Michael Cordero and Eduardo Rios were superb at searching for a long time until we finally got the Atomic Silver Lexus IS 350 I was looking for. I initially called about a used pickup truck that was going to be listed for sale. Dario from the Internet sales dept looked into the vehicle for me. He informed me that the vehicle that I called about did not pass the inspection which Kendall Toyota performed and it would not be available for sale. Dario checked his used vehicle inventory and informed me that a 2006 Tundra XPS was going to be available within the price range I gave him. I went, looked and test drove the truck. The Carfax was given to me, one owner, low miles no recalls very good condition. I puchased the vehicle. The whole process took a bit long, but considering that they ran the truck thru service and detailed it while I was doing the paperwork it wasn't too bad. A thank you to Dario. YES I would recomend Kendall Toyota but be ready to spend some time and bring your water.

Im in love with my car, i honestly do not know how i am the owner of this car. My previous car had been considered a total loss after a relatively minor accident, so I was faced with having to get a car suddenly. I was researching different cars for me and my two children and came across the Toyota RAV4. When I Sa there was a LAVA color (similar to my last car), I fell in love with it. I don't live in the area anymore, but part of my family does. Since my parents were able to assist me, it worked out for me to get my car at Kendall Toyota. Although Francisco Molina was not the original sales person we talked to, he completed the deal for us in record time! We had to get to my nephew's birthday party so he rushed the paperwork and made us feel comfortable with the process. I am a Special Education Teacher and a divorced mom of two amazing children, so I needed an affordable and reliable car to help with our busy life. I always have other part time ventures like tutoring as well. He was even kind enough to tell me I deserved a new car because of how hard I work. He was genuinely kind and considerate.

I recently moved from the big apple (NYC) to Miami. Living in NYC I didn't own a car, so when I got to Florida I started looking for a car immediately! I went there without any expectations due to the lack of luck I had been having before. Ronel took the time to listen to my needs and find the right car for me. I cannot begin to express how satisfied I am with my purchase! The customer service was exceptional from all angles. I was on vacation and noticed my Camry had a maintenance due / oil change etc . I contacted the dealer near me and when I called . The receptionist was super nice and provided me with an appointment as well as dealer location ( Kendall ) . I recently bought a new 2016 Prius at Kendall Toyota. My service rep (Abner, a super helpful guy) for my 2007 Prius suggested I use Andres for my buying process and I was not disappointed. Andres was very patient, friendly and professional and helped me purchase my best Prius yet! (This is my third Prius.) Gil, in the Finance Dept helped me obtain financing for my car. Ileana in the Accessories and Installation Dept arranged my appointment to get my windows tinted and they look great! Javier in the Parts Dept helped me arrange for and order a few things I wanted for the interior of my new Prius. What a terrific team I've had the pleasure of working with! I have bought Toyotas since the early 80s, from at least 10 dealerships in Oh, NY, NJ, PA, MD, VA and Flo. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A PERSON BUY A CAR HERE. They were dishonest, don't return calls, didn't follow-though on commitments, and demonstrated incompetency. We wanted a very specific used car, year/model/color and looking online, this was the only dealer that had one in Fl. The price of the car on their website was $14448 with a line through the price. I called the internet sale manager and he sent me their best price purchase order, it was $18307. The price included:$ 799 Pre-delivery Service Fee (On a used car?????, OTHERWISE PROFIT)$ 498 Electronic Registration Fee (WHAT??? gobbledygook for PURE PROFIT) $ 40 Private Tag Agency Fee THEY WANT CUSTOMERS TO PAY SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO GO TO DMV FOR THE TITLEWORK.........WHAT? $ 2 Lemon Law (New Cars Only) I'M BUYING A USED CAR $ 7.50 Tire/Battery Fee (New only) I"M BUYING A USED CAR, NONE WERE NEW $ 525 Florida Title (ACTUAL COST, LESS THAN $350)SO, adding this up, $1621.50 of PURE PROFIT, and SCREWING THE CUSTOMER!!!Trying to negotiate a price was painful, 6 purchase order, each time there was a hidden charge, salesman didn't do what he agreed to verbally, or they made a "mistake." They even mislabel the sales tax as 7%, when they actually have a separate line for the 1% county tax. It took me a week, but we finally agreed to an out the door price. Its difficult to determine if the managers and salesman I worked with were dishonest, incompetent, or both.We then started to work on a trade, it proved to be another opportunity for the dealership to try and exploit the price.... We quickly agreed to a price for the trade, and when they recalculated the PO, they took the price of the trade off the out-the-door price, and restated the $40 Agency Tag Fee. They took the savings in $107 sales tax, and the difference in new tags vs transfer tags $225 in more profit. When I pointed out that my out the door price should be reduced by the trade in value, the sales tax and tag savings, they disagreed. After some arm twisting and threating to walk away, they finally acquiesced. Then came delivery, another disaster. They managed to take what is normally an exciting experience and turn it into a freak'n nightmare. When we went for delivery, they said they hadn't received the check that was overnighted from the Credit Union. We had to call the credit union, the CU said it was signed by Riobe at 10:39 a.m. (its now after 4), Then the insurance disaster, we provided proof of insurance and the dealership stated they need to talk to our insurance company and verify the new car information is on the policy (which is not required by the state or my insurance, we have 3 days to contact the insurance company), the dealership calls my agent and STARTS TO CHANGE THE POLICY INFORMATION!!! I said absolutely not....but I gave in and I called the insurance company and gave them the new information and the insurance company was gracious enough to fax the new card. ALL ABSOLUTELY NOT REQUIRED. We get the insurance resolved. And by now they have found the CU check and they try to collect $11 because of a credit union loan. At that point, I come unglued. The salesman has been part of the conversation about financing, loan rates, dealing with where to send the check. I refuse to pay (at this point out of principal) and said we are done, we are leaving now. They agreed to adjust the sales price to absorb the fee. I have no idea how this dealership stays in business with such unscrupulous sales techniques and pricing. My only guess is they prey on people who are not knowledgeable about the car buying experience. They have primary non-english speaking salesman and cater to a non-english speaking population who must be the low "car buying experience" this dealership requires. Reading some of the other reviews, it appears it include some women also.... They certainly would have overcharged me bogus fees to the tune of $1991.If this car was available anywhere else, we would have walked away many, many times. Stay away, stay away, stay away.

I went to the service department and told them about my car seat ripped without a year use. They told me that the car has no warranty that I have to paid $700 something dollars to get it fixed. Me and my wife used to have Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Chevrolet Dodge and never the seat got ripped with less than a year. Only this Toyota Corolla almost new (2014); I feel dissappointed with this kind of service.

Went into West Kendall toyota looking for a used Yaris I saw on their website. Called ahead to see if they still had the car and they said yes. Went to the dealer and met the salesperson, who walked around looking for the car. It wasn't on the lot. So he got on his phone and contacted "someone" who said that the car was in service. Ok, I told him. I want to see it. Nope, they wouldn't let me. Said the porter crashed it and they were trying to fix it. Then he started his sales speech, trying to get me a new car! I don't want a brand new car, I came for the one I saw. Left the dealer. Later on, received a call stating that the car wasn't crashed and it was suddenly available, but it wasn't automatic, it was stick shift. They wanted me to come back and look at other options. Um...what? First it was not available, then it was crashed, then the car magically grew a manual transmission? I wanted nothing more to do with them. Beware, they will play mind games with you!

Dealership are notorious for trying to over change for basic repairs but at Kendall Toyota I didn't feel that way at all. They offered price match guarantee on everything I had done. I spot checked them online and they were actually lower that the aftermarket facility I have dealt with in the past..... I have been servicing at this location for many years and felt they did a pretty good job. During my last service visit was pretty amazed. They have really started to focus more on customer service and getting things done quickly. I was there for a basic service that normal takes upwards of 2 hours but the were able to get me in and out within 45 mins with a full inspection of everything needed on my vehicle. I had to stop the Service manager Rudy Rodriguez and let him know how much better the over service experience from my past visits. I will be referring all of my family and friends to this location. Thanks for the great experience!!!!!!

I set the appointment for service, explained that I wanted to wait for service and asked for a time when the wait would be less. I also needed recall work. When I arrived for the appointment, I waited for 15 minutes to get the car registered for service. Everything arranged at the time of the appointment was not recorded so it was starting from fresh. The service, which was a wait of an hour or less at other dealerships was three hours and I had to chase them twice. There was no record of service and the warranty book was not signed, so that was another wait. The waiting area was like a bad bus station. In all a vow to never return.

This dealership has been the worst experience of my life. They dropped the ball on my financing, their financing department can't and won't pick up a phone to call you, no one there seems to be able to have a conversation with out threatening to take the car back, they sold us the car without doing the basic of inspections on the catalytic converters which were cut open hollowed out and rewelded (illegal to sell a car this way new or used), they actually had the fall to tell at us, hang up on us and threaten us. I requested at least 6 times to speak with the GM and was always told he was not there. If you have bad credit please by all means go there, they will get you financing, get a kick back from whomever they get the financing from. If you have good credit like I do and you go in with a good interest rate from a reputable bank that doesn't give the kick backs they don't want to deal with you.

My experience with West Kendall Toyota was bad. You expect a decent treatment after you buy a car, new or used. I bought a car on May 31. I paid for new plates and on June 29 my provisional plate expired. I drove around with expires plates and title. I called the dealer several times and spoke with Silvia,Fidel Salcedo, and left several messages to Rosi, the person to process the plate( this person never called back). After several attempts to solve the issue, I finally contacted Rennie Almonte, General Sales Manager Na my experience with this "top sales executive" wasn't the best either. Based on my experience I can say that this people lacks professionalism and most importantly, customer service skills. They handled the simple issue as if they were amateurs. Mr. Almonte, next time a customer calls you with an issue, please be courteous and show interest in the matter i question, remember that because of people like us( customers), you and your crew have a job. Overall experience, BAD, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.

Horrible dealership!! I went to the Service Dept to have my car fixed but they only fixed it half way! The next day, it gave me almost the same problem. I took it back, not to add the pure frustration after having paid $700 PLUS the towing and when I dropped it back, the guy there wanted to charge me another $40 saying it wasn't what they did before but something else...He didn't even have the courtesy to call me when my car was ready! I called and asked and I was told by some lady that there were no driver to pick me up when 10mns later, another lady called me to let me know the courtesy driver was on his way and that yes, there was drivers available...Crowded place and l noticed there was a lot of other angry people....Even the last Courtesy driver told me that everyday people get upset and lots of yelling for not doing their job and apparently the Management doesn't care!!!

Jomar make our appt. at west kendall toyota when arrive we told them we want a oil change. more then a hour past ( with an appt.) they call me and that the car was ready, but no oil change was done only tire rotation. I will never use this dealer again. When my car was 3,000 mile my radio stop working they told me that was no under guaranty the car was only 2 month old.

Unless you are 1) a man 2) fluent in Spanish, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! The people running this business do not care about you as a customer, even if you have been a loyal Toyota customer for a long time. I did my homework and knew what a reasonable offer would be. They wasted my time for hours over a deal that I walked away from (the difference was $10/month). I then drove to Toyota of North Miami and got EXACTLY the deal I wanted at EXACTLY the price I was willing to pay. Instead of Kendall Toyota treating me like a valued customer, they totally wasted my time, talked down to me like I am an idiot, and then while in the tiny little "negotiating room," the finance guy spoke to me in English while he and his "manager" spoke in Spanish to one another. So rude. So very rude. Maybe they won't miss my business, but if enough people stand up to their entitled attitudes, maybe then the dealership will change.

Went there to buy a used car cash. Everyone want to help. I bought it, and it has been a big mistake. The day after I bought they called me because they couldnt find the money. But I had the receipt. Three months went by and I never got the registration. I went to dealer to find out that they had wrong address. Now going to six months and I still dont have registration or tittle yet. I def would not buy another car from this dealership ever again, and I tell my friends not to buy there either.

I live in Texas and was interest in one of their Toyota 4runners. I'm ready to buy and I was needing some information on the vehicle including shipping options. The guy who answered had a very thick accent and I did not get his name. He was very arrogant saying "We sell to people out of the state all the time, trust me." Well, who cares, that wasn't my concern. When he could not answer several of my questions, I asked if I could speak to someonw who could help me. He said "well, what else do you need? We are not a transportation company, you know." Talking about my question regarding shipping. Obviously, I would have paid for the shipping, I was just needing to know more info. I just said "Forget it, you obviously do not want my business." So unprofessional, very rude and sarcastic. Would not reccommend, would never purchase from them.

From out of state and was just looking for a simple oil change and in the end did not go here to provide them service. We went another 20 minutes south at South Dade Toyota to get our service done. (would totally recommend!). First encounter with South Dade, I called and asked what time the service department was open and looked online. Online and the receptionist told me 6PM. Great, we drove there pulled up to service and talked to a service advisor. Not friendly, rude telling us they are only open for pick ups until 6, they stop taking any service customers at 3. After driving out of our way and already being told they are open, it was quite frustrating. Pretty sure they should clarify that with there customers clearly on their website and inform their employees of the correct hours. We wait till Monday and try again in the morning, knowings its a Holiday, MLK day we knew it would be busy so we called ahead to ask the wait time. We were greeted on the phone by another rude employee. I simply asked how long would the wait be for a oil change, her response, "Well with all these people here quite a long time", with an attitude. First off that doesn't answer my question, I don't know how many people "all these people" is, I am not there! As a previous Toyota employee in another state this was horrible customer service and would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

I have been in the market for a 08 Hummer H-2 for awhile and saw a very beautiful red one at Kendall Toyota with the price and mileage right in my acceptable range too. I live across the country and would have it shipped to California so therefore I would have to fully trust the dealership. Something tells me that I would NOT be very happy after putting a nice size deposit down and flying from California to Florida only to have the H-2 gone? sold? and no one knows where it went. After I began reviewing the MANY, MANY horror stories other customers have wrote I will NOT pursue the possible purchase of this H-2. I would like to thank all the people that inadvertently assisted me in the decision to find my H-2 elsewhere.

DO NOT GO TO KENDALL TOYOTA!!!!I bought my car certified used and they didn't let me drive it before, did not received all the paperwork for my car. I had pay extra money for them to send me the pate. I never received the warranty I bought and they are NOT able to help you, you have to drive there for them to keep selling you BAD deals to pick up documents.Worst experience!! I've had to change the tires less than a year old, breaks and more!! The car was supposed to be relatively new, but they lied!! and Did not give a good service!!

After calling prior to my arrival at Kendall Toyota to inquire about a specific car, the individual checked and double checked that the car was on the lot. An hour later, upon arrival to Kendall Toyota, the sales rep gave me the run around that the car was not on the lot but could be there in several hours. Subsequently, I went to its sister dealership - West Kendall Toyota - after calling to confirm the car was on the lot, but I happened to get the same results. At least these two dealers are consistent. I highly recommend that no one shop at these two Toyota dealerships. Unprofessional business practices!!! Jon

Bought a used Honda at this dealer. Financer and salesman used several different sales tricks on me, which I didnt realize until AFTER I had signed the contract. This was my first car purchase and I felt like I was completely taken advantage of. After realizing their deceiving sales practices, I vowed never to return to this dealer again. Post-purchase experience was equally horrible. It took TWO months to receive my registration and when I had to visit the dealer to pick-up some paperwork, the receptionist was EXCEPTIONALLY rude. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Sales team and employees need to be re-evaluated for ethics and common courtesy.

KENDALL TOYOTA SELLS WRECKED CARS!At the time I bought the car the sales agent and the manager said the vehicle was in perfect condition, never had any accident. They bring doughnuts for you, they make jokes to entertain you but at the end you end up buying a headache. I believed on their word and didn't check the Carfax Report before buying the car. Yesterday I went to Sears to get my front wheels aligned and I was informed that my chassis was bent and the car probably was in an accident before I bought it. After researching, I discovered the car was previously crashed. I've been to Kendall Toyota yesterday (09-02-09) asking for another car or having mine fixed and they denied me help after leaving me waiting for two hours. Avoid this dealer, I don't wish you the bad luck I had dealing with those people and always ask for a Carfax Report before buying a car even if the dealer carries a brand name like TOYOTA.
