I spent $10,000 on a Lexus from Kendal and when the time comes to rotate my tires I not only find out that Kendal didn't include the key like they are supposed to but also that I must now pay for the key or new lug nuts. This is actually my wife's car forher and the kids. I can't imagine if this was my wife on the side of the road with a flat tire....DONT BUY KENDALL!!!!!

We were in the market for a used car and found a couple of the exact model at Kendall Lexus online . An email, a couple of phone calls and a test drive later, we found a great car. I hesitate to call their sales staff salesmen because they were so low key and helpful they seemed like they actually like what they do, weird. From the 'salesmen' to the financing, this was about the easiest car transaction we've ever experienced. Thanks!

Very dishonest service department. My service representative (Walt) quoted me one price for a service ($36/oil change service), then charged me more ($53+) when I came back to pick up car even after presenting the original copy of work order that I had that I signed stating the lower price. Also Walt tried scamming me into replacing rear brake pads with a scare tactic that they were about to fail. I took car home and pulled rear wheels off, and found there to be plenty of pads left. Then I took it to les schwabs and had them look at them, and they said there was at least 50% pads left. Over all I think the Lexus model of service is to rip people off by making the customer feel like they are being pro active in preventative maintenance and scaring customer into paying for unnecessary services and repairs. Will never recommend Kendall Lexus as a business to frequent, and will never go back. I've had good service over the last 15 years from Kendall Honda, so don't quite understand the discrepancy within the Kendall dealership business model.

I am writing this, not so much to diss the dealership, but to warn future prospective used car (CPO) buyers that they better do their homework and get the "real" CPO checklist that Lexus provides, not the one Kendall Lexus provides. The "real" Lexus 161-point checklist has a place for you the customer to sign off on acknowledging any defects or deficiencies the vehicle may have, unlike the Kendall Lexus checklist. Maybe they have changed this process by now, but I wouldn't bet on it.My wife and I went to Eugene from the southern Oregon coast to buy a used Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle (CPO), an RX350 to be exact. I traded in a vehicle with under 20,00 miles thinking an RX 350 would be better for winter driving in the snow. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Kendall and had planned to make this one our third Lexus, having not had any problems in the past, but this will be our last as long as Mike McKean is still the general manager. He has a real problem knowing how to tell the truth. A great example for his sales people.The first thing we noticed driving off the lot was the inside windows were filthy.Either this had been a smokers vehicle or the windows were down while on the transport vehicle that brought this RX here. After driving over two hours to get home we noticed there were NO rear seat headrests and not the proper manuals. Further checking revealed no towing eyelet in the tool kit, only 20 lbs. of air in the doughnut tire spare, which could have caused a serious wreck had we needed to put it on and all the other tires were at least 10 lbs. low on air. The battery was low on water and the vehicle had numerous paint chips and scratches we had not seen. We arranged to get all this fixed and drove back the following week to get the paint chips fixed, headrests, manuals and a towing eyelet. We got excuses and were given the wrong year manuals, no headrests, no towing eyelet and a gobbed on paint chip repair. Now remember you pay extra for a CPO vehicle and this one even had the CPO sticker in the window, parked on the lot for sale. The Kendall crew would not reimburse us for the CPO inspection, obviously it was never done. It was not until I contacted Lexus out of Torrance, CA. did we get the manuals and Kendall did have a driver bring down the two rear headrests and eyelet. But there was no reimbursement for the CPO 161 point inspection. Lexus Corp. philosophy is their dealers are independent and they will not interfere,(with a scam).Finally after involving the Attorney Generals office in Salem, Kendall and Lexus, still distancing themselves from any involvement by their dealer, we were given the full price we paid for the vehicle, less our second trip to Eugene for pretty much nothing. I suppose this is how a Japanese manufacture has come to represent their vehicles. I'll be going back to German or American manufactures from now on. I now see how Kendall is able to give vehicles (a Ford truck in Dec. 2013) away by selling supposedly CPO vehicles and hoping nothing goes wrong. Another CPO advertised vehicle on their lot was missing the gear shift knob.We can not imagine all the 5 star ratings. Were they given by friends and employees? Or maybe, customers like us just figured lesson learned and not deal with this dealer again? Please do your homework before you too get taken at Kendall Lexus.

I called on your add and got Greg on the phone. He was very helpful. When I went to the dealership he was their to meet me and let me take the car on a test drive. He was very knowledgable about the car and it's features. When we set down to make a deal he was accomodating and met all my needs. I got great financing. We made the deal and he cleaned the car for me and then went over all of the features. I could not have had a more positive and helpful sales person. I love my new car.

Neil gets nothing but 10+ and more as he was very professional, courteous, great listener and very knowledgeable. He meets our requirements completely. We felt really special and laid back at Kendall Lexus of Eugene, it felt more like family. One thing we appreciated a lot is that Neil was not pushy yet very open and informative. He knows all about the cars and more. He went an extra mile, above and beyond by explaining and connecting necessary features we inquired about and staying late at work just for us. We are very neat/clean individuals and it was much appreciated when Neil washed the windshield once again as he noticed a flawless little mark on it... They were great. I hate car buying and usually get progressively more grouchy as we progress and that didn't happen here! Love my car, but it is so quiet that I didn't realize I was moving too fast and got a ticket my first day out with it (this is not my norm). My fault, but dang. We paid cash so I cannot attest to the loan process, but the deal making was great. No pressure and very polite and informative.

For the first time in my life, I have given myself permission to own what I consider a luxury vehicle. I am well aware there are Ferrari's and Porche's and Rolls Royce's, etc; I mean luxury for a middle class customer who appreciates quality and quiet. Not only am I challenged by what it can do, I am intrigued and interested in learning how to do some of things Greg showed me last Saturday. At this point,I like what it can do; I just am not very confident nor good at doing them. I will hear Greg's voice, "Use it or lose it!" as I try and hopefully conquer the six inch packet of manuals and instructions.When I began shopping, I told Greg I am not a game player. As the process moved along, I appreciated his sales style. Greg is professional, witty, sincere, and a good salesman. Selling Lexus must make his job more satisfying.This dealership has a great reputation. I was not disappointed. Buying a car can be stressful and exhausting. Lexus, Greg-my-salesman, Steve-the-manager, Chris-the PR salesperson and ultimately, the 2010 RX350 I drove off the lot to its new home absolutely made my transition to a bit of luxury enjoyable! We live in Bend, a 2.35 hr drive to the Kendall Lexus Dealership in Eugene. Our RX300, vintage 2000, was ready for a replacement. John Roche had always been very helpful with our previous service calls on the RX300 and we enjoyed immensely the occasional opportunity to drive an upscaled Lexus RX loaner car from the dealership while John's team completed the service requirements. With the positive vibes we had from those experiences, we contacted Greg Kuhnle in the Sales Department and he professionally guided us through the current inventory of previously owned RX350 and RX400h Lexus models. By 9/21 we had decided to purchase a previously owned RX400h and a day later, we had driven over Santiam Pass to complete the sale with Greg. From Greg, we knew exactly what documents to bring for the trade of our vehicle, required insurance cards for the RX400h and title/registration. Greg patiently helped us through the learning curve of owning and operating this RX400h, setting up our Android phones for the Bluetooth communications and explaining the unique hybrid drive train and braking systems. This RX400h is an absolutely fantastic piece of engineering!! The engine delivers a reassuring level of personal safety margin in passing vehicles, using both the gasoline engine and battery-driven twin drive generators. All of the staff at Kendall Lexus of Eugene made our purchase an enjoyable process and learning experience. Greg Kuhnle was wonderful beyond words could express in his patience, professionalism and technical expertise. We highly recommend purchasing new or previously owned vehicles from this dealer and Greg will have our business when we soon replace our aging Ford Explorer.

I owned a 1994 Lexus that had 160,000 miles therefore I hadn't shopped for a car for 18 years. I considered buying another brand but then decided that with the excellent experience I had with my 94 Lexus, I didn't want any other model. When I walked into the showroom at Kendall and met Greg Kuhnle, he treated me with great professionalism. He answered all of my questions. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. I also found a 3 year old Lexus with 18,000 miles on it ! I bought the car the same afternoon. Overnight I had some questions and found a few very small items that I hadn't seen the day before. I went back at 8 am the next morning. As a single woman, I wanted to be sure that I was given a good deal" and that the minor issues would be handled. Absolutely NO PROBLEM. Not only did Greg go over all the financial questions AGAIN but they agreed to fix every issue that I found. I would recommend Greg Kuhnle and Kendall Lexus of Eugene to any buyer.

We live in central Oregon, so made the trip over to Eugene to look at a Lexus. From the first day we visited the dealership, we found everyone to be helpful, friendly, and professional. Our sales consultant was Greg who kept us updated throughout the delivery process of our new GS 350 2013 Lexus, even while he was called out-of-state for a family emergency, he contacted us. Our experiance with Kendall Lexus was very good. We traded in three cars for two (used) and felt the deal and pricing were satisfactory. However the service and personability of Christine and Steve exceeded any of our expectations. They were very respectful and got right to the price point that would work for everybody. No haggeling for hours over the last few dollars. Because of the five car deal, it was complicated, but Steve worked the numbers and within minutes we were shaking hands. There were no second or third level managers all hitting you with different number schemes, etc. It was the best car buying/trading experience I've had. Jack at Kendall Ford handled the paperwork and was extremely efficient. Overall I highly recommend Kendall Lexus. You do get what you pay for.

First, Rod Bay promptly replied to our online request to schedule a Lexus test drive. When we arrived at our appointment, he had the two models available for us to try but we wanted to ask many questions. As a result of getting solid answers we only wanted to drive the Lexus ES 350. The personal and professional attention before, during and after the drive was exceptionable. Rod experienced an interruption and offered to pay for our dinner while he attended to the matter. We were in complete agreement. Additionally, and most importantly, he spent a tremendous amount of time demonstrating the numerous capabilities and amenities of the car. He was very thorough in explaining the mechanical and safety features as well. He assisted us with connecting our phones and transferring our contact lists. He guided us through the concierge experience. He was extremely careful to ensure that we had the knowledge and resources we needed to get started and to enjoy our new purchase to the maximum. He has also followed up since that time to see how we are enjoying our car, to offer any assistance, and to thank us for giving him our business. This has been the most positive auto purchase we have ever experienced. We will definitely recommend Rod and this dealership to our friends.

Greg was very informed about the product. I have always owned Hondas and he convinced me the Lexus would be a better "fit" for what I was looking for. I needed a softer ride with the same dependability of my Honda's. After talking about my expectations he moved me to the Lexus RS350. I bought the car yesterday and have no doubts it will fulfill my expectations. I can't say enough good things about my buying experience.

We enjoyed our 2008 Prius, but wanted more...so we went to Kendall Lexus of Eugene. They only had one CT 200h, we took it for a test drive, loved it, but we were concerned if we wanted a "yellow" car. Went home and went back to Eugene the next day, received a very wonderful offer on our Prius and drove our new Lexus CT 200h home. Yes, it was a yellow color, but looking closer, it was more like "golden". It is called Daybreak Yellow...but she is now known as MISS DAISY. We are driving her, love all that she provides for us, power, comfort,ease of driving, and we get many looking at her with envy and want to know more about her. So we do not hesitate to tell them all about her and what she can do, including fabulous gas mileage.Now the three of us are on a 3 month, almost 10,000 mile trip around the country. Miss Daisy is anxious to meet all of our friends and family that we will visit. Thanks to Lexus of Eugene, Miss Daisy has been taken good care of over her first year, and she is in excellent condition to take this trip.Anyone who wants to meet knowledgeable people who want to help and inform you about choosing the right vehicle for you, help you to keep your vehicle in the best condition needs to stop by Kendall Lexus of Eugene. We have experienced exceptional customer service from Greg Kuhnle at Kendall Lexus. He has been an excellent resource and provides us with all the necessary details on vehicles so we can make the best decision on the vehicle that will work the best for us. We have recently purchased a Lexus LS 460 and we are extremely happy with our choice. The dealership is over 85 miles away from where we live but it is worth the drive to get the friendly service from Greg and the team at Kendall Lexus. If you are in need of a car; used or new, Greg at Kendall will give you excellent service.

My husband and I usually dread car shopping. However, we cannot get over the amazing service we received at Kendall. They gave us what we wanted for our trade in and the new vehical we wanted at a great price. They were so friendly, personable and helpful, NOT pushy. We have already said we will be getting are next car from them. I have never had such a nice experience at a dealership. My husband and I talked about it all the way home. Thank you Dana and Rick, we will be back.

My wife and I have bought two cars in the past couples years from the Kendall dealerships in Eugene, Or. Every time we have purchased a car from the Kendall dealerships it has been stress free and a great experience for us. We have bought cars at other dealerships but it has never been a good expericne and we get stressed out. We will be buying several other vehicles from Kendall throughout the years if they continue to offer the great expercince and knowledge we have had the pleasure in dealing with at kendall.

Excellent service. We called ahead and they had 3 cars ready for us, when we arrived, to look at that matched what we were looking for. The price was already great so little negotiations were necessary. We had compared prices through the internet and the price given me was already lower than anything I could find listed. They were generous on the trade in. We did not feel any pressure from the saleman. He did a great job of talking up each car and pointing out any negatives he knew of. My wife and I were very happy with the service. We are very pleased with the car we bought and we are very happy with the price.

i have been having my car serviced at kendall lexus since i bout it almost 5 years ago. every time i go in the receptionist is extremely rude. In fact last time i went in i payed in cash an she told me "i hate people who pay in cash. we never have change here" i couldn't believe it! i may not look like a typical lexus owner as i am young and do manual labor for my money so no suit an tie for me but i do own their flagship model (ls430). after my last oil change i was told i needed over 5,000$ in repairs all of which have been done recently. i understand they asses repairs due to milage not actually by physically looking at the car but this time i was given specific measurements of remaining break pad thickness an told to replace them. i just installed a 3,000 bbk(big break kit) less than 700 miles ago. i would never recommend this dealership to anyone i liked. i think ill be driving the 4 hours round trip to portland from now on. i hope other people are being treated better here but between me and my best friend who also own's the same car as me we have nothing but horrible experiences there. also i tried to talk with a manager and nobody will return my calls or emails

Excellent response, enthusiasm and help for finding my new CT 200, which are in high demand. Rod Bay helped me through selection, found me the car I wanted and was on top of delivery, even sending pictures at 10 p.m. at night when it arrived. Would go back to Kendall anytime. I only wish they were closer so I could have my car serviced there. Rod was as excited as I was in getting this car and that made it really personal and a good experience for me. There was no hard selling and compared to other car dealers, I never felt that I was being pressured into anything.

My husband and I had been looking at cars for about a month, everything from an Acadia to a Lexus. I was searching online, they were wonderful with internet communication, giving me an internet quote on a new lexus. We went to the dealership and drove the new Lexus, spoke with Kevin who was very patient with us. As we were looking around the lot we found a used Mercedes ML350, asked to drive it and Kevin took us out. That was the car we decided on, and Kevin never changed his approach, his friendliness or assistance. We had two trade ins that he was very helpful with, very generous in the trade rate, the paperwork went very smoothly, very quickly. Everyone was very friendly. In all the car dealerships we visited in our search for the right car, this one was by far the best experience we have ever had. It was actually enjoyable.

We live one hundred and eighty miles from Kendall auto group. Found the car on line and was able to communicat with by email or phone. The internet manager and the salesman was very helpfull with questions before we drove to the dealership. When we arrived at dealership the salesman was there to meet us. It was a very good buying experience.

I purchased a new 2010 Lexus ES 350 from this dealership. My wife and I stopped in the store several times while we were finalizing which new car we would purchase. Every time we were treated very friendly, given lots of time and attention and did not receive any pressure. After determining this was the car we wanted, I then asked for an internet quote. I received it the very next day. Our negotiation from there forward was very open, upfront (no hidden numbers) and no pressure. I have purchased many cars, 8 brand new ones, and this was the most enjoyable upfront interaction of any of them by far.

took 2009 rx-350 into dealership for the third attempt to fix a moonroof rattle,the dealership put 373 miles on auto in the 6 days they had possession before they started working on it.they determined source of rattle was where i had informed them in writing it was, this took 2 days. they then let technician commute with the car for 2 weeks, they then replaced moonroof assembly.kendall lexus of eugene oregon had my auto for 24 days and put 697 miles on my new car fixing the rattle.now they will not answer my letters asking what happened.
