Service options were clearly discussed and written before work commenced. Time estimate to complete all work was accurate. I run a foster home and the van is the only vehicle that has capacity to carry seven adults. My only relief care giver was not available so Kendal Shuttle Service drove three at a time to Valley River Center for us to eat lunch and explore what remains of a once flourishing mall. Shuttle picked up myself and two of the most likely wanderers to retrieve the van. I am grateful service manager was able to figure out a way to avoid paying $100-250.00 to rent a van for a few hours.

We were a little gun-shy about going to any car dealership, and weren't really looking to buy the same day. Andrew Brown impressed us so much with his low key, no-pressure assistance, and we never once felt like we were being urged one way or another. Pricing was fair and so easy to negotiate. A few weeks after we got our used Tacoma home, we noticed the jack and tool kit for the spare tire were missing. We called Andrew and he immediately ordered us a new one at no charge that showed up in three days. I cannot say enough about Andrew Brown and Kendall Chevrolet!

I started looking for a new vehicle a few months back, all of my previous new-car purchases have been from the Kendall Auto Group, so naturally I started there first. At the time I was looking for a used vehicle, and wasn't really sure what type of car I really wanted. I test drove an almost new Hyundai Elantra, it was in nice shape and fairly priced, but not quite what I wanted. I continued to look, and at the same time decided to move back out to into a more rural setting, which ultimately helped me define more what I needed, something economical, since I would be putting a significantly greater number of miles on my vehicle than when I lived in town. I put a pause on my search while moving, but after moving and getting settled in, I returned to looking at cars. I had done some more online research and decided on a small hatchback, and once again turned to Kendall, where I found a Chevy Spark base model. It had been marked down for end-of-year clearance, and was a no-brainer for me, exactly what I was looking for. I run a home based business, and it was important for me to make the transaction quickly and efficiently, as I did not have time to waste on back and forth. The Kendall's salesperson, Gaston, was great, I was in and out of the dealership in short order, purchase completed, and the salesman even arranged a ride for me to pick up my other vehicle so I could get it home. I couldn't be happier with the experience, and I love the car! The base model doesn't not have a lot of extras, but it is exactly what I was looking for, basic, dependable and economical transportation. I'm older, kids are gone, my transportation needs are simple and the Spark was perfect for that. Its easy and fun to drive, very stylish, and even tho a base model, came equipped with some nice features. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and the whole experience at Kendall!

I had a great experience because I bought my van from Darwin McCoy. I specifically asked for him because I'd purchased a truck from him in 2002, and he'd made that purchase such a pleasant and easy experience that I never would think of buying a car from anyone else. Darwin is friendly, honest, smart and patient, and has a sense of humor. You never feel he is pressuring you or rushing you. In fact, buying a car from Darwin is like buying a car from your best friend. You tell him what your thinking about buying, he explains your options, and you have time to review everything before making a decision. When someone is so good-natured, and easy-going, you trust them. I always recommend Darwin to anyone I know that is looking for a car. When I was younger I visited many dealerships down in California, and those nightmare experiences gave me an aversion to car dealerships. But Darwin is different from those guys- he knows how to instill confidence in the customer. I wish he could be cloned. I'm already thinking of buying another car from him!

Was driving to work and the passenger window went down but not back up. I was able to get an appointment that day for 1215 for a quote. Quote was really reasonable so went ahead with repair. Vehicle was done at 1545, I had received a ride there and as it was meant to be the repair was just finished and I was on my way. Nice job, usually do not use dealers as my experience in the past has not been pleasant. Turning over new leaf and trying not to tear into repairs like I have done in the past.

I called to inquire about a used 2013 Matrix which was advertised. I was greeted with a pleasant person and was told that a particular person who knew more about the car. I was called, we discussed the vehicle ,and was told that they would check on all my questions. They not only did call back with answers but continued to be of service even though I was no longer interested in the particular car I had called about. They have continued to stay in touch. Called on Thursday afternoon to see if we could get a Saturday appointment for our first service because we live 120 miles away. Was pleasantly surprised that we could get a weekend appointment on that short of notice. When we arrived the service rep told us they were a little backed up and it might take a little longer than normal. It didn't. We were on our way back home in the typical time frame for the service we had done.

I had a car I just bought from another dealership for a commuter car. It had major defects including a blown engine and safety issues with the right front ABS system. After taking three weeks to fix the ABS issue and telling me they did not know how to fix the overheating I was suggested by there dealership to take it to you. What a pleasure. On a Saturday your awesome service center were able to take me right in and with an hour I had a diagnoses with what was going on. They gave me a loner car to drive and handled all of the phone calls. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them considering I am a Service Director for an RV Dealer. My Suburban's fuel pump went out last Tuesday night. I had it towed to my house and in the morning I called Kendall, requesting an appointment that day. Staff was very helpful in accommodating my request. The Suburban was towed to Kendall and diagnosed. The mechanic also found that my intermediate steering shaft was going out. I first viewed their inventory online and saw a vehicle that I liked. My wife and I drove Two hours to look at it but when we arrived we were told it was no longer available due to it not passing their inspection process. They did have an almost identical vehicle which we test drove and ended up purchasing. The clear coat was peeling on the roof and hood horribly bad. It took a bit of leg twisting but they agreed to fix it. A week later I went and picked it up. They had it detailed inside and I didn't notice it when I picked it up mostly because it was 8pm and very dark out but a large interior piece was missing that was there on my initial test drive and the ceiling was v er y dirty. I tried contacting the salesman that sold us the vehicle with no response back. Previously to purchasing while it was getting the clear coat repaired, I was in occasional contact with him so I know he got my attempts to contact him. In the end I ended up having to pay a ridiculous amount for the missing part that was there in the first place. If you have issues after purchasing, don't expect them to help you out. I won't be going back to them for my next vehicle.

In the past four years my wife and I have purchased two new vehicles from Kendall, a 2011 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 3500 HD and lastly a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. Both vehicles have been in to Kendall for service work, the professionals at the service department, starting with the service representatives Donovan Baker & Josh Stottlemire took very good care of us,and were interested in getting our vehicles' work done on time and done right the first time. Our experience at your dealership was excellent! Our car only has 1 small boo-boo, and when we used to take our other vehicles to another dealer, it always seemed to have fingerprints,(dirty) and/ or new dings, especially around the wheels. I even found a french fry under the seat! We both enjoy the sitting area, and LOVE the coffee! This Cadillac is my baby, as it replaced my Infiniti, and I really want to keep it nice. The only thing I would change is the option to be able to watch the car being worked on during service. Maybe a closed circuit camera in the bay that is on in the waiting room. People like transparency! Thank you for being a better than average dealership! Oh, P.S.- the windows on the west side need blinds as the sun was a little too much.

I have worked with your service writer Donavan Baker for around 15 years and he is tops. This time I scheduled my oil service appointment on line but the program would not let me list my service person. Unfortunately the only problem I had this time was my vehicle was not taken in until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time which meant a longer wait than normal. Not a big enough issue to change my mind about service at Kendall.

As usual, I have received the highest level of service and care for my vehicle. During this service, I had the detail team detail the inside and out, what I do a few times every year. This particular service cleaning, was bar none, the best full car detail and care I have ever received. I am very picky and like my trucks to be in fabulous shape and I think I met my match. The detail individual (don't know the name but Tracy Beeman knows), is one of the best I have ever seen. What an amazing job -- thanks for doing it with excellence! Truly, I appreciate it very much. And thanks to Tracy for overseeing the detail (as always) and providing such a high level of care for all my vehicles I have brought to Kendall throughout the year. I can't begin to tell you my story. 2 weeks ago we started hearing a knock in the engine of our suburban. Took it into Kendell Cheverolet and Tracy (our service rep) said he'd put it through the paces. Later that day he called and said we needed a new engine. It made perfect sense, the engine did have 290,300 miles on it. After calling around Tracy said the engine would be coming from Lansing. (My home state :) ) So we decided to do it. During that time we started driving our small motorhome around while the suburban was getting fixed. After a week of driving it around the van engine light came on. I knew it was going to be the catalytic converter so I kept driving. Later that same day the brake light on the dashboard came on. So off to Kendall I went again. Tracy looked at me and I looked at him and the tears started coming. I told him I had two more meetings to attend and I couldn't miss them being the President of the Eugene Airport Rotary. (It was a board meeting and then in the morning our regular meeting.) He then arranged for me to have a loaner car/truck while the tech to take a look at our van. Meanwhile the suburban was torn apart waiting for the engine to come in. Overall, I got to my meetings and the next day we picked up the van and 2 days later we got our suburban back. It was a great day. And thanks for all your help.

I have a 2011 chevy silverado diesel with 43,000 mi. I had 2 censors and a part on my transmission go out in the same moment. I had to tow it because transmission would not shift. Service was excellent but I had to pay for towing and censors to the tune of around $450.00 How many computers and censors are there and what will it continue to cost. Also had a lot of trouble with new emmision system.

First of all, the Kendall website was excellent. Kendall's selection of vehicles was much larger than any other dealership we researched and the prices were great. We were able to search the inventory with ease and compile a list of potential vehicles before heading to Kendall. Once we arrived at Kendall, we were greeted by Ben, what a great asset to Kendall. He was friendly, informative and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. We were undecided on which type of vehicle we wanted (SUV, van, cross-over)and Ben was able to help us compare them. He was able to give us the pros and cons of each vehicle we looked at. Ben put us at ease, we did not feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle that wasn't right for us. We really felt like he had our best interest in mind. Thanks to Kendall's website and Ben's skills we were able to drive away that day in our 2008 Honda Odyssey. One week later we still feel like we made the right decision for our family. We would recommend Kendall highly and especially our sales consultant Ben Van Mol.
