One of the better dealerships I've dealt with. I am a little frustrated with the fact we were made to believe the price of the vehicle would come down a little bit since we were putting money down but my own fault for not looking at the paperwork and final numbers before signing. Once viewing after the fact, the dealership didn't meet us anywhere with dropping the price. Also driving over 2 hours to purchase this vehicle, we don't exactly get use of all the benefits from purchasing from this specific dealership so I thought that might have been taken into play in reflection of vehicle price. Then realizing the antenna was broken which is why the radio barely works after we got home. Again, my fault. Good dealership but still a dealership and looking for business overall. Would recommend but also do your due diligence in thoroughly reviewing everything. Lesson learned for sure. I have since reached out to the response below and received nothing back. **Update. Spoke with a manager weeks ago. Still have no spare key or returned phone call. Unfortunately, seems this dealership is just like any other.

I had a great time there we spent nearly a week there trying to make up my mind. They were patient and didn't try to force me to buy. Very happy with the service! And love my new car! Round 2! The experience at Kelley Chevrolet is just that an Experience. I am a repeat customer for many reasons but the biggest of them all is how personal they are. I have worked with the same Salesman Roger Ahr twice now. Roger takes the time to listen and really find exactly what I am looking for. I got the opportunity to work a little with the Manager as well and he is extremely kind and great to work with. The whole team at Kelley is just wonderful. Other salesman are just as excited about your deal as your personal salesman. I will be back. My Trailblazer is top notch and I am so excited to see where it takes me!

The vehicle is as advertised and their service department did a nice job detailing it and getting it ready. They also coordinated shipping and it went like clockwork. I worked with Stacy at the Lima Road Service shop and it was the worst experience of my life. She was impossible to get a hold of. She had my car for an entire 2 days before she contacted me to tell me what was wrong with it and she also decided to call me at 9 at night when she did call. I called three or four times and left one voicemail the first day to get a hold of her. When I could not reach her I drove to the shop and when in and she said I could take my car and bring it back Monday to hear back from my warranty company. When I went to get into my car the WHOLE ENTIRE FLOOR IN THE BACK SEAT WAS TAKEN OUT AND NOTHING WAS PUT BACK TOGETHER!! I told her to keep my car until Monday and I would come back and get it. Come back Monday and my warranty company would not pay for the part so I decided to find a different rate. When I got back into my car the floor was still COMPLETELY torn apart and nothing was put back together. Some guy came out and put it back together for me and apologized and told me he would call me the next day with an explanation why it was not put back together. No call the next day.. No call ever. I paid 92.00 for my diagnosis and took it to another transmission shop which said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my trans and it is my engine. And Kelly Chevrolet wanted to charge me 1200.00 for a trans part I do not even need. And Stacy asked me 6 or 7 times to let them put in a new battery for over 200.00 dollars and I kept telling her no I could get it cheaper somewhere else (Walmart 115.00) but she kept trying to push me and push me. I am so unhappy and should have asked other people because when I told them my experience here they are said the same thing! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have never written a review in my life, I usually let things go but this is just absolutely ridiculous. If you want a timely response or a response at all.. DO NOT COME HERE!

Our truck buying experience was actually fun and easy. Our Salesman, Steve Croy, actually made it a fun and painless experience. He was extremely helpful and always available for questions/concerns etc. He definitely made the difference. We walked onto the lot for the first time just 'browsing' - not really intending to buy anything this soon but he made the process smooth and enjoyable. He made all the difference in the sale and I will definitely recommend him to my friends/family! Our Finance guy, Brandon, was also great. I was very pleased with Kelley Chevrolet. My one complaint was that I was not told until I asked about the 3559 miles on the Equinox that I leased that the vehicle has been a "loaner" vehicle. I am wondering abouthow this will affect the warranty. Otherwise, the experience was a good one. The salesman, Roger was very nice and knowledgeable and the finance manager, Brandon was nice. the facility was very nice.

Kelly Chevrolet people I dealt with were professional, courteous, and on time! My only complaint is that in general, the staff was not well acquainted with the Chevy Volt. One of the guys (sorry, I forgot his name) did take time to explain how everything worked inside on the dash, and that was very helpful, but he seemed to be the only one that new much about the Volt. In general, I would suggest that everyone take more training in selling the volt. It is an awesome vehicle that Chevy should be very proud of. It is the way of the future!!!! So far, I Love my Volt!

I would purchase a car from them again. For the most part it was an easy process. Looked at 2 cars and found the one I wanted. The only thing was that the sales manager was a little pushy. I know that you are less likely to get the sale when the customer leaves. However, I wanted to leave due to the pushiness. Cars are expensive and I hope to have my car for 7-9 years. I felt like I was pressured to pick a car from the sales manager after driving one car and looking at a second car.

You kept my car for 3 weeks, my bill doubled after another thing was found by Service person Tyler, and said I had to have new brakes and rotors at another $405. I asked Tyler if they would price match the brake work he said no. I had surgery and was devastated by cost and borrowed the money. If GM office in Detroit would have not helped I don't know What I would have done. I am 62 bought at least 6 vehicles from you in my lifetime and had all service done there, and disappointed at the outcome. I did get a very nice loaner for the 3 weeks, and GM helped with the bill since the truck had less them 24K mile on it, and the work needed should not have happened until 50K miles.

He was very helpful finding a vehicle that matched our wishes, took us for a test drive, and kept in touch as a vehicle was promptly acquired from another dealer. I never felt pressured during the buying process, which I appreciated. When our new car arrived at Kelley, Craig did a great job of explaining the car's features. I took my car to get serviced because the hard plastic on the side of the seat was broken and I picked it up only to find that they had ripped & torn the leather on my seat. When I told him about it he blamed it me stating I may have done it because of the hard plastic & I know it was not like that when I dropped my car off. I was very upset.

I felt as if the way I was spoken to at this dealership was due to me being a woman. I know a fair share about vehicles and I felt like I was being spoken down to for my car issue. Also, I was told that this dealership offered a credit card to make payments and when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car and pay, I was told they do not. I prefer to bring my car to this dealership and will in the future, but this experience was not the best I've had at Kelley Chevrolet. I hope to have a better experience next time.

They had a vehicle in that we were interested in. We showed up checked it out and test drove it. The salesman, Kevin Turner was very helpful. We told him we were tight on time that day and we'd like to purchase it and be back for it the next day. We showed up the following day and found Kevin Turner. He ran numbers and did paper work for us. Ran into problems with numbers not being in our price range. He then went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle in the price range we could afford!!!! the service group couldnt find my service service which was schuled three weeks priot. i got two email confirmations and they didnt have the it on schedule when I got there,. it was normal maintence schedule and I dont know if the tires were rotated so Now I think I have to go back and get that done. t The service guy said it would take 45 min to get done he didnt say that it was going to take over an hour to start this oil change. this is the slowest oil change I have ever had. Two hours i was waiting and 7 other customers were completed before i was completed.

She told me more about the car and I said I'm definitely coming in tomorrow and I'm interested in any other cars that are similar to this. She then sent my info to Andrew and told me to ask for him when I got there. When we got there, Andrew started talking about other cars. I told him I just wanted to see the one that I came in for first. He had no idea what I was talking about and showed me the text Christie sent him. She did not tell him that I had originally inquired about a certain car. Instead she asked him to find me a car with what I was asking for. Sadly, I find out that the car I was there for was just sold. If the communication was better, someone could have informed me and saved me a lot of drive time. Then, the next day I receive a text from Andrew saying that the car was back on the market because they decided to buy a different car. I didn't rush in but I did go in that day to look at it. I look at the outside and then I start to look at the inside... I realize the color of the interior was different. I asked Andrew how many miles and what the price was. Turns out this is the wrong car. Not the car I had originally inquired about. The car I had inquired about was still sold... That night we found another car I would be interested in except it's about $1,000 above what I would like to pay but understood because of the miles it has on it. We figure out when we could go in to see it at Kelley Chevrolet on Lima Road and asked to please be notified if it's sold before we can come in. We go in to see it and test drive it with only about one hour left of when they're open. We like it but we don't have $500 to put down to hold it. Afraid it would sell before we can come back in to do paperwork, we hurry up and do everything right then and there. We left with the car. Realized afterwards that we left with a car that had no gas in it. Then the next day, I realize this car doesn't have cruise control. Because the car I traded in for this car didn't have cruise control, I was really looking forward to having it in my new car especially since I do a lot of highway driving. Being rushed, I overlooked it. In fact, as I think about it, Andrew never talked about the perks that this car has. He didn't talk about the perks of the wrong car he showed me either. I also didn't like how there wasn't any protection on the floors of the car. It was snowing and we all got in with wet feet. Floor mats were in the trunk and no plastic was laid down. Very disappointing. But not for them because another car was sold... Don't ever rush. You may end up with something you really don't want...

When I walked into the dealership I was warmly welcomed. The facility itself was very impressive and so was the sales process. Tom Kelley helped design the car that would be perfect for my husband. The car was delivered even sooner than promised and was the perfect combination of color and accessories. When picking up the vehicle, a very knowledgeable young man by the name of Coleman Geiger, very patiently went through the vehicle with my husband. we traveled 400 miles to visit family and just thought we would cruise the lot. See, we have been looking to buy a 2-3 y/o Tahoe for more than a year now and that impulsive decision to cruise their lot was the best we could have made. We were first met by our salesman Kevin who not only made us feel like the only customers on their lot; and believe me it was a busy day, he dedicated his time to helping us find the vehicle we had searched for over a year to find. We spent seven hours with the Kelley family and it was most definitely worth it. I can't explain in words what they, the whole team, did to make it possible for us to drive our newly purchased vehicle home. As we were preparing to depart I knew something just wasn't to my satisfaction with the vehicle. Nothing major; only a slight squeak in a belt. I walked into the service dept where I was kindly met by Staci, the service manager, who followed suit with making us feel as family, again. Staci and her crew not only replaced the squeaking belt; but also the serpentine belt too, just because it was the right thing to do. As we were waiting on our repair I was introduced to the General Manager, Chuck Kelley. Chuck took thirty minutes to genuinely listen to our pleasurable experience at his servant dealership. Never, never, have we ever been treated so kindly at a dealership. Central and northern Indiana has the greatest dealership in their geographical area that anyone looking for a vehicle should visit. THANK YOU KELLEY CHEVROLET!! Servant service is still alive !! Oh, and I didn't mention Mark who spoke with me, on the phone, for thirty + minutes explaining to me the process of buying a fleet vehicle I was interested in for my fire dept and he did this on his Saturday off from work. I just want to let you all know that my experience at the new Kelley location behind Costco was excellent. MY salesman Adam Williams listened to my issues with logistics and came up with a no cost solution for me. I facilitated the purchase of a car for my son away at college at IU. His car was no longer operational and he couldn't get back home to pick up his new car. After checking into things, Adam offered that Kelley drive my sons car to him at school. This was huge burden taken off of me and my wife Adam also updated me on the repair that was being made to the vehicle until it was done. Adam and the staff were curtious and professional and made the transaction very easy

Had a scheduled appointment for a oil change waited for over an hour and my car had not even been serviced supposedly it was a communication issue and it was sitting outside in the finish lot. Then when it was serviced the pressure in the tires was not checked and I'm not even sure if the oil was changed. All I got was a sorry for the wait and still pay the full price for the service after waiting hour and half. Will NOT be returning to kelly for oil change or any other services.

If you buy a car newer than ten years old they will send you useless paperwork to attempt to register, and put plates, on it, They try to skip a NECESSARY step, and you will have to return the paperwork and hope they get it right on the second attempt (I'm hoping it works, but have doubts). They now have to give me another temporary tag- if they try to charge me for this I will have a serious problem with this, since it was their mistake that has been known by the state of Indiana since 1989 - long time for them to still be trying to save a few dollars by skipping a necessary step in the titling process (Michigan Secretary of State said they see this on a regular basis on vehicles purchased in Indiana). If you are a Michigan resident, buy your vehicle in Michigan

Well, still disappointed that it cost me $205 for a battery replacement...that was with several discounts applied. I thought since my battery was still under warranty, it would be free. Not so, it's a pro-rated warranty so it would have cost me more to use that pricing that buy a new one outright. Just had my car in for other service work a few weeks earlier and then my battery went bad. My original factory battery was replaced April 2010, lasted 6 years and the replacement, a supposedly much better battery, lasted only 4 years. That's why I was surprised that was the problem.

A bit of confusion on coupon I had in the after hours drop box envelope that didn't make it to checkout. I showed coupon on my phone or would not have gotten discount. "Have to have a copy of the coupon or can't do it." from checkout person, although, she didn't have a printed copy, only what I showed her on my phone. decided to not do the $3,000 to $3,200 suggested repair work (timing chains, on a car with $69K miles???). Thought was going to get a printed estimate when picking up car, called back when I didn't have it. Had to leave a message on someone's phone who was working on this particular Saturday. No returned phone call. Called following Monday about the estimate and was told it was on billing paperwork. Was just a line with $ amount. Thought it would be a regular estimate which listed parts, labor, etc. Decided to forgo doing that expensive of a repair job. Got a second opinion from a reputable friend and was told it wasn't necessary to do it as it was not causing any problems. Having second thoughts about continuing to have Kelley Chev work on my vehicle.

Was disappointed I couldn't get my tires rotated at the same time and especially couldn't get the package price. I work until 4:30 p., so the earlist I can ever get there through the week is 4:40 and don't like going out there on Saturdays as the traffic is so attrocious on Lima Road where you moved. Now I have to go back again or go somewhere else, very inconvenient.

He was upfront that he would let me know what the issue was before doing anything and also that he may not get to it that day. I get my EQ serviced there and appreciate the car wash at that time. Same service I get on my Trailblazer. Fortunately the Trailblazer was bought at Kelly unfortunately the EQ wasn't. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Also, I can tell that the lady who I paid for the service is very uncomfortable sitting right by the door. It is really cold or hot as the weather goes. I suggest that the lady should sit right outside the lounge area so we don't have to walk across the floor until we have paid our bill. She should also be enclosed in an office area. It is really noisey sitting there.

My car repair went as planned. However, I noticed the smell of stale smoke, and found a cigarette butt on the floor of my car. I can't prove it was done at the dealership, but I do not smoke and my car has never been smoked in! Please call this to the attention of the service staff.

Love the initial FREE oil change for purchasing a new vehicle. Your new location is a little confusing - the sign points to Service however, there should be another sign to show where to turn. Very confusing after getting into the garage-I waited in line at the desk, then was told to go over to the office and have a seat. After that, Phil provided directions to the lounge and oil change was completed quickly. Everyone at Kelley was very friendly and helpful. You have a very nice new facility.

I recently (2/27/14)took my town and country van to Kelly's for the steering wheel shaking and came away with new brakes,rotors and a new hub bearing.not to mention they tried to get me to replace my rear hub bearing also! After all of this was replaced and my pocket was $900 lighter I was told I would need to go to the tire shop to buy a new tire to correct the problem that brought me to them in the first place.I asked them to keep my old parts for me to see and when I picked up my van the rotor and greasy hub bearing were laying directly on my carpet with nothing under it!

We went to Kelley years ago and the sales people then wouldn't give us the time of day. This time when we went in, Adam Williams helped us. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in helping us get our new vehicle. When our original choice was outside our initial budget he worked to find an acceptable vehicle and then had it brought in from out of state for us. I am incredibly happy with the entire experience and will definitely go back to Adam if we purchase another GM vehicle and I will refer anyone who asks about Kelley and Adam.

Kelly Chevrolet got us in right away on our Volt problem. The gas flip panel was not working right and was causing a problem.They take personal concern when working on the car. My appointment for 12/11/13 was scheduled properly, service performed within the time expected, and my truck was washed when I picked it up. Also, having a "loaner" vehicle for the day that had similar attributes as my vehicle being serviced (just newer) was a nice touch. Thank you...2014 Silverados are sweet! All in all, I think Kelley is doing what they need to do to erase the common perception of dealerships over-charging for average service. I believe that Kelley's provides a great automotive service at a reasonable price. Kelley's Service Tech's are trained, very experienced, & will do the job right. My salesman Scott Dwyer was very helpful and courteous. Even being a GM employee myself he treated me like I was any other customer. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and taken care of. Caril was very helpful in helping the process along while Scott was trying to balance himself between myself and another one of his customers that had come back. Caril went along for the test drive and took care of getting gas so Scott could provide excellent customer service to both of his customers at the same time. It was obvious they worked as a team regardless of who was getting the commission.

Purchased a used T&C Minivan. Within 48 hours after the purchase the check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealer the next day and they told me what the codes were, in particular an unspecified Transmission Module code. The reset the code and the light came back on within about the same 48 hours. I took the vehicle to another repair shop and they then sent it to Summit Transmission who is now saying the transmission needs to be rebuilt. Purchased a used T&C Minivan. Within 48 hours after the purchase the check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealer the next day and they told me what the codes were, in particular an unspecified Transmission Module code. The reset the code and the light came back on within about the same 48 hours. I took the vehicle to another repair shop and they then sent it to Summit Transmission who is now saying the transmission needs to be rebuilt. Talked to the sales person and Kelly's stance is that the car is sold 'as is' and there is NOTHING they'll do about it at this point.

I called Kelley Chevrolet in Ft. Wayne about 2 cars that we were interested in looking at and that they had for sale and where we were coming from. One of the cars was at the State Street location and the other car was at one of their other dealerships. The person I talked to (Mia) told me that they could get the car from the other location and bring to their State Street location if I could let them have a 2-2 1/2 hour time frame to get the car there. We arrived after the 2 1/2 hour suggested time frame and to our surprise, the car at their State Street location had sold (we never got a phone call telling us that) and they never brought the other car to the State Street location. Jason called the other location to see if their driver could bring it over, but he/she wasn't available. There were numerous other salesmen sitting next to us who weren't doing anything but staring at us while we were dealing with Jason. Why couldn't one of them go get it? After all, what would a business do for customer service?!We told them of our frustration with this and the miles we drove to see these vehicles and all we got is "I understand your frustration". No he didn't. With all the miscommunication we experienced from this dealership, we asked if this would be how we would be treated if we decided to deal with them. Of course he said, "Oh no, it wouldn't be like this at all, but if we bought the car they would deal with this issue". He kept pushing us to decide about the other car, whether we would sign today. We said no, we would have to see/drive the car and talk about numbers first.We had to drive over to the other dealership, which took more than the 15 minutes that we were told it would take, to see a vehicle that had allot of scratches on the rear, the front left headlight looked like it had been replaced and water marks on the rear passenger door, scratches and water mark on the driver inside door panel, otherwise we like the color and drive ability of the car, but leery that it had been in a front end accident or possibly rear end issues.We told them that we were not interested in the car and were asked if they "knocked" off a couple of hundred dollars if we would buy it. We said, "No"...what if we fixed the scratches? "No". Quite pushy in our opinion. They questioned us about the statement that we wanted a mechanic to look at the vehicle before purchasing. No positive comment was made by them.We wouldn't recommend them.

Last week I called the Kelly Chevrolet parts department because the window clamps that I had purchased from them had broken shortly after I had them installed. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I spoke with the parts manager and he said that the parts shouldn't have broken, especially that fast. He said that if I had the receipt that they would replace them under warranty and they did. Originally I had Deluxe Glass install the new window clamps so Kelly Chevrolet wasn't technically responsible for the cost of reinstalling them. I spoke with the service department manager and explained that the GM window clamps which I had purchased from them had broken and that I was disappointed that I was going to have to pay for the labor again. I decided that I would have their service department install them this time so that the parts and installation would be warranted. As it turned out, the service department took the car back to Deluxe Glass and Deluxe Glass installed the clamps free. Thank you Kelly Chevrolet Service Department and Deluxe Glass, you did the honorable thing by listening to the customer, replacing the parts and not charging for the labor. Kudos to you! I only hope that the clamps last this time.

I had my Dale Jr car in for some routine maintenance and repairs. They treated my baby as their very own. Went above and beyond to order the specific parts and kept us updated on the progress. The gentlemen we dealt with had the utmost patience with us as I am sure we at times were obsessive compulsive! Everything went exactly as they promised even with the problems that arose. Even thoh we are still waiting for some minor things to be done, we have never been disappointed with the employees or service. Thank you Walt and Chris at Kelly Chevrolet!! Had trouble years ago and said I would never buy from Kelley Chevrolet. I Purchased my first vehicle a year ago from Kelley thru Kevin Turner .Excellent! was looking again and this time dealt with Adam Williams ,again Wow super job. I also dealt with Amos ( Lee) .He went beyond with finding me a Great finance package. I will be in the market within 24 to 36 months and will go back to Kelley again. Great Job Guys!

I took my car in for an oil change and ended up paying $600 for repairs that are still not fixed. My brakes still squeak. There is still a noise coming from the back of the car. I was told I could not replace one tire at a time and needed to get 2. Very unhappy with the results.

My wife and I had our heart set on a 2014 redesigned Impala. Although Kelley did not have one with the colors and options we were looking for in stock, they went to work finding for one through their dealer network. Jeff Myers, Sales Manager, and Gene Albers, Internet Sales, went to work finding exactly what we wanted. This was not an easy task since this particular vehicle was rather scarce. We also had a deadline since we wanted the car in time for an out of state trip. Gene promised he would make that happen, and he did. We picked the car up on our way out of town and Gene even made sure our luggage was transferred to the new car for us. This is our third purchase from Kelley and I don't see any reason to shop anywhere else. The price is right, staff is there for the customer, and past service experience has been excellent. Oh, and the new Impala. This is a quantum leap for Chevrolet. We love it. Watch out Japan. There is a bear in the woods and he's coming after you.

I went in for oil change and was treated very courteously. Honored a coupon from Kelley Buick. In January I purchased a Chevy 2010 Silvarado truck. Steve, the salesperson was very helpful in finding the right truck for me. He came in early before leaving for vacation to show me the truck before I purchased it. In the spring I had a problem with door panel. Chuck took me to body shop and they solved the problem. The person who did the after market automatic windows and door locks forgot to put in the screws. This was taken care of in 20 minutes and I was on my way. He also checked the other door to make sure it was okay, and it was. Delightful people to deal with.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Kelley Chevrolet. They are more then helpful from start to finish!!! I was recently divorced and my Chevy Trailblazer got totaled due to a teenager texting and driving. I wasn't sure if I was able to do the buying processes alone. Everyone that I talked to at this dealership was so friendly and positive I knew this was the place I would be buying another vehicle. I just had my equinox in the shop today to take care of the recall and get an oil change. I asked Walt Royer if they could also try and fix a zipper on my back seat and how much it would be. He said it would be covered under warranty and he would get that ordered. I never expected a ZIPPER to be covered. They also were ready to take me back to my house with their wonderful shuttle service. The gentleman was so kind and a great driver. I usually can't ride with anyone due to motion sickness. Had to problem with his driver. They must really take care when they are hiring drivers :) I would recommend this dealership to the world!!! Thank you Kelley's for doing an outstanding job!!!!!! P.S. --- The coffee is always good and hot!! :)

I always take my Hyundai Accent into the service department for oil changes. They are very kind and call me at work when it is complete. The service area is clean and the men are very friendly. On 4/26/13 my 2003 Tahoe had to be towed to Kelley Chevrolet for starter not shutting off when trying to start. The first issue was the wrecker dept. it would not answer their phone and we had to call back and request another tow service. This went fine, but after receiving our vehicle at their facility we were informed our battery had to be replaced first before they could go any farther in checking out any further. Our battery was not that old. It was an AC Delco 6-7 year which I informed them at that time and questioned why it was not prorated to a new battery. We were told we had to return to original dealer purchased and deal with them even though a AC Delco 4 yr. battery was being put in its place. This costs us much more than it should have had it been prorated. Then we were told the wiring harness just replaced less than 6 months earlier went out again, at least the expense was covered. While there we asked to have mechanic look at windshield washer tank that was leaking big time in our garage every time we filled it, even though it was not being used. When we received our vehicle back they had not bothered to check it out. They said they forgot and didn't bother to go back and check out, so we still have the same issue as before and don't know what is causing it we were told to check it out ourselves. Usually I don't have issues like this but this whole incident was a trying time to say the least. I have since taken my battery back to where I purchased only to be told since I already purchased a new battery, they couldn't help. Now I am left trying to deal directly with AC Delco which I have after taking long phone conversations and questions as to why Kelley Chevrolet did not honor the proration as they should have in the first place since the are a AC Delco parts dealer My usual service manager Walt Royer was not there when this happened and someone else had to fill in for him, I must say the service was not as good as we usually get when vehicle is repaired. Some of the service was okay and at least towing and wiring parts were at least covered, but the battery issue was and still is a nightmare. I will still continue to take my vehicle to Kelley Chevrolet for service, but this incident has really been upsetting to say the least and it is something they need to address internally.

I just bought the truck a couple of months ago. I had let it sit for a couple of weeks and when I went to start it the battery was dead. Since it was on the weekend I called the roadside assistance program, which resulted in them coming out and jumping the truck. I let it run for about 15 min. then shut it off and tested it. It started. Later that evening when I again tried to start it, it was dead once again. I waited until Monday morning and called Kelley Chevrolet. I was put in touch with Walt, and was told that he would arrange to have the truck picked up and brought to the shop to have it checked out. Within an hour the truck was loaded up and taken away. Around 11:40 that same morning Walt called to inform me that the battery had a bad cell in it and that Kelley had replaced it. He then asked if I needed a ride to pick up the truck, which I did not. How can anyone in their right mind complain about service like that? Thank You and Please keep up the good work! Dick Miller

I will keep this as simple as possible. I took my Chevy HHR in for an oil change. I got there but wasn't sure where to go and I walked in the wrong entrance, someone greeted me right away and pointed me in the right direction. Once I got to the garage for the oil change I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Everyone at this store is very nice and extremely helpful. It also helped that the oil change was pretty cheap for an oil change, and it was done very timely too. The waiting room is very nice and has comfortable chairs to sit it. This is a great place to get any service like this done.

On 4/8 I called to get a schedule for an oil change for 4/9. Service manager said they were too booked up on 4/9, but they had an opening right now if I could come in. Stated it would take about 45 minutes. It took over 2 hours - other clients were coming and going, while I continued to wait. Finally, the cashier called me up to pay for the service - she had to explain that they had used the wrong oil for the oil change and had to drain and re-do the service. 1) This should have been explained to me as soon as they realized it. 2) Should not have put this off to the cashier - that is the service manager's job 3) No consideration was given, no discount, no gift card for future service. This is my work vehicle, I lost my lunch hour plus an hour of work to get this done. Something which they said they could do right away, and would take 45 minutes.

My daughter works for the dealership and her boyfriends brother, Chris Homan was my service writer. He did an excellent job letting us know what was wrong and what was necessary to fix the problem. I was given a brand new Chevy Silverado that morning as a loaner vehicle, but it never left the driveway because my car was done before I had to go into work that evening. Kelly Cheverolet did a great job on my most recent visit to the service department. We bought a 2013 Malibu from the dealer close to a year ago and we were getting a warning light concerning the vehicle's braking system. I made an appointment through the service department and arrived early that morning and stayed at their location. Their lounge is fairly good sized with comfortable lounge chairs, a big screen tv, a seperate children's play area, with plenty of free popcorn and coffee. I also found that they provided free wireless internet that I did not have to ask for to connect to so I could get some work done while I waited. After staying for about an hour or so, the service department rep. (Chris) let me know what was wrong with the vehicle(wire short) and that they were continuing to work on the problem. I was glad to see that they do not just leave you sitting in the waiting area without any clue that someone is indeed working on your vehicle. Unfortunately, there were some difficulties finding the short(as to be expected) and they decided instead of having me wait at the dealership, they would immediately send me home in a rental car with no cost to me! I live out of town from Fort Wayne and would have had to make some additional arrangements to get home if my car had not been available. Kudos to the service department for making it their problem and not mine. They truly showed me the meaning of customer service. Needless to say the short was found and car was ready for me early the next day. Great job to my service department rep., Chris, and his fellow employees. I was impressed!

After an Oil Change and on my home, my Driver Information Center (DIC) lit up with a "HOOD OPEN" Warning. Looking at the hood from the driver's seat while driving, the hood seemed closed. After arriving home and opening and closing the hood several times to alleviate the warning without success, I called Andy at Kelley Service and he set up an appointment immediately for the following work day. Josh handled the work order and kept me informed on numerous occasions as the complaint was being analyzed. The problem was a faulty "Latch Assembly/Sensor" creating the warning on the DIC. The repair was done in a timely and professional manner. A Car Wash was awarded to my 2010 Chevrolet Silverado and I was on my way. Chuck Kelley needs to be very proud of all facets of his organization, from the lowest person to the highest ('cause I have worked with the majority of them), they are all courteous, everyone greets, and all seemed to be pleased in providing the best possible sales & service possible to meet people's expectations!!

First, a quick phone call to my salesman, Adam, was all it took to get my service scheduled. Then on the day of my appointment, Matt checked me in and provided excellent service. He called me by name and verified the service I was having done when he greeted me, which caught me off guard and was a warm, pleasant surprise. Then the shuttle driver, Cliff, greeted me within minutes and said he would warm up the van and would be waiting just outside whenever I was ready. He was a delight to chat with on the way to work. The girl who checked me out was pleasant, smiling, and asked if I had had a nice day. Lastly, I wish I had gotten the young man's name who delivered my car to me in the parking lot after I paid my bill. He was friendly, smiling, and even told me he had turned on the heat for me to get it warmed up. What a wonderful example of service from everyone I encountered! Thank you!!

I ordered my 2010 Cheverolet Equinox new and was told it would take 60 days to arrive - Well it took about 6 mos. Once I got it I was very excited and really enjoyed all the bells and whistles the car offers. Less than 6 mos. after I received the new car it started having engine problems. At first they couldn't figure out what was wrong, when we took it back again, they told us it had a broken timing chain and replaced it. After that it was all down hill. In the last 2 years I've had two timing chains that broke and were replaced, the entire engine had to be replaced, thermostat replaced, etc., etc. Since I bought my car brand new in 2010 we've had to take it in 7 times to get something fixed or replaced, not to mention having it completely stop running on hwy 69 at night in the rain. Hopefully you now understand my poor ratings above. I typically don't take the time to write a review, but hopefully this will help someone else from making the same mistake I did.

1991 Honda Prelude had been eating through oil more than it should so I took it in and had them run a dye-test so they could diagnose the cause. Unfortunately for me there were so many places it was leaking oil they recommended me to Import Doctors. Though this is bad news, they were great about it (I know it sounds weird, but I would rather the blunt, honest truth than sugar-coating and leading me in the wrong direction). Phil was open and honest about the status of my car and that he didn't have the tools to do the job right; he looked out for me and told me how to best address my issue instead of how to best address his wallet. Phil even went a step above and beyond and, since my car was in such bad shape that Kelley didn't feel comfortable working on it, decided to give me the inspection at no-charge. When I am unsure of what's wrong with my car all I want to know is how much it will cost to repair. I personally hate having to pay x amount of dollars just to find out that the car is irreparable. Phil did the right thing and helped me out. Very appreciative. Straight and to the point yet friendly. All other staff I encountered were also friendly.

I was disappointed with the time it took to have my oil changed with a scheduled appointment. It was my first time to have Kelly"s change my oil, and it was not a very good first impression. I called to schedule an appointment and was told it would take around 45 minutes. I was pleased that since I worked close by I'd be able to do this on my lunch hour. Unfortunatley I was there for 1 hour and 15 minutes for only an oil change. Too long!

All I needed was an oil change, so this dealer could not really mess up on that. My appointment was at 11:00, and they did not get finished until 12:30. They never told me why it took so long. It should have only taken 30 minutes; not 1 1/2 hours. I may give them one more chance. If they don't do better the next time, I will go somewhere else for my service.

In the process of fixing my truck they did not complete the repairs. I had to take my truck to another body shop to have my truck fix right. It was very sad to find out that they had broke multiple connectors causing wiring to become disconnected as I drove down the road. The brakes also got worse as drove finding out there was alot of air still in the lines as well. This was after trying to pick up my truck and it would not even start. If I could I would rate at zero because they tried to come up with excuses on why this was not their fault.

Kelley service does excellent work, and often times they are extremely speedy, especially with quicker maintenance like an oil change. This time around, though, they were slow in updating me on the work that needed to be done on my car (I waited around for two hours without an update), and then the rest of the work they did took longer than expected. I will go back the next time I need work done, but I was disappointed this time around.

I had a dead battery today. I called OnStar and they told me somebody would jump start my truck in 10 minutes. One hour and twenty minutes later a guy shows up in a Toyota car. He eventually got it started. OnStar did not contact Kelley. I was out in the cold weather. Once I got started I took it over to Kelley. They were SO kind. They got my vehicle in gave me a ride back to my dorm. Later in the day when it was done they came and picked me up. Excellent service and friendly people. I live in Wisconsin and am going to school in Fort Wayne. If I live here I would buy my next vehicle there hands down! Thank you!

Several weeks ago we purchased a new Chevrolet Cruze 2LT from Kelley Chevrolet. Working with Chuck Kelly during the purchase experience was very professional and friendly and not the least bit intimidating with pressure. It was by far the most comfortable and pleasant purchasing experience we have ever had. The Internet Sales Specialist, Gene Albers, was very courteous and patient in showing us all the bells and whistles of the auto. Gene initially just reviewed the essential items to help make us comfortable driving the car and suggested we return at a later date and he would go into more depth regarding the other options the auto offered. Our return visit was just as pleasant.We had a minor problem with the console trim plate. We mentioned this to Gene, who said it would be taken care of and introduced us to the Service Consultant Walt Royer. Walt had the problem check out immediately, made a temporary fix, as new part had to be ordered. In about 2 days the new part came in, we received a call, made an appointment for the new part to be installed. I highly recommend Kelley Chevrolet. I think the best way to sum up Kelley Chevrolet is they project the attitude of The customers needs come first.

They always treat me like a friend when I have service work done on my older Chevy vehicles. Also, they always get the work done right and they respect my vehicles to keep them in excellent condition. I always appreciate how I am treated there that I chose to drive about 45 minutes to have them work on my vehicles instead of taking it to a couple of dealerships that are a lot closer.

I purchased a new vehicle a few weeks ago and had an issue with a defective tire. After talking to my salesman, Tim Laughlin, I was assigned to Walt Royer in the Service Department to address the problem. Both Tim and Walt expressed even more concern about the issue than I did. The level of service I received was over and above any service I have ever received from any dealership in Fort Wayne. I felt like I was the only customer that mattered that day. They gave me a comparable vehicle to drive while they replaced the defective tire under warranty (which took a few days since the tire had to be ordered). I can't say enough about the service I received from both the sales and service departments. I have owned (7) GM vehicles in a row but this was my first experience with the Kelley Automotive Group. If this is what I can expect in the future, I will be a Kelley customer for life. Thanks to Tim and Walt for turning an inconvenience into something positive.

Took car in for its oil change. Pulled right in one of the workers approached me as soon as i got out of the car and asked what is the problem. Said i was there for oil change he wrote the vin down and looked up the car and said it will be bout half hour just wait in lounge. So we went to lounge where they gave us coffee and popcorn. Which we found nice. Probably twenty min later they called us to come and check out and we was on are way.

I called into the dealer this morning and the receptionist said it would not be available until after lunch. She then proceeded to transfer the call to the service tech. The service tech said come right in and we will get to it. My partner totk the car in by 9:30 and sat in the lobby for over 4 hours. I finally tried to call him to see if he was out somewhere or in an accident. He said he was still waiting on the car.The car was finally serviced around 1:30 or 2:00 pm and he got home at 2:30. On top of being ignored for 4 hours. My partner noticed that the air pressure in all the tires were reduced from 30 to 26 and 27 psi. The recommended rate is 30 psi I verified the psi on the computer was correct. A service tech returned my irate call and said they checked the tire pressure. Well whoever checked the pressure actually reduced the pressure from 29 and 28 to 26 and 27. Thanks for nothing. When they offered to refund this change I accepted asked them them to simply tear up or void the check that was used to pay for the service. They said accounting would have a big problem with that. I said it hadnt even left the cash register and they said they would have to wait until the manager came in on Monday morning and he would determine if and how I would get my reimbursement.This was the worse service I have received from any oil change facility. Two miles down the road I could have gotten the same service in 15 mins and wouldnt have wasted 5 hours of a weekend on thier extremely poor performance

Have purchased my last 5 vehicles from Kelly Chevrolet and each time I felt like I got a fair deal. My last service dept visit was for a lock problem on the rear hatch of my SUV. I was greeted when I dropped it off. Called when the problem was diagnosed and called when the vehicle was ready.Since the service dept was open till 7 PM I did not have to leave work early and even though it wasn't needed I was offered shuttle service. All together I was pleased as usual with Kelley Chevrolet and will conyine to give them my business.

Had vehicle in for an oil change. Good price and customer service but the 'oil life' indicator was not reset. So I had to read the owners manual and reset it myself. Not difficult, just should have been done by the service dept. Also, the vehicle had a 'glue' odor in the interior that lasted awhile. Had to drive with the windows down with the temp at 90 degrees outside.
