Emmanuel is a fantastic human being, and I say this because he is not a cliche auto salesman. Emmanuel shows interest into his customers and treated us top class. He fought hard to get us a good deal, and was on our side from the start. You can tell when someone just wants your money, and we never felt like that at all. Emmanuel stayed late with us past closing to get us all the information we needed. Every single question we had regarding the car, Emmanuel was thorough in his explanation and took time and didn’t rush. Usually most car salesman will rush or only give you half the story. Not with our guy, Emmanuel. If we need a service or look to buy another vehicle, we will absolutely come back and deal with Emmanuel every time. I called about a recall on my Chevy Avalanche and Shelby was very friendly and helpful in getting an appointment setup. I took my car the next day to the appointment but got the wrong dealership across the road from Ken Garff. I walked into the Service department, and saw a technician. I said "hello" and the technician looked at me and didn't say a word turned his back on me and went looking through papers etc. Finally some guy came out and said I was at the wrong place. I went to Ken Garff and pulled up to a service door, it was almost closed and a guy stopped the door from closing and re-opened it. I asked him where to take my car. He told me this was the wrong service area and gave me directions on how to get to the proper place. I made my way over to the right service area and walked in and someone greeted me right away. Then I walked over to Matt and he aske how he could help me. Told him my issue he got my number and started to ask more info. I told him I spoke to Shelby yesterday and he asked if she got all my info. I told him yes. He then stated if Shelby got your information we are good. Told me it would be done later today. I was surprised because Shelby said it could be anywhere between 24 -48hrs. Matt reassured me that it would be done today. Then he asked me if I needed a ride home or if someone was going to pick me up. I was surprised he offered to give me a ride home. I was not even half way home when I got a text from Matt saying if I had any questions or concerns to let him know. This doesn't happen with other dealers. Later in the day I got a text from Matt with a video from the mechanic letting me know other issues he found inspecting my vehicle. Matt asked me if I wanted to get them fixed today or what I wanted to do. I told him if I could get estimates on the repairs that would be great, seeing how I wasn't expect to pay for anything because it was a recall. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Matt had a print out of the issues they found and estimates for repair. MAN I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT SERVICE. I would highly recommend anyone to take their car to Ken Garff, or even if they are considering buying a car Ken Garff in American Fork is the place to go. AWESOME experience. Thank you Shelby, Matt and all the others with GREAT service.

I have only purchased a couple vehicles new, this being my third. However this was by far my most enjoyable experience! And I am not easy to please. However Tysen, Roy, Alex and Jeremy all made it great. I really did feel like it was a valued experience and I was treated like a valued customer. Almost to the level of a friend. It's strange but after I was done and on my way home with my new Truck, I thought, I need to return and do something nice for them like a lunch or dinner! What? Right, I have know idea why, but that is how I felt. I still might swing by with just such a treat to say thanks for a great experience!

BY FAR the best car buying experience we have ever had! I am not one to jump in and write a review until I have time and can really see how it went. We bought a car here and I will forever do business here! Josh Dean helped us with our sale and he was seriously AMAZING! I have never felt more comfortable with a car buying experience. He actually cared. It was amazing! They helped us run all sorts of numbers, stayed late so we knew exactly what we wanted to do and made it all so smooth! They had me take it back in a few days later to get detailed and to check out a simple fix. They have stood by their product 100% and I honestly couldn't be happier! We will absolutely be back in the future. What an amazing experience!

We were politely greeted at the door by Brady, who made the experience great. He was determined to find a vehicle that worked for us at the right price. Brady is not a dull salesman. Easy to talk to and loves John Wick as much as I do (I can't wait for the private screening)! He knew his stuff about the vehicles and was able to answer all of our questions. Jeremy also helped us and was great to work with. We overall had a great experience and would recommend Ken Garff.

When you know exactly what you want in a car and would prefer that the sales guy just sell you those things that you want, you go to Ken Garff. I had a great experience and was in and out within a couple hours. Roy, the sales guy was awesome and very imformative. He was professional and helpful. We purchased a used car from Ken Garff Chevrolet. Roy Prieto was our agent and he did an amazing job representing us. Roy helped us get the most for our trade-in and worked within our budget to help us get the car we wanted. He also assisted us in getting a new key made for our car; it was a key/remote mix that cost a significant amount of money to create - Ken Garff Chevrolet paid for it! Ken Garff Chevrolet seems to really want to make their customers happy. Kim is the closing agent who helped us find the best rate for our financing. We came in with a preapproved loan with a very competitive rate; Kim found a lender that was offering an even better rate! Ken Garff Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Ask for Roy, we respect him and would go back to him to purchase another car.

I would never take my truck for service anywhere else because I'm shocked every time when the service people come out and recognize me and call me by name most times. I especially appreciate the washing my truck gets when it's dirty without even requesting the extra service. It's those small perks that make it worth taking my truck there every time. We bought a used chevy express for our growing family from another dealership and immediately started having problems. We tried to get help from where we bought it and they referred us to a mechanic they use, but after seeing him we were having worse problems, we tried giving him a second chance to fix things, but it was apparent he did not have the skills, tools or time to get things done right so we tried another mechanic and he told us he couldn't help us and to try the nearest dealership which lead us to call Ken Graff Chevy in American Fork Utah. I was able to make an appointment for the next day and not only did they get our van in right away, I got answers that day and they even got our van fixed and ready for pickup that day too! As we found more bugs to figure out with our van, each time we met we had the same quality service. The serve rep, Matt was always in good communication with me, explaining everything that they tested, what was or wasn't functioning and why, what it would cost to fix, if it was urgent to get fixed or something that was just cosmetic. If the problem wasn't all the way resolved they would get the van right away, run more tests and dig around until it was fixed. I'm a bargain hunter, but I want the job done right and I always felt like they were fair on cost and good about getting the job done right and were very prompt to boot. You can tell customer satisfaction is a big deal here! We finally have a reliable, working family van that I don't worry about, I just wish I could bring my other car that is not a chevy in for the same TLC.

I pulled into the service center after 2 pm on a Saturday. My car leaking coolant and overheating. I knew chances were slim that they could get to it but hoping that maybe by a slim chance? They couldn't but Brent came out and looked things over. Showed me his concern, which was much more major than I had anticipated. Fearing it may be a blown head gasket he offered to help get roadside assistance to get my car closer to home (I live in Salt Lake, we were in American Fork). I asked if they could do the work. Brent wasn't going to be back in until Tuesday and asked if it could wait until then because he wanted to follow the car from start to finish. I agreed and have not been more pleased. It has been less than a week since I picked up the car but they did a great job. I think I found myself a new service center even if it does mean having to drive about 25 to 30 minutes just to get there!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you.

I prefer to take our Chevy to your dealership for maintenance because of Brent. I know when I go in there he will do anything to keep our business. Our car had a warning light go on in Provo and we had the dealership down there make sure that it wouldn't hurt the car if we drove it to American Fork for service. I feel like he and the team there are honest and aren't out to fix anything that doesn't need fixed.

After a "check engine" light came on my vehicle I tried to troubleshoot it myself to no avail. Defeated I took it into my trusted local repair shop for what should have been a relatively easy repair...they exhausted all of their resources and were stumped as well. I called Ken Garff American Fork and spoke with Ron. After setting up an appointment they went to work on it. It was a very unusual and unique problem with my vehicle that took longer than usual to decipher. They did figure it out and along the way demonstrated the highest level of customer support to our family (who were literally in the parking lot with our RV trailer anticipating a vacation). They worked unceasingly until the job was done in order to get us on the road. Above and beyond what they were expected to do. Great job.

Came in because my transmission was leaking and slipping. They found that my radiator was also leaking but did not investigate my transmission, even though that was what the problem was. I had to get my car towed to another dealership, and that service center had the same diagnosis. It wasn't until I took my car to a local shop where they actually listened to me, that they found major wear on a hose connecting to my transmission. Chevy employees were easy to talk to, but did not fix my problem or bother listening to me. Awful service, I'm weary to come back if my car has further issues.

I have been to other dealerships for the same issue that my vehicle was experiencing, and at every other dealership they made me feel like I was an inconvinience to them; that their day was now ruined because my vehicle wasn't functioning correctly. At the dealership in American Fork, they made me feel like family. Any issue the vehicle was having had a solution and could be fixed. They were efficient in their work and knew how to treat other people. I would defenently refer others to experience the same satisfaction I went through.

My experience with Ken Garff Chevrolet was excellent. We purchased a new Cruze. This is the third Cruze I have purchased, so I am very familiar with the car. They are great cars at a great value. Carey Simon was great to work with. We live in Grand Junction, and I had limited time in Utah. I sent an email Thursday evening and within a half-hour I received a reply from him. We got a great deal on the car. I placed a deposit that evening, and picked up the car he next day. The car was ready to go and signing the paperwork was even a pleasure. I can't recall the name of the person who helped with the paperwork, but he was great as well. Overall it was a wonderful, hastle-free experience.

We came to buy a car at Ken Garff Chevrolet in American Fork because we had purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Aveo from another dealer and had it serviced by the service department after our dealer declined to service it. Ken Garff and had an unbelievable experience with an honest, dedicated service team -- we literally paid nothing, because the part was under warranty. $0. For a faulty computer. Amazing! We were pleased to find that the sales team matched the excellence of the service department. Gary was awesome to work with, listened carefully to our needs, and helped ensure that we were in the right vehicle for our growing family. He is a genuine, caring person, and very experienced in the business as well -- he even called in Reed to help us decide between the two vehicles we thought were best. When time for financing came, we could not have been even more impressed that the quality matched the experience thus far. Our rep (Kim? Ken?) was very experienced and even went above and beyond the call of duty to recommend an even better rate than our credit union had offered. The whole team was there until 10:00 at night making sure we got everything right and could drive home in our new vehicle. A five-star, fantastic experience. Great job guys! In 2009, we bought a Malibu. We drove it, took many family trips and really enjoyed the vehicle.I felt that it was time to trade the Malibu in and get another vehicle. We went back to the same dealership and the staff was very friendly and courteous. They let us test drive several cars and answered all of our questions. When it cam time to make a deal (we bought the 2014 Impala) they put together one was very generous. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Ken Garff Chevrolet was awesome. I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ and it is a great vehicle. I would definately recommend Ken Garff Chevrolet. They were fast and didn't play any gamies with me.

We were former customers of Gene Harvey Chevrolet, and have gone back to them with vehicle purchases from time to time, and have never been disappointed. This time, with a mortgage modification hanging over our credit rating, they were not only able to get us into a new Chevy Traverse, but also get us the best interest rate possible--all with a less-than-stellar credit rating. Jared and Reid went above and beyond the call of duty. Couldn't be happier.

My husband and myself have made many purchases with Gene Harvey and Ken Garff Chevrolet. Gary Christofferson has been our go to salesman. The relationship with Gary started out by purchasing vehicles but has become more than that. Gary has become our friend. Gary calls just to check on us and has even called to let us know if a vehicle has come in that we may be interested in.If you look at our history you can see we are car junkies and appreciate a nice vehicle. We could have gone anywhere and in fact we have before and left not buying the vehicle. The customer service we have received from Gary, Ken Christofferson and Matt in the service center has been first rate. We have and will continue to refer friends to Ken Garff because of the outstanding employee's you have working for you.

My wife and I had been looking for a new vehicle to accommodate our growing family for the last couple of months. We finally landed on a vehicle that we felt had all of the safety and comfort items that we needed and went to Ken Garff Chevrolet in American Fork. This was my first time buying a car at a dealer and I was not happy at all with them the list price for the car was 3995 I gave them a 2000 dollar down payment and I was pre approved 12+ years at the same job even know all of that they would not let me take the car that day it was five days later before they got in touch with me I will never go back there again!

Words cannot express how I feel for this dealership. 5 stars,two thumbs up. Wow,excellant customer service. I bought a couple of cars from Gene Harvey Chevrolet in the past years. And when my original salesman Reid was still there since I bought back in 1998. I realized that this dealership must be special for a young salesman to stay with the dealership this long. Unlike other dealerships that have high turnovers of salesmen. I appreciate Gene Harvey Chevrolet and their excellant salesmen Big Al and Reid. Big Al had helped me in my purchase of a new car and Reid was there to assist. Excellant customer service in these fine salesmen. Even other salesmen Alex and the salesmanager were very helpful and friendly. Just a warm friendly atmosphere at Gene Harvey Chevrolet in American Fork. I highly reccomend them to everyone.
