Great experience! I came in late on a Saturday. Looked at the inventory and was able to test drive within 15 minutes. The process for calculating payments was quick and Clinton was extremely professional and wasn’t pushy. He gave me all the information I needed and answered my million questions with a smile on his face. Would highly recommend this dealership and Clinton as the sales representative. The F&I process was also quick and painless and the representative was very nice. Can’t say enough good things about my experience!

Highly recommend going here and asking for Frankie, we recently purchased a ram from them and he was just big help. He was able to answer all of our questions we had about the truck and was able to get us in and out quick with the process. Very friendly and helpful person. I will definitely be going back to him when purchasing another vehicle. If we ever need help with our vehicles he’s always such great help and knows exactly how to take care of us. Highly highly recommend Frankie!

My wife and I had purchased her a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler with the Eco Diesel and it had a couple small minor scratches. So I had stopped back by the dealership and meet Michael Smith. Michael had zero to do with the purchase/sale of our Jeep but he took to action and help me out with the most outstanding service that I’ve ever seen. It shocked me knowing that he doesn’t get paid for that kind of service. He helped me out so much I decided to go and buy myself a new truck. Again Michael had went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find the truck I wanted. It seemed that every one I had picked out literally just sold moments before. However with the great efforts by Michael and hours/days of searching he found me the one I wanted all along. Again I can’t say thank you enough Michael Smith, you are truly amazing at your job. Very satisfied with my recent used Ram purchase. I'm originally from Kernersville, but moved to Michigan for work. I had my father look at the truck for me before I made the trip back to Kernersville. The staff were very friendly, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend talking to JR, he was a pleasure to work with. I was never pressured to make a purchase, and he answered all my questions promptly. Once I made the decision to purchase the truck, he quickly got me through the purchasing process and explained everything thoroughly. I even got a call today from JR making sure I made it back to Michigan okay, and that I was satisfied with my purchase. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Kernersville Dodge has a very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. I had previously completed a build online to which I was assisted in ordering. The sales department was diligent in the sale. I also appreciate Kathryn Clark's assistance and apologize I did not get to thank her in person. I am grateful for her weekly updates and shared information. I will continue utilizing Kernersville Dodge's services in the future. I suggest all try the Kernersville Dodge experience...where satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
