I am not even sure I have the words to explain how unprofessional, downright rude and obnoxious Pete... the sales manager, was to me while I visited their dealership looking for a new truck. When I was unwilling to spend $35K for a vehicle with a dent in the door, scratched steering wheel, and a flaw spot on the seat, even if repairable, Pete completely lost his composure and was incredibly disrespectful to me... the customer and was ready for me to be gone. Said I was being too picky... I found just laughable, considering the amount of the sale.When I objected to his rudeness, he looked over to the salesman, Mike, and said, "we're a deplorable". Not even kidding, if I were the owner I would have fired Steve on the spot. An embarrassment to the brand, the dealership and to the Kaiser family.Just mind-blowing rudeness and unprofessionalism. I reached out to Steve and he calmed down but I noticed he just would refuse to apologize. We went in on a Saturday and asked for Jimmy Hanlon as we bought from Kaiser Buick-GMC Truck in 2010. Again we had a great in and out the door in less than 3 hrs. We told Jimmy what we were looking for and how much we were looking for and we were presented with 2 options. We went with our first choice but it was a hard decision as both were excelent as all the stock is. Jimmy Orlando had the paper work with our requests in no time. Complteted and ready to be signed in the time it took to have the vehicale cleaned and tagged with our plate.

We drove to this dealership from around Madison, FL area to look at a used vehicle they had on the lot. When we arrived, we were promptly taken care of. We talked to Jimmy Hanlon who was a big help to us. I had a vehicle I was SEVERELY upside down on, but needed to get out of it. He showed us our options and actually got me in a brand new vehicle! I was so pleased with the service and the paperwork was painless. It was the least amount of time I have ever spent at a dealership. We arrived at 12 and left around 3 (after cleaning out my old car and the dealership cleaning the new one for us.) It was a great experience and I will certainly consider driving the 3.5 hours to the dealership for another vehicle.

My experience at the dealership was very good. We were greated when we walked in and immediately went to see the car that interested us. We were shown various optons based on budget amd was given information on all the vehicles that we saw. We were also able to test drive the vehicle which I think is very important. I worked with Roy Day on the recommendation of a friend when I purchased a new GMC Sierra. Not like most car salesman. There was no pressure and I really felt like he was trying to get me the best deal even if that meant letting me walk out the door. In the end, he saved me a ton of money by advising me to wait a day or two for potential factory rebates on the truck I wanted. Not sure if I'll ever buy a truck from anyone else.

In visiting the Kaiser-Buick Dealership yesterday we were actually just thinking of buying a car in the near future since ours was getting a bit in need of updating. We immediately met Roy Day coming out of the building when we arrived and were immediately attracted to his pleasing personality and knowledge. In all the heat of a Florida morning, he gave us a ride around the lot in the golf cart, showing different models which were of interest to us. Then he mentioned a car which would fit our needs, so we checked it out and felt he hit the nail on the head with the Buick Verano. We sat at his desk, did the figures with him, he explained all the charges, we made an offer and left the owners of a new vehicle.We were so grateful Roy was our salesman as we were never under any pressure or hard sell tactics. Bought my new 2015 GMC Sierra there noticed the body lines were a little off on the front bumper they agreed and made an attempt to adjust it. Only made it worse. The slogan for 2015 was precision matters GMC delivers professional grade vehicles with attention to detail. Sorry GMC you dropped the ball on this one. Looked at the other similar vehicles on the lot. What did I find? Most of them have the same issue. The body lines are off on most. Where did the attention to detail go. Very disappointed ?? If you have one you should look at the front bumper with precision in mind. The bumper on mine is off center now by almost half an inch and sits back on one side. The lines should match but nothing more they could do?

We looked at a 2014 Traverse one evening that had the features we were looking for. Roy Day took the time for us check it out and drive it while my wife could be there. He didn't know if I would return but he did not exert any pressure to close a deal. I came back the next day to take a closer look, a longer road test, and talk price. We purchased the vehicle we wanted at a fair price that met our budget. Jimmy Orlando shopped us an excellent deal on financing and Doug Macmillian stayed late to teach my wife how to work all the bells and whistles in her "new" wheels. The Kaiser team does a great job of preserving the small town feel while competing in a world wide web marketing world.

We visited five or six dealerships looking for the best deal on the 2016 GMC Terrain we wanted to buy. From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed with Kaiser. Bought a 2014 Buick from the the Dealership in October they took my lease and never did anything with it. They parked it in the back and left it there for two months. Only after I called and asked about it did they tell me it was still sitting in the back of the dealership. I've now spent more hours than I can count working on this to get this done. I had to take care of the whole issue myself just steer clear.

I called before visiting the dealership because I live over 100 miles away. I wondered if the used Yukon XL I had chosen off the internet was as clean as it appeared. I spoke with Roy Day and he assured me it was. Still wary of the typical sales person my wife and I made the trip. We were not disappointed. The SUV was even nicer than represented. Roy Day met us on arrival and couldn't have been more helpful or informative. He gave us all the time we required to test drive the vehicle. Additionally he explained all the features and took time to go over all the prior maintenance done on the vehicle per my request. He assisted in the painless negotiations. Not only did we purchase an outstanding used vehicle but we were able to get it for thousands less than in our home area. We couldn't be happier with the deal or with our sales person. I found a 2010 Ford Explorer Limited advertised for sale at Kaiser Buick/GMC in Deland, FL. while searching AutoTrader.com. I spoke with salesman Roy Day concerning the condition of the vehicle after reviewing the posted pictures on Kaiser Buick website. Roy confirmed for me that the vehicle did not have any hint of having been smoked in. Since I live in South Carolina (314 miles away), I had friends who lived near Deland go over and meet with Roy and evaluate the vehicle for me. It was perfect and I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Roy accommodated me by holding the vehicle until I could get to Deland several days later. Upon arrival at Kaiser Buick/GMC, I was warmly greeted. My experience with Kaiser Buick/GMC and Roy Day could not have been more perfect. And the vehicle they sold me is perfect. I recommend them highly. Jimmy Hanlon could not have been more courteous and professional as a salesman. He was very carefull to explain the enitire process and checked in with me often while he was finishing up with another customer. I felt very comfortable with the way he answered questions and the fact that he was not trying to use the usual "sales tactics," like back and forth with the mysterious manager and the high pressure "let's put you in this car today" tricks. When I had offer, i dealt with Jimmy Orlando and was in and out in 15 minutes.............no gimmicks, no trying to force stuff on me that I didn't need or want, and no guilt about leaving "essential" add ons on the table. When my wife and I go out to buy or lease a new car, we always expect the worst...Salesmen like sharks hanging around the entrance of the dealer, pressure to buy this or that, "better buy today, the price goes ups tomorrow, etc. Then there is the final act; the guy who does the paperwork, figures payments, and tries to load you up with every extra known to man. None of this happened with our dealings with Kaiser Buick. We were given a very fair value on our trade-in, an excellent price on the car we leased, and treated fairly by all.

Purchased a car from Kaiser on Friday to drive back to Michigan. I purchased a Buick LeSabre and picked it up Friday afternoon and headed back directly to Michigan from the dealership. I was notworried about the car mechanically as it had went through their service garage and let me tell you,the car drove perfectly. We ended up drive straight through to Michigan 1247 miles and the caraveraged 30 mpg. I was very pleased. Jimmy Hanlon was professional, was not pushy and Jeremy Scott had all of the papers ready for me to sign. To be honest, I did go to another GM dealer downthe street and their salesmen were like flies to honey, pushy and not pleasant to deal with. I never got the chance to meet Mr. Keiser himself, but I can tell you, its a straight up honest dealership. Everything they told me they would do, they did. Thank you Jimmy and Jeremy and the staffat Keiser. I will definitely call when I am ready for another vehicle.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I don't have anything negative to say at all. The employees were all helpful, friendly, and genuine. Roy, our salesman, was friendly, patient, honest, informative, and never once pressured us to do anything or used those horrible tactics other dealerships use. I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed. We ordered our vehicle, and Roy as well as the other Kaiser employees were always more than happy to give us updates regularly. Once we bought the car, they made it a point to introduce us to some of the employees in the service dept. so that if we needed any help with maintenance or anything we could put a face to a name when we called. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming and comfortable. Even though their dealership is a bit of a drive for me, after my experience, I'm not at all going to mind making a drive to go back for any repairs or regular service in the future.

We ended up buy a 2013 Buick Encore and we LOVE it to death. One thing we love more was it didnt take us long to do the paperwork. We were shocked at the time we spent there. Were from Lake County and i had to return back to work and they got us in and got us out. They were very friendly and we even got a chance to me the big man Mr. Kaiser himself. Jimmy H. (superman) was very good to us and kept it all 100. The place was cleaned even down to the bathrooms. But Jimmy H. is the one we give all the credit to for keeping in contact with us whether it was email or text, he let us know what all we had to do. Thanks alot Jimmy H. (superman) ur the greatest.

When our mother told us that she hated her Malibu and wanted our Buick Lacrosse, we decided to go and see our friends at Kaiser Buick and see if they could help us. We had just purchased a new GMC Sierra from Mark Hansen and had worked with Jimmy Hanlon in 2011 to purchase the Buick Lacrosse. Both purchases were professionally handled, so we asked to see either of these men to help with our new purchase. Jimmy was available, and we explained our complicated dilemma to him. We wanted our mother to have our Lacrosse (which we still owed on) and use the Malibu (paid off) as a trade in. Jeremy, Jimmy and Frank (who was helping Jimmy, as he was swamped) pulled off this 3 car deal with the utmost professionalism. Everyone was happy and we got a great deal on a new Lacrosse. Our visit to Kaiser Buick in Deland was a great experience. We live in Winter Garden, FL and had seen the used 2014 enclave on the website and were interested in possibly purchasing it. 1. Sales person is good except one new function (blind monitor/alert) of the car that I'm really interesting, and it's one of the reason that made me want to buy an new car, I asked twice if my new car has that function before the purchase, he said all leather group has that function on first day; on the last day, he said some has but some not when I asked him again because I did not find that function on my car when I drove away. 2. Finance department person did not explain each fees that deal charged on my agreement/contract to us instead he just try to sale additional service that deal offered, and he add one additional service charge to the agreement that we decide do not want; meanwhile, he put type of car is "USED" on the agreement/contract when we purchased an NEW car. he do changed it for me when I went back asked him on the second day.

Before buying my new car from Kaiser Buick-GMC, I contacted 6 other dealership/franchises to get a quote on a specific auto. In all of the interactions, In all 6 places, we witnessed a lack of preparation, experience, and professionalism. To add to our frustration, one of these 6 dealers even had the nerve of attempting to pull a bait & switch on us with a misquote on a car that suddenly disappeared - so they conveniently offered another car at a higher price. On the other extreme of spectrum, Peter Labrada from Kaiser Buick-GMC was very attentive, customer-centric, friendly, and most importantly, very honest! Overall, the experience from the time we stepped into the dealer to the last minute exiting the building was excellent! My fiance and I purchased a vehicle based on what we thought were agreed upon terms. They pulled a bait and switch and not only tacked on three additional months worth of payments, they added money to the cost of the vehicle. Took advantage of us, and then were more than happy to tell us we signed the paperwork and should have known we did this. I get it--we should have seen the terms on paper, but that doesn't mean they get to weasel their way around a deal verbally and then screw people in the end. VERY disappointed.

The only way I can explain our (my fiance and I) experience is as if it was like having relatives in the business assisting us with what we should be aware of, be expected of, think about, etc. I felt like I was out at one of my family reunion picnics. Fred "Rocky", I've been in Orange City for 35 years. I will only own a Buick. All of which I have purchased from you and your family. Your tradition of respect, concern and caring has been lost. I am a reasonable man and completely understand the "As-Is" Policy. Yet on my most recent pursuit to solicit some consideration for a presumed minor issue, I was met with a Sales Manager whose reply was to blame the Service Department for their incompetence ("I pay them a lot of money to prepare each car for sale"). The Service Department Manager was obviously annoyed by this suggestion and I felt very uncomfortable being a party to this type of animosity. I agreed to leave the car for further assessment. The Service Manager said I would be informed as to the presumed issue's status. The following day, an Assistant Service Manager informed me my Fuse Block needed to be replaced at a cost of $640.00. I felt it very necessary to pursue a second opinion. After detailed discussion with 2 subject matter experts, I retrieved my car and had it repaired for $75.00. I am sad to say, as a result of this treatment I will do my business elsewhere and suggest to others they do the same.

Shopped the Internet from Massachusetts home prior to coming to FL for the season. Everything that was said on their site about the car was 100% accurate. Received response within minutes (really).Roy called at the appointed time and went out of his way to show us the car when we got to Florida, Helped with Insurance and tags and title. From the moment we stepped onto the sales lot, the staff was friendly and helpful without being "pushy" in any way. Everyone we encountered quickly asked if they could help us in any way - and did if we had a question. Plus, the vehicle we were interested in was very attractively priced, which was good since painful price negotiation doesn't seem to be part of the culture at Kaiser Buick/GMC. Pretty much "no haggle" pricing, which relieves stress on the process.

We had brought in two broken vehicles, hoping that at least one of them would be fixable. Sadly, as we feared, they were both too far gone to be worth repairing. That left us in quite a bind, as we were not financially prepared to buy a new vehicle. Doug worked with us all day, staying well past what must have been his normal quitting time (unless he normally works ten hour days), to find a vehicle that fit both our transportation needs and our budget. Not only did he find a workable deal for us, he also found a truck that is physically comfortable to drive and ride in. We came in to Look at a Car that we had seen online. Jimmy had called that morning to let us know that the car was still available, and would we like to come in and test drive it. From the time we got there everyone was very friendly to us. Even though we did not have the best credit. I had driven five hours and had talked with 2 other dealerships and was tired of the sales BS. I was ready to drive back to Savannah when my wife convinced me to make one more stop. I was expecting the same "you can afford more"," do I have a deal for you", and the good cop bad cop routine. I met Jimmy the "Superman", and told him my ordeal. He told me non of the above would take place. I made an offer and he came back with a deal that confused me at first. The deal was better than the offer I made. I was in and out in an hour. I would like to thank Jimmy, Roy, and Mr. Orlando for not trying to put me thru the 4 hour ordeal most salesman use. I will definitely make the five hour drive for another car. Actually had a questionable experience with their service department (felt i may have been overcharged and also waited for repair a little longer than anticipated) but when questioning and confronting issues/concerns with managers they had the utmost response and care for the customer and resolved my issue. Purchased a $20,000 vehicle with 11000 miles on it...Beautiful vehicle.But found out there may be a safety recall on it, and after the $500 safety checkup for delivery ( on paperwork) they wanted to play stupid, saying they couldn't find anything other than a GM vehicle. Try the internet and the vin number. But the other dumb thing is I got one set of keys that with remotes and special keys cost well over $250 dealer costs. They said they only got one set of keys. But the original owner said "I put 2 sets in the dealers hands." Contact with the General Manager Deric Kaiser got me the reply that " I did review your deal and it does not say anywhere that you were promised an extra key." a $20000 vehicle and that was his thinking......I also did not ask for a steering wheel or the first set . If you go there, remember to write everything down, even on their new cars......cause how would you get it home without the tires you failed to mention?

Jimmy was quick to follow up and have answers to my questions. The dealership overall was also able to meet my needs and find an interest rate even lower than my own. Things went smoothly and quickly, but then again I already had the specific used car in mind and knew what I was looking for. However, Jimmy did a great job of helping me peruse the vehicle and ensure its quality in an engaging but not overbearing manner (i.e. he noticed I was folding the back seats down and jumped around to do it on the other side of the vehicle, while maintaining light conversation regarding the vehicle). He is friendly and it was a pleasure working with him.

So I'm sitting in the chair getting my hair cut and contemplating getting my 20 year old vehicle repaired. My brother had been trying to convince me that it was time to put my beloved car to rest and get into a new one. The Verano commercial with Payton Manning stuck in my head so I headed to Kaiser to check it out. I was immediately met by Derek and within minutes I was standing in front of what was going to be my new Verano.Since I had been driving a borrowed car, Derek volunteered to follow me home, help me clean out 20 years of priceless collectables from my car and drive it back to Kaiser. Since it was late we decided to do the final detailing and paper work the following day. In closing let me say that Derek and all the other Kaiser employees that I encountered were quite friendly and extremely helpful. It made what can be a trying time quite pleasant.

I traded in my 2011 Shelby GT500, which I bought brand new sight unseen off of a dealer lot over the phone. This was a very difficult thing to do for me. Probably one of the hardest things I ever had to do. My Shelby was the finest machine on any continent. I had alot of really fond memories in that car, and at the end of the day my choice to sell that car was motivated by responsibility (family on the way, roots for the career, etc. etc.). Having said that, Jimmy and Jeremy both made this process so easy, and treated me so fairly, that I will try my hardest to buy from from Kaiser for as long as I can. Ultimately in the not too distant future the day will come when I will get another Shelby, and I'll let them know so they can start looking for one to sell me.

My wife and I purchased a 2009 Buick Enclave. It was advertised on AutoTrader as a CXL model having tons of features including cooled seats. We called to confirm that it was available and to confirm that it was the one that had Nav, DVD, and Cooled seats. The sales person confirmed it and we drove all the way out to Deland from the Disney area. The window sticker confirmed all the same features that were advertised online. We decided a couple days later to purchase it even though the price was still a bit higher than we wanted to pay. I spoke to the sales person who promised to have it cleaned up and ready for us when we got there. We noticed that there was sand and dirt all over the floor, coke syrup in the cup holders, and was just overall dirty on the interior. The sales person said that the people who clean the cars were from a "third party company" and had already left for the day. We were offered to come back to have them clean it but that's too much of a hassle due to the distance.At the closing table the manager was handing me all of the paperwork to sign. I said, "Before I sign my life away on the dotted line, I just want to confirm with you that this car has the Navigation, Sunroof, cooled seats, DVD player...," and I went on to mention the other extras like roof rack, etc. He said that this one had everything--that it had all the options, and that anything that could be put on this car was on it. He specifically said "They referred to this model as the CXL-2 [This is the version that has the most features and is the only version that has cooled seats] model. It has everything. You're buying what was basically about a $56,000 car."The next day it was hot outside and after years of sweating on the leather seats of my previous car I wanted to experience the luxury of cooled seats but couldn't find a button for anything other than heated seats. I checked the manual and sure enough the cooled seats button was missing so it didn't have that feature. I emailed the sales person and he checked the features of the car by running the VIN and emailed me back stating that the manager (the one who confirmed everything on the car) said "Jeremy said you have heated not cooled seats!" That was the whole email. If all they needed to do was run the VIN to see the features that came on this car, why didn't they do that in the first place?!?!I replied stating that this was false advertising and received a response from the manager stating that "if cooled seats were such a sticking point then it should have been addressed when we first started to working this deal." As stated above, I don't know how I could have addressed it any more than I already did without specifically asking them to show me every single feature on the vehicle and how they work. He once again blamed the mistake on "a 3rd party vendor that does all of our window stickers" and said "We do not false advertise." I don't know how advertising and stating that a vehicle has features that it does not is not considered false advertising. I replied stating what I said above regarding false advertising and all the ways that I DID address the cooled seats and the manager never even replied to my email. I contacted GM directly and based on the VIN they said not only does this car not have Cooled Seats, and not a CXL2, but it's not even a CXL!!! They said that their system shows this as a CX model!!! Meanwhile, it has a CXL emblem on the back. So either GM headquarters is wrong or someone put a CXL emblem on a CX to try to sell it for more. Regardless, since it isn't a CXL or CXL2 there are most likely more advertised features missing that I haven't discovered yet.GM cannot do anything for me and it is now up to the dealer to do something to help, but based on the lack of response or the fact that they don't own up to the fact that they did anything wrong (They basically said oh well, don't complain since you got a price that would be a good deal if we gave you the car you thought you were buying. Oh well.) I don't expect them to do anything for us. NEITHER THE SALES PERSON OR THE MANAGER EVEN APPOLOGIZED FOR THIS!!! THIS IS DISGRACEFUL!!!So now I will have to file a complaint with the BBB and/or take legal action. I can't believe we were treated like this.If you ever even consider buying a car from them, beware of their bait and switch tactics. Take the VIN directly from the vehicle you want, call GM to verify the features, or make sure the sales person goes over EVERY SINGLE FEATURE and SHOWES YOU HOW TO USE THEM AND THAT THEY ACTUALLY FUNCTION. Otherwise you'll be in the same boat as me and they won't help you.Meanwhile I recieved an automatic email from them stating that it was a pleasure doing business with me and that they care about their customers and take care of them after the sale. It said that if I have any issues that make me any less than 100% satisfied that I should contact them. I did, but obviously it didn't get me anywhere.

I have been obtaining service from Kaiser Buick since 2007 for my 2003 Buick Regal. I have always encountered friendly service writers who were experienced and knowledgeable about my vehicle. The prices have been somewhat reasonable for a dealer service department. The reasons for the work and the work done were always explained to me in an understandable manner. This was a great car buying experience. My wife and I found the car on-line and were able to inquire, negotiate, and close the deal over the phone. Jimmy Hanlon was very patient with us and worked with us over the course of a few days. It was the best price for that year and model within a 300 mile radius. Since we were from out of town we couldn't pick the vehicle up right away and had to wait a week...no problem. When we did pick it up, it was a quick test drive and signing of papers all within 45 minutes. No hassle, gimmicks, or trying to persuade us to buy extra stuff or finance with them as many dealerships do...just gave us what we asked for. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and genuine. I would definitely buy here again and recommend it to a friend.

This was my first experience dealing with Kaiser GMC Buick and it will not be my last one. There attention to my needs and pricing was right on the money, Kathleen was my sales person, she was great, she listened to my wants and needs and did everything I asked of her, when it was time to get down to the price and payments dealing with Pete was also a great experience, and then off with Jeremy for my paper work to be printed everything was smooth and easy, and no pressure a really pleasurable experience. I told my mother how nice Kaiser was to deal with and she purchased a new car 3 days later from them. Keep up the great process Kaiser, I will see you again in 2 years when my lease is up.

Because of our schedule, my wife and I met with Tom on different days and when we compared our experiences in dealing with him, we both agreed that he seemed sincere, knowledgeable and had our best interests in mind. My wife had a stroke January 7, 2012 and was in a coma for two months. A family member is with her 24/7. She was in rehab and got a serious infection in her brain shunt drain tube and was moved to Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Fl. I was very clear with Michael that I was on a short time frame and that I was interested in a specific vehicle that would meet our needs until my wife was able to climb back into her Navigator. Michael knew my situaton as I had briefly looked at another vehicle one week prior. He had it ready for me to review on my arrival.
