I just purchased a 2015 Dodge durango RT with very low mileage. The price was very fair and they were willing to negotiate. There were no pressure tactics and every question and concern regarding the vehicle and price of the vehicle was addressed and answered with honesty, understanding and patience. This is not your typical car buying experience. It's much easier. I would especially like to thank Jayme Erb. He was a pleasure to work with and the reason I am taking the time to write this review. When I decide to buy another new vehicle, I will not hesitate to make the 85 mile trip to Keller Bros. Dodge.

I was in the market for a new/used car, the look of the Sierra Blue Jeep Renegade really intrigued me, so I set out on a search for one. I was only able to find it at one dealership in PA, Keller Bros. Dodge in Lititz, PA. 115 miles, one way, from where I was. I called and inquired about the Jeep, which from the pictures looked absolutely beautiful and was priced amazingly low. It not only was the color I wanted but it came with all the wonderful packages that I wanted as well. I spoke with a sales team member, Cal, who answered all my questions about the Jeep. Later that day I found out that I had been approved for the Jeep and set out on a 3 hour journey to get it. When I arrived at the dealership the Jeep sat out front, it looked wonderful, they had cleaned and detailed it inside and out. The other office staff members were so nice and friendly and made you feel very welcomed. I am so pleased that we went out of way to buy a vehicle from Keller Bros. I would recommend in an instant to anyone who is in the market for a new/used vehicle. It was worth the drive to be treated like a human being and not just a money in their pockets. There are plenty of dealerships in this area, not only did they not have what I wanted but I knew they were not as friendly as the staff at Keller Bros. Kindness goes a long way and the staff at Keller Bros have instilled that in to every employee there. I would definitely buy from them again for future purposes.Might I also add, that they filled my gas tank before we left the parking lot, which they do not normally do. I am so impressed with how they go above and beyond for their customers.

Overall this was a great dealership. We test drove the car with out the sales person going with us which was nice to drive it and discuss its strong and weak points among just ourselves. Jayme, the sales person, was willing to negotiate the price with me; and the dealership told me to call back the next day and set up a time to bring my new car in for inspection since the inspection was going to run out within the next two months. And they said they would do the inspection and any necessary repairs for free.

I have bought a "LOT" of vehicles over my time and it was very refreshing to walk in and have a salesman take your direction and listen to what you want. Too many dealerships are hard sales that try to guide you to what they want and not the other way around. We arrived at about 5PM on a week night and before 8PM we were on our way home in our new vehicle. Derek our Salesman was great and receptive to what we wanted. They were quick to come back with fair pricing and were more then willing to show us different options that fit our needs and budget without having to ask. I will ABSOLUTELY be going back to this dealership for our next vehicle without question. Thanks Keller Bros for a wonderful experience!

I just purchased my third vehicle from Keller Bros Dodge, and once again received top-shelf service from people in every department. This time, I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler TJ. Although they didn't have one in inventory, the Sales team helped me narrow down my preferred specs, then quickly located and brought in a Wrangler better than I knew to look for-- I'm still stunned! My salesman, Jayme Erb, worked hard to communicate the options and points of decision in buying this particular Jeep, while also proving responsive to my need for room to think through things on my own terms. Thanks, Jayme. The Service Dept. was (and continues to be) patient and thorough in answering my (multiple!) questions, which is especially important to me when buying a used vehicle. When I needed to secure financing, Eric B. helped me understand both the short- and long-term implications of the loans available to me, the impact of different amounts of money down, etc., leaving me confident in the decision I made. Finally, a big shout-out to Mike P. and the Detail Dept., who did a super job of making the older Jeep look (and smell!) its best, inside and out. -- It's a lot of *fun* to buy a Jeep from a dealership filled with people who love 'em, who are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand. We just purchased our second vehicle (in less than 4 months) from Keller Brother Dodge in Lititz, pa yesterday. We just bought a dodge caravan 11/22/15 and we didn't think we'd be buying a second vehicle so quickly. I would not go anywhere else except Keller Brothers in Lititz. And I would not buy a vehicle from someone other than Jayme Erb. We have become friends with Jayme. He knew we were soon going to be in the market for another car and he knew our price range and what we were looking for. We found a VW Jetta that was at another location and had it there by the next morning for us to look at it. He worked with us and he was very helpful. All the guys at Keller Brothers were very personable and informative. They worked VERY quickly to get our application and our new car detailed. I WONT go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Hopefully.....it'll be many, many years down the road for the next vehicle. And without a doubt I will be going back.

The help that I received from Jayme Erb was fantastic. Mr. Erb was professional and answered all of my questions. Mr. Erb went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and even took the time to follow up with my via phone call, a couple weeks after the purchase when I called for a quick question. I was politely greeted as I arrived at the dealership and its easy to see that the employees are happy to have your business. the vehicle I purchased was exactly as depicted online. there were and are currently no problems with it. I'm always nervous when buying a used vehicle, but the folks at keller brothers dodge were honest with their vehicle and didn't try any "funny business" like most dealers do. unfortunately I do not live in Lititz, PA, but if I did, I would be a confident returning customer to keller brothers dodge.

I just bought a 2012 Audi A5 from Keller Bros Dodge, and the process could not have gone better. I got a beautiful car at an excellent price, and at no time before or during the sales process did I feel misled or under pressure, even during price negotiations. Jayme Erb was enthusiastic, informative, helpful, and in all ways easy to deal with. The same goes for the rest of the staff I encountered. I had to drive an hour and a half to get there, but I'm glad I made the trip. Easily the smoothest car transaction I've experienced. Kudos to Keller Bros.

The staff could not have been nicer. My husband stopped by the dealership on a whim just one day after a massive snowstorm. They were still in the process of digging out all of those vehicles. Gary stopped what he was doing and helped locate the one vehicle my husband had in mind. We scheduled an appointment for later in the week so that I could be present to check out the vehicle. We even changed that appointment to a different day and time in which Gary made himself available. The dealership staff were all very courteous. Gary had the Durango we were interested in cleaned and ready to go. We took a long test drive which allowed us to get a feel for the vehicle. Gary went out if his way to help us get the best deal possible. I never felt pressured to purchase. Gary spend hours with us and was able to find a great deal with an outside lending agency with the help of Donna, who was wonderful to work with as well. Very friendly. Needless to say, we left there with a beautiful 2015 Dodge Durango. We plan on taking advantage of the extended lifetime warranty as well. We still have our 2001 Durango that we purchased new. It doesn't owe us anything. Hopefully this 2015 gives us just as many years .

I must say like most I do not enjoy looking for cars or the whole process of buying a car. I do not have the best credit which makes things a little harder. Originally just went to test drive and wound up finding an amazing deal. Personable staff made the whole process super easy. I was in and out within 3 hours. I had even stopped on my way home with my dog in the car and they made an effort to look after her too. They went above and beyond what I would've expected on a busy Saturday afternoon.

I've been hunting for a Charger Hellcat for over 11 months. I was working with a number of dealers in my area (NJ) and was left unsatisfied after many broken promises. I saw a fellow Hellcat owner mention their experience purchasing their vehicle from Jayme Erb at Keller Bros Dodge. I decided it never hurts to make a call. We had a nice conversation and agreed to general terms of the deal. Keller Bros was able to get the allocation for my Charger Hellcat in November and I picked up the car yesterday (12/10/15). Jayme was a pleasure to deal with and simply "gets it". He knew everything about the car and took the time to make sure all of my "wants" were addressed. I have purchased many cars and truck in my life (age 89) this is the easiest that I can ever remember, my experience was just great! I looked at the truck on a Thursday and took my wife back on Saturday afternoon to look at the truck we decided that the truck did not meet our needs. Nate Yerger our sales men showed us another truck which was just perfect! With in a half hour we had a deal made and no down money was ask for. When back on Monday evening to p/u the truck we were out of the office with in 45 minutes. This is not what I experienced at other dealer ships you can spend 4-5 hours till the purchase is completed. What a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

This is the 3 vehicle we have bought from Jayme in 3 years. We won't shop anywhere else! The entire staff at Keller Bros. is top notch and makes you feel like you are their only priority. The Service Dept. is AWESOME to deal with as well. Every person working there is always VERY pleasant and more than willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome and a priority to them. Jayme was off the original day I went to look but those that helped me were more than willing to go out of their way to do so even though they wouldn't be getting credit for the sale. To me that speaks volumes. From the moment you walk in, to dealing with service, and to actually doing paperwork to buy it is an quick and painless experience. They are NOT pushy and are more than willing to try to help you get exactly what you want. We are definitely lifetime customers to Keller Bros. Dodge and can honestly say they treated us VERY fairly in all aspects of making a deal. With our second car we were looking at, we called on a Sunday and figured we would get a call on Monday since they were closed BUT Jayme called us back within an hour (or less) and even brought us the vehicle to look at and test drive. We ended up buying that one. It just shows how accommodating they are. The TRULY CARE about ALL their customers and DO NOT mislead you in any way. KELLER BROS. He was so kind, listens to our needs and most of all was NOT push at all. He has a great personality for a sales man. I had searched the internet for a few weeks, looking for a particular used car. I saw what I wanted, listed at a fantastic price, at Keller Bro.'s Dodge, so I took a drive there to see the car in person. I arrived later in the day and was promptly greeted by Gary Roche. I let him know the exact car I was looking for and in less than a minute he informed me that the car went to a sister dealership to be looked at but it did not sell. We made an appointment, convenient to me, to have the car at the dealership the next day. When I arrived the next day, the car and Gary were waiting. I informed him I already owned one of these cars and he appropriately backed off of typical salesman speak and let me do the talking. He used the time to get to know me with appropriate personal questions which was refreshing. We took a great test drive over a variety of roads and surfaces. I liked the car so we started the paperwork. Gary and the dealership were fair on price and took care of a minor repair. I decided to finance and they obviously have pull at multiple institutions so I got a good rate. Everyone at the dealership was overly polite and friendly. This was a great experience. Today I'm going back to have that minor issue serviced (the service desk was very accomodating to get me in quickly) and I anticipate a great experience with them. This is the way to sell cars !!!! They simply get it.

I found a vehicle online around 10:00 PM on a Friday evening. I chatted with a representative from Keller Bros. Dodge in Lititz and she said someone would call me first thing in the morning if the vehicle was indeed available. Sure enough, Saturday morning I received a phone call from Cal and he said the vehicle was available. Cal was very personable on the phone and was extremely patient as I called several times to make sure the final vehicle price was in my price range. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, we were instantly greeted upon arrival by Dan and Cal. We took the vehicle out for a test drive and then came back and decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle. We took a seat and waited for a bit until Donna came out and said she was getting all the paper work around and it would be just a few minutes. Within approximately 35 minutes, we had all the paperwork finalized and we took a few pictures and then left the dealership with our "new to us" 2010 Dodge Journey. I was extremely pleased with the personal attention we received and how professional all of the Keller Bros. Dodge staff was while we were there! We would definitely visit this dealership again!!

I've dealt with this dealership for years. Bought quite a few vehicles. The sales team are all very nice. Jayme Erb is my sales rep. Knowledgable, fun to deal with. No pressure sales, and very helpful in making a good decision. The service team is also great. Never ever make you feel like you are asking a stupid question. They always give a plan of action no matter what the problem is. The entire staff is very friendly. Check them out, you won't regret it.

A year ago I started to look at new vehicles, and found the Dodge Journey. My husband and I went to look at the vehicle at Keller Bros. Dodge RAM in Lititz, and Jayme Erb took the time out of his day to show us the whole vehicle, inside and out knowing it was going to be another 6 or so months to actually buy the vehicle. I fell in love with the Dodge Journey that day thanks to the excellent showing and knowledge that Jayme had of the Journey and all of it's features. 6 months actually became a year until we were ready to buy but when we did, I knew I wanted to go back to Keller Bros. Dodge RAM in Lititz, and I knew who I wanted to sell us the car. We contacted the dealership and got in contact with Jayme. We test drove the vehicle finally, and we were taken on a test route where we could test the pick up of the vehicle, we could drive while also paying attention to all the little pieces of the car. We were taken on straight roads and windy roads. An excellent thought out test drive route that let you really know how the car would drive. The approval process was easy, and everyone in the dealership was super pleasant. We ended up coming back the next day to finalize and purchase the car, and the finance person (I don't recall his name), was super helpful but not overly pushy with what he recommended additional to purchase. We went through a final walk through (any additional questions) and set up of some features before we drove off the lot. My husband made the comment of how well everyone seemed to work together. Hand offs to other members of the team, running out to greet customers and getting different sales persons sometimes, but also someone running out to say hello. I never felt as we were being pushed to buy a vehicle, and at any time we could have walked away and said this isn't for us - and there would have been no hurt feelings. I really felt as they were trying to help us get our perfect vehicle, not buy one of "their" vehicles. I sure hope I love a Dodge vehicle (as I never owned a Dodge before... but after almost a week, I LOVE my Journey... ) because I want to give them more business in the next 15 years (We run our vehicles to the ground...). I want to have a good experience like that again,and I may never buy a vehicle anywhere else again.

Looked online for the car I wanted from this dealer. Cal Jurman responded quickly to my email request for info on the car I was interested in. I was traveling over an hr to look at this car. As soon as I walked in. I was greeted by a very well dressed professional sales team. I was asked if I would like a refreshment and they made me feel like a VIP. The car I was interested in looking at was by the front door ready for a test drive. The approval for my loan was handled extremely quickly. From test drive to approval to signing paperwork was within 1 hr. I can't say enough about this dealership. I have found my go to dealer. I recommend them highly. This is the first time in all my car buying experience where I felt like I got the best deal possible. I was treated with respect. This dealership has given me a whole new attitude about car dealers. I recently purchased a brand new ram 2500 crew cab with the 6.4 HEMI from Keller Bros Dodge. It was by far the best truck buying experience from start to finish. Cal Jurman was my sales professional. he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking the perfect truck to handle all my needs. The sales management team Kerry Kneisley and Dan Llanso went out of their way to make sure it was a smooth process and that I was given every dollar my trade was worth.....No low-balling here!!! they came to the table with a rock solid trade number which made my decision to buy simple. Last week Eric M. showed us several Dodge Grand Caravans that had The features we wanted. We called back and told him the one we wanted and that we would pick it up Tuesday. Eric was not there but there was a smooth transition to another salesman waiting to help us with final details. This is a great dealership to deal with. Friendly staff all around. Jayme Erb is a very good salesman. Very good knowledge of the products. Great to work with. He will do anything for you he can within his abilities. Ask for Jayme. The service department is second to none. They listen and give you a plan of action right away, no matter how small the issue is. They never make you feel stupid for asking a question. Their inventory is huge. Just bought a used car from Keller bros dodge. The buying process went well, maybe a little rushed but I got a decent price and Dan was very helpful. After getting the car home, the cd player which was advertised as working, did not work. There was a cd jammed in there from the previous owner. I would have thought they would check that before advertising it works. The transmission also started slipping because a software needed updated. Again, something that should have been checked before the car was sold. After multiple phone calls and drives out there, no one apologized or took any sort of blame for the mistakes that they clearly made. I just got off the phone with a woman in service who gave me the worst attitude. Although I have a warranty on my car, unless something major happens, I will be avoiding all contact with this company. For a job that relies on good customer service, I have seen none.

I just purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty from this dealership and the whole transaction from start to finish was very smooth and pleasant. I have to say, that in all my years purchasing vehicles. from a lot of different dealerships, Dan Llanso has to be one of the most knowledgable of his products, and personable representatives I have ever dealt with. I have to admit that, while initially emailing questions and my interests, I had thought Dan was a lot older. After meeting him, I realized Dan was quite a lot younger than I, which to be honest, initially had me looking towards the older reps in the office, that I could fall back on. Once I started talking to him, I realized he was more interested in understanding me and what I was looking for and needed, and not just trying to put me into something to make a quick sale & profit.. I came to Keller Bros. from the NYC area. I pre-negotiated everything with them on the phone prior to making the 3+ hour drive to PA. The salesperson Jayme went over the deal with me in detail. These guys followed through on everything they said. I even said prior to going that I wanted to try and get a little more for my trade in once I got there, and they even followed through on that. They easily could have said no and I would have still bought the new truck. I got a great price for the new vehicle, and I was treated very fairly all around. I just bought a used 2013 Dodge Ram from Keller Bros. Originally my search began online searching a large area to find the right truck based upon features, year and overall mileage. The Keller Bros had the best value so I decided to make the 2hr 1-way trip after providing a 500$ deposit to hold the vehicle until I could see it. Prior to driving, I spoke several times with Sales Rep Jayme Erb to discuss my situation (trade-in, distance from dealership) and always had quick and courteous responses. I was refunded my deposit during the purchase process and had I chose not to make the purchase, I still would have been given a refund. While there, the process to have my car trade-in value was quick, and they worked with me on an agreeable price as well as a decent financing rate. The vehicle being purchased had no hidden costs or fees. The financing process and overall purchase/paper work process occurred in a timely manner as well. There wasn't any direct pressure to purchase. They also include oil changes for free, for the life of the vehicle. It's only a shame they're so far away as I cannot take advantage of this. Overall, I would recommend this dealership.

I decided to purchase new Dodge Journey and began a local search in New Jersey. I didn't find anything I liked so I went to the Chrysler website and built my car online. I found a very close match 83 miles from my home. My initial thought was I am not driving that far for a car. However, I visited their website and saw all the great reviews and dealer incentives and sent an e-mail stating my interest in two 2015 Dodge Journeys. Jayme Erb responded to my e-mail and I called and spoke to him. We did most of the work via phone and e-mail, including credit approval and price after all the rebates, discounts, etc. There were a couple of glitches but we worked through them quickly and I drove home yesterday in the car that I wanted. Jayme and his team worked very hard for me, is likeable and made sure I had a great experience. It was worth the 2 hour drive because I drove home happy in a car that I wanted. Brava to Keller Bros!

In all my years of buying cars this was truly a positive experience. Jayme Erb, my senior sales consultant was quite professional and knowable in the Dodge Durango and Dodge Journey. I think what eventually sold me; test driving the two vehicles. It was test driving the two vehicles that I was able to compare and contrast the different features of the vehicles. I didnt feel what I will call the normal sales pressure of buying a car. It was more listening to what I was looking for, the economic value of the car, and providing insight (pros & cons) into the two different vehicles. I definitely would recommend Jayme Erb and Keller Bros Dodge to anyone looking to buy a new car. I did buy a 2014 Journey Crossroad and love it!

Due to the hail storm of 2014, we had to look for a new vehicle. We purchased two out of out three vehicles as Keller Bros in the past and have always had good service. They made everything painless and within 3 days of deciding which car we wanted, we took ownership of our gently used Durango. Cal and crew are fantastic. Whether you go to Keller Bros Dodge or any of the family of dealership, they are all great. We appreciated the speedy service and are so happy with the latest edition to our family. Moral of our story - take the GAP insurance on your loan, no matter what the cost. Instead of a gently used Durango, we could have had a new one. Found a used Toyota Sienna van on Cars.com and took it for a test drive. Exhaust system was leaking so I asked Keller/Doug to repair so i could have my mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection. Keller repaired it within a week and I then had car inspected by my mechanic. My mechanic reported several items which needed to be corrected, so as a condition of purchase I asked that each item be repaired. Keller agreed without reservation and even replaced the rear brakes/rotors to correct a noise when backing up. Both David and Doug were professional, courteous, and very cooperative in all aspects of the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Keller Bros as 1st on my list of dealers to use to purchase a vehicle.

Just purchased a 2011 Buick and my experience was beyond my expectations. Our sales person was Jayme Erb and he could not have been more knowledgeable, caring or customer oriented. Purchased a 2002 VW TDI in January 2014. Staff was friendly and accommodating. That is where the fun ended. I was urged to purchase the car by the end of the month. Witch was not convenient but I complied. I paid near book price for the car despite some cosmetic flaws. Car was not gone over thoroughly before I picked it up. I came from a distance and they knew when I was arriving. The transaction was complete and on my drive home I had some problems with the car that were not noticed on the 10 min test drive around town. I called to let them know that. Some issues needed to be addressed. (The alignment was not straight, the doors did not hang straight witch made them not close smoothly, and the switch in the drivers door did not function, which caused the head light bell not to chime and the interior lights (including the lite that makes the door visible to approaching traffic). did not come on when the door was opened). They agreed to address my concerns. I brought the car back to the dealer and waited for it. (58miles each way, waited 4+ hrs.) I went out to the car after they said it was fixed...........all was fixed but the door. I said it was not fixed they said it worked inside..... ... So they ordered a part to fix the problem and adjust the door. (2 weeks later) I bring the car back and they give me a loaner car to occupy myself (I did appreciate the mobility) the loaner I might add smelled like a bus terminal in the 70's. [Not very good way to impress potential return business.] I returned after 7 hrs. The door was still not correct, the handle hung up a bit but they said that would resolve itself. The next day I grabbed the handle to open the door and it came off in my hand. **Sigh**. I called and they said they would have to look at it, I said that they would have to send someone up to pick up the car. They said they would send a loaner. They sent a Mini Van... I purchased the VW to drive on my 200 mile a day commute and this is what they sent me. 46 MPG to 17 MPG or less.. Anyway while they had it they broke the drivers window while installing the new hardware for the handle do I had to wait additional couple of days for the glass installer to fix it. So 8 days passed and i swapped my car back all was well..... The door still hung oddly, but it was improved. At this point I was beaten and I'm not arguing about it. The final kick in the head was when I went to lower the drivers window the passenger window goes down. **Sigh x 2** I sent a letter to the general manager but i have not received acknowledgement or even a "sorry you had a bad experience from them... I was left with the impression that if they didn't cut corners and not fully take care of the problem the first time they looked at the car instead of trying to save a buck to get the car off the lot as quickly as possible these problems would not have happened.. I would not recommend them at lease on a used car sales. After reading all the Glowing Reviews, Now it feels like they singled me out personally......

For almost 6 months, I was searching for a low mileage used fj cruiser when I found a few on the lot of Keller Bros. Dodge which is about a 45 minute drive from my home. I met Scott Houseal when visiting the lot and he quickly realized that I was extremely picky about the condition of my cars. He was very knowlegable about the vehicles and allowed me to take my time looking over the vehicles without me feeling any pressure to make a decision. After taking one for a test drive and letting Scott know that I was interested in making a purchase, I still did not feel any pressure to make a purchase and helped to make it the smoothest vehicle purchase that I have ever made which included the dealership getting the FJ cleaned up and ready for me to take home that night. It is evident from walking around the Keller Bros. used car lot that they take pride in what they sell and try to keep an inventory of well-kept, low mileage, unique cars which says a lot about the ownership and workers. Everyone that I talked to at Keller Bros. was very friendly and made it an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend using Scott and will definitely be visiting Keller Bros. when it is time to make my next purchase.

I set out to purchase a pre-owned 1500 Series Ram truck about a month ago. I happened upon the Keller Bros ad for a brand new 2014 Ram 1500 series with several nice options. The internet price on their website brought it down to a range I was comfortable with, but I was still skeptical. Being over 2 hours away from the dealership I grilled the salesperson assigned to my request all day through email. He wasn't pushy, but I'm sure by the end of it he was shaking his head, but he was polite and informative the whole time. I kept looking for the extra charges that seem to always accompany these kinds of purchases but I ended up saving almost 5 thousand over dealer invoice through various which was great! Everything was ready for me to sign, though I did have to make him sweat a bit once I got there...but overall the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would have ZERO hesitation in going through the Keller Brothers family of dealerships in the future. This was how vehicle buying was meant to be.

When my husband took his 2012 Jeep in for scheduled service, we asked to look at a truck similar to one an out of state friend was looking at in his area. I was driving a 2003 La Sabre, so we also took a look at a newer La Crosse on Keller Bros. used car lot. Our Sale Consultant, Jayme Erb, was very understanding, and gave us the grand tour of both vehicles with test drives of each. We did not like the La Crosse, but DID like the Dodge Certified fully LOADED 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab with Ram Boxes. After a deposit and a day to think about it, since we were not planning on trading, we went back and traded in both the Jeep and the Buick for the Ram 1500. -- We are very pleased with the non-pushy approach. Pricing and trade values were very good. Over 108 miles later, we love the truck. We are still learning about all the bells and whistles, and are currently getting 18 MPG! [ My husband tells people the cab of the truck is my "Buick", and the bed is his "Jeep"!] ------- This is not the first vehicle we have gotten from Keller Bros. Dodge, and we have been very happy with the prior purchases and vehicle service and repairs. If you are even remotely interested in a Dodge vehicle, or a good used vehicle on their lot, check out this dealership, and tell Jayme Erb that the crazy trucking science teacher sent you! :-)

I just bought a 2014 Dodge Dart GT. I love the car! Jayme Erb went all out to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even though he didn't have it right there on his lot. He found it in another state and brought it in. He also handled every detail for me from making the calls to my insurance agent to updating my home address.and everything else that needed done. I just simply told him what I wanted then signed the paperwork when I picked it up. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful when I was there. I highly recommend checking with him when car shopping.

After visiting a few dealerships in the surrounding area, I called the Keller Bros. Dodge dealership in Lititz, PA, and right from the get go, I was treated very good. Jayme Erb answered the phone before scheduled office hours and just when you think he will tell you "Sorry, we are not open, call back", he told me that if I was a customer doesnt matter that they arent officially open, but he was in to review some things and if the phone rings he's gonna answer it. **Now, the only negative that we encountered was what we felt was a little deception from the prices listed on the internet. They list prices, with all dealer discounts applied, giving you the false impression that the price listed is what you will get when you arrive, only to find out that the line given to you is, "Well, thats if you qualified for all the discounts available, and no one qualifies for all of them". So this was a little disheartening. And while we were at the dealership, nother couple who was there was also disappointed in this as well, and ended up not getting a deal done because the price was a lot higher than they had anticipated. If Keller Bros. fixes this, I would have given 5 stars across the board. Also gave 4 stars on the facilities as the building is small and older, but they have been in business since 1921, and doesnt look like they have a bunch of land, and really, you are there for a car buying experience, not the building they work out of. Back to our salesperson Jayme Erb; he worked with us, took us on a nice test drive, and did everything possible to get us the best deal. Again, we had been to a couple other places and were not treated no where near as good as they did at Keller Bros. After it was all said and done, Jayme and his people got us the best possible deal that the wife and I had seen all week. They were above and beyond all the deals we had from other dealerships, and even looked for other ways to help get a good payment that fit our budget. My experience was a good one, and we would not only buy from Keller Bros. again, but we would highly recommend it to anyone looking as well. And that says alot. Thank you Jayme Erb and the Keller Bros. Dodge staff.

On April 17th, I purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart Limited from Jamie Erb after being without a car for three months. As many of the other reviews state, he is a good and friendly salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions before and after the test drive. However when it came to financing the vehicle, I felt deceived and disappointed. When I saw the vehicle on cars.com, it had a special offer connected to it so the price was with all the incentives. Unfortunately, I did not qualify for all the incentives, so the vehicle became out of my price range. Another frustrating part was there was no negotiation. Even though, I gave the dealership my price range, their solution was to make me pay a longer period of time for the car or have me take the next model down which I wasnt willing to do. Since I am paying a longer period of time, my interest rate is high. Luckily while talking with my insurance company, they were able to get me a better rate and leaves me less in a financial hardship. Another problem with paying longer is extending the warranty which was recommended to cover the car for the time I am paying for it. This made the price go up and hurt my budget again. With my previous car, the car dealership really worked hard to get into my price range by the dealership giving me more money towards the car. Unfortunately, I am not sure this dealership really wanted my business as they did not give me much money toward the car and had me give a large down payment. After thinking about it, if I was not in such a time pinch for purchasing a new car, I would have walked out disappointed that this car deal did not work out and looked elsewhere. A final critique I have is that there was not adequate time to look over the car. After having the car for less than a week, I noticed one of my front tires has a bubble in it. Im not sure if it was there when I purchased or I got it from driving it. Since I live and work in another state and even when I am in Pennsylvania I am a good distance away from the dealership which makes it hard to have the problem be rectified. Overall, I am torn about my experience, but I think I would give them another chance and attempt to purchase another car from them. I would recommend making sure you are smart and give yourself time to think about it so you can make a wise decision.

When I got to the dealership I already knew the make and model of the vehicle I was looking for. Holly (my sales associate) very kindly helped me locate the vehicles that matched my wants. We went on multiple test drives and she never rushed me into buying anything. She even allowed me to test drive her personal vehicle so I could be 100% sure on what I wanted. After deciding on what I wanted and sitting down with the staff they said they would give me a call when they were able to locate the Jeep I was after (in the color,year and price). To my surprise the phone call came only hours,not weeks, later. They even outdid them selves by finding me a top of the line model in my price range! The buying process was just as easy and everyone is very friendly. I will gladly recommend this dealership to anyone. Not only did I buy a new vehicle I made a new friend as well. Bought a used Chrysler Town and Country. Good price and were pretty fair with my trade in price. I drove there from my home in Philadelphia,, they give good deals on service,, but for my distance to drive for a oil change is not worth it. Tried to have the dealer exchange some price discounts for the service that they knew that I would never use. But they wouldn't. My advice to the dealer is to give a better deal or discount to out of county purchaser. But overall the purchase was ok.

My wife and I were looking for a new or slightly used pickup truck. Our salesman, Jayme F Erb, was absolutely wonderful. the best experience i have had buying a car.they knew what we were looking for and never tried to persuade us to something else.they could explain all the functions of the vehicle and he had us hands on so we would understand each function.never once felt any pressure to buy the vehicle ,was comfortable the entire time with the team who helped from start to finish with the purchase.would recomend giving them the chance to serve you in purchasing a vehicle. it was a enjoyable time to get to know these people, they set the standard very high when it comes to you the customer.

I stopped in to look at possibly trading in for a bigger truck. Jayme Erb approached me in the lot and offered to help me make a choice. We talked about different options on trucks and I described to him what I might be looking for. He showed me what he had available. I returned about 2 hours later with my truck to get appraised for a trade. We test drove a couple of trucks and I decided on a used truck. My relationship with Keller Bros Dodge began last year when my son, Ryan, who was driving a 1997 Pontiac TransAm, came to the realization that he was not going to be able to commute to Harrisburg for his last year of college in the TransAm. It was going to kill him financially in gas. He began researching what type of car that he wanted. He decided upon a Dodge Avenger. He found out that Keller Bros Dodge actually had one on the lot. We drove over and we were greeted immediately by JAYME ERB. He was fantastic. He listened to what Ryan wanted, he went over all the financing options that were available to him and in the end was able to come up with a payment that was within his budget. I have for the last year been researching cars, since I knew that I would need a new one eventually. I was driving an 11 year old Dodge Intrepid, which had begun to "nickel and dime me. New engine. New transmission. Body was good. I had my heart set on a Ford Focus/Fiesta. I could tell you everything about them. I had never test drove either of them. I had to put my house on the market and it sold in 3 days. I decided that I should go test drive them. I made arrangements with Jayme Erb to meet up and he would take me on a test drive. That morning, my other son, Joshua, suggest that I drive the Dart. It was love at first sight. I did test drive the Focus and decided that the Dart was for me. Now the fun part of financing. I have had my fair share of trials and tribulations this last year, including a daughter who was heavily involved with drugs, resulting in prison and now rehab. Thankfully, she is doing very well, but our family and my finances weren't. I was forced to sell my house. I did not think that I would be able to afford anything, what with all the credit card debt I had incurred trying to save my daughter. Jayme and his business manager, Tim Sauder, researched and within a hour had me approved for a loan. I picked the car up last Monday, November 11. I did have it back today to have the TST Paint Protector and Leather Protection applied. I haven't had any repairs as of yet, but, if they are as good as Jayme and Tim, then I am sure that I will have 5 stars for them also. I have to admit that this Dart is by far the most fun and most amazing car that I have ever had.

Within a few days, it had begun a severe engine miss. I bought a 2012 Dodge Power Wagon from Doug Vest, a salesman with Keller Bros. Doug came in on his day off to meet me, work around my busy schedule and assist me in any way possible, which I very much appreciated. Doug is a very calm simple salesman. He did not pressure me for any sale which made the buying experience much more enjoyable. After the enjoyable test drive we looked through the truck. Doug did not rush me or tell me to hurry up. He let me take my time and inspect everything until I was satisfied. Initially I was not set on buying which caused us to hit many snags. However, in the end everything was straightened out. The rates were good, so it was time to buy. Doug asked a favor of me, to write a review on Cars.com. I then asked him for a favor, to fill the 35 gallon gas tank which at the time of the test drive was close to empty. He told me that he was not sure. He said he might be able to get a half a tank for me. When all was said and done, Doug came to me and said "We filled it up for you!" I was shocked! Initially, he said maybe half. I was not expecting a full tank! Very well done Keller Bros! If you go, ask for Doug. As for the dealer itself, it is located just off of a busy road, which brings in a lot of customers. The driveway is very small which can make it hard for large vehicles to enter and exit. You have to be very alert for entering and exiting vehicles when either pulling out of the lot/pulling into the lot. There is no turning lane for the lot when in the south bound lane. Expand your entrance and exit, Keller Bros, *HINT HINT* You will bring in more customers. Keller Bros have a good selection of vehicles to which they are always swapping them out for new ones each month. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or newly used vehicle. They did not have older vehicles from what I saw. If you go at the end of the month, you can get a good deal so expect to buy. Also, make sure the manual is in the vehicle, There was not one in the vehicle I purchased. Overall, I have a positive and knowledgeable buying experience in the end.

From search to signing, Cal and the team at Keller Brothers Dodge made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Cal was a wonderful salesman. We had made an hour 1/2 trip to see the jeep we were interested in. I was hoping it was not going to be a wasted trip and we'd be able to take our new jeep home. My family an I were ready to get a new vehicle. After much research we went to Keller Brothers. I emailed them on Wednesday night, and by Thursday morning I received a reply, phone call and a chat online with a representative. After working together on Thursday, my family an I went to the dealership. There I met all of the great sales representatives and personally worked with Doug. Doug worked to meet our needs and stay within our strict budget. He was able to give us a great deal on the car that we went there for. I purchased my Dodge Avenger recently from Keller Brothers Dodge in Lititz, and this has been the best purchase experience I have ever had. Cal was very patient and enjoyable to work with. He told me about how his in-laws purchased a new Avenger from him 6 years ago, and how they still have it and enjoy it. When I asked about how many miles per gallon I can expect, he said about 30 for highway driving. Well, he was wrong, and I let him know that I am getting 33. I am very happy and will be back in the future for service and when the time comes, for a new car from him. This is a 1st run dealership, from Service to Sales. Thanks again Keller Brothers!

I have been a customer of Keller Bros for 28 years. I purchased my Dodge Avenger back in December of 2012. Cal Jurman and the entire staff couldn't have been more helpful. Tuesday , Oct 8th 2013, I had my car in for State Inspection and 4-wheel alignment. As usual, the service was exemplary. Keller Bros not only go out of their way to enable you to afford a car/truck, but their service after the sale is efficient,reasonable and courteous.I highly reccomend Keller Bros to anyone in the market to buy a car, new or certified pre-owned.

These people are wonderful! I just took ownership of a used Jeep that I've always wanted and absolutely love, thanks to Cal Jurman and Tim Bird. They are VERY product knowledgeable, patient with showing and explaining different vehicles and options that specifically fit your needs. Also very detailed in explaining ALL of the paperwork - which I appreciate. I left feeling great about my "new" vehicle - all questions answered - no worries. There are actually dealerships that are closer to our house, but my husband and I have previously referred friends and family to Keller Brothers- also happy customers! This last purchase was my first experience with Keller Bros Dodge in Lititz, being a Lititz native I'm not sure who I've let it allude me this long. Needless to say, it won't be my last purchase from them! My wife and I were completely blown away by the customer service we received, the facilities were nice, and the car/deal was amazing. Their online representation of the car was perfect, no wasted time, we knew what we were getting in for before stepping on the lot. 0 pressure from our great sales guy (Doug), he was very knowledgeable and patient. If you go in, I recommend asking for him you won't be dissapointed. While we closed on the deal and were waiting in the lobby we have numerous other sales guys and other staff sit and chat with us. My salesman was Dan Llanso. We quickly came to an agreeable price on my trade and a used truck. Both were slightly under book, but it evened out. They are low pressure sales people. When I left to go check out another vehicle before coming back, they didn't even ask for a deposit like many would do. After driving the truck a few days, it was evident that it had some cooling issues that would not have come up during a routine used vehicle inspection. They gladly took it in made all the correct repairs at no cost to me. The repairs would have been thousands if I would've had to pay. They really stood behind their word that the customer is always taken care of.

I sent in a request for more information on a 2008 Grand Caravan over the weekend, and even though you were closed, Cal got back to us, and offered us to come in on Monday, even though the van was just traded and not on their lot yet. We came in and looked at it, and when it was ready, on Tuesday, he called us and we came in and purchased it and we drove it home that day. All around excellent people, from the Sales Manager to the Business Manager, and we WILL be back when we are ready for another vehicle. A++++++++ Dealership!

5stars to Keller Brothers Dodge for their attention to detail when buying my new Charger. We met Sales Rep Jayme walking through the lot after hours this week. He gave us his card and we looked for him the next day to complete a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the cars available for sale and very enthusiastic. He answered all our questions. We negotiated a good price and a fair trade for my Nitro. I picked up my new Charger today.I've lived in multiple city's and bought cars from several different dealers. 5 Dodge/Chrysler products since 2000. I rate Keller Brothers Dodge at the top of their game.

This was the best car buying experience ever and I would highly recommend coming to see the amazing inventory at this Ddge store. First I was enthusiastically greeted by my sales person Cal Jurman, who assured me evrything possible would be done to make the buying process as easy and quick as possible. HE WAS RIGHT! The general manager, David Dickel & the finance manager Eric Beaner were able to get me an incredible finance rate!! better than my own bank & credit union offered....WOW!!! The sales Manager Kerry Kneisley gave me more than I expected for my trade, making my final deal even better than i hoped for!!! to top it all of Taylor, the girl at the check out even made it a pleasant experience making my deposit. When i came back to have the TST Paint sealant applied the recon manager Mike Peifer was very helpful with scheduling a pick up time & assuring me complete satisfaction with the finished product....wich I was indeed...WOW. You must go see this team of "CAR GUYS" it was a pleasure

As stated in my other review I recently bought a 2013 Challenger from Keller bros dodge but I felt Mike Peiffer, the recon manager, needed a review of his own. When I took delivery on my new car I was playfully giving my sales guy a hard time about some water spots on the car from when they washed it, Mike caught wind of it and took the car back to their detail shop and cleaned it to a sparkling shine! (and seriously I was just joking around) Not a spot on the the car when I left. Just a few days ago I dropped it off to have the TST applied to the car. I had noticed some very minor scratches on the hood the day after I got it home. Mike took care of the scratches and did a FANTASTIC job with the TST. I didn't think the car could look better then when I picked it up the first time but WOW! It's so shinny it almost glows rolling down the road now. Mike also took some time to sit down with me and answer some questions I had about taking care of my new pride and joy. As I stated before, everyone at keller bros dodge is great but Mike is a master of his craft and I thought he deserved a special shout-out for the work he did on my car. It looks amazing!

The experience I had at Keller Bros Dodge in Lititz, Pa was very impressive and a pleasure. Dan Llanso was my sales representative and he was a stand up guy throughout the process of my purchase. He was informative, respectful and professional from the time that I inquired about the vehicle online until I drove off the lot with the vehicle 3 days later. I even forgot to remove CDs from the changer in my trade, and he mailed them back to me. The entire staff at Keller Bros was enjoyable and pleasant as well. We also met and had conversations with Kerry Kneisley the sales manager and Eric Beaner the Business manager, and they were as friendly and helpful as Dan was. The dealerships willingness to help and the values that they displayed through their actions and showroom decor have made me a very satisfied customer and I would absolutely recommend Keller Bros. Dodge to friends and family; I would certainly look to purchase from them again in the future as well.

Vehicle had issues that were not clearly disclosed by salesman. Price had minimal flexibility. At time we did paperwork amount they were trying to charge me differed from the price agreed upon with the salesman and had to be corrected TWICE while we waited.

Jayme Erb, Jayme Erb, Jayme Erb.... What a great salesman...no he wasn't a salesman. He is someone who cares about long term relationships with his customers! I saw a post on cars.com and contacted via email. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Jayme. I couldn't get to the dealership until the weekend and so I asked him to send me pictures via text. Guess what......it was 8pm and he went out and took pictures of the Chevy Silverado from all angles! Made it easy for me to make a decision. I decided to show up unannounced 2 days later. Jayme was off but came in because I was there. Absolutely amazing! He made me feel comfortable, didn't play games and was honest throughout my whole experience. I can't make a better recommendation than I am for Jayme. Not only was he great but everyone at Keller Dodge greeted me and treated me as if I was family. I have been to dealers before and if the sales guy didn't have you as a customer they wouldn't look at you! Thank Jayme! My family and I will drive 3 hours without hesitation to work with you! All around good experience for purchasing a car. There was a little haggling about pricing, not for the vehicle they were selling, but for my trade in. However, this didn't sour the experience. It ended up being a deal that both parties were happy with and I have a new to me 2012 Jeep that I am thrilled with. Cal Jurman was excellent in being an advocate for me as a buyer. All in all a good experience.

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Ram Power Wagon from Keller Bros. It was a great experience. They were very helpful. Vanessa Ortiz (AKA.. Power Wagon Queen) and Cal Jurman were Great. I just purchased a used Chevy Silverado from Keller Bros. Dodge. The service was wonderful! Dan took me for a test drive. He is a very honest and kind gentleman! Cal assisted me with the transaction and was very attentive and made sure to tell me he appreciated my patience (a busy Monday). He also made sure I had non-stop cold beverages (was 92 degrees). Bill assisted me with finalization of the sale. He was friendly and made sure he explained everything to me in detail. He also took time to talk on a personal level. I never felt rushed or like I was being a bother. I thought I would have to return the next day with a driver...but Cal quickly offered (before I even asked) to have couriers drive the truck home for me! The couriers were very kind and patient even though I took them the looooong way home. Thank you all so very much for making my experience so enjoyable and the transaction so easy! I had the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. There were no pressure sales and they did not try to get me into a car I couldn't afford. Doug Vest was the salesman we worked with and he was absolutely great. I went to 5 different dealerships in the Lancaster Area to look for my New Truck, But none of them had the perfect truck with all the features i wanted. That didnt stop Jayme Erb from getting me into my new vehicle. Jayme researched and found my perfect vehicle in New York. I contacted Cal after finding the car I wanted on line. Because of previous plans I was not able to test drive the car for 5 days; with a small deposit arranged over the phone, Cal held the car till Monday when I was able to give it a test drive. My wife hopped in the back seat and said 'buy it' after along 15 second wait. After driving it home to NJ (about 75 miles), I found a few minor problems with the car, called Cal, and was PROMPTLY called by the service manager. I explained that I would take it to my mechanic (whom I have used for the past 23 years) for the once over. My mechanic looked it over (got a thumbs up on the car) and gave me a reasonable price to replace the 2 oxygen sensors and told him to take care of it. I spoke to the service manager who agreed with the diagnostic and price. I sent the invoice to the service manager and got a check about 5 days later in the mail. No problems, they did what they said they would do. When I have to purchase another vehicle, I will go back. Thanks for a great car.

I'm quite skeptical when it comes to buying a used car and I never liked the task. After shopping for about a month's worth of used cars, I happened to find a 2000 Honda Civic online with everything that I was looking for and more. This car was for sale at Keller Bros. Dodge in Lititz, PA. This 12 yr old car is a real gem and the test drive was just the same. These folks were very friendly throughout the car shopping / buying experience. I did find some problems on this car but they were really good in making things right. My wife & I bought this Red Honda Civic on Valentine's Day for our daughter, for driving back & forth to college. Our daughter is thrilled about it and she didn't even drive it yet. Keller Bros Dodge in Lititz, PA gave us a great shopping experience.

I found a car listed on cars.com at Keller Bros. that looked like what I wanted. It was used but didn't have very many miles on it. But they are nearly 70 miles away and I didn't want to drive there and be disappointed. I talked to Jayme Erb and he provided all the details and assured me that the car, a Chrysler 300 was in excellent condition. I made the trip and the car was everything he said it would be. Now comes the worst part, the negotiation....No not here. It was a pleasant experience and we agreed on a fair price, one that we were both satisfied with. This is my third car that I've purchased from Keller Brothers Dodge in Lititz and I've always been very satisfied with the quality of their cars as well as their service. If they promise you something it will definitely be done on time. They go out of their way to make sure the buying experience is as painless as possible and provide you with many options to finance your purchase. They take you by the hand and lead you through the entire process and explain everything in detail. I just purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart there and Jayme Erb, my sales person, thoroughly answer all my questions as well as helped me to set up the bluetooth option for my cell phone, program the radio, show me all the controls, computer sub menus, etc to navigate all around the quite exentive computer options on the car. I'm sure I'll have more questions but I know they will be there to help me right away with any of my concerns. I've always been very happy with the quality of service and workmanship of their mechanics. They are well versed on all aspects of every vehicle they make. I would highly recommend Keller Brothers to anyone interested in buying a new or quality used car.

Jayme showed me an awesome Dodge Dart Rallye, with great features and we went on an extensive test drive. He then took me down the road to a sister Keller Brothers Ford dealer to test drive a Fusion. Car shopping is usually not a pleasant experience, but Keller Bros. staff is definitely the exception to the rule. Everyone at this dealership was wonderful, especially our salesman Cal Jurman. We travelled over 150 miles from northern NJ to purchase a vehicle-that says a lot for them! I would recommend Keller Bros, to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used.

The dealership sales and service personnel were very friendly and courteous. We had a personal issue come up and the salesman and sales manager instantly helped us. We were tremendously grateful for their willingness to resolve our personal issue. Everyone involved were very helpful and accommodating. It was very nice to deal with sales people that know their product. The dealership facilities are very dated, but renovations are on the way. But the personnel is the most important and they were all great. Very happy to be dealing with this dealership.

The sales team at Keller Bros Dodge is extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me find the truck I wanted which was quite rare. They worked hard to get us to a payment we could afford and gave us generous trade allowances. They were honest and upfront through the whole process. I have worked around car sales and service most of my working life and I am familiar with the games a lot of dealers play. I am happy to report the staff at Keller Bros Dodge do not play games, they were not pushy. They listened to our requests of vehicle options and price range and did not try to get us to settle for anything else.The whole experience was quite pleasant and refreshing. We had looked at no less than a half a dozen other dealers and vehicles and Keller Bros by far has treated our family with the most courtesy and respect. While they did not have exactly what we wanted on their lot they did work with another dealer to have the unit we wanted delivered to their location. Once the vehicle arrived they quickly prepped it for sale and set up our delivery appointment.We will definitely use Keller Bros again for future vehicle needs. I highly recommend giving them a shot.
