*Please be very weary of the salesman here* Went to look at the BMW i3 and took it for a ride. We quickly noticed that there was some sort of electrical problem as lights on the heated seat indicator were blinking or completely off. After speaking to Sergio about the issue he promised to have it serviced so we began the paperwork process including giving my personal information and looking at my credit score. Everything went through fine with the bank but Sergio never got the BMW service as promised and then began calling me a liar even though I had paperwork to show what we agreed upon. He was very rude, disrespectful, and would not let me finish a sentence. Long story short we pulled out of the deal and he told us point blank that he would be selling this BMW i3 to someone else and not telling them about the electrical problem we wanted to have fixed. It's hard enough to buy a used car I know if there's anything wrong. This place was honest that they would be lying. *The below comment from the owner is only half truth. They fixed half the problem and refused to finish the job. Unfortunately, this person continues to lie. To my point, be careful. Shop elsewhere.

I was rushed into purchasing a cadillac truck for my pregnant woman and are children… Sergio claimed he was trying to help but wait to the end cause this is a car lot… I purchased the vehicle CASH OUT 12,000.00 n same day I noticed it had mad problems… I drove the car once after paying for it … den brought it back… Sergio took the car n keep it for like a month claiming he was fixing it but I was in the same shape Whn I gave it to him… I asked for another vehicle off the lot for the same price I paid for the Cadillac truck.. he offered only to give me back 10,000.00 out of the 12,000.00 I gave him for a truck I haven’t drove but once nor changed any miles on the vehicle… but the car has been paid for a month ago wit … I cnt keep goin bck n forth wit dem I’m jst goin to have to handle this the legal way… they will b hearing frm my lawyer… but I wouldn’t dar recommend the anyone to buy a car from here… I added the photo of the purchase 8/24/21 I jst got the car back today 30 days later drove once 9/24/21

Had a great experience. The car we wanted had a few issues but they fixed it. They were extremely helpful and respectful throughout the hole process.

Very straightforward dealership! Everyone was very intuitive and helpful. No issues purchasing a vehicle and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.
