Charles was very knowledgeable about the Chevy Cruze, and was very helpful in making our choice of the type of Cruze that suited our wants and needs. We were, also, able to get the exterior and interior color choices we preferred (thanks to the large inventory of Cruzes available at Lawrenceburg Chevrolet).

My purchase experience with salesperson Rick Probst was very plesant. He clearly went beyond expectations to make my experience as satisfying as possible. My model, option and color requirements were confining and incentive expirations precluded ordering from the factory. Rick was able to find a vehicle meeting my requirements at another dealership, arrange to get it and have it ready for delivery in a short time window before prerequisite incentives expired. I would recommend Lawrenceburg Chevrolet and Rick Probst to anyone wishing to purchase a Chevrolet.

I saw a Chevy Traverse online that I was interested in so my husband and I decided to swing in and take a closer look at the dealership. Rick Probst made the entire process easier than expected. I never dreamed I would leave with my brand new 2011 Traverse that night by getting them to work with us on getting to a price range we wanted our payments to fall into. Rick went in and worked with John and they worked together to get us where we needed to be. I was thrilled!

I would definitely recommend this dealership, especially the salesman that worked with me. He took all the time it needed to get the car I wanted, which was not on their lot, at a price that I needed to be at. I got everything I wanted and at the right price. He, Rick Probst, is the easiest salesman to work with that I have ever known. I guess that is why we have bought 5 cars from him now.

We recently purchased our 6th car from this dealership. I knew I wanted a Traverse. I called Rick Probst because we had worked with him in the past and had a very good experience before. This time was the same, he thoroughly explained the different styles, features, incentives etc. The same great service contined through when we picked the vehicle up, he took the time to explain how everything worked etc. After our purchased I recommended him to my mother in law who then called him the next week and bought an Equinox through him.

I needed Fresh Start to purchase a vehicle so i applied online they called the next day I went down picked out a vehicle and drove it home. It could not of been easier. I was made to feel comfortable and the salesman was not a show off or condescending to me he honestly wanted to sell a vehicle and I wanted to buy one. Car salesman have a stereotype as being dishonest and pushy I never felt that. I went to Lawrenceberg Chevrolet because of Lauren's commercials she seems like a very nice person.

After shopping a couple of locations we made our purchase based upon the great customer service. Started with Greg Kien with his response time on returning my calls then moved to Ken Haynes going out of his way to see me in person upon coming into the location. Then Jay Loos going over all the paperwork and showing me the options on the new car. I personally like doing business with great people vs shopping price. Look forward to doing business with this group in the future.

When I pulled on the lot, Mark came out to assist me in whatever way he could. He showed me all the Chevy Cruize's I was interested in and some other options, such as vehicles with good gas milage, which is important to me, and color options. Mark checked pricing and my GM card earnings for specific vehicles, compared pricing for the LT2 and LTZ models, and found me $1,000 from the Chevrolet dealer manifest. He could answer all my questions and was very pleasant and attentive.Mark called me at my home the next morning as he tried to find the specific vehicle I wanted, which was not on their car lot. The next day my vehicle was physically at the lot and ready for my pick up. Mark explained the vehicle components and showed me how to work the phone, radio, remote start, and anything else I was not sure about. I was there no more than 1 1/2 hours before I drove away. Great service! Kudos to the Maintenance department also. They are always quick and pleasant to work with.

I am very happy with my new Equinox. I ordered the car in early March after test driving one on the lot. My daughter purchased a Pontiac Torrent in 2007 from the same dealer, and is very happy with her car, and any service it has required. I had body work done on my previous car at this dealership, and was very happy and satisfied with the service and all of the employees. I wanted a dealer that was convenient, and that I could trust with repairs/service. We requested Rick Probst since he did such a great job with my daughter's first car purchase.

I wasn't seriously shopping for a car, just testing the waters when I got a call from Lawrenceburg Chevrolet but I thought it couldn't hurt to see what they had to offer. I knew what type of vehicle I wanted, how much I wanted to spend and how much I wanted my monthly payments to be when I got there. Steven showed me a beautiful used car, just what I was looking for. We stepped into his office and talked things out and I was shocked when he came back with a quote and loan information, a deal I couldn't refuse. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car before. Thank you Steven.

The reason I give this rating is because the salesman Steve Roseberry was great. Very informative and helpful. This is my second purchase from the dealership and both experieinces were great. I had a 2010 Malibu that I bought in Jan 2010 so i traded it in for 2011 Malibu. They help me establish better credit after filing bankruptcy. I had a great experience over all.

My over all experience with this salesman and financial department was excellent.Friendly knowledgeable and not a bunch of stuffed shirts.Everyone I came in contact with at the dealersdhip was great people.They came picked me up so I would not have to find away to get my car home and I have not heard of any other dealer that was that acommadating.I am the only driver as my husband is legally blind and I had no way to get 2 cars homes .The staff at Lawrenceburg Chevrolet did every thing they could to help me out.They are a great bunch of people .I never felt pressured at any time .Really glad I called and went to see them.When I buy a car again I will go back to Lawrenceburg Chevrolet.

Rick was very helpful. He answered all of our questions, knew a lot about the vehicle that I was interested in. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Ron. The first was several years back at Glenway Chev and I tracked him down for this purchase because of my experience back then. He is a straight shooter and doesn't play games like many others in the car biz. I have recommended other friends and family to him as well (my father-in-law is now one of his customers) and after this purchase will continue to do so. As expected, we worked out a fair deal and Ron worked to make sure all of my needs were met i.e. the right car, the right price and the right interest rate on the loan. Very pleased with our car. Good service in findingwhat we wanted. We needed a car that would hold threecar seats and my husband didn't want a van so I told him I would drive a truck. We didn't expect to get a new car, but we did. I was disappointed that we onlygot $5,000 for our Trail Blazer, low miles, good shape.Then we saw where Lawrenceburg Cheverlot was selling itfor $10,900. This hurt.

The day we came to look at the truck Mark pointed us to the ones I was interested in and let us look uniterrupted until we found the one I wanted.Then he came back and showed us the features of that particular one and let us take it on a test drive.when we came back we then started the negotiating.They offered me a reasonable price on my trade in and then researched and found a rebate offer for me and came up with a fair price on the new vehicle and we agreed to buy it.Mark also took the time to show how all the accessories worked on the truck,OnStar,satellite radio,integrated brake controller,DIC,etc...Overall it was a great experience.Never before had I had a salesman actually show how to use all the accessories on a vehicle every other vehicle I ever bought I had to figure it out on my own.While that may not seem like much it was a nice touch.

I went into the dealership looking for a new car that was affordable and economical. Rick was very helpful in the selection process. He knew my goal was to leave that afternoon in a new reliable car, and he made that happen. Since I have purchased the car he has made himself very available to me with all of my questions and concerns. I know he will be there for me in the future if I need further assistance. Overall, he did a fantastic job and I would definitely do business with him again.

We are experienced Tahoe owners, and Jay Loos listened to our list of features we wanted on the 2011 model Tahoe we were looking for. Jay Loos used our information in coming up with initial and revised offers, which addressed trade-in, total cost, additional features (clear coat and rust proofing) and monthly payment options. Also, Jay Loos has followed up with periodic e-mails to check the status of our new Tahoe.

For the first time in many years, I did not feel pressured into buying something. The salesman, Rick Probst, took his time to listen to what I was looking for and directed me in the right direction. We test drove several vehicles before deciding on the Equinox. He was helpful, friendly and sincere. All the other employees we dealt with were friendly and responded to our questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

I knew that I needed to purchase a new vehicle, and I dreaded it....I don't like the haggling on price, etc. But, this was such a relief to purchase this new vehicle -- we walked in and walked out with a new vehicle and a great burden was lifted. I have been purchasing from Lawrenceburg Chevrolet (previously Ande's Chevrolet) for over ten years now. My family has been purchasing from them for over 30 years. I continue to go back because I have never felt pressured to purchase. Being a woman, I have been to other dealerships only to be treated like I have no idea what I am looking for or what I really want. I have never been treated like that here. I greatly appreciate being treated equal and not having a salesperson follow me around like I am trying to steal something or trying to pressure me into buying something that I just don't want. I will continue to return to Lawrenceburg Chevrolet in the future.
