Rick shuttled me home and came back to pick me up very nice and respectful. The day my car was ready for pick up it started snowing. Rick drove my car from outside cleaned the snow off and pulled it inside the building to help me out when I was trying to get to work on time. Rick was supposed to leave work at 5 pm and went out of his way to pick me up from home around 4:50 pm which caused him to leave work later on Thursday, Feb 4. Kahlo thanks for Jimmy's hard work and Rick as well for taking me home and picking me up. I was provided excellent customer service from Jimmy and Rick. Thanks again, Tammy

My sales person MR Nate Armstrong is an amazing human. He treated me with the utmost respect. As a single mom I was worried about going in to buy a car. He helped me. He listened. I trust him fully. We shared some jokes and who knew he can sing too! I had been in earlier that day… searching for the exact Jeep I wanted. I told him what I wanted and left. He called me just an hour later with a gem! Finance was a breeze. Purchase was done in less than two hours. Their team even stayed after on a Saturday to help me. The gentlemen of Kahlo were respectful and kind. Much more than I can say for their rivals down the road. They listened with the intention of hearing… not responding with a sales tactic. My Jeep was clean and well cared for. This is my second time buying a vehicle from them. I will do it again.

Our salesperson, Julie, called in the morning to clarify what it was we were looking for. By 3pm she had a deal worked out for a minivan that was perfect for our needs. By 7pm we were walking out to our new vehicle after spending a couple hours getting all of our questions answered, taking a test drive, and finalizing the paper work. We never felt like she was trying to take advantage of us. It truly felt like a partnership where she was trying to do right by us so that we would be happy...which in turn would make us refer more business her direction. Pretty good strategy. This is the second time we've bought from Kahlo, and we have never had any issues with the dealership.

We had to make a difficult decision in that we needed to decide whether we would repair our 2010 vehicle or purchase a new vehicle. Among all the sales, financial, and service departments, we were able to talk through this decision-making process, as we received very objective information from all. We had been looking for a 2016 Cherokee Latitude 4x4 and had checked with multiple dealers and found different prices, options, etc... but Kahlo had the model equipped the way i wanted and the price was not a negotiable point as I was eligible for employee pricing from Chrysler. However, I had an additional wrinkle as I was looking to lease but had a negative equity position on my trade. I knew what the lease payment should be and it came down to making the numbers work from Kahlo's side. Michael Stafford was our salesperson and he was fantastic. When it didn't look like the numbers would work and get to a level we both could be happy with he didn't stop working from his side. Ultimately Michael was able to work from his end to get us to where we were happy and the dealership was happy. :) I can recommend Kahlo with no reservations as a dealership and specifically Michael. He was a pleasure to work with.

Beginning to end this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car! I got preapproval at Dodge.com (super fast and easy!) and then was notified by Kahlo within 10 minutes! I arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes before closing and was promptly met by Michael. (He ended up staying almost 1.5 hours past closing just to help me!) He listened to what I was looking for and the situation with my trade-in vehicle. I had a couple of cars in mind and he helped me look at them and then test drive one. When I returned he had my financing options complete and sent me home with a test vehicle (smart on his part because it was the one I bought!) By the time I returned the next morning I had made my decision and within 1 hour I was on my way in my new vehicle! I had my dream car with the payment that I wanted! I couldn't be happier with my experience. Everyone was great at Kahlo but Michael's customer service was awesome! Thanks Michael and Kahlo!

Purchased a used 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee last week. This will be the 6th Jeep we have owned. Michael Stafford was absolutely the best sales person we have ever dealt with. No hassle, terrific customer service and worked for us. All information about the GC, carfax, service history records, options report and booking sheet was in a folder ready for us. OK. It's my 7th Jeep, but my wife's first--a gorgeous Maximum Steel Grand Cherokee Limited. Michael Stafford was the quintessential professional sales consultant. Mike bared bitterly cold winds to meet us in a far corner of Kahlo's vast lot. And he bravely stayed with us even though we let him know we were only looking and encouraged him to return to more comfortable surrounds. Although I love my Jeeps and my wife has enjoyed driving mine, she was in the market for something smaller than any I've had (M38A1, CJ7, Wagoneer, & three Grand Cherokee Limiteds). We were on our way to the Indy auto show. It was VERY cold. We were only the slightest bit interested, but Mike was so reserved, so professional, so helpful, and so willing to brave the elementswe DID test drive a nice Cherokee (which was just barely on our shortlist). We came in and spoke with Mike at length. He couldn't have been more helpful AND he was NOT "pushy" in the least. We left--not anticipating further pursuit of the Cherokee BUT--knowing we had a trustworthy Jeep/Mopar contact would we ever need one. We enjoyed the auto show and checked out every booth except Fiat. (She wouldn't encourage me to buy a Lotus). She absorbed extensive data/observations/sitting-experiences in the SUVs that were even remotely interesting. She'd already test driven several small to mid-size SUVs in the two months she'd been looking (since being rear-ended while stopped waiting in a line for a vehicle several cars in front to make a left-hand turn--her car was totaled when hit by a teen driver going over the speed limit on a state highway--obviously not paying attention to driving--resultant 4 car crash--hopefully no permanent injures to my wife or anyone else). The next morning we realized that there are some great SUVs out there, but the beautiful Grand Cherokee sitting on the showroom floor next to Mike's desk seemed to be beckoning us. We called Mike that morning and asked if we could come in and test drive it that day. We found out later that he already had a full schedule that day, but he accommodated us. Short story? (short is obviously NOT my style). Mike made the buying experience simple and easy. He addressed our concerns, met our requests, answered our questions honestly, and negotiated professionally. He made car buying a pleasant experience--like it should be. She drove her new Jeep home and Mike made arrangements for me to drop it off briefly the following week to have the GPS installed. He provided a loaner, I caught a movie down the street and picked up my wife's Jeep and headed home. She's "lovin' it!" So am I. And Mike made it SO easy AND pleasant! I'd highly recommend reaching out to Mike specifically if you're in the market for a new vehicle. By the way, just in the past few days--since we've made our purchase, reports are flying that Jeep will have a Grand Cherokee Hellcat within the next two years. Sounds like a winner to me! But if you can get by with less than 707 horses in your SUV, I'd suggest you check out the current Jeep Grand Cherokees). By the way, I intended to get ten years and 200,000 miles out of my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited when I bought it new off the lot at the old Kahlo Jeep location (when the building still proudly carried the Eagle brand designation then, although AMC had shut down production of the Eagle in the late 1980s). Well, the ten years have passed and I'm closing in on 200,000 miles--perhaps I'll attain that by the end of this year; BUT I'm now shooting for another 10 years and a total of perhaps 350,000 miles on it. It still looks good! I keep it outside all the time; wash it very often; and drive it hard--like Hemis are intended to be driven. I now hope to "inherit" my wife's new Jeep in about another ten years when she's in the market again. And of course, we'll head to Kahlo's first--after calling ahead and asking for Mike!

We had a great experience here from trading in our van to getting a new one. Michael Stafford was excellent and listened to everything we needed in a vehicle. He found us exactly what we needed. Bought my new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 12/26/15 and had the best buying experience at Kahlo. I dealt with Wayne Phipps through the whole process and he was kind,considerate, and professional. Had to take it back for a few adjustments and they were just as friendly as the day i bought it. Wayne had my wife and I a car to drive while the repairs were being made as we live over an hour away. I drove 90 minutes to check out a used Dodge Challenger, was checking it out when Wayne showed up and wasn't long I was test driving it. A week later we made the deal with Waynes help, not pushy and I was having a bad cold and hard to talk and Wayne helped a lot by texting info. Sales went through excellent and all my questions were answered. Great guys to deal with and I hope to return in the future for a car for my wife when hers runs its course. My son who had came along is a Jeep owner and was impressed by the service as well. The car I got actually was better than I had thought originally with so many options I didn't know it had, Wayne also took time to show me some features I had asked about. Got a Hotrod builder buddy when I showed the car was very impressed. These guys were easy to deal with, and very relaxed atmosphere, great place to look for a car.

Last week my daughter chose a 2012 Durango Crew (pre certified) from Kahlo after visits to a few other vehicles at other dealerships. I brought her in because my experience was the same in SEP 2014 when I purchased my new RAM 1500 Big Horn. Rich Schmicker and the sales support team did a great job, once again and went the extra mile to show her several different used vehicles on their lot. I found a 2015 Chrysler 300 (to replace my 2013 300 that is coming off lease) online at Kahlo on Sunday and inquired online about it. I got a call from Sandy, Kahlo's online person, on Monday morning. She confirmed availability and had Stan I. call a few minutes later with a price. The price was great and Stan had everything ready when I arrived to pick up the car. I was in a little bit of a hurry and the whole Kahlo team was very accommodating. The whole delivery process only took about 30 minutes. I was very happy with the experience.

Peyton was great! I definitely recommend buying a car from him; however there is a salesman with brownish/gray hair and his desk is located off the right hand side when you walk in through the main doors that needs to be fired. He was rude, not willing to help me and he had his phone on his desk with a picture of a womans' butt in skimpy underwear. Definitely discusting!! Wish I would have gotten his name but he is pretty much useless. Peyton is who you need to see! He is helpful, polite, kind, patient and answered any and all questions. I say fire the other guy and give Peyton his salary. Peyton deserves it and I am a happy customer!

Ok so we looked at a 2006 NA Base PT cruiser. Hadnt been through service so the guy, David A. (Awesome guy btw) said he would send It through service. And although he had no control over this, another EMPLOYEE bought It out from under us!! Looked next at a 2005 vanilla PT Cruiser, they wanted a GODAWFUL DOWNPAYMENT ON the car car!! Then we finally bought a 2008 NA vanilla PT cruiser, nice car! Then ONLY 2 DAYS after purchase, the check engine light came on! The Finance guy, Todd, wasnt the most pleasant person either. They screwed up paperwork bc their price was OVER book value! So we had the car checked (while doing paperwork AGAIN) and it had a WARPED HEAD!!! The finance guy said well send it through service b4 u pick it up (right after we bought it) and they didnt do SQUAT! But seriously, I mean a WARPED HEAD! It would have been one thing if it was a 02 sensor or something but this was HUGE! Todd lied about something Else too, he said that he put the 2005 on hold for US, when the hold sticker had a STAFF MEMBERS name on it! Overall, though, the front desk people were very nice! And David A was a BLESSING, if it werent for him, we wouldnt have a car! HE was THE ONLY ONE THAT CARED!Come to find out that the hold tag in the 2005 vanilla had the USED CAR MAN. Name on it, not my name!

Went there today 5/2/15 to look at a Charger. I have a 2013 Mustang GT 5.0 6MT Premium and I was considering something with more back seat room for the family, but still with some muscle. After we take it for a test drive, we start the sales talk and the sales guy says he needed the keys to get the VIN and mileage. He goes out with the sales manager or appraiser and they both hop in my car and take off. My Mustang has a louder than stock aftermarket exhaust. I didn't agree to let them go for a spin in it, but I understand they might need to do that for a proper appraisal. As they left, I went out the side door and don't see my Mustang, I hear my Mustang at full roar blasting down the side street by Best Buy. I was fuming angry. They need to ride with me in their car, but they can just take my car and beat on it? My oldest son said "who do they think they are beating up on our Mustang" and he was right. We waited in the parking lot until they pulled in and I told them very directly to get out of my car NOW!. I then asked the appraiser if he enjoyed the joy ride in my Mustang. They were expecting that we were just going to wait in the showroom while they beat on my car. I can't express how angry I am.

Our first visit to Kahlo was on a whim on a Saturday. It turned out to be a very busy day at the dealership. We were greeted as soon as we came in the door. Everyone was very friendly and apologetic for our wait. Our first salesman was a little disgruntled and didn't try to hide it. We did test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee that day and fell in love with it. Our salesman was preoccupied with other things going on. After almost a week, we were told that our salesman was no longer with the company and we were introduced to Joel. Within 24 hours we walked out and drove our new Jeep home! From the minute we walked in the door and shook his hand, Joel was nothing but friendly, courteous, personable, informed and very positive and determined that we were going to get our Jeep that day. And that we did. Within a period of about 3-3 1/2 hours we were pulling into our drive. We would definitely go back to Kahlo and talk to Joel about another vehicle.

My sells person started the fantastic experience, William made me feel like I was at home and he was there to make sure I had the best service he could offer. William pointed out something you don't see at other dealerships. ,The Manager pulling a battery charger cross his lot, charging battery's!!!! I have purchased many cars in my life but not once have I ever seen a Manager of any dealership out charging cars I was very impressed. The car I saw on line, look like it had been scratched by someone vandalizing the cars in the dealership,I was very disappointed, when I made William aware he contacted the store manager. The manager assured me the car would be repaired. and he kept his proms. He put his team to work right a way, after it was all done the car look like new! it was more than I expected. I cant thank him enough. Also my credit was a little challenged but the finance manager took care of my approval so quick I was a bit shocked, she made it look like I had excellent credit. I was treated with the utmost respect, even though my credit was challenged. .At Kahlo I know you will get a exceptional customer experience. The whole process was excellent. It started with the owner greeting as we walked into the showroom and Mr. Kahlo even gave us a holiday cake. Our salesman Dylan was very courteous and made us feel comfortable from the appraisal of my trade in thru the delivery of the car off the showroom floor. The facility was awesome and everyone was friendly. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to get to the finance mgr but it was a Saturday so the wait was not real bad. I would definitely reccomend Kahlo Chrysler to anyone. We drove about an hour to get to the dealership and was glad we did.

Went in to test drive a 2014 Dodge Charger. It is a great time to buy the end of this years vehicles right now because there are so many great deals. They were very friendly and gave me a great deal on the Charger I test drove. They also gave me a great deal on the trade-in of my truck. They also worked with me to make sure that the balance was financed where I wanted it financed. To top it all off, I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Pete Kahlo himself. He was a very kind man. We have now purchased 2 vehicles from Kahlo. The first time the buying experience was ok. My main complaint is that when I needed to replace my key fob, the service department sold me an $80 key which sets off the alarm everytime I unlock the van. It is very annoying and embarassing but I can't afford the $200 for a new fob right now. This second time, they did not get the title paperwork to us. I finally had to call and then go pick it up right before our temporary license was expiring. However they messed up the title paperwork and now our temporary tag is expired and I have not been able to get the license. I switched cars with my teenage son so he would not have to drive on expired tags and now I am driving around hoping I don't get pulled over and get a ticket. I have had to make 2 trips to the license branch and multiple extra trips to the dealer as well. My husband was told by the manager that they would deliver the paperwork, but they just called me saying it was fixed and when would I pick it up? Hopefully the paperwork is all correct now and the third time will be the charm when I go to the license branch. Of course it is Monday and they are closed so I can't even try until tomorrow. In addition, we have already had to spend $600 on repairs for the vehicle we just bought and may have to spend that much more to replace the heater core. Another auto repair place is trying to save it, but we will see. The folks at Kahlo have not even very nice or apologetic about these issues. They are just very businesslike, impersonal and unfeeling. All of their employees seem to have this same attitude - sales, receptionist, title clerk, manager, service personnel, etc. They have not offered us anything extra to ensure our sastifaction or repeat business. If they would replace the heater core in the car, all would be forgiven. Even a new key fob for my van would go a long way to restoring most of the goodwill, but I'm not holding my breath.

Purchased new 2014 jeep wrangler. My deal included lifetime car washes. My first car wash scratched the hood through the clear coat. I had 400 miles on the jeep. 8 trips later we finally agreed that it needed to be repainted. I even figured out that they tried to swap out my hood with a 2013 used 25,000 mile wrangler hood. But they didn't swap the hood latches so they didn't match. The old were faded gray and the rest of the new was shiny black. They were a little embarrassed when this got called out and said I had approved it. HAHA Kahlo had my vehicle the entire time. When my jeep was being returned to me after repainting john advised me it had a chip in the windshield. They denied responsibility and refused to repair it. John Fogleman the customer service manager refused any further dealings with me on this vehicle because he didn't want to inspect my vehicle for damage every time I came in for warranty work. He advised me not to come back to his dealership. The sale was perfect and everything since then has been horrible and rude! Help yourself out and choose a different jeep dealership. this dearler should not be ranked as a 5 star dealer!!! bought 2014 ram from them at 3000 miles started having problems service had truck about 2 1/2 months total still couldnt fix it! chrysler decided to swap out the truck and thats where the problems began with Kahlo! on a swap the dealership only makes $300 i guess thats not enough for them because they have given me the run around since that point!! refusing to help get a truck from other dealers because the 5-6 they have i didnt like to send paperwork to company handling this swap that was false to saying theyve lost my buyers order to lying to me about having trucks there for me to look at 5 times and not one ended up at their dealership! if you decide to buy from them i hope and pray you dont need their help after the sale because you wont get it i know first hand!!!

Early last month (May) we were driving home to St. Louis from Wabash Indiana. En route we discovered that the rear drivers side tire was leaking air at an alarming rate. Pulling into your dealership by sheer happenstance became one of the most delightful experiences my husband and I have had while on the road. Not only is your dealership a place of beauty and customer comfort, your staff is exceptional. Our problematic tire was addressed on the spot by Mr. Norm Thomas, who was so friendly and accommodating to the owners of a Sante Fe (!) That our hearts were truly warmed and very grateful. While chatting, I mentioned we in the past had owned a Jeep Wagoneer and two Dodge Minivans, all Fabulous vehicles. When the last minivan died my husband tried to pursued me to buy another. My waterpump was fixed at Kahlo Jeep in Noblesville on 08/08/2012. On 07/17/2013 it started leaking again. I took it to the mechanic I have been going to for the last 20 years and he said it was cracked again. So, I took it back to Kahlo because I just knew that they were honest and would honor their one year parts and labor agreement,right? Think again. I don't know if it is because I am a single woman and they think that I am not smart enough to figure it out that the warranty expires in two weeks and then they can charge me $1100.00 all over again or they really couldn't find the leak but they are insistent that there isn't any leak(even though an seasoned mechanic found it quickly)but here is the real kicker,,,they found out that I have an oil leak(which I didn't have when I went in there,,nice right?) and would I like a quote on fixing that? Are you kidding me??MY other car is a 2005 and we were looking at replacing both of them with cars off of their lot,that will not be happening now nor anytime in the future.EVER.

I made an appointment for my Town and Country van to be seviced and dropped it off. I stated that I had some coupons and the gentleman in service said I would'nt need them until I checked out. Well when I checked out,Itold the woman at checkout that I had coupons she had to call the service rep that I i told when I dropped off to adjust the bill. When he came to checkout I reminded him that he said I woud'nt need to deal with the coupons til checkout he told me I did'nt understand what he said when I dropped the van off. Long story short he made it sound like it was my fault that he had to come and adjust the bill. I did appreciate the shuttle to and from Chick-Filet down the street so my boys could play there. I was told two hours for the repairs and when those two hours passed by I had to call to check on the progress which I don't think I should have to do. Overall I am satisfied with the work.

I went to Khalo to get my vehicle service, and they asked me to drop off the vehicle which I did and thats it, they don't even call you about the status of vehicle. You have to followup and there is no one to pick up, if they pick up the call and they will tell, they will let the service consultant know and will call you back. On a single day I have to call six times to find the status of my vehicle and at sixth call, they said the vehicle is ready for pick up. Only God knows what they did to vehicle but they provided be the bill for payment. Don't know how they got 5 star service. Amazing

I was looking to purchase a 2013 Dodge Dart. I found one on the lot that was the right color and model but I wanted to add some additional features. Chris promised that I could order my car to my exact specifications. I went through everything that I wanted to add to the car and after a long wait he showed me the price of the car I wanted to order. Ordering commenced and six weeks later my car arrived and none of the added features were there. It started with it not having remote start, however, this problem could have been solved after an hour of talking with service team. I agreed that this would be fixed at no charge and I received my key and started up my car to leave the lot. I first noticed that I did not have the under passenger seat storage. Then I realized that the radio was the 8.4 uconnect touch screen however, it did not include navigation, bluetooth or even satellite radio. These were all things that I had told Chris I wanted in my car when ordering and he assured me that they would all be included. I went back in to address these major issues and Chris tried to tell me that I did not discuss this with him. After reminding him of the specifics of the conversation he finally admitted to having the conversation. He then admitted that there was a mistake in ordering and they did not know their own uconnect systems. It was evident that I knew more about this make and model then any of the sales personal. I explained to him the reason why I was willing to pay more for this car was because it had everything I wanted and now that wasn't the case. He went to go speak to his manager to see what he could do. Two hours later, he said there was nothing that he could do and that there were no other cars like mine in stock. At this point not wanting to walk away from this deal I asked if there was anyway the features I wanted could be integrated into the car. He stated that he would speak to his service manager, something he probably should have done in the first place. Another hour went by and there was nothing he could do except reorder the car. I explain that this would be acceptable if I could get the car at the agreed upon price. He went back to his manager to see what he could do. The initial price of the new car was $2500 over the price of the car I wanted, which did not add up because according to the online pricing the additional features were only a $1000 price difference. He then came back with his "best" deal, the difference he offered me a friends and family discount which was still a $1700 price difference. I told him that this was unacceptable and if that was the best he could do I could get that deal at ANY dodge dealer without any of the headache. When I went to get my deposit back he acted as if I hadn't put a deposit down and asked me for the receipt. He took the receipt and said you'll get it Monday after the weekend, I then had to ask for a copy of the receipt. Overall, no one at Kahlo seemed the least bit concerned that they had just lost a sale (mean while another customer walked away from their car during my five hour ordeal). This is not a way to do business a do not recommend any one to go there.

I went to Kahlo to look at there used cars and amazingly I have had 3 people come up to me and ask if I need any assistance or having any questions. Respectfully I said no sense I was just looking but they where so nice and friendly! I have been to other dealerships before and never had any salesman come out to see me. This time I had three! Kahlo your staff is amazing and friendly keep up the good work!

I had never purchased a car by myself before, so I did a LOT of research and had chosen my SUV prior to visiting the lot. The process was relatively smooth and fast. Since I knew exactly what I wanted prior to visiting the dealership, I appreciate not being pressured to purchase a more expensive SUV than the one I had chosen. Im very happy with my Patriot. I would recommend that everyone RESEARCH before you go to any dealership. It was a very positive experience.

Awesome job by Mike and the rest of the staff. I visited the site, got the info I needed, called them the next day, set out what I was looking for, and they found me an even better truck in less than 20 minutes, for the price I was lookign at. I had visited another dealer and they came no where close to the options and deal I got.

The Kahlo team did an amazing job helping me throughout my first car buying process. From beginning with Jared and finding out about the benefits of a Jeep through social media, to waiting for my loan to get approved listening to the great stories Mr. Kahlo (the owner) had, I never felt anything less than comfortable and confident in my purchase. My sales rep was Pete and he was great to work with as well! I keep getting told I got a great deal on my Jeep Compass and I believe it! I would recommend this friendly and customer focused dealership to anyone. Not only are they great with cars, they dedicate themselves to the community. I will buy my next vehicle from them!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TME!TREATED LIKE DIRT FROM MANAGER AND OWNER.Find another dealership that will honor their executed contracts. Went into trade in two vehicles.One high end top of the line, the other a garage project in process. Discussed the purchase price of the high end vehicle and also showed them two other offers from dealerships we had received.They come back with a purchase price $5 below what the other two dealerships offered. On to the other vehicle.Again in the middle of a garage project so it looks pretty rough.Engine ran great.We were upfront with them about it and showed them many pictures. (Note that they did not come out and look at it their selves.)They stated it was no problem and they would end up scraping it anyway.We found a vehicle we liked on the lot and we negotiated a flat trade.The high end vehicle and the garage project for the vehicle on their lot.Paperwork was signed and they even came out and picked up with garage project.The next day the owner calls and states the garage project was not what they expected and we needed to pay them money!It was their offer and they take it back?!?Terrible ethics and customer service STAY WAY

I just bought an 04 grand prix get from kahlo. My father once bought a jeep from them, so I thought they were trustworthy. I bought the car Wednesday, it is now Saturday and the hub assembly is bad. Very bad, I just want to let everyone know when I test drove the vehicle I heard a small sound at first but it went away. I asked the salesman about it and he said all the cars go through an inspection and we would sell it in auction if it was bad. Luckily I bought the warranty. But their service department obviously didn't check the vehicle at all, or didn't check it well. I would not recommend this dealership.

I'd been researching cars for a couple of months and was just about to bite the bullet and buy a Challenger RT. But I had some questions...what was my current vehicle worth to Kahlo...etc. Having had my family purchase 5 jeeps over the years I felt good about dealing with them. Now I saw RUN! I walked in wanting to talk some numbers and get a ballpark idea what my payments would be. I was quoted $5k UNDER wholesale value for my Lexus. Then the salesman (the internet sales manager to my dismay) informed me that he wasn't going to "waste his time" talking with me since I wasn't going to buy that day. Nice customer service there eh? I've personally bought cars from Kevin Kahlo over the years so I was stunned. Needless to say...I didn't buy my Challenger from them. Since they've gotten big apparently they don't care about people anymore. By the way...Tom Obrien thanks you...they are MUCH better to work with.
