I have been going to Knauz for over 10+ years and was looking forward to finally buying the car I have wanted for a long time. I had an appointment to see the vehicle and purchase it but when I arrived was informed they had already sold it. I was told I was sent an email regarding the sale. That email was sent 9 minutes before my appointment which was while I was already waiting in the lot to go inside the dealership. Zero communication on their end letting me know someone else was even looking at the vehicle. If I knew that was the case I would have gladly come in sooner to complete the deal. The most annoying part for me is that my salesperson knew this was the car I had been looking for since the beginning of the year. Was told multiple times I was on his "hot list". I understand there is no certainty in the car business, but I know a thing or two about customer service and customer loyalty. Knauz failed and has lost a customer (which I'm sure they don't care about).This would have been my second car from Knauz and I was looking forward to future business as well. Clearly shows how much they appreciate their customers and return business. Thanks a lot!

Having just purchased a car from Knauz, we want to give a five star plus rating to associate, Spencer Parker. Spencer from our initial contact exemplified the highest level of professionalism, product knowledge and customer relations. Before contacting Knauz, we had completed much online research narrowing it to three possible choices offered at Knauz. Spencer carefully planned our review of these options, taking utmost care in respecting our time, requests and explaining product benefits. Everything he said he would provide, he did with care and positivity. He made us feel comfortable and reassured during the buying process - never pressured. When we had any product or buying process questions, Spencer completely answered them. He always listened and his follow-up was amazing! Buying a car is a challenging process and the reason we purchased from Knauz was the customer care we received from Spencer. It was superior to other dealer associates and proves he is a real asset. And, we are very happy with our new car purchase!

It was our first time car buying experience and definitely it was smoothest!! Spencer Parker was the best client Advisor throughout our Journey. We flew all the way from Boston to Chicago to get the car, Spencer happily came in early to meet us at the showroom to accommodate our early flight landing and made us comfortable. Right from our initial contact he provided us with detailed information. All our questions were answered to a great satisfaction, he also made sure to get back with further details whenever promised.. Overall I would rate a 5 star experience. Happy and Enjoying our Car 🧿

This is the first time I utilized this dealership since I live closest to Anderson or Motor Werks BMW. Based on the current inventory which is challenging these days I drove to see their offerings. I was greeted immediately by Pedro Mata and with a non-pressure approach but provided the exact type of service I was looking for. Needless to say I not only purchased a vehicle from him and it was exactly what I was looking for but I had to leave due to time constraints without the vehicle. He handled this situation wonderful and orchestrated the vehicle to be prepped, financing paperwork ready , and the technology training to be a quick and smooth process from the moment I returned. Class act all the way around in all departments, extremely impressed and worth the additional travel time to get there. Thank you

Worst experience ever with this BMW service location. My car was taken there for an insurance claim. The techs that worked on my vehicle were vary lazy and sloppy to say the least. They tossed containers of fluids around in my trunk and they leaked all over it leaving it greasy. After telling me my vehicle was ready, I picked it up and drove it back to the office only to realize they forgot to replace a tire.. They left screws in my engine bay that were from the previous parts. They cleaned ONLY my trunk after making me drive out of my way and drop off my vehicle for an entire day? You really couldn't detail the entire vehicle as a courtesy or a courtesy oil change for causing such an inconvenience to me that I had to drive back there twice and be without my car for an entire day.. This just happened in August as well. Lori at the Body Shop was really great to work with. But still a little bummed with this terrible experience.
