Always have great service here. The technicians go out of their way to explain issues, if there are any. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great staff, always met with a smile. UPDATE 9-22-2020 We purchased an extended warranty upon purchase of our truck. I'm totally impresses with the service we receive when we do have issues. My hats off to Mike Gardner, he has shown us that he indeed cares about the service received, staying on top of each matter addressed. Thanks Mike Wanted to ad, was having an oil changed. Tech came back and said he noticed steering fluid under truck on gearbox. He went out of his way to locate the problem. Could of been a expensive problem if not caught early by Clyde the tech. My thanks to you for being a great service technician.

Called and inquired on a Jeep Gladiator one day. It was the only loaded Gladiator left in the state. Talked to Michael Love and felt no pressure as dealerships have the taste for. Got busy for a week and put it on the back burner. Michael reached back out to me with a better offer. One I didn't want to pass up. He made the financing easy and was ready for me to drive down from Anchorage. He walked me through my new Jeep and showed me things I didn't even know from research. Great guy!! The process was fast and painless. No sitting in the dealership for 4 hours just to buy a car. Thank you for making it a great experience!! Ill be telling others!

I moved to Alaska from the Lower 48 and was in communication with Jorge for over a month before my arrival. Moving so far from home and searching for a vehicle from thousands of miles away was a bit overwhelming, but Jorge went above and beyond to help me out and ensure that I got into the perfect vehicle shortly after arriving in Alaska. Awesome experience.. Staff very friendly, best new car purchase I've ever made
