Branden was an amazing rep. He was prepared, he was communicative and he was patient in the end. Paul was instrumental in making this deal happen with the incredible options we were offered to get us to closing. I am forever grateful, a permanent customer, and Branden needs a promotion. Our salesperson Tim Levy was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful in the ordering process (it took us 3 times going through all of the options and 4 visits to the dealership for us to finally make up our minds) and never showed any impatience with us but was just the opposite. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted and answered/returned our many phone calls. There was never any pressure to buy but more of the helpful what can I do for you. Keith in accessories was also amazing. We were blown away by the attentiveness we received from him and the response to all of our questions (we were out of state so we did this all by phone/text) to make sure we got exactly the right rims, tires and other items we wanted. Johan was again amazing like the others. We spent many conversations on the phone (this way we did not have to come in) going through every detail on his end. He offered all of the service and extended warranty plans and went over our driving habits to see which plans would work best for our individual needs. There was never any “pressure” pitch to make us purchase anything we did not want but more of a “these are what we offer and if you think they will benefit you then great and if not then great”. We can’t say enough about these 3, they were all absolutely amazing and made this the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had, and we have had “many”. But we don’t want to leave our the rest of the staff at the dealership, the receptionists were always pleasant and quick to help us and everyone that was on the property always looking to help us in any way and answer our questions even though they were not our salesperson, even down to opening the front door for us when we got there. AMAZING JOB ALL

Everyone was exceptionally positive, kind, and helpful. They went the extra mile in diagnosing my problem. The best part was that there was no charge for 2 hours of diagnostic work. Kendall is certainly tops in my book. Thanks so much. In our most recent visit, the work was done sooner than we expected. We were provided a loaner pickup. Jose Escutia has always been exceptionally helpful and kind--we appreciate his care for us and our vehicle.

Steve in sales did a great job identifying my needs and wants in a truck and tracking one down for me. It has been an amazing vehicle so far. I looked at new trucks for over 2 months and was extremely pleased with my GMC purchase. Greg in finance was also great, and helped us secure a competitive finance rate for our purchase! Great service! Tim Crowley made me feel like family and got me into the right truck as fast as he could. Even the buying/ paperwork experience was good.. no BS.. right to the point and got me on the road. Definitely recommend Tim if u need a new rig! Good deal.. good experience.. I love my new truck!
