Came to Keith Hawthorne to purchase my first car. Drove an hour out of the way and it was worth it! They made the experience delightful and easy. There was an issue with the car I was looking at and they fixed it right away. They ensured that the car was up to my standards before signing paperwork and driving off the lot. Kyle Bennett was amazing! Super friendly and very informative. The finance department was also super informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Will definitely be driving back to do business with them.

We love shopping at Keith Hawthorne. I know that’s normally a strange thing to say about a car dealership but it’s absolutely true. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They do there best to get you in and out. Including the service department. We’ve had nothing but great experiences here. We also always say hi to Kyle. He’s a great guy!

Excellent above and beyond from this TEAM from the initial meet and greet to the final steps! The process was executed with initiative, professionalism, and time. Numerous team members greeted us with a smile and friendly “good morning “ ,etc .Atmosphere speaks volumes when vehicle shopping ! I needed to take care of a Technical Service Action on my 2018 F-150. Rick Farmer in the Service Department made sure they had the parts ordered, and on hand, to complete the repair. We then scheduled the repair and I was provided a loaner for the 4 day service time frame. The vehicle was completed on schedule and there have been no issues with the repair work. Thanks to Keith Hawthorne Ford and Rick Farmer for another 5 star experience!

Shawn Mathis and Nate helped us buy a 2020 Escape today they worked hard to get me where I needed to be in the deal updated on my experience, there ended up being a few things that needed to get fixed on my 2020 Escape and the sales person that was helping me left the company, but Dianne Krenzer jumped in and took care of everything for me, she did a GREAT job and i thank her so much for helping me get everything taken care of.
