I just bought a slightly used 535 XI from Keeler. The car is great as was my dealer experience. This is the third car I've bought from Keeler and I'd buy there again in the future. Our salesperson (Hank Borelli> was terrific; low key, patient and helpful.

I called 3 times never got threw to the correct department 1st phone call I was hung up on, 2nd phone was transferred to Mercedes keller when I have a bmw and the receptionist was rude in that department as well and third time I was sent to voicemail .. ill just take my business elsewhere

I've had my X1 for over 3 years and generally the service has been okay...a non event. However, my last visit to Keeler was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had since moving out of NYC 20 years ago. The representative was condescending and indifferent to my concerns. When I escalated my concerns to the service manger, he too was indifferent. I then called BMW of North America and they just gave me the run around for one week and nothing was resolved. This was my first and last BMW.

I don't mind paying $135/hr. for service but they returned my car with grease on the carpet and dirty fingerprints on the door panel All this after a $3,200 repair bill. These people have no respect for other peoples property.This place is a complete ripofff and I will never return. Am going to buy a new Lexus and hopefully a better service experience. Also, they never advised me of an airbag recall. These people are terrible.BEWARE!Fool me once shame on you,fool me twice shame on me.

A few months back my husband and I went in to look at a certified used 328i. When going through pricing/trade in value they said they would give us 3k less than the kbb value for our vehicle and then the monthly payments turned out to be 40k for a 25k car. Even factoring in interest rates (which we have great credit) the math did not make sense. The sales rep Riaz was unprofessional, shady and tried to come up with special "deals" that were equally as shady.Today I asked if a car was still available on an online chat with Shawanda. She would not let me know if a car was available but insisted that I need to have a sales rep let me know. When I told her I had a bad experience with the Keelers reps and just wanted to know if the car was available she was again rude, condescending and unprofessional. I should have known from the first visit that it is not a place to do business. I will not give them my business and will let all of my friends and family know about this experience.

My 1st experience at the Keeler BMW Dealership went very smoothly from the onset, to the signing of the contract. I attribute this positive transaction to Riaz Yacob. He spent over 3 hours, explaining every detail of the 320i xdrive and the 328i xdrive. I was able to test drive both vehicles....big decision!! Riaz Yacob was so very patient, extremely knowledgable about The Ultimate Driving Machine, and Always professional!!!! I was also impressed with the professionalism of every employee and manager, with whom I met throughout the course of my transaction!!!! Bought a used low mile BMW X5. About $3000 in repairs in the first 4 months. Called & emailed Keeler to discuss. After 4 emails we received a call from mgt. We called back 3 or 4 times and no response. As I read Keeler reviews it seems like they are good with the sale but not so much on service.

At the closing the sales manager ( don't remember her name) rattled off about 6 extra insurance packages (chip & dent, glass, etc. including tire insurance totaling 1/3 of purchase price!) I would have bought the tire insurance alone (replacement tires cost $300-$400 each & there is no spare tire).I had to buy the entire package $7500 or nothing. Of course the salesman said nothing about extra costs before. The other BMW dealer would have sold me tire insurance without all the extras.Don't buy at Keeler BMW. Go elsewhere.

This review is late "to press," so to speak, but it still applies.We've done 2 deals with Keeler -- one BMW, one MINI. We had great experiences with Bruce Gardner and Bill S. But, last April, we were looking to trade our 2008 328xi wagon w/100K+ miles on it for a certified 328i xDrive GT. Keeler had one, we drove it. While we were out, someone "appraised" our wagon for something along the lines of $2500-3000 less than KBB or NADA. The salesperson puffed himself up by saying that was a great price, and wouldn't budge on the GT price. We talked to Daniels BMW about THEIR certified GT (nicer color, more options), and they gave us a (sight unseen) trade at least $5-6K more than Keeler. You can guess what came next. It's a shame, since Keeler was our go-to first choice. Maybe another time...

My first time getting my 2005 Bmw 645 with 42000 miles to keeler Bmw with no leaks no problems they told me that vavle cover gasket goes at 50k that's 1400 so I choose to get replaced then That was around feb 2014 then a year not even 1000 miles later I had to get the valve cover done again its was leaking I smell a burning smell now this feb 2015 I had A radiator hose leak 350 car still leaking that went to a valley pan 700 more then they tell me I need a crossover tube for 9000 then i get the crossover tube done for a reputable Bmw mechanic then they tell me that the valley pan was. Never replaced and still has cobwebs over the screws plus the valley had oxidation all over brand metal new which I'm welder it was a lie the my mechanic also said it oil all over the engine the never degrease it and it's still leaking now dec 2015 back at keeler and not even another thousands miles later now it the upper timing gasket 1800 plus the alternators bracket gasket 1100 which now that's was issue the whole time

I have an X5 4.8is in exceptional condition. Blue with cream interior. Anyway, had to book her in for a fault in the sun roof ( would not stay shut Vent ). Had them replace and renew the sunroof cassette. It took two visits to put right, one of these occasions i was told the sunroof had to be inicialised by myself, initially i was told the seals had expanded because the car had been exposed all day in the sun. My seatbelts were wrenched on the final visit, and to top it off, a buzzing noise appeared when vacating Keeler on the final visit. Would not recommend anyone here, service is xxxx.

My lease was almost up on my current BMW and I stopped in to Keeler BMW to take a look a leasing a new one. I met with Scott V. and told him what I was looking for and a few hours later I was in a new BMW. Scott is one of the best Sales Rep's I've ever dealt with. He listened to what I wanted and took a great deal of time to show me what Keeler had to offer. He made the experience a lot of fun. He is very knowledgable and I felt very comfortable with him. I would recommend him to anyone. Overall, Keeler BMW gets a 5 star rating from me. From their sales dept. to their service center, they are an outstanding facility.

Bought a 2011 X5 35i but it turned out that front tires are worn within 300 miles... Then 2 month later, the drive belt and tensioner went bad... Another 2 month, water pump gone... Absolutely disappointed! Would definitely not recommend this dealership.

I've purchased one car from Keeler BMW, and leased three more over the last eight years. My latest lease was handled by Scott V. and was my best experience yet. He's a top-notch sales rep, and I'd recommend shopping with him to anyone. He understood what I wanted, and didn't pressure me at all into options that I didn't care about. That's really important to me, and it made my buying experience supremely pleasant. As far as the rest of Keeler BMW goes: Their service and sales staff have always been extremely courteous and professional. I can't really imagine shopping anywhere else. Their new "genius" staff are incredibly helpful with teaching all the "techie" aspects of the new cars, proving to me that this dealership really understands their customers' needs, and is on the cutting edge when it comes to knowing and delivering their product. 10 out of 10, 5 stars all around.

I would recommend all BMW owners like me who bought from Keeler to do the service repair at another family owned or bmw service repair place especially after your initial 4 year warranty is done.For last 6 years I have been going to keeler bmw service (the first 4 years do not count since it is free). Man, do they fool the average customer with required work which is not even important. I did my 60k service reminder last week and they called me with the following work to be done: rear brakes (rotors/pads), valve cover gasket, left front axle and wiper change. A total bill for 1800 including the 60k reminder checkup cost.I asked them what is more important and they said I should do rear brakes immediately. I said i will come by and do later. I go pick up my car and pay the 60k bill (191 dollars). I do not even get an estimate report and what was done for the 60k reminder checkup. I had to ask them what they told me on phone and the service advisor gives me a hand written note with total cost (no break up of part cost). They said the valve cover gasket leak can be done later and left front axle.The total estimate was $1800 over the phone and not a single report when i pay 190 dollars. I had to ask explicitly where is all the work that needs to be done written out for me to understand. went back to service advisor who is pouting because i said i will do it later.I collect my car, start the car and notice my left low beam is out. I go inside and ask them. The service advisor was freaking rude bcos he is pissed that i did not get any work done with him.Next day, I take my car to another BMW service repair and I was shocked to hear what they said. They said valve cover gasket is immediate and brakes can be done in 4-6 months. They could not find anything with left front axle. my total estimate for all repairs comparing to keeler is 40 % less and they gave me an estimate report free of charge.Beware of keeler bmw service , they will fool you, get a second opinion if you feel it is not right.I bought all my cars from keeler and now they have lost me for ever. have told my friends who own a keeler bmw.

Do not use the online deal, in a matter of a couple of hours whie working with a sales person via phone and email, they came back and said they sold the vehicle. After, all they could do is make excuses and Joe Marcil and the GM were extremely rude.

Riaz was marvelous, and, importantly, he has a sense of humor. Everything went easily, It was all very gratifying.My wife and I (luddites) found much of what we saw rather bewildering. It's all very slick and high tech, and everything operates at a somewhat higher speed than we are on accustomed to.But in the end, the car goes around corners very quickly indeed, which is what I had in mind.Perhaps one day I'll more fully grasp iDrive (this is a 2011 car). It feels like DOS (toggle to go back up the file system with CD\ in disguise) with a beautiful interface and screen.

While I was hesitant walking into the dealership and unsure of whether to buy or lease, Scott made me feel more and more relaxed while patiently explaining the pros and cons of both buying and leasing. I also had a few issues with my vehicle, the most major issue being a loose dash bolt that caused a lot of squeaking and popping noise. It was addressed by a great mechanic that identified the issue while testing the ride with me in the car, I was able to help point out the noise. It was fixed the same day. I was offered a loaner car for the afternoon and the issue is now resolved. Everyone at the dealership is polite, professional and I'm planning on buying or leasing my next BMW from Keeler.

Over the course of negotiations we had a few ups and downs, which is not uncommon in car purchasing. Riaz worked very hard to earn our business, and when it came to financing he went the extra mile to get us a better rate than we could get at local banks or other financing institutions. Drew McKeough was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is excited and passionate about BMW and the quality behind the brand. He is honest, down-to-earth, and friendly - qualities you don't always get in a salesperson! My parents purchased a 2013 BMW 328xi for me as a wedding present. I test-drove the X1 and the 328xi and fell in love with the 328xi. Drew walked me through the packages available and I decided on the Luxury package with saddle brown leather and blue exterior. The car is GORGEOUS. Drew was in constant contact during the entire process - he updated me by email and also called me with major updates. Most importantly of all, Drew gave me a BMW tutorial (as this was my first, hopefully one of many, BMWS!). He showed me how to use keyless entry, program my iphone Bluetooth, use navigation, the safety features, and specifics of my fabulous new car. I just leased a 2014 BMW 320xi from Keeler BMW and couldn't be happier! After shopping around for a couple of months, Keeler had an amazing lease deal on the 320xi and also gave me a great price on my trade. Their showroom is impressive - very modern and professional looking. Most importantly however was the sales staff - I would recommend anyone in the market for a BMW to see Riaz Yacob over at Keeler BMW. Riaz helped me throughout the process from start to finish. He was friendly, professional and not pushy - he also worked with me to get me an awesome deal. I dropped off my car with collision knowing full well (and advised within minutes) that there would be a delay due to the holidays. Jackie mentioned the car would take roughly 3 weeks.At the end of 3 weeks I called jackie to see the status of the car. Jackie mentioned she had ago order a few parts and the car would be ready in 3 days.I said ok, and followed up again on that Wednesday, they day she said. This is the problem with this person at Keeler; Jackie's nonchalant attitude/tone is unmistakeable and it's very obvious she couldn't care less that I had an urgency for the car. This can be proven by the fact that I constantly had to chase her for answers and she never returned a call as she had promised on 4 SEPARaTE occasions. So she calls me the next Thursday sating that the car would be ready on Friday. I call on Friday and she said they have delays and will need until Monday. This is where I got angry as I had been assured my vehicle would be ready almost 8 business days prior!So Monday comes by, and of course I have to call Jackie (remember she couldn't care less). I called her at 4:30 pm and she said "oh yea I was going to call you." That's ridiculous - I asked her where my car was and she said again in her usual nonchalant, uninformed tone that the car wasn't ready and would be so on Tuesday.I call again on Tuesday and guess what Jackie again claims they had some delays!!!!Wednesday comes by and again, I have to call this woman to find out when my car is ready. This is the kicker - she claims "the car is in the detail shop." I said ok when is my car ready? She mentioned I didn't have an inspection, so I said go for it as long as my car is ready today (Wednesday). Jackie's response "of course, I'll call you when it's ready." I then spoke to her about where to pick me up AS I HADNT HAD A CAR!!So Thursday comes and I call Jackie to see (a) why she hadn't called me back and (b) where the car was! Her response was probably valid in the 1980s when she said "oh, you didn't et my message?" FYI Jackie - it's 2014 we have voicemail buddy - YOU DIDNT CaLL me !Friday comes by and I had lost all patience at that point and called to speak with her manager Wayne. I am waiting to hear what "explanation" I'm going to get from Wayne.

Drew is a gem and great advertisement for Keeler BMW. Drew answered all of our questions and handled our pickup [from Albany airport no less]. We made all of these arrangements long distance while living in California but had absolute faith that Drew would get it right based on the confidence he was able to instill in us. Subsequent to our pickup , on several occasions, Drew has help us get better use out of our BMW by meeting with us and instructing us about the use of functions of the car that were somewhat bewildering. He even offered to come to our house and set up the remote garage door opener, but we thought that that was way beyond the call of duty. Kudos to Drew and the whole Keeler team including Raffi who is our go to guy for servicing.

As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted and was helped by salesman, Riaz Yacob. He made everything so much easier than I thought it'd be, had an answer to all my questions, and helped me fall in love with the car I now own. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or better sales person. He was not forceful on buying the car and understood exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a new 328iX and had a nightmarish experience at another dealership during my car search. a friend of mine suggested that I call Drew McKeough at Keeler BMW. And so glad I did ! While the other dealership was taking weeks to find my desired vehicle, and piling on surcharges and fees all the while, one call to Drew and he had my exact vehicle located within 4 hours, and with an expected delivery of 5 days-remarkable ! Drew is very professional, accessible, thorough, respectful and very easy to deal with. My purchase went very smoothly and without a hitch. My trade-in was accepted, and I was given the amount for it that I negotiated. There were NO hassles, gimmicks, delays, sales tricks, unexpected fees or surcharges. In fact Drew did everything he possibly could to get me the lowest price on my new car, and the highest price on my trade-in. My vehicle was delivered to me on time, it was spotless and Drew took quite a bit of time going over the vehicle with me. His customer service was outstanding and I felt like I could not have gotten any better service from a dealership, anywhere. I have been in corporate sales for 24 years, and I know what a 'good sales experience' should feel like.

I was interested in the BMW X1. When I called the Keeler dealership I was lucky enough to have Drew McKeough answer my call. I told him that I had seen they had new inventory and I was interested. Unfortunately the new cars were already sold as fast as they came in. He asked if I had ever driven one and I answered no. He then asked if I could come to the dealership in an hour. I said yes. He had one of the sales people who own an X1 drive in so that I could have the driving experience. This to me, was above and beyond any sales experience I have ever had. The sales negotiation was fair and professional. He was not aggressive in any way, very knowledgeable, personable, and enthusiastic as I was about my new Beemer. Drew was very knowledgeable about the product and when my new car arrived gave me all the time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with my new car. His follow-ups via phone and email were the icing on the cake! This guy knows his stuff!

This is not only the oldest BMW dealership in the area but the most improved over the past 25 years, I feel that they really have come a long way from back in the 80's when there were only a couple of cars on the show room floor to choose from,I've been part of this dealershipFor a long time,I can Honestly say they have always had a positive and a friendly attitude toward there customers, and there service dept. is really second to none. I went back and forth with Drew several times, changing my mind about what style/model I wanted, new or used, whether I wanted a lease or purchase, and he talked me through it all. Always giving several options and offering his own opinion. There was no beating around the bush, and if he didn't know the answer to one of my absurd questions, he would find out and get back to me in a very timely manner. He was professional and courteous throughout the whole process. As I was out of the country for a good part of our correspondence he was very flexible about when we could talk, whether it be phone or email. When it came time to pick up my brand new Dark Grey Metallic 335i X Drive (with red leather interior) the whole staff was very kind and professional.Since my purchase I've had several questions regarding different features in my car and Drew has always made himself available to answer them. I even left my spare key at the dealership when I picked the car up, and he went out of his way to personally deliver it to me. This was my first interaction with a BMW dealership as my last car was a 2008 Cadillac CTS. So far Cadi customer service pails in comparison to what I'm getting from Drew and Keeler.~ Tyler from Pine Plains

I purchased a 2011 BMW 328i in October. Test drove it on Thursday, bought it on Saturday. The salesman, Riaz, was great. He answered all my questions about the car, warranty, and service. I made an offer on the car and it was accepted. It was a very low pressure sale. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Keeler's sales and service is great - always friendly staff. And, I am convinced that BMW is truly the Ultimate Driving Machine!Tears ago I purchased Hondas from Keeler and we had good service, but I think it has greatly improved since the '80's. Did not provide an oil change when I bought the car. Brought it back in and they said they did the oil change when in fact they did not. I had a problem with my Idrive screen when I purchased the vehicle. They said they replaced something, I continued to have problems, then they told me it was another issue and I was quoted $2,000 to fix the problems. I think these people are xxxxxxxx and I stick by that. I've considered small claims court because I have all the documents proving my case and when my issues began, but I just haven't had the time to execute the process.

I called the BMW service because I had hit a pothole. The young lady who answered the phone suggested that I stop in and she would make a service advisor aware that I would be stopping in. I pulled into the service bay and Raffe came right out of his office. As I was explaining what I felt the problem with the car was, Drew, my sales advisor, immediately upon seeing me in the service bay came right out to check on me and the car. Raffe assessed and advised me on what they would do. After the service technician looked at the car, Raffe came and found me in the lounge and explained what was wrong with the car, what needed to be done to fix it and my options. I needed a new tire and was not pressured to do anything more than that. I decided to replace two tires. I was in and out in no time.

I went to keeler BMW twice for a car. The first time I got a coupe white bmw that I absolutely loved for an amazing price . My second car was a black four door bmw that I love with navigation and pretty much everything you could ask for . Heated steering wheel and all !! I went to RIAZ both times and got a great deal and was very pleased. My sister and boyfriend ended up switching over from Nissan and Mini Cooper to BMW also soon after .

Stepped in to look at used BMW's and Drew greeted us and sold me a 328xi and took the time to show my wife and I all the options and how they all worked, (over an hour). Was greeted immediately at the door by friendly sales staff (Drew), who allowed me to look around and come over to talk to him when I was ready should I have any questions or want to test drive anything. It was a very low pressure atmosphere and I like that. I made it clear off the bat that I wasn't "going to sign anything today" and he never mentioned it again. That was really refreshing. At other dealerships it's always "Let me talk to my manager" and "What do I need to do to get you into this car today?" But, Drew and the team at Keeler BMW have much more class than that. He took the time to answer my questions, made good small talk, and we got to know each other a little bit which was especially good when I went back a few years later to turn in my lease and try out something new. Drew remembered me right away and helped get me into a new lease that really reflected what I wanted and who I am. The entire process (both visits) were as painless and pressure-less as I could imagine. Keeler BMW just treats their clients with a lot of respect. If other dealers were more like them, I'd be tempted to shop elsewhere, but until that happens I think I'll stick to Keeler BMW.

After four months of looking online for an Audi A6, I decided to stop by Keeler BMW to check out their used car inventory. It was early in the morning, and I had my heart set on an Audi, so I wasn't planning on staying there long. After about five minutes of looking outside, I was approached by an eager young salesman who told me I was in search of the wrong sedan. Even though I still had my doubts, I followed him inside so he could show my excatly what I was looking for. I test drove the car, and was signing the papers by lunch. If it wasn't for Drew McKeough, I'd probably still be looking online for an Audi... I can't wait to buy another BMW from Drew for my wife!

My salesman was Drew McKeough. Drew is a knowledgeable, relaxed, no pressure guy who shows you what you want to see. You feel that he is there for you and wants to make sure you select the right car. He knows his cars and all the amenities. Most salesman sell you the car and then you never hear from them. Not true for Drew, he follows up with periodic emails to make sure you are still happy with your car. I didn't come to Keeler because of Drew McKeough but I will return to Drew for my next car.

went to march sidewalk sale with fiance and while we were there we met Drew, he was so full of energy and very knowledgeable about the vehcials even though he works with BMW he knew about the used cars like the nissan and the two hondas I looked at. He was so friendly its like we, had know him from someplace else and we were just meeting an old friend. He did a fantastic job letting me test drive the cars and really getting a feel for which car would be better for me, and then talked about the process of taking a loan out and said that they are very good with getting everyone aproved,. we taled for hours and never felt like he was in a rush, we got to know about his two dogs kevin and Burt who are very important to him. I can not say enough good things about Drew and I would not go anywhere else to purchase another vehical unless drew was my salesman.

PLEASE run from this dealer, I paid for them to remove my engine light which was back on the same day I pick up my car. Eight months after,my son had them do a oil change and the next day his engine light came on. These people knows how to get your money easy, especially if you're car is close to a State Inspection. I will buy their BMW, but I will NEVER have them service it. There was another time when they collect money for diagnotic service and said they could'nt find the source of the problem. They are TERRIBLE!!!!!

I have visited this dealership roughly 4-5 times in the last month looking for a 335i. On all occasions I have walked around outside and in the dealership for almost 30 minutes without one person saying hello or if they could help me with something. Yes, I obviously could have asked, but its very awkward to approach people who are not looking at you or appear to have no care in earning your business. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and had a great experience!

I bought my 3-series from Auggie, and the experience was wonderful, great deal very flexible gave me a good trade on my old car... BUT the dealership is only as good as the service department which SUCKS. I got rear ended 4 days after i picked up my car, when i brought it to their auto body shop i pointed out a loud clunking noise I was hearing after the accident, both the advisor AND the body shop MANAGER promised me it would be fixed because they "Blueprint the entire car" I pick up the car and before I even leave their lot I can hear the sound. I bring it back and within 3 minutes they found the problem, HUGE cast aluminum transmission support was shattered, they tell me I'm lucky i brought it back or I could have ruined the trany. My first service was a 5 hour oil change, yes you read that correctly FIVE HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE, a $110 oil change mind you. Last but not least, my latest and only other experience so far was earlier this morning where I payed another $110 to be told I need to pay $800 (give or take $25) to have the front TWO tires replaced, 2 hours later I am alerted that my originally free of charge BMW assist reactivation would cost another $110. Another TWO HOURS go by and I am told it would be another half hour. An hour goes by, I'm sitting in the waiting room 5 hours after arrived and have heard nothing. I go to the onsite enterprise, and I find out that I can't get a loaner car because I'm not 25. Still waiting to hear about my car, the most information I have gotten is that "it will HOPEFULLY be done in the morning" Thank you keeler for once again doing nothing but bleed my wallet dry.

I highly recommend this dealership. I guess any dealer is only as good as the sales person. I dealt with Auggie via email and phone. He is great to work with. No games, no haggling, he is very straight to deal with. I initially bought a 2011 X3 from him in May of 2011, and again bought a 528 Xi just 2 days ago. FYI.. I live 200 miles away from Albany and took the train to buy the car, he even picked me up from the train station each time. I have throughly enjoyed working with Auggie. My local BMW, Audi and other near by BME dealers were all playing games and were typical of a car dealership and I hated it. I hioghly recommend Keelr, espeically if you work with Auggie. :)

I have owned many BMWs from different dealerships and have dealt with many different salesmen. I was turning in a BMW and looking for a new X5 and Auggie was a lot of help. He took out a lot of the stress of dealing with overbearing, pushy sales people. I have a very busy schedule so I did not have a lot of time to go back and forth with price and he was excellent at sending me quotes over email and giving me the bottom line. I trusted Augie so much that two weeks later I took my friends to him to get the same deal. If you want a no hassle transaction and an honest opinion and some lame(but funny) jokes I would recommend Augie.Ravi

I had a great experience dealing with Keeler BMW in the past and now living in North Carolina I gave a call to Keeler to inquire about a 2006 330Ci convertible. The salesman that answered the call was Phil. Phil gave me all the information I needed about a car in stock. He was very friendly and personal. I committed over the phone to purchase the car. Phil made it easy, I was able to wire the funds to Keeler, get a one way airline ticket to Albany where Phil picked me up at the airport and took me to the nearby Keeler BMW. To my great satisfaction he had all the paperwork ready, the car was gleaming, parked inside next to his office. Inside of an hour I was on my way with my Vista Blue 330Ci with a blue canopy and beige interior. I've never had a more satisfying car delivery and I owe it all to Phil. Incidentally the next day I drove all of 848 miles by myself to Asheville in 13 1/4 hours, indeed "thr ultimate driving machine".

At first appearance (phil) a salesperson seams very friendly. When he gets down to business he is pushy, and obnoxious. I came from Capital City just the day before and had a wonderful experience with them. I highly do not reccomend this salesperson, or this dealer for the aggressive salesmanner. My friends baught a nice Mercedes-Benz and reccomended this dealership, but the BMW dealership definatley does not meet up to the standerds. Beware of Phil.

My 2001 325 developed synchronization issues in 3rd gear. I took the car in for service to have the key reprogrammed and have the transmission issue addressed. The dealer happily charged me $50 for 5 minutes worth of work to reprogram the key, and then told me the syncro issue was all in my head... I suspect they didn't want to perform the warrenty service on the transmission.<br><br>The syncro problem eventually worsened in 3rd and developed in 2nd gear. The fluid in the gear box probably needs changing. I took the car back and reported the problem again, and requested an oil change. They charged me $95 for the oil change and once again told me the syncro problem was in my head. They sent me out with the shop foreman who doesn't know how to drive a stick and ended up riding and burning my clutch before deciding that my car was fine.<br><br>It seems like they're happy to over charge you for service not in warrenty, but when they have to fix something under warrenty, they lie to you to avoid it.<br><br>The car is now at another dealer having the tranny serviced. Avoid Keeler BMW if you can.

The BMW service advisor I dealt with at Keeler doesn't know his products ("Your 325's control arms are forged steel, so a tow hook won't hurt them" -- just one sample quote), and he wouldn't budge when I asked for transportaion the SECOND time my brand new car had to be towed within its first thousand miles: I had to contact the general manager, who corrected the problem (barely). I should have bought from Carbone (Utica, NY), and certainly will the next time around.

wanted to buy a new old stock car. i was ready to sign but asked for mud flaps and floor mats to be thrown in the deal. the sales manager was not accomodating in the least, despite the fact that this car has been sitting on their lot for a year already and will continue to do so meaning they'll have to pay for it sitting there - together with the fact that what i was asking for cost them about $100 at cost (what's $100 to accomodate a buyer?)!<br><br>this, to me, is symbolic of what to expect with this dealership. no effort to accomodate the potential buyer or to please them and provide 100% satisfaction.
