotiations before deal was done. Found just what I wanted at the Pat Booker lot, but when I went to test drive, air conditioner was not working on the vehicle. Dealer repaired it, - still not working. Third time was charms, finally got it fixed. Overall, very pleased with quality of salesperson, not so much on dealership. After purchase, took 5 days or so to get fixed and take possession.

Have purchased other vehicles before but found this purchased to be the most pleasant and stress free! Justin was extremely attentive from the start. I called to schedule a test drive, on my way to the dealership I received a call from Justin stating he was tied up but would be at the dealership as soon as he completed his assignment. Upon arriving I was graciously greeted by Andrew and he got me started on looking at the vehicle. Once going over it Justin joined me on a test drive and I was sold. I thank Justin and his team for the "no pressure" experience but more importantly for showing me what I ask to see, instead of trying to sell " me up" to a vehicle out of my budget range. I will definitely consider Justin and team in the future should I need another vehicle!

Went in interested in a Mazdaspeed3, only worry was what I still owed on my car. Brodie was an excellent help and got me what I needed on my car as well as a great deal in pricing for the Mazda. All of our expectations were meet at Jordan Motorcars in San Marcos. I took my wife and two small children with me to find a new truck and my family felt completely comfortable the entire time, and that can be tuff when you have an infant. Everyone was courteous and extremely helpful. Our sales rep Justin Curtis was honest and to the point when we had questions, no gimmicks whatsoever. I have been to a few dealerships in my time and it is such a relief to have finally been treated like a person instead of just another buyer. Most often dealerships pressure you to buy a car and the experience becomes unsatisfactory. However, Jordan Motorcars was the complete opposite! My family and I received excellent customer service from Justin Curtis. The paperwork and delivery of our vehicle was overall done in a timely manner. And the ease of transaction by Mike Fox was satisfactory. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family and even some of you readers! I have waited to write this review because I was skeptical to write it immediately after purchasing the vehicle we selected since most customers are on the "new vehicle high" after getting something new. After dealing with five other large dealerships I was confident there is no possible way this small car dealership could meet my expectation of a good buying experience. It has now been just over a month since I purchased my truck and if I had another opportunity to buy a vehicle from this dealership I would. Being 25 years old some dealers tend to treat you like buddy instead of a customer Jordan Motorcars has been the exception. From the moment I called Jordan Motorcars I was given respect and clear honest answers. Jordan Motorcars Associates Justin Curtis (salesman) and Mike (Sales Manager) provided my wife and I with excellent customer service. Without a doubt I know I received the best deal for my Trade and an excellent price for the vehicle I purchased. This dealership has my business next time I go vehicle shopping. Do yourself and favor and put this dealership on your list next time you shop for a vehicle. Other dealerships will waste your time and provide you with empty promises to get you into their lot, but Jordan Motorcars is the honest dealership that will win your business without the hassle or regret.

My husband was looking for a specific F-150 to trade in our Jeep for that Jordan Motorcars happened to have. Unfortunately, he was not with me at this time and was finishing training at Ft. Benning. I was only in Texas for a month and anxiously headed over to possibly get the truck for him. I'd never done this on my own and wasn't looking forward to interacting with salesmen, but these guys will completely change any bad thoughts on salesmen you previously had. The location was nice and well set up. I ended up loving the truck and we got right into the process without any pressure from them. Justin Curtis was extremely professional and not pushy at all. I really appreciated how great he was. Michael Fox handled the financing side but Justin stayed throughout the process- can't say enough how great these guys are! Michael was super quick putting the paperwork together and laid it out in a extremely easy way to follow. He took his time explaining exactly what I was signing and made sure I understood correctly. I also want to add that I visited a few Ford dealerships nearby previously and really did not appreciate the treatment I received as a woman. So I wouldnt waste your time at least at the Fords nearby (if that's what you're looking for). Overall, a really unexpected wonderful experience for a nervous Army wife. I ended up driving away with what my husband wanted and gained a little confidence from being able to do it on my own. I would not of gone through with the buying process on my own anywhere else and am extremely thankful to these guys!

Let start off by saying that I Drew is as professional as they come. I called to inquire about a Honda Accord and Drew answered. After finding out that the car was still available I told him I would be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later Drew had the car ready for me to test drive. I was offered top dollar for my trade. I found a car on the San Marcos lot of Jordan Ford via Cars.com, and Mike Fox and his team were extremely courteous. I dealt with Andrew McIver. The dealership delivered on its quality, as I have taken my used car its brand dealership and had them do another multipoint inspection on top of what Jordan Ford had done, just as a reassurance. Sure enough, everything checked out. I would recommend Jordan Ford to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

I would just like to say that in all my years having to deal with car salesmen has not been good actually right down ugly. To them you are just a number and only care about commissions. There are some places I would not shop at even if the car was free based on there service. However I MUST SAY THAT at Jordan- motors I was treated just as a person deserves to be treated. We all may not have the best credit out there for one reason or another but we all are human and deserve to be treated as such. I would recommend for anyone in the market looking for a good used car/ truck to go and talk to Justin Curtis. and Mike. These guys really know how to treat people. I was so impressed that I must share this. Late Friday night I met Justin at the dealership. Right away I was attend and not once felt like they wanted just to sell the car. I took test drive with Justin and yes I mention him by his name cause the entire test drive I felt like I was riding with my best friend and not a sales person. the whole ride we talked about family his and mine and other topics of your personal life. nothing to do with buy the car. Mike, who did the paperwork for me and just as friendly. This is the first time I ever write a review for anyone or any business but I say that I would go back to this dealership again and again, with people like Justin and Mike who needs any other dealerships. Most dealerships should send their salespeople for training at Jordan Motors.

We drove all the way from Fort Worth to find a Ford Edge. They had one at their location so we decided to check it out & it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The whole car buying process was so easy, the staff was the up most friendliest group of people I've ever met. I absolutely love this group & will always go to them when wanting to purchase a vehicle. They bent over backwards to make sure I left with my 2008 Ford Edge limited! It's a beautiful car & is in great shape! The whole experience was more than worth the drive.

I was looking for a Titan or Tundra 4x4 and saw a nice 2011 Titan here. Spoke with Drew about it and he was very helpful. Although he didnt quite understand that used car sticker prices are always negotiable, but he was a young guy so I wont totally hold it against them. Truck was in great shape when I initially looked at it and there were no surprises during the test drive or otherwise. Ive driven it probably 100 miles since and its perfect so far. They offered a 6 month 6k mile drivetrain warranty which was a very nice accomodation for such a small dealership. I would buy from again for sure.

Went in late one night and was looking for a specific Vehicle. I found online that Jordan Motorcars had the vehicle i was looking for. I went in late one night after work, i was able to test drive the vehicle, and i told them the i would be in the next day, to purchase the vehicle. We were very fortunate that we came to Jordan Motors in San Marcos, Texas. We were looking for a good used vehicle and we were very blessed to find it here. We meet Al the Salesman and he showed us inventory in what we were looking for and we found a awesome Nissan Rogue 2012. Low mileage and a great price. Then we were introduced to Mike who helped us with the process, paper work and getting us a great low finance deal. These guys are awesome, honest, great personality, easy to talk to and f you like a vehicle on their lot, they will do their very best to get it for you :)

I found this dealership online and from the initial correspondonce Drew was friendly and very upfront. This is a small dealershup but they have everything you could want. My initial e-mail response to the ad was returned by a polite salesman, Dru, who was very professional and not pushy at all. He gave me all the information required for me to make the decision to meet and view the truck in question. I met Dru the next morning, once again I was greeted in an extremely professionally, this proved to be the way business is done at Jordon Motorcars. The truck was even better than described and priced more than fairly, the value offered for my trade was also fair and met my expectations. This was one of the most easy going and pleasant car buying experiences I have enjoyed and I have purchased many, many cars. These guys are simply great!
